worker was screaming and when we looked she went what are they all looking at which is very rude waking my baby up. and also swearing around my young children.

Absolutley would not recommend this place ..staff member Jennefer not a please or smile to myself and a other customer waiting whilst she was helping on drive through.. when I asked if anyone serving on counter as I had counted 6 cars entering drive through before they even looked to serve us she barely looked at me and said."what do you want" .After placing my order being told half things they didn't have no apolgy just told don't have it I asked for managers name on Duty was ignored until I requested it again .young man said ime manager when I asked his name you could tell he really couldn't be bothered pointed to his badge and said why do you want to know ..to be honest the little staff their tonight were the rudest I've come across.after I sat dwn with my 4grandchildren 3 of staff decided to stand talking about me whilst looking over..Retraining wouldn't go amiss with these staff member .no wander they had 1.5 star. Rating..food was hot so no complaint on that.

Went through kfc east prescot road on the 7/1/2024 and ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket and 2 sides of gravy for £21 for me and my family. When i got home with my order i noticed they had given me 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs obviously needed to get rid of them and 4 half filled bags of fries. Avoid this place if possible the staff obviously dont care

Can’t review the food as we haven’t had it! Waited 90 minutes and need to go out. Having a piece of toast instead. NOT fast food.

Ordered 4 standard trilogy box meals on the app on Saturday evening. Paid £47.00 for the 4 box meals but only 2 boxes delivered. Driver said nothing to do with him as bag was sealed. Not a complicated order even for their level of intelligence and they still couldn’t get it right. Nearly £50.00 for 2 box meals (seriously) !!! We have put up with the incorrect meals & sides being delivered previously but this was an all time low even for this takeaway. Will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone else. Absolute shambles of a takeaway. I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from this branch, unless you don’t want your meals for everyone to be delivered. Never ever again…

Worse delivery than usual, normally only minor things missing but this time over half the order not here. It was only 2 meals. This place needs a manager that can manage.

Never go there ever again , staff or should I say one person Emily was extremely rude to me and my son to the point I gave them the food back and ask for my money , worst experience ever and to be treated like something you had stood in is unacceptable by a power trip person.

Ordered and waited longer than I had to, then when it showed my entire meal was missing but my girlfriend still got her food. Place is a joke, new staff is needed desperately and orders need to be double checked before going out. But I doubt that makes a difference, as the staff clearly don’t care.

If irs no cash you really need signs on entry insyead if wairing in a large que. I fully understand why but it shoukd be signed. Attirude from staff today is not if a proffessional standard. Waist if time.

Just been to KFC knotty for two trilogy box meals: -burger- mini fillet - popcorn chicken - chips - drink - should have been a simple order... Meal 1 - We received - no mini fillet and no popcorn chicken - just two scrawny hot wings!! Meal 2 - No mini fillet side - but the best of all was instead of a burger we were given a 3 mini fillets in a box - NO BURGER AT ALL!!! KFC need to pull their finger out and shut the place down. - as you can see from the other reviews it is as bad as it gets Who sells a box meal with no burger!!!!

Absolutely vile ! Got my order and it come cold so I told them at the till and they said they can’t change it ! And it has just come off the grill even tho it was cold ! Customer service is disgraceful and food is terrible !!! I also got a Krushem and it was half full ! The chicken weren’t cooked properly when I got home They warmed my food up in the Mirowave when I told them it was cold my wrap was BLACK as they have kept it on for too long in the mirowave I wouldn’t recommend going to that kfc

Goes the kfc east prescot road 15 01 21 around 13.30pm spends total over £30 get home jesus 2 gravy missing 1 large gravy spilt over all the food in bags as they had no boxes so it all baged Sprite was water as they not changed post mix asked pure orange and it was in the 20 hot wings box with lid on box no straws should been 3 gravy but only 1 large as I said tipped everywhere leaked though bags hotwings were deffo day b4s cos they were freezing and all dried out absolute apauling..staff not bothered phoned 35 times left several voicemails no reply phone was taken of hook left on side could hear evryone in restaurant staff .just a joke do not say I warned you stay clear travel bit further

I went with my family after work around 9.30ish the place was quiet and we only seen the deliveroo guy. The guy taking our order was nice enough it’s just when we got to pick up our food that’s when the crappy service really started. The girl on the window handed us our drinks and didn’t even give us a second glance. I get it it’s late but come on! When we got home we dished out our food and found that they had got our order wrong. The food itself was to say it was warm would be a compliment. It was cold and rubbery and the chips were grim and hard. It’s a rare for us to get kfc but it wasn’t good and I don’t think we will be visiting again anytime soon.

Este restaurante está muy sucio, al personal no le importa la actitud, la comida es horrible, debería ser cerrado.Esperé en una cola durante 10 minutos. en el punto de pedido del cliente. Fuimos a KFC para disfrutar, el personal estaba demasiado ocupado charlando y lanzándose insultos entre nosotros para tomar nuestro pedido. El lugar parecía que no se había limpiado durante mucho tiempo, se equivocaron de orden (no es una sorpresa) y tuve que decirles que se equivocaron.No es un lugar para visitar o para pedir comida.

Chicken was pink inside , went up to ask for it to be changed. Staff in the drive thru told me to wait and passed me onto another member of staff. They was both rude, I didn’t even get an apology of either of them! The way all the staff speak to each other is also disgusting! The staff don’t even acknowledge you especially the small ratty looking blonde one. Rudest person I’ve ever met. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

I ordered from just eat and when my order arrived it was incomplete I called the restaurant but no answer its unacceptable

I often drop in for a sanity stop and coffee. Not enough staff and no structure of management. Concentration is on drive through or delivery not front of house. Poor clear table frequently you often have to diy clear a table. Staff do try hard and do their best, but needs organisation. The delivery riders bring the place down scruffy and playing cards in store!. Also now a franchise no wi-fi which is poor. Come on big it up people. Up

El peor kfc iv ha estado. El personal no tiene idea de lo que están haciendo, todos estaban discutiendo detrás de los mostradores. Priorizaron el pedido de entrega sobre el cliente en espera, incluso si no había nadie para entregarlos. Cuando el chico delieroo finalmente apareció, tenía una pierna y tardó 15 minutos en volver a subir a su bicicleta, así que lo siento por quien haya tenido esa orden, ya que se había sentado a un lado durante unos diez minutos. Lugar podría hacer con una buena limpieza. Carece drásticamente de cualquier forma de gestión u organización.

Pasamos 45 en KFC East Prescot Road para recibir una caja de lados. Le dijimos a la conducción que era una entrega incorrecta, dijo que llamaría al gerente. Nunca volvimos a escuchar, así que llamé y me dijeron que no era su culpa y que no podían hacer nada. El gerente era una broma, me colgó el teléfono. Estaba tranquilo y no era desagradable solo pregunté por qué no habíamos recibido nuestra comida. Ella era muy poco profesional. Sin comida cuesta 45. Nunca volveré a ir allí y me aseguraré de que ninguno de mis familiares o amigos lo hagan tampoco. Nada más que ladrones groseros.

Mala actitud del personal principalmente gerente!Mala calidad de las papas fritas, llenas si hay aire y gusanos, tienda sucia, mesas sucias, piso pegajoso, sucio, ¡entonces las bebidas son viles sin jarabe, se les pide que cambien y se les devuelve aún peor! Al presentar mi queja, el personal consiguió gerente y ella era muy pobre con su servicio al cliente y discutió querer que abordara el problema directamente frente al miembro del personal mientras estaba con mi hija parada allí.Mal servicio general y no recomendaré a nadie que vaya allí a menos que tome un almuerzo para llevar y equipo de limpieza.

I have never been in a KFC that was so scruffy before. The tables had not been cleared and the floor was littered with rubbish. No one was making any attempt to clear it up. To add to it, one of the staff’s children was chipping in as people we’re ordering and was behind the counter. Nobody wants to eat in a scruffy place. Does no one take any pride in their work these days? If that’s what the customers can see, I hate to think what it must be like where the food is cooked. I can only imagine it is far from hygienic. They could do with a visit from Environmental Health.

Nearly every time we’ve been to this KFC the food has been wrong and the kitchen looks completely disorganised and chaotic. On yesterday’s visit the box was dripping with gravy so we asked the staff member if she could wipe it with a tissue so it didn’t go all over the car seats. With an attitude, she then grabbed the box and wiped it with her hand and subsequently flicked it all over our car door. Absolutely disgusting.

Owner has obviously told staff to scrimp on parts of each order to save money. Not once had a complete order, always something missing. Husband asked where was the orange juice & the staff advised in the box! Nope! Worst kfc ever, I use to work in one so I know!

No structure what so ever. Staff are rude, unorganized, disinterested, sloppy, inexperienced and lazy. Listening to music but cannot put together a simple order. Ordered us to wait in car park whilst they get a zinger burger ready... brought rice box out and adamant they had already brought the zinger out? Amateurs need to pay more attention to doing their job rather than looking pretty and being glued to their phone.

This KFC is an absolute disgrace! The staff are so rude its unbelievable, the way staff talk to one another as well is disgusting.. they dont care about there customers at all.. twice in 2 weeks I have been there and they are just shocking shouting numbers out everywhere and then rolling there eyes, staff talk down to one another they seem like bullys in there.

Ordered a couple of meals via Just Eat. This was a total waste of £17 as the meal was cold and hardly edible. No way did it taste like KFC chicken. Please do not order KFC via the Just Eat app, you are wasting your money.

Waited a long time for food at the drive thru. Then couldn't eat one of the sides as no spoon or fork in the bag. Had to go inside the restaurant to get one which defeats the point of using the drive thru service. Have to ask for sauces if you want them they don't think to offer. Then found they'd given me the wrong burger. Paid for cheese and bacon fillet but just given a fillet. Went back through drive through. The girl was very unprofessional and behaved very immature. No understanding of customer service and the fact of having to go back into restaurant for cutlery, and to then come back for this. She stared at me blankly. Then asked for the filler burger back. I actually asked what do they do now with the wasted burger..she said throw it away. I asked well don't you allow your customers to keep the one you have them as a mistake instead of throwing it away...she said that's not legal!!! I just thought it was pathetic that my receipt clearly stated that is paid for a cheese and bacon fillet meal and so the one theyd gave me they would rather throw in the bin han allow you to keep it as a vesture of goodwill when it wohld be thrown away anyway. She looked at me like i was asking for gold when i tried to mention this and could not believe she mentioned that being illegal!!!!

Been here a few times and it's a bit of a hit and miss as to whether you actually get what you ordered at the window. Check your order or you might find yourself doing another lap of the drive-through.

This is not the first time I've had issues with this branch. Since it became a franchise it has got even worse. Today we ordered 4 popcorn snack boxes amongst other items, each snack box had a different amount of chicken in, ranging from 6 to 10.

Came here around 1pm today and the queue of cars for the drive through was immensely long. So myself and my partner and two daughters decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker... firstly we were stood at the front of the queue in an empty restaurant so we assumed we would be served when someone was free. We were told at least 3 times ‘we will be with you now’ still stood there. They were clearly busy at the time with drive through orders but they had become the main focus rather than the customers that were currently inside the shop. When we were eventually served, the lady serving us was extremely rude. The name on the receipt we received was “Sammy” she was slim with blonde hair in a bun and wearing a KFC Fleece. Every word she muttered under her breath and we could hardly hear her, Her tone was a complete monotone and very unwelcoming. She made us feel as if we were asking a lot from her simply by ordering our food! Not a single smile out of her. After everntuqllu receiving our food, the quality was poor. I would also like to add that during our wait at the beginning, there was a young man who entered behind the tills not wearing any uniform and I felt that was extremely unprofessional

I just been through the drive through and made a nearly a £50 order the chips were cold and only filled up half way, the big daddy burger had bacon Wich was mostly full of fat overall poor food and I say it every time about going there I also heard the staff complaining about the order as it was half an hour before closing food missing! terrible will never be going again!!

Excellent service on Boxing day evening when my son just needed that little pick me up away from the humdrum Turkey that I was serving.

Went to KFC in Dovecot Liverpool yesterday, what a nightmare. Very few customers in the shop yet waited almost 15 mins to get the food I'd ordered. Staff too busy chatting among themselves to attend to customers. Asked if the music could be turned down...it was turned up instead! Childish. Another employee arrived, walked through shop front door straight behind counter and started serving - no hand wash, change of clothes!

I am baffled by the speed at which the drive thru system operates. I’ve witnessed, with my eyes, three different families enter kfc and finish their meal in the time I have sat, trapped for over 35 mins, in the drive thru.

I have just wasted over 45 mins with only 7 cars in front of me, going through drive thru at KFC prescot rd L14 Liverpool. No staff at the window to take orders and have to wait at intercom to open dialog. Then had to wait 10 mins at the window being told tea & coffee machine not working so would I like cold BUT we only have tango or Pepsi as the other drinks are not working.This isn't the 1st time it's happend but is the last time we will use this particular KFC...

This place is one of the newest KFCs in Liverpool but recently it’s become a disaster!

This kfc is an absolute joke. You wait half hour at a time in the drive through. They never have the food you order. Iv even seen food be dropped on the floor (in the box) in here and be put in a bag and served to a customer in the restaurant. Staff can be rude or quite verbal and foul mouthes to each other (as a joke) wont be using this one again in a rush after so many bad experiences

Just been waiting in a queue in drive through on East Prescott Road KFC. I noticed drivers seeming to have words with the girl taking the orders. When we finally got to give our order we where told they had run out of chicken & just got more so will be 15 mins or more. We were trapped behind the drivers who where also pissed off but agreed to wait on an order. When I had words with the girl & finally got to near exit to collect orders I advised that they put signs up saying out of chicken. I could have went to any other fast food place. I asked the girl for a contact number as I am going to put in a complaint and she told me to look on website. I did that & guess what? You can’t call them & mailbox is full. I suspect it’s full of complaints

Honestly, its not hard, you cook Chicken and then serve people.....fast, remember you work at a fast food place ?

Came tonight should of left when I went inside the tables were full of empty boxes food the bins were over flowing .but I thought give it a chance it might be because it was late .i order food they never had no gravey so just got coldsaw . Got home the chicken was dry as a bone the chips were soggy the chicken wings Jesus don’t get me started on them . There has been a hypo living on the car park now for 3 weeks. This is the 4th time they have been there since Christmas. They are doing nothing what so ever about it. Its looks horrible especially for us neighbours that have to see it day in and day out. The managers need to pull there fingers out of there backsides and get this long on going gypsy situation sorted out once and for all. Its bad enough having to live looking at the KFC and the constant rubbish and over flowing bins that rarely get emptied. With it turning into a gypsy site

Its rare when they actually have chicken! After being told they hardly had anything in stock, i ordered a zinger box meal with cheese as part of my family’s order, checked in box that there was a burger, a bag (that i assumed were hot wings) side, chips and a drink and that the zinger option on the box was pushed in. All was okay and then I got home. They was an original recipe chicken burger and there a one piece in the bag instead of hotwings, there wasnt even lettuce or mayo on the burger like there is supposed to be on both the zinger and the fillet burger. This is not the first time they have messed my order up. Also missed a large chips off of my order. Never stepping foot inside this kfc or a wheel in it’s drive-thru again...

I ordered a family feast bucket 6 pieces. The chickens are too small and look very malnourished not worth the money I paid for. I will never come back to that KFC branch again!

seriously shocking! Chicken fillet burgers are easily half the size of any other KFC I've visited. I'm 100% sure the owner is halving them!! Or is it possible the factory sends all the small chickens to his resturant, you never know!!!!! Yer Right!😹

Really really slow service. I go here quite often as it's the closest one. Always clean and food is nice when they get the order correct. At the time of my last visit they had no bags. Not good if you have ordered multiple meals and drinks. The staff could benefit with some training.

Vile foods always cold and they can never seem to get your order right always chocker chips r always warm ups

Just a visited the restaurant, went to the drive through and ordered a fully loaded meal to be told you have no chicken and the bone �� and would hot wings be ok. I said no as no one in the car eats the spicy options at KFC, I asked if we could change it to any other chicken and the answer was no. Becky the assistant manager came over to say that there was no way it on the system they couldn't work around the answer was just no spicy chicken wings only. As it would mess with her screens if she was to give us anything different. She really wasn't bothered and didn't even make an effort to help just wanted to make sure "her screens" weren't affected. I made it clear her service wasn't impressive, if it could be classed as service at all. No alternative offered no discount offered and when I got home my order was wrong. Obviously no one was checking the screens properly to give the customer a correct order. Maybe customer service should be more of a focus rather than screens. Disappointing service from Becky assistant manager.

This is quite a new KFC, built next to the Burger King restaurant. I've eaten here twice now, and both times I've been very impressed.

Went through the drive through after missing the crazy way in, We were also in a hurry. Got told to park in the car park and wait after gbeing asked to give them back our meals so they could keep the warm. The prices are up there with London im sure. Waited for ten minutes in the car park which is scary as when we tried to pull out reversing, some idiot flew past me in a mood because he had been told to wait, and nearly hit us. I will not be going back here in a hurry with my Grand Children.
