Decent Maccies, bit cold and draughty though due to the layout with the 2 sets of doors going out to the carpark. Overall same experience you’d expect

It's McDonald's! Staff competent, food as expected.

Well it’s been some months since I last came here. Thought I’d give it another go because everyone can have a bad day. Wow, exactly the same as last time. Unable to Make a cheese burger ( forgot the cheese ) and yet again fries hard and cold in the middle and burnt on the outside. Terrible.

all the staff care about is the delivery drivers

Call in this one a lot for either breakfast a train journey or refuel after work so it does come in handy

Just ordered from their app this morning. Some of our food did not turn up. Went through the app to try and sort it and it said we had to contact the store. Contacted the store and they said we had to either drive to the store with the bag or contact uber eats. Uber eats are not involved as we went through the mcdonalds app so won't do anything. We therefore had to pay a second time for the items, receiving no refund. The woman we spoke to was really rude and not understanding atall. Very poor service.

Regular McDonald's like many others. Usually not very busy.

Perfect place to eat. Good quality service and food. Definitely Coming again in the future. Pace is always extraordinary well cared for and clean every time I come here.

Visiting Bury for three weeks, and this is the most consistently slow McD's I've ever been in. I can accept that sometimes a place is busy or they're understaffed, but over 5 or so visits, they were notably slow every time.

I really enjoyed the service from the very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Be careful as the floor can get slippery .
