The Store manager (blonde lady with glasses) is rude. Received a McFlurry with no sauce or toppings in basically a plain ice cream, asked for more and she refused. Ridiculous store, horrible manager AVOID

Large classic coke, x2 sweet chilli dip and 1 smoky BBQ dip missing. The smaller pot sauces that come free included in the meal, was also missing, not happy. The receipt looks dodgy too! Why is there three different tax amounts! Tip missing too!

The wrap could not being eating as the chicken was out of rubber and both box mags being filled with massive lumps of a end of a cabbage that coursed a shocking episode

Disgusting! Absolutely freezing cold arrived late and wasn’t even in an insulated bag. I complained to the delivery guy who just stood and stared at me. No apology offered.

Just your standard McDonald’s experience clean, tidy, very professional and it was quick service.

Everytime we order from McDonalds the food never arrives at the house it's always on another street how can a such a simple mistake be made . You follow the driver on the App and they say am outside your house yet they are no where near the street? How did you ever get to be employed as a delivery person when you don't know where you are going and then your food is freezing.

You left me a note telling me to get a refund for my milkshake and mcflurry as you say you didnt have any in and instead sent me items that i wouldnt have bought. Thanks for your apology and i hope to get refunded for the shake and flurry.

I've got two double bacon cheese burgers when I only orderd one and one double cheese burger so the order was wrong and my granddaughter wont it thre burger so a waste of money

Dry muffin- NO fat/veg oil at all. Hash brown was slty, unable to eat it. Convinced it was dashed with salt!! but why? Always poor. getting fed up with consistently bad food.

Very nice big Mac and I love the birthday cake donut you get for free when you are a my McDonald's member. Burger was a bit disassembled but otherwise was very nice! The chips were very hot and I'm overall very satisfied!

Due to your map not being correct and your drivers having poor understanding of English it was late cause he was walking round looking for my flat instead of listening to me! I suggest you give feedback to the driver, I was telling him what was around my flat to help him find my flat easier and still he couldn’t find it! He even didn’t know how to open a door I understand people may think the door is automatic however, when a door is automatic it has a sign on it to state it’s automatic!

Serious attitude going through the drive-thru. Ordered 5 selects which is meant to come with 2 dips. When I got the order and the collection window there were no sweet chilli dips in there so asked for them and was told I had to pay 50p per dip. I said they come with the meal to be told “no they don’t”. I ended up parking up and walking inside but due to the new layout it took 10 minutes for anyone to notice I was waiting to speak to someone who, fair play, just gave me a handful of chilli dips. The prices of these meals has shot up over the past couple of years; why do we have to argue with staff over dips worth pennies to them?

Hot chocolate was spot on. I used the self order machine and my drink was ready almost immediately.

I ordered a large Big Mac meal and the fries were overcooked, rock hard. The burger look wet from the salad and the beef looks uncooked , the only good thing was the bun, Drink and the delivery man, apart from that it was disgusting.

Get whatever her name is' attitude in order man, terrible terrible experience. Kept glancing at us as if we were the scum of the earth, only to take 25min for a single happy meal order. If you can't even do that, why are you here? Where's your smile? What the hell did we do to deserve such negative attitude the moment we walked through your doors?????

On the phone to the driver for almost 20 minutes for the delivery bag to be open before he got out otherwise car. Use this as it’s normally miles better than my local one at canklow

Ordered a collect order for drive thru was then parked up for 15 minutes the food came and had missing items. We then went to tell the manger [jacob]about 4 missing items he then came out to check our order to then tell us we was lying and he remembered packing the order. He then refused to give us a refund and the items that was missing. His attitude was absolutely appaling and shocking customer service and never once apologised for any of the mistakes . 2 of us then had no food and lost out on money.

Omg , the drive through is filthy . The computer screens the use are thick with dirt and dead flies underneath the computer stand . . You could actually scrap the dirt of the computer screens and sides that they hold to look at your order . Then pass you you food . Never again going there . Totally disgusting

I got my food cold due to the driver too busy having a conversation on his phone outside my house on camera instead of delivering my food. once he actually came to my door and I pulled him up about it he was very rude towards me

On the live map I could see the delivery car was on his way to me along Greenland Road, he was getting closer, then next thing I saw that he had driven up Handsworth way. When the food arrived it was cold and I needed to put it in the microwave to heat up. The four condiments you get with the meal were missing. This is not a good service, the amount of times and angry customers who have complained is not being heard. This McDonalds has definitely gone down hill. Goodbye McDonalds, not giving you my custom anymore.

Missing food from McDonald's AGAIN!

McDonalds get a grip on your staff and make sure they do a proper job at taking orders! There was no free dip sauces enclosed with the chicken nuggets and the other three dips that I paid for £2.10. I've been looking at the reviews for this place and quite a few disappointed customers! If you don't put these mistakes right you are going to lose them including myself.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'll actively drive to a further store because this place is so bad. Never had a drink that wasn't flat and 99% soda water, all food comes cold and looking like it's been thrown together, drive through is a joke - having to park up every time just to get a burger which then takes 15 minutes to arrive. Staff attitudes are disgusting and absolutley zero customer service level. Do yourself a favour and go to a better store.

The chicken nuggets tasted old or from last night's leftovers and re-cooked, the crispy coating was chewy. The fries didn't taste nice, tasted like a cheaper version and they looked smaller too and most with bruising still on them. Disappointed, McDonald's is going down hill.

Order was missing a large Latte and was not very warm had to warm it in the microwave not great !

food stone cold. not even warm at all. food also looks like it’s been thrown together without a care in the world. i order from this mcdonald’s quite frequent and i’m absolutely disgusted. one of my siblings have had to go without food because her meal was missing, even though i have been charged nearly £30 for this food.

I did not get my meal I only got one hash brown and a frozen drink no breakfasecond time this has happened I won't be using this branch again
