Not going to lie, I stopped ordering here as the food didn’t taste like it used to in 2009/2011. But in the last few months, I tried them again and I can’t stop! Food reminds me of the good old days - walking home from college and getting a mini feast. Best garlic sauce in Sheffield (as long as it’s not watered down). Please keep the current staff you have at the moment as they know what they’re doing. Well done and I hope these high standards do not drop! 🤲

Nobody in the takeaway bar me and one couple, they "forgot" what couple ordered. Then all of a sudden it was ready. Lads flying in and out for deliveroo no issues getting there food out. Couple came in that knew that staff there food came out. 20 mins later I'm still waiting on store for my food. Absolute joke of a takeaway avoid at all costs EDIT after 25 mins asked where my food was they asked what I ordered??? Then started trying to make my food. Asked for a refund no apology at all, insultent staff don't care. Went to imrams up the road really busy but all handled with class. Soda food might be ten mins arrived in 8. Basically go there Imrams

Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning!! Had a mini feast 3 days ago and have had severe food poisoning for the last 2 days. Used to be lovely but gone really downhill since new owners came.

My experience about your food and staff service is outstanding.. today, I came in your shop for dinner . The food was very delicious . The staff was very polite and aware about customer choice specifically raza ( I mentioned his name because he serve me .After seeing his behavior, I asked his name to send review about him ) . At the end of the day , I really appreciate about your shop environment.. thank you .

I bought twin deal from there when I bought first time it was sach a good taste and everything was superb but now I bought same order 3 time and sach a stupid taste they didn’t give any sauce chicken was smelly I don’t recommend this place.

This was my 4th visit and last because I can’t pay and lose respect together. Staffs are super rude as if they are giving for free. Specially when they see asians they feel like beggars came. Today I’m really disappointed when I noticed there was no ketchup and mayo as usual( which comes with an order), so I asked them and one of staff told rudely 30p for extra ketchup and mayo, I told him I am not asking extra even showed them the packet. Looking at their attitude was like giving charity. Guy’s if go please don’t ask ketchup buy your own. 😂

It’s cheap, you get what you pay for and convenient. Easy on your stomach and tastes decent. Only issue is the batter falls off but that’s more easy on your stomach and more home made tasting.

no peri chips I even asked them 3 times to put peri powder on and they never listen ungrateful and greedy tbh

Nothing beats the taste, I think they take their tag line way serious, Renowned for taste . Had Freddys mini feast that was a massive box meal and original parmo. Absolutely loved it and would recommend if anyone visiting sheffield , don’t worry about trying Freddys, thumbs up 👍👍

Food is alright. No nonsense burgers and wings. Nice spicy peri peri and great wings The grilled chicken burger is ridiculous though. 2 small chicken strips in a bun is not a burger. 30% of the bun was just empty . That's the reason for 4 stars.

Just a standard chicken fast food, the chicken seemed a big bland

The pizza was meant to have 3 toppings and I chose all pepperoni, barley any pepperoni very burnt and the tiniest bit of cheese. Got 2 chicken burgers no flavour at all very soggy and dry, chips were freezing

Spicy wings are an absolute treat, try fries with red salt, highly recommended.

Bought pizza and fried chicken. Pizza was good. But fried chicken very bad. I can make better fried chicken than this at home.

They have good food, but I am surprised how they assume a meal when someone asks for a burger. They do not have even to verify with the customer before charging them (especially in rush hours). My point raises a question on their intention of customer services. So just to make a pound more, they do not care to ask a customer. And most importantly, they never accept their mistakes. I feel they hardly bother because they have lots of orders to take care of, but I feel if they don't improve customer service, they will see negative results soon.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Freddy’s . I had 2 burgers meal, with a couple of pizzas . Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a good meal in a cheap price.

The only place where you get charged more if you order directly. They tried to initially charge me £48 for 6 mini feasts when the checkout total online was £38.60. Did not honour their discount on website. Never again.

Food is great but delivery service is absolutely diabolical, takes an average of 2 hours from when you order. When you call to ask when it’s coming they seem as though they didn’t even know you had ordered. If you’re gonna get food from here go collect it

Placed an order around £25 worth and got 3 cold, soggy and disgusting burgers, no fries and to top it off order was over half an hour late. Tried calling and constantly engaged, eventually when call connected, staff member was argumentative, rude and hung up on me. He refused to listen and also added that the order was incorrect due to there being an IT glitch!!!… then told me to go and get a refund from online since the order was placed online - wasn’t apologetic nor took responsibility and then he ended the call abruptly. I called back and spoke to a lossy who kept saying she couldn’t hear anything. I asked to speak with Manager who was in background when I spoke to the rude guy literally minutes before just to be told Manager can’t speak to you - what a terrible service and what an experience absolutely rubbish. I don’t know why staff are so arrogant especially since the food delivered was cold and tasted like rubber. Please save your time, money and don’t order from these rip offs who get away with false price advertisements, don’t know the meaning of customer service and who don’t give a dam. I really hope this place shuts down.

Paid extra for peri peri salt on my chips there wasn't even a sprinkle on there the chips were cold and tasted like card board, the burger was greasy as and had a weird taste to it and the chicken wings were that greasy the grease was dripping of and it tasted like old dirty oil 🤢🤮 never again

Worse delivery experience ever. I never actually got my food. I’ve put the wrong address on but i contacted the uber driver straight away to let him know, i even explained where i was waiting for him and everything. Called with him about a million times while i was waiting in the rain for 30 minutes for him.

Had two pieces of chicken and fries. Food was surprisingly warm but the chicken was seriously over-cooked, it was very tough and dry. The fries weren't much better.. over cooked and hard. Undoubtedly, a friendly service, but the food is very poor. Money wasted and still hungry :( Can't recommend this place, sorry.

Ordered food the driver tried sayinf the money was all his tip didn’t want to give me my change then didn’t give me all my change and rang up asked for manager got told her weren’t in they put phone down and didn’t answer never ordering again

Ordered a wrap, leathered in mayonnaise and no salad. Nothing like the images on display. Chicken had no taste. Ordered a burger also, full of mayonnaise. Didn't ask for a meal, got charged for a meal. 1 drink option of Pepsi or Pepsi max. Pretty poor overall. Staff were polite.

I said to em I wanted 6 pieces of onion rings and 4 pieces of spicy wings when I got home I received 10 Wings I went back to get my onion rings they gave it to me I opened it up and it was all burnt, the Chips were cold it tasted like cardboard, the chicken burger had no flavour to it I give this place a zero never going here again

Uh, these tapes will provide you with much needed information on how to handle/climb into/climb out of mascot costumes. Right now, we have two specially designed suits that double as both animatronics and suits. So please pay close attention while learning how to operate these suits as accidents/injuries/death/irreparable and grotesque maiming can occur. First and most discussed is how to operate the mascots while in animatronic form. For ease of operation, the animatronics are set to turn and walk towards sounds they hear which is an easy and hands-free approach to making sure the animatronics stay where the children are for maximum entertainment/crowd-pleasing value. To change the animatronics to suit mode, insert and turn firmly the hand crank provided by the manufacturer. Turning the crank will recoil and compress the animatronic parts around the sides of the suit, providing room to climb inside. Please make sure the spring locks are fastened tight to ensure the animatronic devices remain safe. We will cover this in more detail in tomorrow's session. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay? Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced." Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No. If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too. So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay. So, just be aware, the characters do tend to wander a bit. Uh, they're left in some kind of free roaming mode at night. Uh... Something about their servos locking up if they get turned off for too long. Uh, they used to be allowed to walk around during the day too. But then there was The Bite of '87. Yeah. I-It's amazing that the human body can live without the frontal lobe, you know? Uh, now concerning your safety, the only real risk to you as a night watchman here, if any, is the fact that these characters, uh, if they happen to see you after hours probably won't recognize you as a person. They'll pr- they'll most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now since that's against the rules here at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, they'll probably try to...forcefully stuff you inside a Freddy Fazbear suit. Um, now, that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices, especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh. Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow.
