We were given a 10 pcs bucket of burnt chicken. Good thing we didn’t drove off straightaway. We returned the chicken and was asked to wait for 20 mins. After 30 mins still no chicken, so I asked where my food is and the manager said they’re having trouble with the fryer so was asked to wait for 10 more minutes, so we did only to be given more burnt chicken. While talking to the staff, a gentleman came back to the counter with a burnt ‘black’ chicken burger asking for a refund. It looked inedible. I’m sure even their staff won’t eat it, so why serve it!! This restaurant has no sense of responsibility of what they serve their customers. Do they even look at what they are serving? No quality control whatsoever. One staff in the kitchen was laughing while we were talking to the so called manager looking very pleased of what they did!!! Disgusting!! They should be ashamed!!

Useless. 7 staff No chicken. Not busy at all. Waited 20 Minutes. You sell chicken but you didn’t Have any chicken ready. Been here before and waited at drive thru for 10 mins and had to drive off as nobody came. Close it down.

I messed up on the KFC app and ordered food from the wrong KFC location and arrived here. The staff were amazing and honoured the order to save me having to find the other restaurant. Quite unexpected and very kind of them. Thank you!

We stopped going here due to customer service and incorrect orders . We thought after years we would try again how wrong were we got home and 2 box meals not in boxes but in bags and one had chips missing never again....

This is the worst place I have ever got delivery from.Always missing items always take forever for example I ordered a KFC 20 minutes later my son ordered a McDonald’s guess which came first.Asked for cookies got 4 ice creams instead ♂️The only thing colder than the food is the staff avoid at all costs last time I went in the restaurant it’s looked like a dump food all over the tables, bins overflowing, staff sat behind the counter with their arms folded badly managed

This is literally, and consistently, the worst kfc I have been to. I appreciate that they obviously are a care in the community employer, but this shouldn’t affect the quality of the food, but it does. Today’s dried chicken fillet, crusty bun and half portion of chips wasn’t the worst they have produced but pretty close. Come on kfc Clifton, sort yourselves out

First they manage customer flow by keeping you in a queue you can't escape. You know that's what's happening but it's KFC Clifton so, what else would you expect. Then, after being patient, you finally get to order. They say there is a further 15 minute wait. Right. OK. Fine, I've already waited 20 minutes. Eventually you reach the payment window. It's going to be 25 minutes more. So sorry. Erm....how about no.

We visited the Clifton KFC drive thru we was behind a white that was being served after waiting over 20 minutes my asked if the van could move to let us out the drive thru as we aren't waiting any longer and we went next door to McDonald's who was very busy and we was served in minutes. The staff at Clifton KFC couldn't run a tap. We will not be returning

There was 3 cars Infront of me, so I thought great, it shouldn't take long. Well 45 minutes later, I get to tell them my order & they said it will be at least 10 minutes for your order, that would of made it over 55 minutes to get my order. I said I can't wait, so I just drove over to McDonald's!

@KFC_UKI rude behaviour with uber drivers by one of the manager in clifton Nottingham branch (NADEEM)told me to take my helmet off every time I go in to collect the order. Except this KFC no one else told me to do that. I stop accepting jobs thats all I can do.

Lovely people, lovely food. Sometimes orders can be messed up but are easily sorted. Had to wait 10 minutes for fresh popcorn but the lady gave us a drink whilst we waited which was very sweet.

Fui a tratar a la familia, condujo atascado y pagó solo en la ventana de recolección de alimentos.Nos sentamos a esperar para cobrar / pagar durante 20 minutos y las bolsas de comida son visibles.No es de extrañar cuando lleguemos a casa comida FRÍA, y pollo muy cocido.La última vez que desperdicié mi dinero en cualquier KFC

¡Esperé 20 minutos después de ordenar un cubo deshuesado con 12 mini filetes para que me dijeran que no tienen ninguno y que será una hora y si quisiera puedo volver a recogerlo más tarde o él puede cambiarlo a pollo en el hueso! ! Así que me cambié a un apilador de zinger para que me dijeran que no había hamburguesas de zinger ni salsa ni pérdida total de tiempo. Alguien realmente necesita hacer algo con esta tienda. Esto ha sucedido varias veces en los últimos dos meses. Después de perder casi media hora, recibí un reembolso y no había comida, simplemente deberían cerrar esta tienda, es solo una pérdida de tiempo para las personas completamente furiosas y decepcionadas

Went in tonight at 7 .30 was told to wait as he needed to bag other people’s food who were just severed in front of me , ok i said then i waited 15 minutes while he messed about doing anything rather than serve me eventually he came back asked what i wanted and I’d forgotten so asked for family feast with coleslaw as one of the sides ,ran out of that was the reply so i went back to the table to ask what my family wanted instead went back to the counter only to stand and wait for another 10 minutes so we walked out and had NANDOS

This has to rank as the worst experience at a fast food outlet ever. Half the order missing. What we did get was cold. When we went back to get the correct order other people were in there also complaining. I'm not sure how they are managing to stay open at this rate. Should have checked Tripadvisor reviews first as they are spot on.

Le dije que me gustaría hablar con el gerente, se cruzó con un chico (inseguro de si es el gerente) pero fue muy amable, servicial y resolvió el problema.¡Siéntate para sacar el pollo de la caja y hay un pelo de jengibre pegado al pollo como si hubiera sido cocinado! En este punto tuve suficiente, la señora fue grosera, puse mi comida en el mostrador y me fui.Nunca salsas por la noche, siempre tener que esperar en el camino durante años es un desastre

Este es uno de los peores KFC en los que he estadoEstuvo esperando 10 minutos para ser atendido por una persona que básicamente no podía ser molestada y estaba más interesada en su teléfono que en servir. Después de esperar 20 minutos para obtener mi comida, uso la palabra comida sin apretar porque, para ser sincero, parecía que el escuadrón de bombas había hecho una explosión controlada. El pollo apenas tenía recubrimiento, la mayor parte estaba en el fondo de la caja, ¿una pieza era la caja torácica del pollo? el pollo estaba seco y sin sabor, las papas fritas estaban más frías que la bebida que me dieron.No malgastes tu dinero duramente ganado yendo aquí HORRIBLE. Hay un McDonald's al lado mucho mejor lugar?

Segunda visita con 12 meses de diferencia, nada ha cambiado desafortunadamente. Pollo crudo Comida fría. Elementos secundarios que faltan del cubo. Me dijeron que hacía calor cuando lo servimos. ¡Todavía estaba en el restaurante! Se había quedado sin lados. No emitiría un reembolso. Personal realmente grosero. Nunca iré de nuevo.

Mi opinión personal Clifton KFC es impactante. Nunca me han tratado tan mal. Fui el mes pasado y casi nadie en mí y en mi compañero comimos una buena comida con una botella de Pepsi. Estaba esperando como 25 minutos porque dijeron que tenían problemas con mi pedido y cuando lo conseguimos mi pollo quería que se cocinara correctamente, hacía frío dentro de las papas fritas. Y dijeron que no les quedaban más botellas. Luego no se disculparon, dijeron bien, hacía calor cuando lo tenías que haber pasado frío. Entonces le pedí ver al gerente que aparentemente quería entrar y le dije que quería presentar una queja formal y que me devolvieran el dinero. Todavía negándome, comencé a decirles a los clientes que venían que no comieran aquí, luego el personal consiguió seguridad para echarnos. Sin disculpas, escribí una carta de queja formal. Aparentemente no debería decirle al cliente que no comiera allí repugnante.

Well..... I don’t know where to begin. We walked in and needed to use the facilities. Stood there using said facilities we looked up, big mistake. It looked like there was a wet wad (entire) of toilet roll stuck to the roof. A water stain had managed to appear around so it had obviously been there a while.

Really can't see how this chain survives, Sunday and very quiet, maybe 8 others inside, ordered using the touch screen as was ignored at the counter and as usual no paper in the printer so unsure of my order number, it disappears from the screen too quickly.... Then the wait, I swear they must go catch, slaughter and prep the chicken, 11 minutes and not even a big order, staff just slouch about and seem totally disinterested then I get a bag placed in front of me and a bottle, I was about to walk off and then thought no cups? So went back to be ignored at first, then I asked and got them without comment, no sorry etc, so sit down to find no pkates/tray to place food on and four bags of fries thrown into a bag so they're all loose in the bottom... What is wrong with staff at kfc's if they have no pride in their job get out and do something else, all this is besides the uncleared tables and unclean toilets... Management need to either sort their staff out or leave the job as they're not managing well enough to stay. Poor again at yet another KFC must be how they like to promite themselves

Just wanted to comment on the staff here . Ate inside before going to the match , staff here are by far the most polite in any other KFC I’ve been in ( colwick , take note) food is the usual fair you’d expect.

My first visit to this particular KFC, situtated in the Clifton area of Nottingham. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant is very nice and clean which is a real bonus compared with some others.

£10.40 for a Burger that was worse than a McDonalds 🙄🤬Sour sauce and a soggy bun…the pictures on JustEat looked mint but it was totally embarrassing…rang them and got told it may have come from the Radford branch…I don’t care what branch it came from….either way it was awful!!

I went to the Burger King drive-through on Castle Boulevard in Nottingham, and after waiting for several minutes at the designated spot with no response, I drove ahead to check if the drive-through was open at all. They had left a metal door open, which partially obstructed the already tight road, and ended up scratching my car. I got out to assess the damage, and a member of staff came out shortly afterwards. I explained calmly, saying literally these words and nothing more: "I just scratched my car against the door; it’s a bit dangerous here." She immediately started getting annoyed and replying “The door was open all day and no one hit it; you could have avoided it by driving more on the side; or you could just have asked me to close it; it’s not our responsibility if you hit it…" when I finally managed to put a word through, I said “I’m not asking for compensation, just to maybe put a warning sign for the next ones or something, since it’s so narrow here?" She said, "OK," and disappeared. Tell me if this is good customer service.

I do not recommend, Ordered at 11pm says the order was being prepared it’s now 2am with no food received, no phone call to let me know. Certainly will not be ordering again

Do not go here 15 minutes waiting for a diet coke at my table Informed a member of staff who told me I hadn't ordered at my table. Showed her the proof. Coke arrived a couple of minutes later with the excuse being a large backlog of customers Restaurant only half full Shocking Service!!!
