Everything recd and temperature good

Not happy, my large Classic Cola was missing. What is wrong with those McDonalds staff! Does their boss actually monitor his/her staff, make sure things are running smoothly. I don't think they even read the comments. Bad reviews, put it right!!!

Purchased an egg mac muffin and I opened before eating and goods were looking like something from greasy Joe's cafe and buns edges were burnt

You leave tips for these courier drivers, but most don't deserve them as they can't find you. I wrote clear details in the notes box, yet he was parked bottom of the road and no where near my home! The fries were hard and cold. It's not good enough.

I payed extra for 2 sweet chilli dips which never arrived. In both of the 20 chicken nugget boxes there was less than 20 and when the food arrived it was really quite cold and almost stale to the point we struggled to eat it

Hot food, lots of salt on it but still the best mcdonalds near me. Employees arguing from what I heard or they just like shouting. Definitely recommend!

Everything's always delivered fast, and the food is always hot. My only complaint is that I never get the sauces I order. Used to up till about a year ago, and now there's nothing. Wouldn't be so bad if they were free, but should take more care with paid items, especially bigger pots.

Driver was late delivering food, when the driver turned up he asked to connect to my home wifi and refused to give the food over even after showing him the code on the app and the delivery items. When the driver finally passed the food there was drinks missing. Both the service and attitude of the driver was absolutely shocking expecting to connect to someone's home WiFi due to their poor choice in network provider is not my responsibility as the customer but is down to the driver to ensure.

Didnt recieve that we ordered loss of £40

The nuggets and fries were cold and the food wasn't freshly cooked. There was no pot sauces included with the meal. You might want to throw your organic milk out too, as you gave me one that ran out of date!!!! Not good 0 out of 10.

Consistently missing ordered items through the drive through, causes arguments about who's got to go back in store to fetch it.it's happened that often that we'll take our 5 out of 7 visits a week elsewhere, this is the last time I'm ordering here.

Cold chips, cold cheese Mozzarella dippers so the cheese was just solid, and runny milkshake. Burgers, wraps and chicken nuggets were fine.

Curry dips were missed out once again. I realise the extra 2 were free items, but the other 4 are part of the 20 nugget box deal. The nuggets are quite tasteless on their own so it was a disappointment. It’s not the first time this has happened

Lovely and clean. We ordered on the app and the food was nice and hot when it came.

The large Sprite was tasteless, like they had watered it down. It just didn't taste anything like Sprite should. I left it. Also one of my pot sauces I paid for was missing. Please pack our food orders with the items we ask for!

Everything we ordered was drowning, with sauce, we dealt with it apart from the bigmac which was disgusting. We returned the bigmac for another one that was alot warmer but soggy and dripping just the same. Please have a word with the cook as its consistently terrible, its simple, just less sauce. 5/2/2025 8pm

I like a cheeky McDonald's, I think being served fresh food is a must. My fries were cold and a bit rubbery. To be fair they did change them, the second portion was not much better. The staff were fine but disappointed with half of the meal.

food was well over cooked and arrived cold somehow. for nearly 5 pounds delivery i expected better than somebody who couldn't understand what I was saying. a simple request wasn't followed and when I asked, he hadn't a clue what I was saying.

Disabled sister's car broke down here and ended up staying 15 minutes over the maximum stay. Received a £100 fine. Both the car park company and McDonald's refuse to do anything about it.

It never turned up I had a missed call tried to call it back but it doesn't connect can't put that option on what's wrong with order I had a code sent can tell u now wasnt used so I'd like a picture of the food been handed to the resident of the addr

Delivery driver couldn't find where I lived, I was angry with him and told him my meal will be cold and that it's not good enough. Why hire couriers if they can't even find your address. No sauces in the bag. Terrible service!!!!

2 burgers missing from meals so no food and have to wait up to 7days for a refund on an order over £50. Won’t be ordering from here again

It’s a McDonalds. Its food is pretty basic. It’s expensive for what you get and I can’t stand having to pay for condiments when you’ve just paid £8-£10 for a meal of this quality.
