Driver came and said KFC was closed so got no food

Sadly once again the staff at KFC failed to read my request for no seasoning on my fries as not everyone inc. me likes the seasoning, it’s a shame it’s not an option when placing the order

Food was over cooked and stone cold

couldn't believe it being 1 hour late for a kfc stone cold when it got here and with me working nights I didn't have time to eat it, so it all went in the garbage

Food is wrong ordered gravy and got beans food all over the box got a Pepsi max and didn’t order that food is stone cold

Food was great, there we no cookies so they sent an extra 3pc of chicken and a lovely message which was so nice of them!

Ordered at 5:15, one box meal for one person with no changes and no extras. Delivery initially said that it would be 20-35 minuses and continued to say this on the page to order but my time for delivery kept getting later and later. Finally received it at 7:25. Quite unhappy.

Amazing someone at the restaurant actually took time to read my request for regular fries (without seasoning) with my meal rather that fries with the seasoning that KFC have been adding for a while now. The sea should be an option for customers rather than forced spin then ….. Option A. without seasoning, or option B. with seasoning. NOT EVERYONE LOKES THE SEASONING!

complete wrong burger, none of my mini fillets turned up and neither did my popcorn chicken

food wasn't the best, the chips was luke warm , but the rest was lovely. I really wish the order was brought out at the same time. I know chips are always ready to pack, but the rest gets cold. please try and fix this. many thanks

I put notes on the order for the delivery driver to ring the doorbell and give the care home staff my order and they would give it to me but he ignored the note and stood outside the door for 10 minutes messaging me saying no one was answering.

Chips went in the bin. Soggy and tiny. Must of got all the ends before people went home

Food was ok but staff were rude and obviously very bored. They were sniggering and whispering about my boyfriend but not in a good natured way and they clearly didn't know that we'd seen them (we'd seen them whispering and pointi g).

Didn't enjoy it here. Had to queue to use the self ordering screen (staff showed no interest in opening a till for the long queue.) The extra £1 for a spicy sauce that was less spicy than mustard or a peppercorn, it was mostly mayo, was very disappointing. No napkins provided and the paper straw collapsed in on itself within the 5 mins I spent there. For over £10 I was incredibly disappointed. Much more expensive than other local places and a much lower quality experience.

boneless box was so bad the chicken was that salty it was uneatable waste of money in the bin. . never again

Everything is good except sometimes table are a bit sticky.

giving the poor driver to much to deliver. delivery time kept being pushed back and back and back..... not the drivers fault at all, he's given to much to deliver at one time. The food was cold. The driver was very apologetic, it's not his fault at all. It's the ridiculous decisions at the restaurant

The order time changed 3 times and when arrived it had different items in and the main one missing!

delivery never arrived, driver tried to deliver a burger king that was refused at the door and sent back with him.

if soggy batter hanging of the chicken, not a single crunch to any bite, and only just beating Luke warm then this is right up your street. But if that's your thing, don't order the hot wings, they came burnt to a crisp after clearly sitting in a hot draw for approximately 300 days! Abysmal standards KFC. Very Dissapointing

The chicken is decent from this KFC however the interior of this chain and the toilets really let it down.

Worst delivery experiences with anything online related. They either f up with putting items you haven't ordered or you astronomical delays when it comes to getting your order.

absolutely awful paying over the normal price if that aint bad enough ordred 3 boneless banquets for my sons sleep over and only got two phoned kfc and they said fill out a form not good enough

Unfortunately all but one bit of the chicken was over done 😢 I requested fries without the coating but once again it didn’t happen, do the people at the restaurant not read the customer notes?? What’s the point of having a customer notes section on the order form? How do I get my fries from kfc without the coating when order is via the JustEat App ?

Visited 11/7/24. Waited just under 10 minutes for ‘fast’ food. Standing there, watching what was going on, it was obvious that the majority of resource was being used to fulfil ‘delivery type’ orders. They were walking in in front of waiting customers for their orders and just walking in front of us at the counter. As we sat eating our meal, we were bombarded by raucous ‘rap’ (?) music in the background. Food was fine and not an issue, but my suggestion would be to grab yr food after Deliveroo has collected and eat it in the car or take it home.

Fried chicken burger was hard, drumstick tasted odd, chips were cold. You would think for a chicken shop they would know how to cook it. I had to throw it away.

It matches whatever you expect to get from Fast Food chain... It should be one of your last options if you are looking for healthy food.

Always get food poisoning. Service is always terrible even even empty (food takes ages every time)

It was ok, unfortunately the 6pc variety bucket consisted of 5 drumsticks and 1 small thigh,no breast meat at all,yes you get 8 spicy wings and 4 boneless fillets and 4 fries,but for £24 not alot of chicken to be honest

Dropped a tray of chicken on the floor, picked it up again and popped it on the shelf for the next customer who happens along - 30 second rule, no harm done.

Worst restaurant ever I had ever seen. Better to eat road side restaurants. And I don’t want to talk about the manager he is feel like I’m something and not a good person attitude at this post. You have to be polite.

Didnt even give me my food, and told me he was an uber. Im sure he delivered it to someone else and when I told him my name he panicked. As soon as I walked away he left.

After arriving almost ¾ of an hour past the original estimated delivery time, the food was only just warm enough to eat. The bottle of drink included in the boneless feast deal was missing, and the delivery driver couldn't have been less talkative or quicker leaving if he'd have tried.

Food was great and very hot. However delivery driver very rude, he couldn’t get through to our phone number and told us if it happened again he wouldn’t deliver to us even though we have detailed delivery notes.

the chicken bucket was good but the fries were more boiled than fried, even I found some which were uncooked inside ... but maybe I was just unlucky
