KFC in Stoke-on-Trent

Dad just spent 8 hours waiting up the Hospital and was hungry so I thought I would treat him. What a mistake. Food missing, all items cold!

Just paid £24.99 for a 12 piece boneless meal and when I got home to the family I had been given 8 pieces of chicken. Blonde girl with glasses gave me a funny look when she handed me the food. Now I know why. At least she's sorted her food for when she has a break. How she chokes on it. Gave one star because that's the minimum the review will accept.

All tables were dirty and floors. Miserable staff except for 1 lad that was taking the food out to cars. Order screens wouldn't accept card payments but no sign informing this. Kept us waiting at till. No serviettes, we had to have a piece of blue paper off a roll. Filthy toilets and no toilet roll. The food was hot and fries were the biggest portion we’ve had in a mega gravy box (that’s the 1 star). Would never return!

Love Chicken especially KFC, not sure what's going on latley but this is the second bad meal in a week, so today out of 4 chicken pieces only 1 was cooked properly 3 were no where near cooked one with blood still in it, fries very nice but coldish fair enough can live with that, but raw chicken can kill, NOT what I expect from KFC,

Called in on the way home 9.30 pm, it was quiet placed our order it came burger meal missing so told them. Then our BBQ chicken nuggets were missing. The girl who we spoke to didn't have an appropriate attitude towards the situation and was really quite rude and non caring. We will definitely not be going again

Decided try here cause the last one from Newcastle our local one was bad 🙈 Even one we ordered in Clevelys near Blackpool was dier 🤢 Chicken not the best bit grey looking, skin burnt and just not the same old skin it once was. Corn on the cob was the tasty'st bit of the meal. Gravy was ok. Not like it used to be. Biggest disapointment was the Fries omg they are no longer fries!! Skin on chips and are yuck an in the smallest amount of a soggy box going! The tiny sweetcorn shows how small the box is. Really wont be ordering any KFC for the forseable future 😪

Initially we went there and was very excited. Firstly, it was cash only so we were excited that we had to find a cash point so we could return. On return, we waiting 15 minutes at the counter with no service, as the machines didn’t take cash. We finally placed our order, for it to be cold, thrown together in the boxes and bags. To then find the cappuccino that was ordered was actually hot chocolate. When we asked for the cappuccino that we originally ordered, we waited a following 20-25 minutes, with one member of staff yelling “I only have one pair of hands” in addition to this, a chip was unfortunately green. Also, the amount of food that we received for £14.36 was appalling.

Polite staff explains new meals well set out for delivery and eat in clean .food very good service very good Will call again WELL DONE

Waited 15mins in drive in as nothing ready as usual . Missed my drink off Elle behind the counter asked if I would like another I told her I had waited long enough at which point she aggressively slammed the window shut in my face and started mouthing off totally disgusting rude and disrespectful. Only one hard nice working bloke there the little bloke top lad . Nothing ever cooked constant long waits .

The menu is next to the speaker, the first chance you get to select your order is here. The Guy huffs and puffs until you order. Ford arrived after 10 mins wait. Cold. Such a shame. Slack slack slack awful. Don’t go unless literally everywhere else is closed.

The food quality is alright - when you actually get it. The drive thru queues are at least half an hour in peak times it’s quicker to drive to one of the other KFCs you could get home and eat your meal before you would have been able to even order from this one. The queues inside aren’t much better. Staff are polite but there is clearly a serious issue. If your planning on a drive thru KFC probably best to avoid there are a few others nearby where the queues are better m, or there is a McDonalds a couple of miles away.

got seriously ripped off ordering through just eat. 3 wicked zinger meals each should contain zinger burger.side fries and 2 hot wings and a drink. we received just the burger and drink. where was the rest kfc ???? Kfc refused to amend the order and pushed all blame onto just eat. just eat blame kfc and said i need to take it up with them.. disgusting service wont ever use kfc again

This is the second time we’ve visited this restaurant and they’ve ran out of chicken….literally!!! How can that happen? They also let several cars still queue up for 15 minutes to be told this at the ordering station!! Get a member of staff out there informing people!! KFC get your act together.

For Christs sake employ staff that have an IQ above -1.. or have not managed to DEVOLVE into a gibbering idiot not once have we ever had a full and complete order.even in lockdown when they have no people going in to the restaurant aka as botulism city,, we ask for gravy get home none(EVERY TIME) we have missing chips..but today i had chips and i counted 10..the chicken was unusually chewy and hard and there are countless issues over the years I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF KFC BUT IT NEEDS ADDRESSING..poor business,s are folding that do everything right and the faceless corporate companies who fX*k up everything they do like your company manage to do. AVOID THEM ALL !!!!!

I recently visited the KFC and then days later to my amazement I received a £100 parking fine because I ran over the 90 mins allotted time. I spent the attire time of my car been parked in the KFC restaurant. There was a problem in the kitchen and I had to wait 40 mins for fresh chicken to be cooked which was not my fault. Also the restaurant that day was very busy again not my fault. As because 90 mins has passed I have now received this fine. I have tried to appeal and had a very unsatisfactory letter sent back to me saying it is my responsibility to move my car in time. So the amount of food we bought for my family would have to be eaten quickly or even leave the food so I didn’t get a ticket. Absolutely ridiculous. Most car parks with cameras have a minimum of 3hours. I am very angry that I will have to pay this fine and will not be eating at this restaurant again or any of my family. I’m also going to be in contact with the sentinel as I think this is terrible way to treat your paying customers.

Twice I've visited this restaurant and twice the orders have been wrong. First time I ordered the meal, we got home and an item was missing so i had to drive all the way back to rectify the order. Second time it was an order for the family, we waited ages. When the order come it was the same lad as last time so I asked him to check the order so that nothing was missing. He assured me that everything was correct. We got home and realised that the order was wrong again and the chips were in the bottom of the bag and they were all mushed and squashed. We couldn't be bothered to go back and change it so we said never again would we visit this restaurant. The lad serving was wearing a bandage on his hand and was not wearing any protected gloves, this was unhygienic and wrong to say the least. Honestly you need staff their to work as a team and think of hygiene more.

Came in here 24/02/2020 not one member of staff acknowledged us at the till point to the point when we had to order on the self service. Seems to be only one member of staff working out the front packing orders

I went to this store, went around the drive thru, they didn't answer at the speaker for ages. I wanted a regular gravy but they told me they only had large gravy but then the tub came half full. I also ordered chicken wings which weren't in the bag.I tried to call the store multiple times but no answer. Typical for this place!Missing food and no answer! Not good KFC.

I went to just get a fillet ricebox with Robinson’s apple and blackcurrant only to find out that that machine doesn’t work so I had Pepsi max cherry instead. The service was extremely slow and nobody was at the front desk for ages...I found when I got home that a few parts of my ricebox were missing so very unhappy. Also the tables are always dirty. I have been a few times recently and it has been consistently a bad experience so wouldn’t recommend. Definitely not fast food! The only good thing was that the meal was quite good. KFC need to sort their act out else I won’t be coming back anytime soon!

Came to the drive through waited 20 minutes to be told systems are down and I should go inside and order. Go inside waited again only one person on the till and bagging the food. Gave extra chips and popcorn chicken for the wait which was fair only for my flaming wrap to be burnt and the chips way under cooked... I mean come on it’s just chicken and chips ! Wasn’t the only customer looking unhappy and complaining

Visited this place less than an hour ago. Got home, and tried to ring to complain but they do not answer the phone. The coating on the chicken had no spices on it what so ever!!! Is this not what why we go to KFC. My order number was 1008. I will ring again, so annoyed,

Order quite a bit today for family got home to find items are missing from my order!! Not happy at all! Won’t be going back here in a hurry

I wouldn't advice going to kfc the service is shocking and the food I had was cold and there was no chips!

Humongous queue for drive thru, inside was no better as it was busy. However when we got to order, they told us it was a 20 min wait for chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. I try not go here very often as it is but this place is seriously depleting. Clearly never enough staff for a fast food chain! Sort it out KFC!

I ordered 12 hot wings but only got 8! This wasn't the first time they got my order wrong. Ok, my bad for not checking but you should be the one to make sure the customer get the correct order right? Will not return again for sure!

I visited KFC Fenton's drive thru to pick up a couple of box meals for my family which when I payed they asked me to wait 5 min which turned out be about more like 15 min. Then when they finally brought my food to the car both meals were squashed in one little paper bag. When asked about the box meal the lad said we don't do boxs anymore which is disgusting as that what is advised. Then to top things off when I got home there was only 1x chips in the bag.

There was an advert on the tv for an offer so we decided to give it a try. The last time we went i wrote a review on here because it was awful. I have to say tonight was a big improvement. The place was clean and tidy, the staff were quick, professional, and helpful, and the food was lovely and piping hot when we got it home. Keep up the good work.

Went in at 8.30pm,one lad serving one Customer with numerous other staff rushing around like headless chickens with nobody apparantly in charge.

Second time visited and both times box meal just thrown into a bag (why no box?). It’s not a box meal without a box!!!

Went tonight and the girl on drivethrow spoke to me like a piece of crap there was no need she needs to learn some manners they cost nothing I ain't going there again even my own kids dont speak to me like she did discussing

came for a mid afternoon snack wished we hadn't bothered we came through the door u could tell the air con had not been on smelt like you had been in somebodys house where they had a chip pan on but kept all the doors shut and contained the smell nether the less we ordered as there was no queue and only 2 people eating in my husband he had a zinger box meal I had a fillet box meal when we went to find a seat most of the tables were dirty with peoples rubbish left on or they were smeered with grease the floor was left with little imagation what had been in the mop bucket the floor had all grease and streak marks as if somebody hadn't changed the water in the mop buckets for months talk about 1st impressions then they shouted us for our food order my fillet burger was cold but I had already been up and complained about the soggy greasy chips that were cold and the woman behind the counter gave me a fresh batch that had just came out the fryer totally different chips to the 1st lot we had but were completely flabagasted by the service 1st impressions and lack organisation for such a big company felt like I wanted get a mop and bucket and do the floor myself not as if it was busy shall not be visiting again and kfc head office will be having a email aswell into what kind of managers they employ because the one at kfc fenton does not give a toss!!

Been a couple times before and it just gets worse, It is run by kids that all want sacking. The lady on the taking the order was very good, i have not seen her before, after that it went down hill. We waited a while which is no hardship, saw one girl but a cup over her mouth then use it to poor a drink for someone! The place was filthy but it has 5stars for hygiene on the door? When our was ready they said they had no corn on the cob, after a few choice words they decided they had after all. After all that we came away without our drinks which were part of the meal. The place needs a new manager in there to sort it, or it needs shutting down.

We went to kfc had to wait a long time as they were busy and we wanted a boneless bucket which we waited we finally got the food we ate then ordered an ice cream again had to wait but wasn’t the bothered until this week when we got a fine through the post as we had been parked 14 mins over the allowed time we didn’t even know there was a certain time we were allowed to stay there doesn’t help when you have to wait for the food, poor service and also not a clean place

Ordered a rice with no mayo or sauce and it came with it on, very cold, added the wrong chicken! 🤢🤢

I heard alot of bad reviews for this kfc and i can tell you all i agree with them . It was a hot day and the place was burning hot no air con was on , the food was below standard orderded a krushem one of them was not what i ordered and the other was like drinking water , the table's were dirty but the staff were nice but still would not recommend going there

gave up aftet waiting in que for drive through cars were takung about 10min each and que was nearly out car park .we went macdonalds wete que actually moved .wont go back

Dirty, awful service, incredibly slow. It's been like that for years, dreadful kfc haven't taken action. After a couple of visits here I don't use KFC anymore.

Got our meals, got home our chicken on our fillet burger was chewy hard and inedible! Luckily I used the app and had a free side order! But Such a let down, will not be going here again! Disgusting and I’ve seen they have mushrooms in the toilets! Vile.

Visited Fenton KFC for an 8 piece boneless bucket waited 20 minutes for our order to get back home and NO large popcorn chicken and cold fries...Too far to return,Gutted !!

We had our second and last visit recently. How on Earth in this modern World can a fast food chain have basics from their menu out of stock? Staff and food not acceptable. Nor is the youth club that intimidates any genuine customers. Staff poorly trained and food poorly cooked. If this is a franchise, kfc- pull the plug, they are damaging your reputation.

This place should be closed down. The main restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor and the toilets were disgusting.

Came especially for a Krushem and the machine didn't work, then the staff were rude and not helpful at all! Listening into my convos and laughing. Not happy and won't return..

Staff disinterested, not engaged with who they are serving, all tables had food and mess left on them and on the floor, but this didn't seem to be of any concern to anyone working there. Machine was broken so no milkshakes available, so requested coffee...and received 7up, probably due to changing who was serving me half way through taking my order. Food arrived with old dried sauce of some kind and some squashed tomato on the box. I asked for a replacement and the member of staff looked at me blankly and asked if I just wanted a new box and seemed confused when I asked for a complete new burger. I Over heard a sarcastic comment to whoever was cooking and as such didn't fancy eating what was handed over the counter. Ended up leaving the meal untouched and accepting the cost as a lesson. Obviously no pride or sense of duty from any of the staff working there. I know it's KFC..not expecting AA* service but basic hygiene, some pride and maintaining stock levels can't be too much to ask for can it?

I live just around the corner my advise REALLY don’t bother take a little extra time and go to the burslem store. They have really friendly staff and far nicer food which is really strange as it’s meant to be the same FOOD !!!!

Yet again as we ordered our meals for the second time this year, the service was slow and they didn’t have half of the order, no kfc gravy or no Krushems. Short staffed long ques and dirty tables and chairs. Will not be visiting this store again

Chicken ok...fries cold and limp, but most disappointing of all my beloved KFC gravy was watery and lukewarm!! Won't be visiting again 😣

Not really much to say, Visited here twice now in the space of 6 weeks and both times they had ran out of chicken amongst other things! First time there were notices up on the door, second time we were informed by people turning around and leaving.

NO GRAVY, no water, no krushems..... We used the drive through, as we drove around the back the gate to delivery entrance was open as they were having a delivery, hopefully of gravy because let's be honest that's all anyone goes to kfc for. Inside this gate it was absolutely filthy, rubbish everywhere and it looked grimy. On to the food... the chips were cold and very soggy, chicken didn't taste great and was pink in the middle. The usual lovely chicken skin didn't taste great either. We will definitely not be visiting here again unless I want food poisoning!!!!!
