I don’t even want to leave a one star. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. I waited in the drive thru (just to make my order) for over 15 minutes when there was only 3-4 cars in front of me. 4 cars left; they were there before me and obviously didn’t want to wait any longer. My food was stone cold, my chips were revolting and the cheese bites had black bits all over them and tasted like fish. The girl who took my order was extremely rude and shut the window on us and the 2 girls it took to give us our food through the window asked us what our order was twice and they still were confused. I had to take my ticket from them and read my order out so they could organise it. I don’t know what the hell is going on in this McDonald’s but not only am I going to avoid this specific one, I’m going to avoid all from now on. Clearly there’s no standards when it comes to the training of their staff. So disappointed. Also, a car which already had gone through the drive thru once, pulled up alongside my car and got out to speak to the two girls because they had drastically messed their order up!!!

I ordered McDonald’s for 7 children, we waited over an hour to receive only 3 meals, NO drinks and for the driver to say the last delivery was missing food aswell it’s not his problem and walked away. I have then had to drive to McDonald’s to rectify this, not only have I had to pay for this food/delivery I have then had to reorder the 7 meals. Now being out of pocket twice, Uber eats weren’t helpful with refunds and said that I wouldn’t get the delivery charge back nor a full refund as the driver head delivered (not even half my order). I will never use Uber eats again. I was also told that McDonald’s had received a number of issues with delivery’s this evening that they would give 2 bags of food but people had called to say they had only received some of there order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE UBER EATS, will be sticking to JUST EAT!!!!!

I ordered food and it said it would take 20-30 mins, ended up taking 1 hour 15. When it arrived the chips were half filled, one less chicken select than what i ordered and a 3/4 filled drink. Tried to get a refund but they just didn’t pick up. Save you money and spend it somewhere else.

Usé uber eats por primera vez hoy, nunca más. Apareció comida con artículos faltantes. Llamé al conductor y me dijeron que no era mi problema. Pedimos a Mcdonalds a través de la aplicación Uber Eats, esperamos casi una hora después de que aconsejó 30 minutos. La orden llegó solo para estar completamente equivocada. Me contacté con McDonald's pero me dijeron que tenía que comunicarme con Uber y casi 2 horas después todavía me estaban pidiendo la misma información que había proporcionado dos veces, los artículos faltantes, lo que recibimos y el número de pedido. Muy frustrado con la completa falta de servicio al cliente y de seguir preguntándome por la misma información que tienen en la pista de mensajes. Parece que pospongo el reembolso de mi dinero. He informado esto a PayPal también para su resolución. Nunca volveré a utilizar este servicio de basura.

Sadly I had to give it one star, we stopped here last night after a night out and actually left empty handed! When we arrived there was litter everywhere in the car park, and when we entered the restaurant and started to queue as the machines were out of order, a woman customer at the food counter started to projectile vomit (she was old enough to know what she was doing approx 20s) but she just stood there for a while heaving and continuing to be sick, no-one was telling her to move even the woman she was with, no-one was clearing it up, another customer said it was too much drink!!! What I couldn't get my ahead around was that she was still on her mobile phone!!! It was everywhere all over the walls, counter, floor and as she continued staff just walked off and dismissed what was happening even the cleaner left shaking her head (which I do not blame as she did not move towards outside or the toilets)

Absolute Crap, ordené en línea desde macdonalds, el rastreador dijo que era hora de encontrarse con su conductor a las 12. placed an order from McDonald’s…I placed an order from McDonald’s mainly for my little girl who I have every other weekend, when the driver was allocated I sent him a text to let him know where we were and how to access the flat, to make his life easier.For some reason he was driving round in circles I tried to call several times, I messaged him, yet all my communication was ignored and eventually it said my order had been delivered.When I tried to get through to customer services, it took a long time, no one to speak to but after several messages and a long wait eventually I got a refund, I was stressed, my daughter was hungry, upset and needed her bed, yet no apology or any suggestion of a good will gesture, in fact I was told if she’s still hungry place another order, disgusting service and treatment of loyal customers.

Cuando FIANLLY se entregó, hacía frío, los helados eran agua y no tenían para llevar salsa BBQ. Utilice otros servicios de entrega para llevar, como Deliveroo y JustEat, donde la felicidad y el servicio del cliente son prioritarios.Pedí Mcdonalds en Londres (sucursal Travelers Friends) a través de UberEats el 20 de diciembre, por la tarde alrededor de las 7 pm. Desde el local que llevaran el desayuno de McDonald's a las 9:45, 45 minutos antes del desayuno. termina Nos dieron un tiempo estimado de entrega de 10:50. A las 11:30 ninguna señal de comida. Entonces recibió un mensaje de decir la orden había sido cancelado ya que el conductor no podía llegar el pedido. Deberíamos haber sido informado antes que el orden no puede ser recogido. A menos de 2 horas de espera para encontrar el orden no era procedente. El servicio es muy pobre. Las primeras veces que utilizamos no eran geniales, pero bien. Después de esta, sin embargo, no volveré ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

Acabamos de terminar el trabajo en un domingo por la noche y decidimos rápidamente pop hasta McDonald's a comer algo con mi pareja. Nos dieron dos comidas, dos de crema agria y cebollino y un McFlurry salsas. Antes de darnos el bolso, mi compañero leer todo lo que debería ser en allí (después de innumerables de cosas desaparecidas en otros MCDONALD'S). La mujer declaró que todo lo que pedimos estaba en la bolsa, pero al llegar a casa, una comida y faltaban tanto crema agria y salsas de cebollino. Aprender a lugar cosas en bolsas porque es todo lo que necesitaba! !

Mal. Visita hoy Fui por coche por fue dada una pidió a mc Ráfagas de parque por la comida. 10 minutos más tarde vinieron una comida a dio a mi persona equivocada. Vi la persona en coche junto a mí aviso (que sólo paramos) que no era su orden van dentro, así he seguido para asegurarse de que no iba a intentar darme la comida alguien tocado. Tuve que esperar 25 minutos para mi comida. 2 hamburguesas y 3 patatas fritas. Ridículo

We were stuck on the A2 on the way to breakfast before shopping and my wife called McDonald's to see if she could order ahead, which they did for us. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful. My daughter dropped her syrup and we asked for another one, the manager actually have is another whole breakfast which was lovely. Well done Charlton McDonald's.

Drive thru visit. The queue was four cars long when I joined it. It was raining so I didn't want to go in. A girl came out to help with the queue issue. I was served, paid and left within 5 minutes, all the food was hot and fresh, a good experience.

This was our first time trying Thunderbirds Fried Chicken and it did not disappoint. So me and my partner ordered the Detroit burger, 10 chipuffalo wings, normal fries and meltdown fries with coke and water. First of all, the burgers….absolutely delicious, literally zero complaints. I felt that the chicken strips instead of a whole chicken breast was different but good different. I couldn’t take much of the Detroit hot honey but that’s not an issue with me as overall it was nice. The chipuffalo wings were nice too, oh we ordered some blue cheese sauce to go with it, great combo. I didn’t try the normal fries so can’t comment on that, I had the meltdown fries…it was very saucey, no cutleries tho so prepare to get your fingers messy if you do order this….again it was very tasty. Overall experience, would order again and would recommend if you want to try something new

This is such a gem. Friendly and welcoming service, prices around average. The lamb shish kebab was amazing, excellent quality and perfectly seasoned. Would certainly be my go to takeaway if I lived in the area.

Ordered from here last night and was shocked at what we received. The potions was tiny! There was 4 tiny pieces of chicken in the kebab and literally a handful of chips. Thank god we ordered chips each as usually we share, that would not have been possible. It’s disgusting considering the price you pay.
