Kentucky Fried Chicken in Southampton

What’s the point! No one in this country seems to want to work with pride or respect for the customer anymore!! At least I can say this knowing I care about my job and work hard.. no one seems to want to make a difference. No company wants to take responsibility for their staffs actions and the staff at KFC are taught to ignore the complaining customers instead of resolving the issues. Just had the worst cooked meal and as I was collecting it advised that now twice before they had forgotten items. Not even an apology on behalf of the company. Or anyway of making it right! I have now waisted £15 in the last two weeks!! I said I would never go back from today! Not that KFC would care! Always replaceable right!! 🤣. Joke!

The customer service i received by one of your workers is absolutely disgusting. From the first interaction he was rushing the order and giving bad looks. I asked for his name it was ‘ASHAN’. He messed up my order and forgot to put a cobette in the bag. Then i told him about it and he was giving me attitude and being rude continuously. At the end he gave it to me. But the interactions and the customer service was atrocious. Wouldnt recommend anyone to be served by him.

Half the order missing yet again and yet they charge you for all the order it is getting really bad down there

Ordered take away via the app. Yet again half the order missing. Should have learnt the first time! When i called heard the girl saying yes definitely put in in the bag! Wonder which one as it was not ours? They wanted us to drive back over 10 miles. Would have cost us more in fuel! And would not refund! Wanted to supply voucher, which we had to collect! Really rubbish service and obviously did not care.

I cannot express how disgusted I am with KFC Millbrook. We eat here quite frequently after a day of shopping at West Quay and we always have a problem. We never really properly complain but this time I’ve seriously had it. My daughter was peckish so we darted in for a quick unhealthy KFC and I brought her a Mini Chicken Fillet Burger and a small portion of fries. We drove round to receive our order and instead we collected it. As we were running behind for a hospital appointment we didn’t check the KFC bay and just drove off.. however now I wish we did. The fries were not in the bag, instead was a paper bowl of disgustingly smelling rice… weird. My daughter then looked in the chicken burger and found a lovely hair in her chicken burger. a hair from kfc workers head. we really are quite disgusting and my daughter was so disgusted that she didn’t eat the chicken burger or the rice as she doesn’t like rice. thanks KFC

KFC is usually one of my favourite places to go, weather it’s to dine in, take away , or drive through. The chicken is my favourite thing they sell and usually I never ever regret the colonels masterpiece.BUT on this occasion, me and my good pal @millsey04 decided to drive through. We got to the window , ordered our food , and went round the drive through. Upon collecting my greasy gorgeous boneless banquet I opened up the box of mini fillets to find 2 instead of 3!! And these mini fillets where not even battered!!! Found a giant rubber **** in my fries aswell

The food was great. The man on the til, Naveen was kind and helpful. When the food was bought over to us by Andy, he was kind thoughtful and nothing was to much trouble. He told me about the customer survey of which we did. 15% off of our next visit. All of the staff were great but a big thank you to Andy for the whole experience.

I ordered two chicken fillet burgers and some chicken bites which were Kansas BBQ, I hadn’t eaten anything all day and after I finished the food which was quite bland for a Kentucky I started to get pains in my stomach which have gradually got worse later on in the night hopefully this won’t spoil my New Year’s Eve party tomorrow. It’s been just over a year since I last went to this KFC and thought I’d give it another chance perhaps it would’ve gotten better but unfortunately it’s still the same and I can’t recommend this place. I’m very sad that KFC has got this bad used to be one of my favourite takeouts not anymore.

I don't understand why this KFC has such a low rating, admittedly I always take out, but I find the staff helpful the food correctly cooked, and they get my order right! That's good enough for me!

Restaurant was filled with uncontrollable children, some even eating McDonalds! Atmosphere was horrendous, staff were friendly, happy to help. Tables were clean but the food was revolting so oily and greasy, chicken was okay but not the best. Not good value for money chicken was tiny and buns for burger are definitely getting smaller! Would not return! Stay away at all costs.

Chicken dried out, over cooked, I had to throw it in the bin. I will never go there again. They didn’t have any cup drinks , still charged full price

Ordered a family bucket all friendly when ordering and very helpful, as we got out of car at home the poaching chips were in was very soggy and fell into bits with chips all falling on floor. We immediately called restaurant but the man who answered was very rude and stated sorry it’s the way there packaged goodbye.

Came here after a day out locally.I really wish we hadn’t bothered! Seems to me that Uber eats etc are their priority and as such the standard of general customer service is appalling! If you are going to operate a table service then perhaps delivery to the table would be a prerequisite of the experience? I would have kept my receipt with my order number on but hang on a minute,non of the machines appeared to have paper in to print said receipt! Then, after hearing what I thought was my order number and going to enquire whether that indeed it was for delivery to my table (sat there with bag wide open) on the counter, I was barked at by what appeared to be the manager.”Yes that’s the order for Table 9!” I felt sorry for the rest of the staff who are being led by someone with little grasp of how to run a busy fast food establishment. Let’s not go down the “it’s a busy Friday evening” or “Covid restrictions etc” because they aren’t the reasons for this nonsense! Very poor showing,I’ll go elsewhere before ever considering returning here.

I’m fuming but who cares Drive though was a joke , just came back from the hospital giving birth , was starving for a fabulous kfc. The chips were the worst chips I’ve ever eaten, despite telling everyone I know , that kfc now does the best chips. These were garbage. Tried to order one zinger box meal & a zinger burger not in meal . I received one completely plain zinger burger, no sauce , no Mayo , just some dry chicken in a bun , operator didn’t check anything , totally ruined my day , I’m absolutely fuming

Ahora mismo estoy muy triste. Me encanta pollo con papas fritas y estaba muy emocianante cuando pidè comida pero de repente estaba triste. Mi pollo no hizo calor.

Came this evening we arrived at kfc at 16:50 and left at 17:53 , I understand how busy the workers out but half of our family had meals missing tonight. Really unhappy , though there was a lovely lady who was giving out free drinks to keep everyone calm and wait patiently... hats of to you , you’re superb. Also rude staff working shouting at one of her colleagues because something went wrong on the till.

Take away The last few visits for take away dished up horrible greasy chicken and it was pink near the bone! It used to be crispy and so tasty. A big disappointment and left us all quite queasy. Shan't be wasting our money again.

Vine aquí anoche. El corazón dio un vuelco cuando salí de la rotonda. La cola se extendía a la vuelta de la esquina. Entonces me dijeron que se habían quedado sin pollo y que la espera sería de casi una hora. Esto fue a las 8 pm. Un restaurante de pollo que se queda sin pollo, tienes que estar bromeando sobre qué es esta hora amateur. Uno pensaría que estarían preparados para esto considerando lo que está sucediendo en este momento. Decidí probar KFC en el centro de la ciudad y entrar y salir en 10 minutos. No volverá aquí con prisa y recomendaría a otros que lo eviten hasta que intenten actuar profesionalmente.

Estuve esperando 15 minutos al frente de la cola solo para que me dijeran que pasarían otros 30 minutos antes de que pudieran atenderme.Sé que esto fue un pollo el martes por la noche, pero eran las 8 de la noche. Los clientes de la tienda se estaban poniendo ruidosos.Salí de la tienda poco después con hambre,Vamos, KFC, arregle sus franquicias antes de que su negocio se arruine por completo.Qué decepción, no volveré a KFC durante mucho tiempo.

Pasé por algo de comida a través del camino durante el otro día y fue recibido por un miembro del personal muy arrogante y poco amigable.Cuando preguntamos si podíamos hacer dos pedidos porque si pagaban por separado, el miembro del personal salió bien y sin rodeos dijo que no, sin ninguna razón. Sé que es posible hacerlo como lo he hecho en numerosas ocasiones anteriores.El personal está en primera línea con sus clientes, por lo que si tienen una actitud, destruirá la lealtad del cliente.

Siempre revise su pedido si lo lleva, a menudo faltan cosas, ¡incluso después de quejarse de que faltan cosas en la visita anterior! Leer una lista y llenar una bolsa nunca ha sido tan difícil. No tienen suficiente personal y los visitantes de la tienda son la prioridad más baja después de la conducción y los pedidos de entrega de alimentos. A menudo, el camino hacia el sitio está bloqueado por la unidad a través de la cola. Afortunadamente no vivo allí. La respuesta común para cualquier problema es 'Solo trabajo aquí'. No es específico del sitio, pero los nuevos 'chips' de KFC son un desorden no comestible. Conduzca más lejos y encuentre otro si debe comer KFC.

All the tables and every surface in this restaurant was dirty needs a deep clean. Food on floor rubbish and as i said every surface needed cleaning. Chips cold and dry....not impressed!!!!!

Las fichas cambiaron y son horribles, ¿no sabes por qué se han cambiado de las papas fritas delgadas? Solía disfrutar de un KFC, ahora, sin molestarme si no lo vuelvo a comer. . . Triste.

Habiendo estado viajando todo el día regresando de nuestras vacaciones, se requería una experiencia de comida "rápida".Desde nuestra última visita hace varios meses, este KFC ha instalado pantallas de pedido que son fáciles de navegar y utilizar para pedir nuestra comida. A partir de este punto todo salió mal.¡Una vez ordenados, caminamos a la vuelta de la esquina sin número de pedido y vimos a innumerables clientes dando vueltas sin comer y comenzamos a escuchar esperas de 25 a 30 minutos! !Nos sentamos y observamos con total admiración la total incompetencia de todo el personal. Los pedidos se estaban acumulando (y aunque había suficientes pedidos para considerarlos ocupados, solo estamos hablando de unos 20 pedidos impares a través de los clientes que entramos y manejamos), pero el personal simplemente estaba demasiado desorganizado para tratar con ellos. Probablemente había alrededor de 7 empleados de servicio, había un montón de pollo y papas fritas en los platos calientes, pero el personal simplemente no tenía ni idea de qué hacer no tenían NINGUNA urgencia en resolverlos.El gerente parecía estar ladrando órdenes, pero era igualmente inefectivo (lo atestiguaba tomando el recibo de la orden de alguien que uno de sus colegas ya había colocado en el plato y haciéndolo nuevamente para él y luego no entendiendo que había recibido su comida y se había ido cuando regresó con una nueva orden para él).Hubo varios errores de pedido, muchos artículos agotados y sin disculpas. Algunos miembros del personal parecían asustados en caso de que alguien iniciara.Después de unos 25 minutos finalmente conseguimos nuestra comida. Una comida fue correcta, pero una se hizo grande cuando en realidad solo se ordenó como un cliente habitual, ¡esto no compensa el mal servicio! ! !La comida estaba a la altura, que era la única característica redentora.Tratar de encontrar una mesa limpia no pegajosa fue otro problema. . . ¡El personal desinteresado ciertamente no había estado limpiando! !En general, una muy mala experiencia que absolutamente NO vamos a repetir. No espero una experiencia de servicio elegante cuando voy a un restaurante de comida rápida, pero sí espero una experiencia de servicio elegante, esto fue peor que atroz.Como han dicho otros, EVITA a toda costa.

Pasé por el camino y pedí un mini filete de comida para niños con helado y una comida de zinger tower. . . . . se detuvo en el estacionamiento y la hija dice que tiene palomitas de maíz, no tiene paja para beber, ni cuchara para comer su helado! Entré en el restaurante para cambiar lo que en realidad ordené que se cerrara bruscamente y pedí un recibo. ¡Mejilla de ello! ¿Preparaste mi pedido y tengo que demostrar que pagué? ? ? ¡Es un restaurante de comida rápida que no es Harrods! ¡No pude encontrar el recibo y todo lo que quería era corregir mi pedido! Así que llamé al gerente, le expliqué y él respondió: ¡No te entiendo! Así que dije f ** k esto muy fuerte y cuando regresé al auto, ¡CONDUCE A TRAVÉS! ! ! ¡Mi comida fue asquerosa por el sabor del pollo que supuso que no volvería a ir aquí nunca más! Mantente alejado de esta inmersión! ! ! !

Esta visita fue tan mala en muchos niveles.• Había tanta basura / comida en el piso que claramente no se podía barrer durante bastante tiempo, si es que hoy en día.• Después de hacer cola durante 10 minutos para realizar el pedido (llegué a los 18,16), ordenó los alimentos a los 18. 28 según el recibo.• Me senté en una mesa cuando me di cuenta de que iba a ser un tiempo para mi pedido, ya que las personas ya se estaban quejando de la hora en que tenían que esperar.• Estaba muy sucio. De ninguna manera se debe colocar la comida en ningún lugar, y mucho menos en ella.• Finalmente recibí mi pedido a los 18 años. 56.• Revisé mi pedido (de la experiencia anterior era probable que estuviera incompleto) yup no hay lados ni sorpresa.• Se secó la comida,KFC Nunca dejo las malas noticias, pero durante mucho tiempo la gente se ha quejado de este restaurante, ¿cuándo va a mirar a KFC Millbrook y poner a los gerentes y al personal que brindan calidad y servicio?

La comida en general buena calidad, lo único decepcionante fue papas fritas sobre aceite cocido / necesidades de aceite cambiado y frío. Pollo caliente y bien cocinado, hamburguesa húmeda y bollo caliente poco seco, restaurante se había quedado sin lechuga a pesar de estar al lado de un Tesco. Beber tenía la cantidad correcta de jarabe, por lo que sabía como debería. Todo el personal muy educado aparte de la que me informaron que no podía tener una bandeja, ya que casi se había acabado! ! El restaurante está empezando a mostrar signos de desgaste, las tablas no se limpian. Los retretes podrían tener algo de mantenimiento y TLC. En general es un restaurante de comida rápida y si no te ves demasiado cerca está bien y toma tu propia bandeja.

I can’t belive I have been buying KFC from this discussing place. Tonight a local shared pictures of millbrook KFC I could literally throw up thinking of all the times we have bought food from there.

Arrived struggled to park as very limited spaces, went in to find huge queue nearly out the door, but very few people eating tables dirty , bins overflowing floor very slippery. Ended up cleaning own table Very poor

Verdaderamente la pocilga de cerdo más repugnante de un KFC, jamás lo puse. Normalmente no es uno para quejarse, pero este lugar es una inmersión. . . no valía la pena quejarse al personal porque había una cola para hacer eso también porque habían estropeado tantos pedidos y su actitud al servir daba la impresión de que no querían estar allí y no les importaba menos ¡de todas formas!Le tomó 35 minutos caminar por la puerta y obtener comida. El suelo es sin duda un peligro para la salud en este lugar, después de haberlo visto ser fregado por un miembro del personal esto solo se agrega al problema porque las baldosas están cubiertas de una capa de grasa y agregar agua simplemente las hace súper resbaladizas.Todos los contenedores estaban llenos y desbordados, lo que a su vez significaba que el 50% de las mesas estaban cubiertas con envases y medio comidos cadáveres de pollo.Si te apetece pollo, hazte un favor y ve a McDonald's al otro lado de la calle para una experiencia mucho más limpia y rápida. Para ser justos con KFC, no había nada de malo en la comida y obtuve lo que pedí, es justo lo que tuve que hacer para conseguirlo y el medio ambiente que tuve que comer en eso lo arruinó.

Staff are bored, tables and floors are dirty...again, no dips, drinks cabinet almost empty as usual, Crush'ems are available but only in Skittles flavour, chicken dripping with fat, bins overflowing. To be fair the staff would probably be happier if they weren't forever having to make excuses for missing menu items!!

The place is so loud it's like walking into a 1970's disco, but not as classy. How the health and safety people haven't shut it down yet is a wonder.

haaaa what a joke no drinks apart from cans ?? no salt didnt know there was a shortage and biggest joke no bucket just all thrown into a bag with cold chips total rubbish tbh the 2 bits of original chicken yeee originally cooked 5 hours b4 as dry and bland as said mega cold chips so a total waste of £6.20 last time ill waste my money on this s==t

WOW what an awful service provided by the staff today. It was that busy in there which should have told us that there was something wrong.

We bought the wicked variety bucket. Very nice. Didn't expect much from the spicey wings but actually they were very tasty and quite meaty. Regular chicken was super fresh n crispy. Chips as ever bit tight but ok. Worst point. Queueing from Kendall Ave to get in. Reckon must have had 20 cars in front on drive thru and it moved soooo slowly. Need to gear up more for bust times. Great meal.

Me he alojado aquí unas cuantas veces a lo largo de los años como es el kfc más cercano a mí, pero cada vez que no están siempre sucias. Sillas mesas sucias, ventanas, etc., pisos, no entiendo cómo se las han arreglado para permanecer abierto mientras que tienen. vine en ayer y había hormigas en el mostrador y había manchas de todo, de los contenedores en la zona de comedor era más fluida y el personal de trabajo eran miserables. Me quedé aquí durante una hora y no vi ningún personal hacer cualquier limpieza! En verdad necesita una visita del inspector de la salud.

Call me unreasonable if you like but i really did expect more than just coating, skin, gristle and bone. I don't know where you buy your supplies from but believe me, your quality control is in need of a new alarm clock.

Estado aquí varias veces, pero esta es mi primera crítica. No tuvimos que hacer cola larga 1 * El personal era atento y probado para venderte 2 * La comida llegó rápidamente como ordenados y caliente 3* inconveniente era que nuestra mesa estaba sucia y no sólo de la anterior más reciente - 1 comensales*. Aparte de eso, una experiencia agradable y era fácil para aparcar 1*.

Sábado por la mañana, los gabinetes de calentamiento con comida así era embestido cuando comer comida muy duro! ! Mayor queja era la música absolutamente la definición de nuestra familia no podía hablar, alrededor de una mesa.

Millbrook es el mejor KFC para nosotros para llegar a lo que hemos visitado con frecuencia por muchos años. Siempre park y entrar incluso si estamos tomando como la cola en el coche por normalmente es ridículamente largo, así que estás más rápido dentro. servido El último par de visitas la calidad de la comida no ha sido tan alta y la actual promoción burger no es ni ser vendido. Lo que me gusta sobre el servicio es sin embargo millbrook; el personal es siempre muy educado y servicial.

Can't argue with KFC definitely taking over from the kebab era. A lot tastier less mess, a washing machines favourite.

Like KFC but finding a decent one is difficult. I'd suggest crossing this one off your list! Food not well cooked, chips cold, couldn't care less attitude from staff....don't waste your money.

Today was not the first time our order got deleted when asked how much longer we have to wait they wanted us to pay again it was dirty in there today the stuff didn't know what they was doing it needs an overall done on it not just the building but the staff as well

Fridays are incredibly busy in the drive thru so always park up and go inside the restaurant. The food is good and the service is usually quite fast. The staff are always polite. You get what you paid for

Takeaway always cold ,food never get the chicken you ask for.Drive through could been quicker maybe be have same system as McDonald's

What a dump!! Normal KFC standards for food but my God!! Could do with a serious clean!!! Rubbish on floors tables sticky horrid!!!

It seems every time i go to this kfc i get really bad stomach pains a few hours after eating but it only ever happens from this kfc and no others? my orders have been wrong often and when going through the drive through it really seems dirty and smells bad, its a pity i kept going back so often and just hoping it had changed but no, so when we want a kfc now we travel an extra 4 miles to the next closet one..

Plenty of space to park. I wanted a takeaway but didn't want to use the drive-through.The restaurant was busy (8pm) but service was quick and efficient.Even after driving the ten minutes home the food was still hot.
