One of the worst KFC's I've ever been to. You order a large meal, plain, you get a medium meal with cheese on it. When you return it to the counter the "duty manager" tries to be sarcastic telling me it has cheese on it...

This is a nice KFC, especially if you are looking for Halal food. Conveniently located both for the Retail Park and also for motorists on the M6. Just exit at Junction 9 and follow signs for Wednesbury and then the retail park.

Drive thru staff rude, no customer service at all. On asking as how it took long, was told Not to come back.

Rude service, tables are always dirty, toilets are disgusting and worst of all the food is nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place definitely not worth the money. I’d give it 0 stars if I could!!

The chicken was very oily and lacked the usual KFC flavour. Filthy floor, table and chairs. Staff seemed dull and lacked enthusiasm. Will hot return despite being Halal.

Coffee was really good, service was good but to get comfortable seating for some disabled members of our family, we had to clear and clean the table first. Self clearing doesn't seem to apply to some people. On visiting the bathroom there was a terrible odour on opening the door which turned out to be a tinned gel air freshener. Ugh! The floor was swimming in water in places,toilet seat not very clean and really dirty around hinges, no loo roll. This was replaced on request but for one member of our family with arthritic hands she couldn't get any paper as the end of the roll was still fastened.

Went here on 19/8/17 there was a fair few in, we ordered and within 5 mins we had order, food was very hot and presented well. Amazed how fast we were served.

This is probably the worst KFC in the area , up the road in Great Bridge is far better if you really have to have one which sometimes my Husband does.

I feel compelled to write this review as all other means to contact this place has been unsuccessful. I have been to this place 4 times as a drive through customer. And on every occasion they have missed items out when packing! Items that I have paid for and not received! Over the 4 visits that's a total of £12 this place has cheated me out of and I want my money back. The people working there can't speak English properly and couldn't organise a prayer in a church. Clean and tidy inside but bins on car park need emptying more often. However, visited drive through and sat in car with children to eat. Sat watching numerous rats scurrying around the bins which were overflowing.

Lets start with the good bits....
