27/9/24 Ordered my food at 7.08pm £32. Didn't arrive until 9:40pm! I attempted to ring them 14 times to find out where my order was, unable to cancel because of how Just Eat works. Not once did any1 ever answer the phone even after I let it ring out in full each time. In the end got so annoyed that I got a lift down to the store at 9:30pm. Saw a Just Eat driver walking away with an order and asked him if it was for me. I even showed him the order number, GAVE HIM THE ADDRESS AND NAME and he said no. AS IM AT THE COUNTER WAITING TO ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. Just Eat updates to say your order has left. THE GUY I JUST SPOKE TO, THAT TOLD ME HE DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER, HAD MY ORDER AND WAS ON HIS WAY TO MY HOUSE!!! WE FOLLOWED HIM ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY HOUSE. STOOD RIGHT BEHIND HIM ON MY DOOR STEP AND SAID THATS MY FOOD. No apology, Nothing! To top it all off all the food was F*CKING COLD! So ye, not happy.. Dont eat here..

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)

Avoid ! It’s the worst McDonalds you will ever step foot in. Never get your order right. The food is always cold and the service is horrendous.

We decided to try here as my eldest daughter had been before for a coffee and thought it looked good. It was empty at 7:40pm on a Saturday which should have been a warning! Ordered a chicken stack meal, the waffle fries were lukewarm and tasted like they had been sat around for a while, the burger was not great either. Compared to the KFC tower burger it loses miserably. The bun was not that fresh and the overall quality of the chicken, hash brown and bun was low. Conisered a doughnut which looked like krispy kreme and was the same expensive price but they looked like they had been sat around all day. It's fair to say I wont be having a Tim Horton's again in a hurry or ever at all. If you want a good take out burger meal, then go to McDonalds, KFC or Burger King, costs pretty much the same but way better quality and taste than Tim Horton's, such a shame as the restaurant actually looks pretty good and inviting.

Just awful. Cold fries, cold and dry burgers. Had to tell the server to actually give me the whole portion of fries I had paid for when she tried to take away the large number that had fallen onto the tray and put them in the bin. Visited this one because Sandbrook Park McDonalds in Rochdale has repeatedly proved itself to be so awful we’ve given up on it. Sadly, it looks like Elk Mill is no better.

Against my better judgment, I decided to try KFC again after vowing never to go back years ago. As I entered the door I noticed only a few other people. I began my order on the kiosk. The kiosk screen was filthy and I felt I needed to wash and disinfect my hands after using it. I looked around and almost all the tables and surfaces I could see were either dirty and or full of debris. The whole place was disgusting and there is no excuse for that. The kiosk would not complete the transaction and told me to take a ticket to the till to pay there. I approached and was told by a male on the till they could only accept cash. No greeting first or any other friendliness. A second male stepped in and said no it was fine and I could put my card in the machine. I did this and completed the transaction. Then I was told that they did not have the drink I ordered! I chose another drink and was presented with it and my order. The chicken was hot but the chips were lukewarm. Not only that but there were only about 10 chips that did not even come to the top of the minuscule bag they were in. I then remembered why I decided years ago never to eat in KFC again. Non-existent customer service, very poor value, and disgusting hygiene throughout the public area left me thinking about how it meets the requirements for environmental health Inspectors. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs.

Honestly the worst when it comes to delivery I don’t understand how we ordered three meals and none come with fries? and you then can’t even get a refund. It’s a joke

What’s the point! No one in this country seems to want to work with pride or respect for the customer anymore!! At least I can say this knowing I care about my job and work hard.. no one seems to want to make a difference. No company wants to take responsibility for their staffs actions and the staff at KFC are taught to ignore the complaining customers instead of resolving the issues. Just had the worst cooked meal and as I was collecting it advised that now twice before they had forgotten items. Not even an apology on behalf of the company. Or anyway of making it right! I have now waisted £15 in the last two weeks!! I said I would never go back from today! Not that KFC would care! Always replaceable right!! 🤣. Joke!
