Well it’s been some months since I last came here. Thought I’d give it another go because everyone can have a bad day. Wow, exactly the same as last time. Unable to Make a cheese burger ( forgot the cheese ) and yet again fries hard and cold in the middle and burnt on the outside. Terrible.

Nice place to have an excellent coffee

The burger was greasy and badly thrown together. Out of the three burgers in the triple cheese burger two were sticking half out of one side and one half out the other

Loughborough is a very dirty , unorganised place. I just found a hair in my vegi burger.Also, the employee works without using gloves disgusting and unrespectful towards client.Lastly, I saw with my eyes the employee touched themselves while preparing the burgers .And the manager doesn't take any responsibilities.

Hi, the water tap in disabled toilet was leaking for months. Can you arrange a repairing. Wasted so much water already.

Worst mcdonalds ever visited used the app 30secs before arrival for 2 so called hot drinks 1 latte and 1 toffee latte as I went towards the counter to wait for order number disappeared of the screen and the drinks sat there for several minutes due to this one was barely warm and the orther was just cold and the cream and toffee topping had just dissappeared never again for us

Must try the Mix and match, great saver and adding a large fries to meal would reach 4 GBP to get the McD's Birthday Special Donut. Had a great meal with friends!

Tried a maltesers flurry. Not enough chocolate, would rate it 500,000 out of 1 billion. Chocolate specifically maltesers original packaging in which the ice cream should be put inside

Place was clean and service was good. Food is fast food and much needed to help with a hangover!

You will be waiting a long time. Too slow to be called service. They close upstairs early to save on labour. The order screen isn't up to date so there's no info on progress. Burgers are usually bone dry

My favourite place with my daughter after school, but service is poor. We do need to wait for ice cream and drink over 20 min... loads teens not ordering but taking space.

Considering Loughborough is a university town, they employ staff who are not able to read or count! Time and time again orders turn up incomplete!!! This time the Philly stack meal, with no Philly stack burger!!! Gross Incompetence DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERY. Feb 24 and yet again another delivery with missing items ... completely incompetent. May 24 The most incompetent branch of MacD does it again! Missing the main item (double sausage macmuffin)! Stats only 1 in 5 orders turn up correctly from Market place. Assume management or staff must be on the take?

This place isnt amazing, the staff are lazy and rude, they have no manners, theres always a queue for the disabled toilets, the bathroom is filthy, piss all over the floor, running taps that are broken, door that dosent lock properly, and order screens that dont work or are always out of order

Ordered a veggie wrap on its own. Waited for ages. When my number had disappeared from the screen I enquired what was taking so long. Hadn't even started cooking it yet. Was offered a replacement item as I was in a rush. When the team leader had to ask whether cheese was vegetarian I realised it was time to go. Won't be visiting this branch again.

Just a morning latte whisky waiting for a bus to EMA. QUIET and relaxed at 6 a.m. BUT STEADILY BUSY FROM THOSE PRE-ORDERING BREAKFASTS and walki-in trade from guys and goyem coming off night shift or going in to work from home. The manageress dealt kindly but firmly with a lady that had clearly issues with life and was hoping for a genuine show of generosity from the cafe for an early morning hot beverage. The random but most illuminating and convivial conversation I had with a well smart lady seconded from Melton Mowbray Town Council to Charnwood Borough Council requieted my interests in the financial stability of CBC.

Always end up with a bad stomach after eating at Long Eaton mcdonalds.

Came in for a bacon cheeseburger, I asked if the bacon was halal and lady said yes, so for all the Muslims they have great halal bacon!

Food was pretty cold, and me and the family had to wait nearly 15 minutes in one of the bays after paying in the drive through and then getting home to finding 3 missing items🫣

Standard Macdonalds fare, the table number was missing so awkward ordering on the app.

Well, never thought I’d be writing a review on McDonald’s but this is worthy. Wife was busy for an hour so thought I’d grab a drink and decided to get some fries and a burger ( as you do ) but so wish I hadn’t. I’ve eaten McDonald’s ALLLL over the world and what we can say is how consistent they are……….then there’s Loughborough! Order time 18:02. Ordered a cheese burger, large fries and a chocolate milkshake. Sat down with my order and some very rude manager type women told me I had 5 minutes to finish as they’re closing this area down ( bum hadn’t even touched the seat ). Fair enough but please don’t speak to me like a dog, I let that slide as I just wanted a drink. Then I opened the bag. All present on correct ( so I thought ). Cheese burger. - bun lid upside down, no cheese and no mustard. Fries - half were burnt and the other half not cooked in the middle and no salt ( how’s that even possible? ) Milkshake - vanilla not chocolate. Utter fail, did I complain……I know better than to complain at a food outlet as you know what comes next. Threw it straight in the rubbish. Utter utter failure. Try not to give them the business is the most damaging thing to do in order to implement change. Do avoid.

Food was delivered to the table, it all came correctly and fairly quickly, including the ones with changes made to them (like no pickles etc).

The one time i have been there the security guard was so rude and violently verbal saying this is not a restaurant??

It's the cheapest & good quality fast food, which you can afford in the UK.

Only went for coffee. Ordered via app. Ready quickly considering they were very busy due to Christmas light switching on day.

I ordered by mistake meat burger as I wanted to order veg deluxe. When I requested with staff on duty she was more than happy to change and served with smile even when I was Christmas weekend busy handing customer orders!!

The Mc Chicken burger / cheeseburger & fries are lovely, not overly priced, plenty of parking, the venue is kept clean and tidy, staff are friendly.

Very poor management and the bread for egg muffin looked stale as it was falling apart. I ordered on app but still had to wait long queues.

BIG UP THE FRIDAY NIGHT CREW!! Honestly this branch of this well-established eatery was by far the best. Enthusiastic staff despite it being the small hours of the morning, immaculate vibes and generous ketchup portions when requested. You are doing gods work, keep it that way. Not like the other Maccies who have deplorably stingy ketchup portions. I’m originally from down south but I would make the trip back just for this maccies.

The staff is just outright rude always. Like always. I mean come on take a chill pill, why spread so much hate with every little action of yours. The dude with beard who gives out orders who wears a beard cap is the rude king of all. My man breathes out so much hate in his every breath and stares. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and there were no pickles or any sauces, just 2 patties cheese and bun. I'm sure I didn't ask for a cheeseburger 🙂. If McDonald's wants to improve the ratings of this place, please hire new people.

I order teas & cappuccinos here litreally everyday, and did the same in Hounslow London! I have the points and orders on the app to prove it! However, sometimes I just want some hotwater and for years McDonald's have always given it to me for free - especially when it becomes clear to staff that I'm a regular. Now today all of a sudden a sulky 🇮🇳 member of staff (who has served me pretty much everyday!?) lectured me saying "you need to order something, your supposed to order."!? I offered to give him back the water but he wouldn't take ....I'll gladly pay if I have too! Comeback the next day and now the black lady and the miserable 🇮🇳 boy charged me £1! - they said "basically its the same as tea and Mcdonalds is a franchise." You'd think that with the monopoly over all the potatoes, farms 🚜 etc that the least you would get out of McDonald's is some hot water!

What can you say? It's a McDonalds. Fairly clean, nice and bright air-conditioned fast food place.

How can you mistake a burger WITH EXTRA everything for a plain burger

Actually blown away by the sheet neglect and amount of public harm that could come from this place, despite the HSBC fire only a couple months ago. An employee literally put up a Chaim between restaurant and toilets, and the main servery and EXIT so anyone during an emergency would be hindered. I only found argument when I pointed this out. This place is literally a safety hazard. Please PLEAE, get a hold of me to get rid of this massive digression.

It's McDonald's but it's Loughborough...

Late night snacks at Macs, the food service was quick, the table area was really clean and tidy, Jacobs customer service was excellent, a very polite young man. Please treat all Macs staff with respect, they are good kids doing a hard job.

Food was ok, service was great but on a boiling hot day there was no air con working upstairs!

This place is poor cause they never salt the bloody fries (and my mom told me that you know you are poor when you can’t even afford salt) and large fries can probably fit medium container. To conclude head on to German doner kebab instead

the wrapped chicken was undercooked, there was no sauce, all the way to the bottom..I was disappointed. the only fries were tasty

Possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to vusit, on a Sunday afternoon obviously understaffed, cold food, colour and taste of fries suggested oil not changed, upstairs closed so wedged in like chicken cooup, also only disabled toilet available which was filthy, no salt, no pepper, no serviettes, simply awful. Not sure why but review section for the branch in the centre of Loughborough come up as the Shelthorpe which is far better

What an awful McDonald's. Fast is not a word I would use for this 1/2 just cold drinks table service. Staff took 7 minutes to even come to the counter .. use a different one in Loughborough like shelthorpe

Not very happy with the service. Ordered a meal fot 3 and after 1 hour they just cancelled my order- saying there was no delivery available. Never happened to any other restaurant...

Food was cold, burger cheese kept it's solid form didn't even melt. No napkins. Not the greatest McDonald's but fast food non the less.

Having ordered on the McDonald's app Waiting for food to arrive which didnt all we had was mcflurrys and drinks I paid over £35 for this order After some one picked up the phone at McDonald's i was told that the delivery driver had left my burgers there Was told to reorder and get money back from ubereats Which i finally did but was shocked on how much they gave me £16:10 this isn't good enough the second order cost me £27:50 so that is what i should get plus 2 lots of delivery charges Wake up McDonald's and do the right thing by giving people the money you have had for food Stop using ubereats whom are useless

I am terminally ill so rely on delivery. I ordered 3 meals with drinks and ice cream and when it arrived the burgers were missing I called the store and initially he seemed to know what I was talking about then went onto deny my order saying I needed to contact who I'd ordered it with to arrange a refund I told him I didn't want a refund I wanted my burgers. He told me he couldn't send a driver how is this allowed? There's 3 of us totally disgusted with the thieves.

A large assortment to choose from! I really liked the menu for vegetarians and vegans, a separate menu! Delicious! The guys are working very fast, well done! Recommend!

I ordered two meals for delivery and received one. This has happened on many occasions and then you can’t get a refund for it. It is not difficult to read a receipt and send the correct meal! Sort yourself out

The highchairs were not properly clean, and the table was not cleaned from the last customer. Otherwise, OK.

Great table service with a smile. When our food arrived there was a sandwich missing from the order, as I was about to get up a lady came over and sorted it all out for us. Perfect customer service she even brought over some colouring packs and balloons for our children. Thank you

It's a Maccys - no better or worse than any other Maccys I have been to.

More interested in sorting the deliveries out than the customer that's came in to get a drink or some food

2nd time visiting this establishment, will sadly be the last. We visited here in December it took 20 minutes to have our food handed over. Fast food? As I sit here now my head is ringing and spinning from high pitched beeping devices louder than the music, and everyone's voices. My sons Happy Meal had no fries, we had to go back up for his fries. The mens toilets were out of order, the machine we paid on didn't print a recipient, fries unsalted AGAIN!! the area was over congested, families stood eating as tables all full, overall, a bad experience.

The kiosk ordering jammed the slip receipt I had to keep order in mind The fries were cold, and the burger was not as tasty as I remember. In the end, I had to chase up staff to get me the manager and get a duplicate of the receipt. McDonald's customer service contacted me to ask about my experience. After a ton of back-and-forth emails, they issued a £5 voucher for the inconvenience and to keep me as a client.

Restaurant is kept clean and Staff were pleasent. Very tight area for ordering food at busy times, which causes a backlog when staff are calling food orders that can't be heard. The only real issue is the number of individuals using the toilets for non-McDonalds related activities. It's a concern due to items seen and reported in there 💉🩸

Very busy when you first go in, hard to get to a self service and the toilets are upstairs. If you struggle to walk, I can imagine going to the toilet would be a problem. Otherwise it was pretty clean, food came quick and upstairs was quieter

It's a fast food place that serves generic food cooked to a minimum standard and shoved in a box or packet. No need really to review it, but if you like this place then you get that it is what it is.

Worst McDonald's I've experienced. Dirty toilets, 15m wait for cold food, items missing from order, burger tasteless, bun stale, should have gone anywhere else.

Good service sat upstairs and it came to us pretty fast and was hot too. Staff was nice and place was clean and loo was quite clean aswell
