Avoid ! It’s the worst McDonalds you will ever step foot in. Never get your order right. The food is always cold and the service is horrendous.

I ordered 6 nuggets, carrot sticks, fish finger happy meal with orange juice and big tasty at 11 just when the menu changes, on the kiosk machines. When my number was called I went to collect the food was thrown at me! Simply disrespectful. When I looked in my bag there was no Carrot sticks! What am I going to feed Rudolph now! I went back in to ask for them, the answer I received was appalling I was told "I can F*** off! We have carrot sticks on for vegetarians and/or Kids." Of which I am neither I just wanted to see in the dark again! Overall the whole experience was one massive joke!

Sat in the car park for 25 minutes before they finally came out with the food. Only had 3 hash browns instead of 6. Had to wait another 5 minutes. Drove home and found out there's only 2 mcmuffins In the bag and not 3. Worst mcdonalds in birmingham

Worst MC branch ever B44 0AA. I order take away 2 mc plant and when i got home to see it was just the bun without the vegan meat inside. Now drive back to get what i payed for!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s branch in the Uk. Food is consistently bad, something always has to be sent back or orders are always wrong, staff are half asleep and never want to actually help with any issues.

Firstly if your disabled don't think you can park in the disabled bays always full with delivery drivers cars no blue badges displayed service is shocking how hard can it be to read an order and get in wrong, was given a mcchicken sandwich with no top to bun gave it back to manager who wasn't interested on bit better of just going somewhere else is probably the better option

Went through the drive thro wished i hadn't its the Worst place ever, food was freezing and burgers were like rubber, food ended up in the bin, total waste of money 😑

Cold, cardboard like food, everytime, seriously!? Fit for the bin. Last straw "no pun intended" Ingredients missing from my order "sausage egg McMuffin order (sausage missing) Drove all the way back..... receipt in hand it said sausage egg McMuffin. He spoke to me like I must of eaten the sausage, now I'm really pissed off. Service rubbish, food rubbish. #1/10

The service here was so bad I tried to go to the toilet but they did not let me so I had to do it in my large caramel frappe. You do not understand how desperate I was. Therefore I do not recommend anyone to visit this Mcdonalds. Also, there is a worker (I’m not sure of his name) I saw him come out the toilet without washing his hands and serve a customer with some kind of cookie crumble stuck in his finger nails.

What a shower of sh*t! Will never visit here again! Keep you waiting 20mins+ for 2 mcchicken sandwich meals, then don't even get it right!!!

Where do i start,i came to McDonald's college rd today and the service is horrendous i didnt order a lot of food and i was told to park up and wait so i parked up and i waited for about 20 minutes than someone that was with me got out the car and went and asked were our food was then the women told him to shut up bare in mind there was people who was complaining as well and the employees was being rude and aggressive and we then got our food and the women who told the person i was with to shut up said to us that he was being aggressive but he wasnt she was being very aggressive towards us. Go to perry bar McDonald's instead they have got better employees that respect there customers in a friendly matter. NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS ITS HORRIBLE

I’ve been to this McDonald’s quite a lot and every time I order food either the staff are rude or the foods cold and I have to get up half a dozen times because they forget something then if I order on just eat they miss out items from meals and the food is also stone cold I’ve even asked them to remove onions and when I had my burger delivers it was like they added extra onions on purpose

I thought McDonald was fast food, not here. Also the burgers are always overdone. Worst McDonald's I've been to. The staff were too busy chatting and messing around in the kitchen to serve people and get orders out.

I had a vegan plant burger here, and I travel and eat everywhere, all over Brum. This was the worst I've ever had.If it was meat I would of complained big time, it was mush undercooked cold and nasty. You need to know how to cook food properly! I will avoid this one from now on.

You can not make this up, after queuing for 10 minutes in Drive thru for 2 basic Chicken Mayo and chips, we were told to wait in a reserve space while they were cooked, yippee, they will be fresh, how wrong we were, hot fries...

Broken card machine. 15 mins in queue to pay. Short changed after card machine wasn’t working. 2 Watery McFlurrys. Two cold smashed up burgers. One burger had human hair in the cheese. Not one sorry or an attempt at an apology. Do not bother this...

On my arrival at this McDonald to collect my customers food the manager told me that I could not collect the food , no reason and my order number was called out I continued to try collect the food and the manager snatched the food...

Always cold food, dismal amount of fries served each time(have to always ask for them to top up) basically a small/medium portion if that in a large carton. If you want to feel disappointed with your meal this is the one to visit.

On average it takes 13 minutes between order and collection which is hardly fast food. Countless times something in the order is wrong, normally the basic ability to tell between Diet Coke and Coke Zero which isn’t detected until I’ve driven home.

O tenemos un conductor de reparto de Uber. . .Llamó al gerente de Collage Road Mcdonald que no me dijo nada que ver con ellos y hablar con Uber. I am sick and tired of this place getting my order wrong. Many times we’ve ordered over the Uber eats app. The first time it was a large fries that they forgot and countless times they’ve forgotten dips but now they’ve forgot a Big Mac. We phoned up the restaurant to be met with the upmost disrespect from staff trying to say that they’ve 100% put the Big Mac into the bag when they clearly haven’t. The bag was sealed when it got here so it wasn’t the driver it was just the incompetence of the half soaked staff that work there. Absolutely disgraceful, just take blame for what you’ve forgot to put in my order. Absolute drips.

Every time I ever go the McFlurry machine is always broke or some other crappy excuse. Is it just that they don't want to serve them because they need to clean the machines and can't be bothered or are they genuinely so crap and looking after equipment is breaks all the time?

Let's get queue to get in the drive-through to get to to the window to be told there is no ice cream today as it has gone runny. This was at 6.00pm on a normal Sunday afternoonso let's queue for another 15 minutes in the drive through to have to leave empty handed.either the people are incompetent, or the machines are inadequate. Avoid this place!!

10 minute wait for cold food, and half the time something is missing, no apologies for you having to travel back for the rest of your order,and both the staff and the Managers dont have a clue what they are doing.... they need a to recruit some new Managers as the staff are not the problem its how the place is managed!

Actualmente sentado en una bahía a la espera de un pedido. . Una que era dolorosa incluso de colocar. Intentó personalizar una hamburguesa para mi hijo (que se puede hacer con solo tocar un botón en las máquinas de autoservicio que hay en el interior) y se fue 3 veces para pedir solo que regresara y dijera que no es posible. Few times I’ve got home and find a missing burger but not worth wasted petrol returning ! Drive through gets very busy and the car park has about 20 spaces so not guaranteed a spot ! Staff ate great just overworked as it’s busy !

Great stuff food came quick nice and warm on a Saturday lunch time you would think it to be busy and packed but only around 10 people in side . Nice and clean and 2 floors for if it gets to busy

I take my son here almost every Saturday after football training, and they never have milkshakes or ice cream. Some of the staff are absolutely so rude! And the food orders almost always come out wrong.

Cada vez que vengo NUNCA tienen batidos o mcflurrys y el personal tiene una actitud sobre ellos y las porciones de patatas fritas son tan malas. ! Si pide un tamaño mediano frito, en realidad obtiene una porción pequeña, solo se llena la mitad de la caja y luego, cuando pide una papas fritas grandes, obtiene una porción mediana. . . ¡el personal necesita ser entrenado!

Paso este mcdonalds, así que metimos una gran Mac. Dios mío, obviamente tenía una renovación pero tabletas de ordenador a todos los niños de ambos se truncó o desaparecidos, esperamos mucho tiempo para la comida. Prioridad obviamente para drive - a través. Zona típica white trash (y yo soy blanco), intentar hacer cosas McDonalds mejor y no apreciamos. Puede tomar el cliente de el canalón, pero no el canalón de salida del cliente, pero el personal no intenta hacer lo mejor. Se pegará a la una en Sutton Coldfield.

Nice idea to take the kids out for a treat but always seems to be an issue at this place, closed drive through, cash only, parked up followed by a long wait, staff can have a bad attitude too!

What a calamity. They were making the drive through priority so everyone inside was waiting ages. A lot of customers were getting very impatient and I waited 18minutes just for a cappuccino. Really really bad!!!

I had a grilled chicken salad which was very nice. However the area is a little like queens, New York so lock your cars and when inside don't look at anyone the wrong way. The staff were friendly enough and have eaten here before.

Food was very nice but the lady on the drive through shouldn't say innit and call me darling. Try to keep it professional please!

This McDonald's is clearly a hot spot for a local tramp who is currently sitting behind me snoring and giving off a powerful oder. Not what you want when you're eating food. Sort this out and have some hygiene standards please.
