McDonalds in Wycombe

Myself and my husband went in for a quick coffee and porridge. We ordered at the machine and waited a full 20 minutes before our order arrived. It was given to us by a miserable young lady who didn't say a word. We took our tray to our table and discovered that the porridge was tepid. I went back to the miserable lady and told her that my porridge was cold. Again not a word, certainly not a sorry, she throw the porridge in the bin and then said she would get another one. Another 10 minute wait and I told her that I did not want it now. The manager came over, again no apology, and did a refund. The manager was rude and all the staff were miserable. It is certainly the worse McDonald's we've come across, unless you know better!!!

Went here for breakfast and got my food quickly although my drink came over 5 minutes afterwards which was annoying, but wanted to recognise excellent work by staff members Becca and Aliyha as they were dealing with a situation where someone had walked off with a customer's order, prioritising remaking the order for that customer while also working hard to fill orders for current customers, and deal with 2 customer queries. This all happened in the time I was standing there but they worked really hard to deal with the situation and get operations flowing smoothly again.

Cold food, had to wait a long time as they missed my order initially and then bagged up the wrong order. When I did finally get mine, box of 6 nuggets only had 5, chips were soggy and cold, also no straw and sauce in bag. Takeaway only so did not realise until I had already left the store. Not expecting Michelin star service but come on, sort the basics out.

We ordered our meal and chose table service which was good as we had our shopping trolley with us. Staff were below average and not helpful or polite. When food came the meals were messed up and not as ordered. You could tell the food was prepared in a chaotic kitchen without any pride. Compared to other McDonald’s I have visited this one is the worst experience I have had. As long as the food is enjoyable and as ordered then normally the other stuff can be forgiven but in this case the whole experience was poor.

The order points never give you a receipt . The fries just lately have been soggy & under cooked . Make sure they don’t miss something from the order . And they never give the sauces that you’ve ordered you always have to ask for them

The staff are great, the service is fast and the general cleanliness monitoring is excellent though it doesn't take many customers long to mess it up. The menu is very appetizing in the photos of the succulent food that tickle your taste buds but the dry burgers you get served don't look anything like those succulent burgers in the photos and if you have a take away it gets cold in no time.

Came to this store on a quiet Thursday. Ordered off of the screen as I don’t trust the staff at this store. Received the wrong order, when I called to explain I received the wrong order and I was going to come and collect the right order, a “staff member” answered. I use quotation marks because this staff member accused me of lying and told me that if I was to come back I wouldn’t receive anything. I’m not sure of any place that would instruct their staff to speak like this to a customer. I have been spoken to like this anywhere I’ve ever visited. This location needs to be cleaned out.

This branch of McDonalds is inside an Asda superstore, the restaurant has recently been renovated. The food is inline with what you would expect from a branch of McDonalds.
