Ordered tonight and the prices are so cheap and food was fresh and hot very impressed

first time I've been here and was quite impressed with the food pizza had loads of topping on the chilli sauce is amazing will deffo be using again

Ordered from here multiple times, never had any issues, the food is always great and the price is surprisingly cheap in comparison to other places. The delivery is always on time and I live quite far from the place. Would definitely recommend.

Food was dripping in oil. I ordered a tower burger which came as a chicken burger? It doesn’t say it’s a chicken burger on the menu.

Takes absolutely ages to come. They only start making your food when you call up to ask where it is! Ordered and it took 1hr and 15minutes to arrive - only ordered a pizza and it’s only an 12 minute drive away. Absolutely ridiculous

We order from here all the time. Prices are great and food is just gorgeous and that garlic dip I can’t get enough of! We only ever had one incident which I rang up and was instantly resolved and had my order out about 20 mins after and they instantly apologised when it was delivered. We will continue to use this place

Driver "couldn't find the address" even though he delivered multiple times previously.. called and they said they tried to call me, which they didn't. Food finally arrived 45 minutes late, stone cold and inedible.

Ordered the 2 pizza, chips and drinks deal, my pizza (the bear) had some of the worst toppings I’ve ever encountered, overcooked and poor quality meat. Base and crust soggy.

Food arrived early, very nice, got what we ordered. Excellent service.

I ordered my food at around 8pm. The order didn't say arrived on the app until 9:20. I rang the takeaway to enquire about my order, they said that they had called me multiple times and texted me, however this was untrue as I never received any calls or texts whatsoever. They said that if I want my pizza to be delivered, I would have to pay an additional delivery charge of £1.50. The delivery finally arrived at 10:05pm. I refused to pay as it was two hours late.

Food was really tasty. It arrived late but they got in touch to let me know and threw in a bottle of pop. Will definitely order from here again.

The tray of Donner Kebab Meat with garlic mayo was missing from my order and when I asked the delivery driver about this he just shrugged and said ‘yeah sometimes it happens’ and then said to get in contact. I have made a request through Just Eat to get this refunded.

1 hr 40 minutes for delivery, however they did send a free drink and apologised, food arrived hot and was very good. We will order again

Garlic bread was missing from Party Meal but i can't tell them without submitting a full refund request (which i don't want to do as everything else was fine!). Cheesy chips and curly fries were very good.

Apparently we got the wrong order. Ordered Margherita Pizza, got something else that we certainly didn't enjoy.

We love this place, orders never wrong for us even with complicated DIY pizzas (one vegetarian one not so high-stakes), we always get little free pots of chilli and mayo sauces too, a little gesture but shows they really care. Recommend: Jalapenos on pizza, its diced into tiny flakes and really nice. Dont recommend: Hot wings, just uncoated wings covered in kebab chilli sauce, was disappointing

Asked for extra cheese on pizza, definitely wasn’t any. The pizza definitely wasn’t 10” Pizza was quite nice tho, but the wedges was undercooked and soggy.

I've visited here tonight 21/2/24 I travel around with my job and eat at many different takeaways this one was very poor possibly the worst I've ever had me and my colleague got a 2x pizza meal with chips and a drink and I honestly the pizza was absolutely tasteless hardly any topping and just a waste of money would not recommend

Second time they've forgotten items last time was x2 chips and cheese sauce this time its x7 chips!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Especially when you spend over £40 discusting

Always service with a smile, fast delivery never late than estimated time and the one time they were a little bit behind they offered us a free drink to make up for it which was really sweet. Food is amazing value for money and tastes great!

Brilliant place. The pizza is very good quality, possibly the best I've had, plus very generous with extra sauces and garlic bread which is great.

I've ordered from here hundreds of times but I don't think I'll order again after last night. Food was fine but for some reason, instead of the dips they usually send, I was sent an opened tin of tuna. It was proper rank and totally put me off my food. I have a photo of it. Why you delivering half eaten tins of fish with people's food? It was wrapped in a brown paper bag and everything. Someone made the effort to put it in there. Cheers for that. Tosspots. 🐟

lovely food as always just a bit late

food is really nice, i enjoyed the wings, they tasted nice and fairly fresh, pizza were absolutely outstanding, alongside with the garlic bread, the cheesy chips were also very nice, the only thing i would take note would be to add abit more cheese to the chips. overall im very satisfied :) the quality is definitely up there with my expectations. Thank you Venice Pizza :D

Terrible service , terrible management , attitude I visited the premises it’s extremely dirty and I saw them pick their nose then touch food without washing hands

Suprised food was hot as was late. 1.20 for 4oz tub coleslaw... extortion at its finest. I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. Late, doughy, high cost, chips undercooked and soggy and potato wedges dry and over warmed. Polite delivery exchange. I would not order again. Sorry.

Pizza was great but the menu says buy one get one free in the garlic bread section and the last two times we ordered there was no free garlic bread and this time I ordered jalapeño and paid extra for them and my pizza did not have any on. I wouldn't usually leave a review but there have been times before I've been missing a drink too. Food great and always in good time but it's let down by the service at times.

It took 2 hours for the food to get here. I wish they'd just told us it was going to be really late and we could have got another order on. Half the people had left by the time the food came.

Food came late and cold and missing desserts then when I complain it's not there fault and I have to take the loss. Will never order again

Best pizzas always tasty & hot

The base of the garlic bread was like it was shop bought. Very rubbery and no crunch to it. The taste of the topping was nice though.

In 51 years of life I can’t think of a worse food item I’ve ever tasted! Awful burgers, awful hard fries (as if from an heat lamp) and awful bread. Also got my partners order wrong despite us ordering on an app.

I'd say that this place has really good pizza and great prices but the service is terrible. I've ordered food only for the delivery drive to refuse getting out of his car and come to my door telling his manager that he couldn't find my building which was a lie because whilst I was on the phone with him he acknowledged that he could see me hanging out of my window flagging him down. So an hour later another drive came to my door with a cold pizza and chips and when I opened it the sauces had be thrown in and come open so sauce was all over, when I called to complain the man who answered said he would talk to his boss then hung up on me, so I called back and basically was told to accept it and nothing was going to get done about it so now they've lost me as a customer.
