Last Saturday , I took my little ones (3 and 1 year old) for a "date with dad" after football we were welcomed by a lovely ,lively and courteous lady called Selma, she looked after us the whole time. We made great memories there.

I placed this order at 18.22 and received it at 20.47 . 2 hours 25 mins is a very poor service for delivery from just 20 minutes away . Not happy at all with the time it took and no explanation or apology from the driver intact no words at all apart from " Delivery Code " so a bit rude

I had a hair in my big daddy burger here last week(not mine I am bald) I took it back to the counter and they took the burger round the back and brought it back almost immediately without a hair, I am almost certain it was the same one with the hair removed rather than a replacement. No real apology, no refund of anything, sadly poor service, would not recommend.

ordered £50 worth of food, only thing slightly warm was the beans. if you cannot deliver warm food then dont offer it to the area. suppose it would be ok if from Loughborough but avoid if outside of Loughborough in surrounding areas.

That's the worst KFC I've had in over 35 years! The chicken was drummer was greasy while the fillet was hard and dry and the gravy was tasteless and watery with a layer of grease on top. For a global brand offering there's many better options in Loughborough.

The employees are rude and hung up after shouting at me. They continued to ignore my calls about my order and the attitude from the staff was horrible. Me and my family were unable to eat because they had delayed an order until they closed. I called asking if it was ready and I was shouted at very rudely. I suggest no one comes here

chips soggy and cold, burger at first looked great, but the hash rowntree ruined it! tasted like it had been washed with washing up liquid! awful taste, ruined my meal, only thing good was the polite delivery man, food was on time and the 7up was pre packed in a can. other than that, very poor!

Shocking! Very poor experience. The quality of the food is shockingly bad. I ordered a BBQ Tower and I can assure you what I've got was 2 very thin and overcooked filets of something, barely any lettuce and the BBQ sauce was splattered all over. Also ordered kids food, also shocking. Went to speak to the staff, and no interest whatsoever, they work like machines, looking at the screens preparing the food, nobody looking towards the restaurant in case customers need anything. I've promised myself neither I nor my children will set foot in any of your restaurants again. Next time I fancy fried chicken I will go to any of the many other fried chicken places where at least, the food is better and for the same price I will have a feast! KFC score 0.1/10 (because the still water, 7up and Robinsons juice tasted normal)

I love KFC especially the sweet and sour chilli bites they taste amazing I just wish they did a bigger bucket of them. The popcorn chicken and fries were only mild so maybe they need to wrap them better so they don’t go cold in transit but overall very good service and fast delivery.

Delivery driver called me as he couldn’t find the address. He was argumentative as he couldn’t find the address due to not having a street name on the order. Although the street name wasn’t on the order the post code and house number was, therefore maps should bring you to the street regardless. Driver was patronising and clearly didn’t understand simple instructions on how to use maps. Not good customer service at all!!

pre ordered at 10:40 for 13:00 delivery I had to leave the house at 13:55 with the order still saying it was being prepared. At 13:00 the order said it would be delivered by 13:15 so no indication that it would be significantly later and hour after the requested time for "fast" food is unacceptable.

I used the drive through this evening, (not a frequent visiter) and was so impressed. The guy that took my order asked if I wanted drinks with the 2 meals I ordered. I said "no thank you", he checked again 'are you sure you don't want drinks"? Again I said "no thank you". When I got to the window he said I was paying more without having the drinks. And said "would you like me to add drinks?". I explained I don't like drinks in the car incase they fall over, so he suggested swapping the drinks for sides. Then he checked again and said if you take off one of the fries, then swap a drink for the fries, it works out cheaper. Wow, I said he should be promoted to manager and he said he was the manager for that shift. He asked me to wait in a bay whilst the vegan burger was being freshly cooked. And he then brought the food to me. This may ONLY be KFC, it is ONLY a fast food restaurant but tonight I was impressed. I'd had a long day at work and just wanted something quick to eat, so a huge Thank You to tonight's manager, a lovely, helpful, friendly guy.

Driver asked for code first, didn't get out of car until i said Food first and then i will give you the code and reluctantly got the order. I met him outside my house. Disapointed really. Food wqs good though.

Completely ripped off , 6 pieces of chicken and 4 servings of fries. Chicken was 5 drumsticks and 1 thigh . Fries were a measly portion so for a meal for four we were all left hungry and astonished at the expense of this ‘ bargain bucket ‘ . How you share six pieces of chicken between four is beyond my understanding. Sorry, no good whatsoever!!!!!

Chicken was dry, chips were undercooked. Not much sauce sent on the zinger burger and too much sauce on the bbq burger. Not the nicest of meals. Meals just looked like they were thrown into the bag with the cans of pop on top.Really disappointed
