Burger King in Sheffield

Biggest load of crap I have ever ordered. Portion of cheese chips was tiny and in a box with holes. All the food was cold and went straight in the bin . Total crap . Do not order from here Utter dump of a place .

Me and my partner have visited this BK several times and it always hits the spot. Food is always hot, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Leroy, make sure to smile and say hello. He is the best, always goes the extra mile and is happy to help.

Ordered on app. Money taken. Order not received. Unhelpful staff. I have been charged and no food provided. Told to contact head office for refund. Wonder if they'll believe that burger king didn't give me a burger 🤔

Absolutely abysmal. I spent £20 (including delivery) for 1 burger and 9 chilli cheese bites. The burger was cremated and missing bacon. The seal on the bag was also broken. Ridiculous waste of money.

Not the best system for app orders £4.99 meal offer +large (£1) came out at £6.45 due to Tax, sugar tax, 30p charge for and included food item.

Food, chips and burgers were nice and hot. Service, She was very polite and helpful. Atmosphere, at the time we went was nice and quiet but there is a children's area for those who have children.

The service is poor we had to leave for greegs because they did not serve us if they can not serve 2 people how do they cope on a Mach day this was a absolute disgrace

My granddaughter likes the play area in Burger 👑. But my food was expensive for what it was. Not hot enough for me. Barely warm.

Update: 31 March 2024. The service is still great as ever with very friendly and helpful staff, but having become used to Macdonald's and other fast food outlets with electronic menu boards as you enter, make your selection, pay then go collect your meals at the counter, Burger King is miles and years behind with none of this. The overhead menus behind the service counter constantly change too fast for one to be able to see the offers or what is available. The tiny board on the side wall with the typical menu from years ago still exists, but that only shows basic burger, fries and the kids meals. There are no paper menus on the counter to choose from. We chose a couple of meals recommended by the kind lady behind the counter, the fries and drink were good, but the peppercorn Angus we were given had nothing like peppercorns in it. This burger, without the meal, was priced at over £8 had one tiny piece of meat, no cheese or even a gherkins slice. Anywhere else this would have been sold at Leeds than ,£5. There was this terrible tasting green weed in it with a couple of raw onion rings. I had to remove this green stuff that looked like some unearthed plant in my wife's garden before I could eat the rest of the burger. That's it for us with Burger King, never again!

This branch of Burger King has gone downhill in recent months. I called there last week and was completely underwhelmed by the food and service experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered food for myself and a friend. We were asked to park while our food was cooked. I never mind when this happens normally, as it means the food is being cooked freshly. A guy from the store brought out our food in a bag, and passed it through the window of my car. I'm not sure how he knew which car was ours, the parking spaces aren't numbered like other chains. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag before he left, and noticed a portion of fries was missing. This meant I then had to enter the store to tell them about the error, which was problematic as I have mobility issues. There was no fuss at the counter in getting the missing fries. The burgers were up to the usual standard and very tasty, but the fries had an odd aftertaste, I suspect the fryer oil was over-ready for changing. If you're going to charge substantially more for a burger meal than the market leader, you have to be delivering an excellent product and service, and BK failed on both points this time.

This place is ran by complete idiots who can not read how hard is it really to read off a screen. 9/3/24

Great service, did click and collect and was brilliant, straight in and out!!

Food was very nice, fries were really hot and fresh. Served with a smile and staff were happy to help me with options on the menu.

Although it's on the A1, the atmosphere is really really fresh it's basically like next to the North sea but not. I could not smell a single bit of smoke. The food was even more tasty with all of that fresh air. To make it better if you want to go there in the winter the door would be slamming and it would smell really fresh air. About the food it was EXTEMLEY tasty i couldn't have believe how tasty it was the best burger i had on the a1 definitely recommended starvers on A1. <⁠(⁠￣⁠︶⁠￣⁠)⁠>

Went on evening of a Wednesday match. Not been to a BK in years. Won't be going again for years too. Whopper tasted like cardboard. Disappointed.

I visited the store yesterday 16/01/24. I was served by a lad called Ben he was very polite and helpful, a massive Sheffield Wednesday fan so was great to talk about Wednesdays recent results.

Food was nice but i did see the chef slap his willy on my burger.....tasted well so who cares

Perfect service, well manored staff and over all a lovely shop. Was every helpful with my kids allergy in making sure they was no cross contamination.

Black coffee only , the Spar shop is 20 yards away but it was too obvious to go and buy a gallon of milk there.

Friendly staff. Has a small play area for toddlers inside and sitting outside. You might find parking on site, otherwise park at Sainsbury's close by.

Rude and Racists actitud from the guy on the counter. Respect and politeness cannot be expected from mentally poor person like that guy in Burger king.

It's a long time since I ate at Burger King and I can't see why. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. O.K. it was a bit more expensive but I'm personally prepared to pay more for top quality food.

Confusing experience compared with McDonalds experience. Menu unclear, asked for milk and additional sauces, and was greeted by "how much you want", I had no idea what milk was being served in!

Went for breakfast, was told that they did not serve it. Had cheeseburger with bacon, dry, pale, lukewarm and tasteless. Staff abrupt and not welcoming. Personally after this experience I think I will be sticking with McDonald's. Very overpriced

latest visit did not meet expectations staff were rude took over 5 min to take our order even though store was empty and over staffed ( 3 staff) 1 mopping floors other 2 chatting to each other and seemed slow food took 10 mins and was cold waste of £10

Taken absolutely ages to get some bloody chicken nuggets Got a really good atmosphere however Chicken nuggets were alright Marlow Collins from Edale who has a background in catering at the Cheshire Cheese Inn ( a fine institution ) said the chicken nuggets were greasy and he could “feel the grease on my lips”

All I can say is it's a good job I don't like McDonald's. Small kids play area so at these prices, make a day of it! Take the kids for a play, watch Netflix and make the most of their unmanned drinks dispenser 😁

Rubbish service today from Becky , tried using promotion through Doritos, she told me that not doing that offer until next week, funny enough it started last week, so why tell lies, ..asked fir no salt on fries ,told me 3 mins waiting, still I got them salty, will further my complaint via Burger King..

Stay away at all costs! My family and I went here last week, Burger King has gone downhill fast. Some of the staff were friendly, but the food was absolutely shocking, to say the least. The double bacon XL was anything but XL it was tiny, all our whoppers came with hardly any salad, and were cold. The bun on my burger was freezing, and the burger itself was cold. The place was practically empty, with plenty of staff, so why did our food come the way it did I do not know. The staff was more focused on having a social meeting rather than attending to their customers properly. My only conclusion is that they simply don't care about their reputation, their customers, or their jobs, because in my opinion, this place either needs to come under new management to sort out their staff and food quality, or they will close down. We don't live far away, we have used this place before and the experience is getting worse, that's why I decided to write this review.

Staff were ok but the food was shocking. The Double Bacon XL burger meal looked like a kids meal. The double whooper meal I had was cold. Won't be back Burger King has gone down hill big time, its not what it use to be.

Most of the staff were a little rude and not exactly welcoming. We were also waiting ages over half an hour for a click and collect order, and it wasn't exactly busy in the store for the duration whicu we were there for. Not impressed.

No direction from any member of staff as to who was responsible for what … chaos, staff not knowing what they are doing, not knowing the menu, wrong food being brought out, no ketchup, no kids boxes despite paying for it. Poor customer service…. Shoddy and the excuse …. Mac Donald’s is closed for refurb so we not used to being busy….. I think that speaks volumes!

Not a happy customer. Will definitely be sitting inside if I ever visit again. Both burgers were freezing cold. We only parked a mile from the restaurant as the chips were red hot and we couldn’t wait. Staff were ok, no explanation on how to use the drinks machine and no drinks holder knowing we’d ordered to take out. The sauces were an added bonus but would much rather have the 9.00 burger warm at least.

Honestly the worst "fast food" I've ever had. If the chimps behind the kitchen could stop shouting and swearing at each other then they might have had a chance to serve someone. Even then the orders were all wrong because the people cooking couldn't stop banging there wrists together.
