Worst McDonald's in Sheffield. Food missing from orders every time. And customer service it's a complete joke. You should start paying your employees bigger wages so they don't steal food from customers.

I like service & stuff who treated customers very well

One of the most bizarre layouts, park at the back, walk to the front, the drive through is even worse, in at the back, full lap to order and collect, another half lap and back out via the car park. Food wasn’t good, I get it, it’s a Maccies, but given it’s not exactly “cheap” anymore, to get two burgers that weren’t far off looking like they’d been sat on, wasn’t appreciated.

Waited ages for two coffees and had to ask for them and then wait almost five minutes more before the server asked what coffees they were. When we got back to our car they were cold so had obviously been prepared and left. Very poor service.

Came with colleagues. Didn’t buy anything ovc as McDonalds fund zionists that murder innocent civilians 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

Very poor service missing items on most of order got it delivered burger was burnt messing everything apart from chicken and wrap for chil wrap milk shake was salty customer service non existence told to go to uber for a refund but only got £4 from an order of £36 gone down hill

I went down on Monday morning, and I ordered my food using the apps. I waited for 18mins and still no food coming then I talked to the counter receptionist. This guy called Brendon helped me to chase up my apps order and politely remind me that my food was just went outside. I was a bit of embarrassed and thanked him for his kind help. He was very busy with all different kinds of orders but all with good service. Thanks Brendon!

Tables needed cleaning floor needed sweeping. Food on floor. No toilet paper. Young lady had a high viz jacket on that was filthy.

Nice McDonald's, clean, modern, friendly staff, would definitely go again.

Food was cold and driver was really rude. He was on hos phone and simply shouted "code" at my wife at the door.

Ordered food told to go to car park and they would bring it out , 10 mins later a young girl walked round the car park about 4 times came to our car said it wasn't ours walked around again a couple more times , came to our car and asked what we ordered, it was our food stone cold !!!!! Shocking not her fault she was probably new , someone should be training staff better , why a big mac 6 nuggets and large fries are not ready when you order take that long I have no idea !!!

Quality of the food especially the french fries, has gone down, since sept 2023. Otherwise the burgers are still ok, its just fast food and the oreo mcflurry's are nice. Accessible place but mainly go for the drive thru's.

As I'm not confident using the app I went up to the counter to be served. I was served by Jake who was so polite and helpful and had such a pleasant manner . He went out of his way to help us enquiring more than once whether we had everything we needed and made it an enjoyable experience.

the fris are cold and not cooked for long

It was a nice clean mcdonald's not very big inside but becomes very busy because of the college students and university students coming in and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming when there's large groups of people all surrounding one table. I had table service today which was fast and the staff who came to my table is very polite. My food was nice and hot. My drink was hot. Not too keen on the New twix latte the young lady was cleaning and wiping all the trays polite and professional there are two accessible parking bays and the and plenty of normal parking as well. Disabled toilet is well managed and the other toilets were clean outside of this restaurant was clean and tidy as well. But as I said not very big inside

The food is always the same. I like a maccies now and then. But the atmosphere here has really dropped. They need a separate area for delivery drivers picking up orders.

This order was missing drinks. I informed you and PayPal gave me a refund of £5.57. This amount has now been taken back out of my bank account. I order macdonalds most weeks but this is the second time this has happened. I definitely had No drinks

This Maccy D's gets very busy because of the college school and workers from the railway station all go in there are apart from that it's just a normal Maccy D's.

My work colleague and I have been visiting McDonalds near Granville College for a few years now. We visit most mornings for coffee and/or breakfast whilst holding our first business meeting of the day. We also thought it was about time we complimented and thanked one of their most long running and most esteemed members of staff known as Sue. Sue is working hard every morning we visit and is without doubt one of the friendliest and kindest members of any business we have ever met. Sue is without doubt hard working and cannot do enough for anyone entering this business. We would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU TO THE FABULOUS SUE. We think you are highly professional, highly efficient and you are an absolute credit to McDonalds. Thank you for always being there, we think you are REALLY GREAT xxx

This order was missing the drinks and reported to you and was issued £5.57 to cover this which was sent to PayPal. That refunded sum has now been taken out of my bank so Macdonals have taken back the refund in payment of items I did not receive

very quick delivery for 23.30pm on a Saturday night. Food was still hot? milkshake was still cold? Better than you could realistically expect tbh?

When I used this place in 2023 I found the female drive through staff were very rude on several occasions. I also found that any food delivered from this place always had the tamper tape removed. I can only imagine the delivery drivers are either tampering with or stealing the food. I've stopped ordering deliveries now as I just cannot trust the delivery to be safe.

My child's fries were scattered, one of the crew members cleaned them up and brought us another one. Great service and culture, I recommend it!
