Evry single time i order from farm rd there is always something missing chips are horrible they've never been much cop from mcdonalds but these was just diabolical and chicken nuggets just taste like grease 1 good thing burgers was banging

no dips with a chicken sharing box. it might seem like a small issue but that's a lot of dry chicken nuggets to get through without dip. puts a real downer on the whole thing

Ordered around half 5 and the order was delivered at 7:50 pm by which time I had already left for work, tried multiple times to cancel the order but the app would not let me and I still cannot request a refund ?

Food thrown together like a toddler is in the kitchen. Manager is pointless being there, no quality control at all, I'd be embarrassed to say I managed this branch. I wouldn't recommend eating at this branch and wasting money on anything, burgers are more off the bun than on. Do better

Despite being less than a mile from the particular McDonald’s the order arrived stone cold - the cups had a musty smell about them as if stored in damp conditions - overall the whole order was disposed of in it entirety - extremely disappointed

Numerous tables and tables free yet leave 30+ people queuing outside If you are going to have a restaurant open overnight then at least provide adequate service instead of leaving customers waiting 1 hour plus when your restaurant is empty

The courier was outside the restaurant for 5 minutes after they came on the tracker with the expecting delivery time getting longer while they were sat there. By the time they git here the food was cold

Driver came to the come to the correct adress and then drove away. He rang me asking what the adress was, I explained to him that he had been at the correct adress and then drove away. I asked him to come back and he was very rude saying I had given him the wrong details. I had to look on the map where he was and walk for 5 minutes to find him. Poor customer service, cold food

Horrible experience with McDonald’s delivery service through their app, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Most recently, I placed an order, and 4 items were missing from the delivery. This isn’t an isolated incident—out of the past few orders, 3 out of 5 have either had missing items or weren’t delivered at all. What’s worse is that there’s no straightforward way to file a complaint or request a refund for these errors, leaving customers like me stranded. Despite providing detailed receipts and proof, the lack of accountability and poor customer service has made the experience extremely disappointing. McDonald’s needs to address this issue urgently and offer an easier way for customers to resolve delivery problems. Until then, I cannot recommend their delivery service.
