Choses another McDonald's. Terrible service, car park completely full of cars waiting for orders. Multiple items missing from order.

Went here before Christmas in the middle of the day and despite there only being 3 people sat eating and no-one else ordering I still had to wait 30mins for a 1.19 cheese burger, very nearly walked out

Good drive through, quick service. Pay on the app to get points and free food!

No manger is probably going to read this but hey do any of your staff actually read the orders 4 times now iv had to go back because items are missing!!! Like now I had to go back around ! I also ordered to galaxy hot chocolates and guess who got coffee instead wow never none a McDonald like it I do app orders safe to say not again wouldn’t mind but asked the guy to double check and explained missing items think the hole crew need to go back to specsavers and learnt to read 🤦🏼‍♀️

If you're a delivery driver don't bother taking orders from this McDonald's. They have plenty of staffs just wondering in the restaurant doing nothing. A single order will take you 40 minutes to wait. It used to be nice but now they don't care about drivers anymore. I think the owner of this franchise should investigate into this.

recently ordered food through drive through and got the wrong order called up to explain and got bad mouthed by the manager while she thought it was on mute had explained i hear what she had said and what i thought about the matter soon after she muted the call and i assume continued to do so

Drive through rarely get your orders right! Despite shiny new appearance the staff are concentrating on the drive through service and delivery . long waits to pick up at counter ! What has gone wrong with the world !

Food was cold had to get a new burger

Absolutely horrendous service. DO NOT use this McDonald’s if you want quick efficient service. It wasn’t particularly busy when I arrived. There was about 3 customers waiting for pick up and a few cars queuing at drive through. I ordered through the app and waited patiently for my food. My order number disappeared off the screen after about 5 mins but I know they do that when your order is nearly ready so thought nothing of it. However, after about 15 mins I asked the lady who was handing out orders where my food was as the order number had gone. She had a quick look round the back and says your order is on its way. After another 15 mins I’m getting quite frustrated, I’ve only ordered 2 burgers and 1 fries, how long does it take. I asked a young lad again where my order is. He came back and says they’ve lost it. I asked lost what, the food or the order? He says it’s been so long that they can’t find the order. Another employee overheard and went round the back and came back with a bag. Asked if this order was mine. I looked and said yes but what happened. They didn’t have an explanation so I left fuming after waiting 35 minutes. The food was cold and needless to say I didn’t enjoy it. Won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s ever. Hope management reads this. Please improve your standards, McDonald’s brand deserve better than this. Your restaurant is not run correctly. You seem to prioritise drive through and delivery orders and forget there’s customers waiting in store.

Since refit it takes ages to get served. Don't come here if you're in a rush....

I've ordered in the app for this specific location, but upon clicking "I'm here" somehow my order was handed over to High Street branch, wtf!? So I paid for nothing. The manager said only "Nothing I can do".. totaly uninterested and unhelpful. Good luck getting to someone via in app customer service assistant. Disgusting service from McDonald's.

We sat inside and had to wait 20 mins for our order to arrive .The burgers were dry, and the fries were cold . It was really disappointing as they are normally better than that.

Arrogant staff, especially the younger ones

The food was only slightly warm, and the chips appeared stale, likely from a previous day’s batch. Classic slap dash with the fillet burger and was again hanging off the side.This experience was disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again, resulting in a loss of £14.64. Disgusting.

Need the staff to work abit faster to get the hot food out

Actually food was really good this time round and can't fault anything also while I was here one member of staff came out to look at a table that was unsteady and then told another colleague to block it off really well done for that.. top marks.. food was really nice actually got everything right for me..

I swear that out of the five last orders I placed at this branch, only once did they give me all the food what I ordered. Otherwise, I always find out when I get home that something is missing from my order or they gave me a completely different order. I understand that people make mistakes, but this is unbelievable. How is it possible that I almost always don't get what I pay for? Today again one item missing. But I can be happy only one item missing because last time they gived to my absolutely different order.If that happend one time maybe twice but this is every time.

Food was actually good, as in the meat wasn't dry which some McDonald's recently have been serving burgers which contain meat which has sat for far too long. I've taken a star off because the presentation/construction of the food was terrible. I ordered two meals, 1 big Mac and one McRib. The onions, sauce and pickles were dumped on top for the rib. My wife had a big Mac and again who over put it together made zero effort. McDonald's your prices are up above inflation but we now wait longer for a product which is worse than it was 10 years ago.

Drive through took around 40 minutes for 6 cars to go through. Constantly have milkshakes off too. Took 20 minutes going in also for a couple of burgers.

Extremely poorly managed branch, I've been in here a few times and always get the exact same experience, order, wait roughly 15-25 minutes for cold food to be handed over. They delete the orders from the board periodically, not when they have been fulfilled, I guess this is so that on paper it looks like they are delivering better service, but leaves customers confused about whether their food is actually coming when the waits are unusually long. The last time I was in there I could see that food was left on the side bagged and ready to go, and was very disappointed when 5 minutes later someone shouted out my order number and handed me said bag. I really wish I had taken a picture of the mcflurry I got from there as they had filled the container about a quarter full, the guy even looked embarrassed handing it to me, but I didn't want to risk another 15 minute wait for them to remake it so just took it and left. If you're driving I'd recommend going elsewhere as you'd probably save time driving to another branch and ordering rather than waiting on these guys.

Worst ever! Staff clear off tickets to make their times look good then leave guests waiting 25mins for their meal! 3rd time this has happened to us in a matter of weeks. Will not be returning to this “fast” food restaurant. Greenland road much better staff are lovely.

I love Alice for helping out the drive through, my vision is not what it used to be and she explained every non vegetarian item on the menu 1/10 would come again

Called in on 1st Sept 2024 it was a long wait they more interested in talking and messing around when we got our order the burger was cold and coffee Luke warm this needs sorting out will not go to that one ever again very disappointed

The other day I went through the drive through with my grandad and they charged us for a tub of pickles and they never do that! And earlier my fam and some family friends went to the same maccies and ate inside and this lady gave a flag to all the kids except from me and this other boy I was with at the time (we are both autistic) and ofc I don’t think she knows that we are autistic but still but overall I wanted to say that they sell great food x

Service is incredibly slow, staff don't seem to care there is a big drive through que and customers waiting inside, instead playing around. They seemed to neglect the inside orders for the drive through, which was still slow service. At one point there was not a single soul at the desk inside or in view. The staff member cleaning saw we was waiting 15mins for a drink and went to fetch them for us. When someone finally came it was to get food for a staff member skipping the people sat waiting for their orders

Just a completely souless experience. McDonald's has never been about fine dining, but it was somewhere fun to go and you knew what you were getting food wise. The food is not as tasty as it was back in the day and the atmosphere is clinical boring. And the price does not reflect what it's supposed to be.

Dreadful place. They have never got a delivery order correct in 8 attempts. The drive through cant get an order correct either. The (wrong) food also tastes like cardboard. Go to a different Maccies.

Called in the drive through this morning at about 10.30 with my daughter and ordered an Egg and Cheese Mcmuffin breakfast meal and an extra hash brown. After waiting several minutes to pay we were handed her breakfast. After driving off and her opening her sandwich, she found that there was no Egg or Cheese inside and just had the breadcake ?? Good job she wanted the extra hash brown !! Unbelievable !!

New drive through refurbishment works a treat!

How wrong can a mcdonalds delivery go wrong and with no way to complain. I'm sure if you employed chimps, you would get a better service. For a delivery to be checked sealed and still be missing essential parts of the meal, you must think we are mugs with cash to waste.

Every single time I order a delivery from here the order is always missing something. At first I didn’t complain but it’s every single time now. Really annoyed

This post is partly about uber eats Ordered a family meal deal through the app for delivery, uber driver left it on the doorstep without knocking and it sat there 20 minutes going cold until we realised. McDonald's said phone uber eats, uber eats refused to do anything. Need to get a better delivery service, won't waste my money on delivery again

Here today and I’m at McDonald’s Handsworth. This is my first visit after the recent restaurant refurbishment. Seating has been significant reduced inside and the decor looks much more upmarket than before. It’s a nice looking place. My visit was ruined by a group of young lads who proceeded to sit in a corner, behind a closed off section of the restaurant, and shout a number of crude and rude things. I am not sure what the staff process is here, but several staff members saw and heard this display and proceeded to do nothing or challenge this behaviour. I know the venue has had issues with antisocial behaviour in the past, however if they are not challenging or tackling it then I cannot see how it is to improve? This really ruined the experience for me and other guests dining, and a number of people left because of this. Food was as expected of McDonald’s quality and did the job. The new menu is worth a try.

I ordered food at the order point got to were you pay is this your order I said no ok what's your order so again repeat my order oh one second let me get a manager something wrong 5 min later another guy comes have you paid I said no not yet a manager supposed to be coming again I repeat my order and pay I then get to the collection point can you wait in bay 1 your orders at back of the que I said not a chance after waiting all this time I'll have a refund a manager then come and said it's ok I can wait there the food come instantly. Got home half the food was hot and the other half freezing absolute joke gone down hill this place supposed to be fast food

One of the worse McDonald's in Sheffield never got a full menu something is always not available. Mcflurrys been unavailable for about 2 weeks. *update 20/07/2024 even after the place was fully refurbished still they never have a full menu! Never any mcflurrys or milkshakes! Avoid if you don't want any disappointed children!.

Seating is now reduced considerably which has altered the whole experience

Ordered off app. Delivery was wrong. Missed a whole burger off order and no straws with meal. Tried to ring but no answer. Rang customer services who say to ring Uber eats. Rang them and was told can't do anything but only do refund off burger. Problem lies with McDonald's who did order wrong.

ordered via the mcdonald’s app for click and collect, app stated that we had to go indoors to pick order up as delivering to car was “unavailable”, app stated 5 minutes before we went in, that the order was ready to be picked up. went inside, order wasn’t ready yet and wasn’t until another 10 minutes nearly. got home went to eat, and the portion sizes almost threw me off my seat (we ordered LARGE), and as usual, no straws were included. upsetting to see how far mcdonald’s have declined.

I absolutely love this place. The main reason is the wonderful older lady who cleans the facility. She approaches her work with such passion and dedication, even at her advanced age. She treats everyone she encounters with the utmost kindness and warmth, always greeting people with a bright, genuine smile. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to her. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name, but I'm sure you know exactly who I'm referring to. She is a true gem and an asset to this establishment.

Called in after refurbishment. Emphasis is clearly online orders. Waited a long time for drinks only. Then paper straws collapsed halfway through drinks. Cheap straws couldn't finish drink as it was strawberry milkshake. Never going again.

The new drive through is over took too long to get even near . So decided to eat in instead. Placed order on screen 20 mins later it still wasn't being prepared even tough families with larger orders were done before ours. Hardly any staff, they look like they can't even be bothered. No consistency with service. When you approach the counter to ask where your food is, they just scurry in the back and say there. Supposed to be a fast food franchise?? Standards have really slipped. I had to ask for the seats to be cleaned as some kid had smeared food all over it. Which the lady did clean straight away when asked.

Ordered mcdelivery 3 times in the last month and every time they have missed an order off. It’s a joke.

We got the fries and drinks as well as the wrap but no burgers!!! Don't order from there because me and my bf paid for a medium and large meal and they don't bother putting the burgers in the order, it's even more disappointing that the food came cold too👎

Missing food from delivery and refused to take any kind of responsibility

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a plain burger with lettuce. When I got home I had a burger bun with lettuce ! I tried ringing but no one was answering the phone.

Following the recent refurb. Food is still good; hot and fresh as expected but the new refurb design being rolled out across the UK is so drab and impersonal. Can’t see any staff or the kitchen so it feels so impersonal. Food is served through a small doorway like a prison and everything is grey. It’s a big building but the seating area is so small. Only one till and 4 touchscreens to order from so even during not so busy times, a queue forms to order food.

Branch tuvo la mejilla de preguntarme si podía venir a Branch a recoger el artículo perdido. ¡Estoy seguro de que eso derrota el objetivo de tener un McDelivery! Así que si usted pagó por el artículo o no, todavía he hecho un pedido y no he recibido el artículo. No volveré a ir aquí, incompetencia total. Gracias a Dios KFC puede empacar 4 artículos y no tener nada perdido.

There were two lids on our drink and they forgot all our dips that was paid for. Food was still warm when it was delivered though so that’s a plus.

Nobody here. Waited 20 minutes for food. Better off just going to the McDonald’s near the stadium or Leisure World

Had to edit. The place is worse than when I originally 1 starred 4 years ago. Sadly you can't give 0 stars. The place is always surrounded by kids that climb on the roofs abuse and attack other kids. Ordering is pointless as they never get it right so if you order, check before you leave so you can go in and have somebody be rude. You can complain via the website and code on receipt, a lovely lady gave me a money off voucher, I visited the store to use it and surprise surprise, they got the order wrong again. Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs!

No urgency shown by the staff at all. Place was really quiet when ordered and still took 15 minutes for 2 meals and some chicken nuggets. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves or to the delivery drivers. No apology offered. Forget about this place if you want a milkshake. The machine is permanently switched off or broken. It serves a purpose if you need food and can’t be bothered to cook, but don’t expect it to save you any time.

Paid £2.98 for 2 cups of hot water. No flavour in the hot chocolate

Basic food, only get the grandkids a happy meal once in a blue moon.

Fed up of ordering from here for items to be missed off my order when it arrives. It's not difficult to read a ticket and put those exact items in a bag is it? Or maybe it is. I guess there's a reason why you're working at McDonald's after all.

Not packed clean and off a good standard

This evening I visiting this branch of the popular McDonald’s brand. I put my order through as normal on one of the public order screens. I then made my way towards the counter where I could see my order number and that this was being prepared. Moments later my order number vanished from the screen along with all other orders. I waited and waited but my order never appeared. One of the staff members asked me what I was waiting for and then checked with his colleagues. This staff member then asked me for my receipt as they said there was no such order. Once I produced my receipt my order was prepared. In total I was left waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order. It appeared that the main priority at this branch is to fill the Deliveroo/Just East orders and no time given for customers onsite. Unfortunately I am not happy with the service and I will not be visiting this branch again.

There's a fabulous lady who works there called shavickier,she looks after everyone,always smiling

Waited 15 minutes for food, a further 5 minutes for drinks. Staff short and non apologetic. Not very friendly. Parts of food order missing. Some food was only just warm. Online delivery orders clearly take priority over customers who sit in to eat.
