The chicken is decent from this KFC however the interior of this chain and the toilets really let it down.

Worst delivery experiences with anything online related. They either f up with putting items you haven't ordered or you astronomical delays when it comes to getting your order.

Excellent place, huge seating area inside and outside. The drinks were lovely, tasty, served to our table. The batista were so nice, polite,kind, chatty and welcoming. Thank you so much

absolutely awful paying over the normal price if that aint bad enough ordred 3 boneless banquets for my sons sleep over and only got two phoned kfc and they said fill out a form not good enough

Brilliant service lovely food.

Unfortunately all but one bit of the chicken was over done 😢 I requested fries without the coating but once again it didn’t happen, do the people at the restaurant not read the customer notes?? What’s the point of having a customer notes section on the order form? How do I get my fries from kfc without the coating when order is via the JustEat App ?

Visited 11/7/24. Waited just under 10 minutes for ‘fast’ food. Standing there, watching what was going on, it was obvious that the majority of resource was being used to fulfil ‘delivery type’ orders. They were walking in in front of waiting customers for their orders and just walking in front of us at the counter. As we sat eating our meal, we were bombarded by raucous ‘rap’ (?) music in the background. Food was fine and not an issue, but my suggestion would be to grab yr food after Deliveroo has collected and eat it in the car or take it home.

Fried chicken burger was hard, drumstick tasted odd, chips were cold. You would think for a chicken shop they would know how to cook it. I had to throw it away.

It matches whatever you expect to get from Fast Food chain... It should be one of your last options if you are looking for healthy food.

Always get food poisoning. Service is always terrible even even empty (food takes ages every time)

It was ok, unfortunately the 6pc variety bucket consisted of 5 drumsticks and 1 small thigh,no breast meat at all,yes you get 8 spicy wings and 4 boneless fillets and 4 fries,but for £24 not alot of chicken to be honest

Dropped a tray of chicken on the floor, picked it up again and popped it on the shelf for the next customer who happens along - 30 second rule, no harm done.

2nd time ordering and 2nd time they’ve forgot multiply meals! For the amount you spend it’s not acceptable how incompetent they are at packing.

Worst restaurant ever I had ever seen. Better to eat road side restaurants. And I don’t want to talk about the manager he is feel like I’m something and not a good person attitude at this post. You have to be polite.

Didnt even give me my food, and told me he was an uber. Im sure he delivered it to someone else and when I told him my name he panicked. As soon as I walked away he left.

So much better than our 1st order. My children can now eat. Thank you KFC for saving us.

Missing items from out the order

burger had a bone in it corn was soggy and the chips were old

After arriving almost ¾ of an hour past the original estimated delivery time, the food was only just warm enough to eat. The bottle of drink included in the boneless feast deal was missing, and the delivery driver couldn't have been less talkative or quicker leaving if he'd have tried.

Food was great and very hot. However delivery driver very rude, he couldn’t get through to our phone number and told us if it happened again he wouldn’t deliver to us even though we have detailed delivery notes.

the chicken bucket was good but the fries were more boiled than fried, even I found some which were uncooked inside ... but maybe I was just unlucky

Staff lack enthusiasm. Really miserable . Food us great but the staff just don't care, no customer service, too busy laughing and joking amongst themselves to address your requests and queries.

A takeaway meal in a bag when it's advertises box meal is a cheap idea to save money

The food is cold soggy not eatable and took over 15 minutes late time kept changing on the app however didn’t say was out for delivery 2 minutes before delivered and driver told me struggling to do all the orders he had .

Took the grandchildren to KFC, kids popcorn meal had no chips and didn't give the children the chocolate sundae that we'd paid for. No wooden utensil to eat beans, again we had to ask. Awful experience

Restaurant struggled to get avaliable delivery driver. Food should be delivered 6.15pm, but arrived at 7pm. Driver was very kind and friendly.

Order not complete. Delivery driver would not address issue. KFC yet to address the issue nearly 24 hours later. Complained twice.

how disappointing, we love KFC but this time and the last time we had a delivery, the food was stone cold. how come all other takeaways can deliver hot food apart from KFC?? The delivery driver never said a word, just handed me the bag and walked off. If you aren't interested in serving the same quality as in the store, then why bother with delivery? you're offering a second rate service.

delivery driver read notes and delivered order to location as per notes. not many drivers read the notes and deliver my orders to the fixed postcode location of order as I'm a porta cabin in a carpark this is very important when it comes to delivering food orders to the correct intended person

I ordered a Colonel's Meal: 4 pc & only got 3 pc.

Over 90 minutes late and not for the first time either. Order was repeatedly pushed back and was stone cold when it eventually arrived. Along with the change KFC have made to the fries we have decided to not order from any KFC restaurant again.

Food on time but missing gravy and 2 chicken wings with one meal and only got 9 wings in a 10 wing meal in the other... bare sly.

The food was probably nice when it left the restaurant, but as the driver choose to deliver another order on the other side of town at the same time, my food was disgusting. Really not worth the overinflated prices being charged, considering it's a dice roll whether you'll get your food while it's still edible

Freshly cooked chicken and I love the BBQ sauce on the bites. Only complaint is that I always ask for all legs and at most I’ve only ever had 2 out of 4!

The order was meant to be delivered between 12:10-12:30 update at 12 then had no updates for 1 hour.
