You haven’t delivered me my order

Missing the original chicken. How hard is a fast food request. Never ordering again. £9.98. For nothing. These guys couldn’t run a bath.

Nearly 2 hours late! Won't be ordering this ever again

2 burgers and fries for £10. Stay away. Dry, bland & a waste of money. Chips also undercooked lacking any flavour.

food arrived and was freezing cold not hot at all the cold drink had also been placed in with all the food and not separated as the previous times I have ordered so the whole meal was a waste of time and money don't think il be ordering from here again and would advise people to second guess if they live further then 5 minutes not to order

Ordered two items, only one came

Ordered to wrong address didn’t have a cancel button just delivered to the wrong address and I couldn’t do anything.

I love KFC especially the sweet and sour chilli bites they taste amazing I just wish they did a bigger bucket of them. The popcorn chicken and fries were only mild so maybe they need to wrap them better so they don’t go cold in transit but overall very good service and fast delivery.

Delivery driver called me as he couldn’t find the address. He was argumentative as he couldn’t find the address due to not having a street name on the order. Although the street name wasn’t on the order the post code and house number was, therefore maps should bring you to the street regardless. Driver was patronising and clearly didn’t understand simple instructions on how to use maps. Not good customer service at all!!

pre ordered at 10:40 for 13:00 delivery I had to leave the house at 13:55 with the order still saying it was being prepared. At 13:00 the order said it would be delivered by 13:15 so no indication that it would be significantly later and hour after the requested time for "fast" food is unacceptable.

You got my order wrong, I ordered 20 wings and 2 fillet burgers, but I received 12 normal chicken pieces

good quality just a little cold chips were a bit hard inside as well

items missing from order. they wouldn't redelivery. had to drive to the KFC to get it resolved. Paid for delivery but had to drive there myself in the end while the rest of my food sits at home getting cold.

I used the drive through this evening, (not a frequent visiter) and was so impressed. The guy that took my order asked if I wanted drinks with the 2 meals I ordered. I said "no thank you", he checked again 'are you sure you don't want drinks"? Again I said "no thank you". When I got to the window he said I was paying more without having the drinks. And said "would you like me to add drinks?". I explained I don't like drinks in the car incase they fall over, so he suggested swapping the drinks for sides. Then he checked again and said if you take off one of the fries, then swap a drink for the fries, it works out cheaper. Wow, I said he should be promoted to manager and he said he was the manager for that shift. He asked me to wait in a bay whilst the vegan burger was being freshly cooked. And he then brought the food to me. This may ONLY be KFC, it is ONLY a fast food restaurant but tonight I was impressed. I'd had a long day at work and just wanted something quick to eat, so a huge Thank You to tonight's manager, a lovely, helpful, friendly guy.

Food was so cold it was unedable. Whole order had to be microwaved. Delivery time changed a number of times getting longer

never turned up even tho saying delivered. also the delivery time given is 20 minutes in the future

Food I got was fresh and hot. I had to wait a few minutes for order. Service: you had to order from the self service machine so can't really rate. One of my better KFC experiences.

Ordered a KFC. Friday lunchtime. Turned into a KF wait and see when it will arrive. Online 12.30 order, 1.30 delivery. Chicken very good, chips very poor. Understand it would be a busy time. But...

Driver asked for code first, didn't get out of car until i said Food first and then i will give you the code and reluctantly got the order. I met him outside my house. Disapointed really. Food wqs good though.

Completely ripped off , 6 pieces of chicken and 4 servings of fries. Chicken was 5 drumsticks and 1 thigh . Fries were a measly portion so for a meal for four we were all left hungry and astonished at the expense of this ‘ bargain bucket ‘ . How you share six pieces of chicken between four is beyond my understanding. Sorry, no good whatsoever!!!!!

Chicken was dry, chips were undercooked. Not much sauce sent on the zinger burger and too much sauce on the bbq burger. Not the nicest of meals. Meals just looked like they were thrown into the bag with the cans of pop on top.Really disappointed

Sadly once again the staff at KFC failed to read my request for no seasoning on my fries as not everyone inc. me likes the seasoning, it’s a shame it’s not an option when placing the order

couldn't believe it being 1 hour late for a kfc stone cold when it got here and with me working nights I didn't have time to eat it, so it all went in the garbage

Food wasnt great. Service was good but struggled to understand the staff, wasnt their fault though. While I was in there there were very inappropriate young kids burping and not covering their mouth very loudly. It was ridiculous. Toilets were not clean and stunk like weed.

Food was great, there we no cookies so they sent an extra 3pc of chicken and a lovely message which was so nice of them!

Ordered at 5:15, one box meal for one person with no changes and no extras. Delivery initially said that it would be 20-35 minuses and continued to say this on the page to order but my time for delivery kept getting later and later. Finally received it at 7:25. Quite unhappy.

Amazing someone at the restaurant actually took time to read my request for regular fries (without seasoning) with my meal rather that fries with the seasoning that KFC have been adding for a while now. The sea should be an option for customers rather than forced spin then ….. Option A. without seasoning, or option B. with seasoning. NOT EVERYONE LOKES THE SEASONING!

I put notes on the order for the delivery driver to ring the doorbell and give the care home staff my order and they would give it to me but he ignored the note and stood outside the door for 10 minutes messaging me saying no one was answering.

Chips went in the bin. Soggy and tiny. Must of got all the ends before people went home

Food was ok but staff were rude and obviously very bored. They were sniggering and whispering about my boyfriend but not in a good natured way and they clearly didn't know that we'd seen them (we'd seen them whispering and pointi g).

Didn't enjoy it here. Had to queue to use the self ordering screen (staff showed no interest in opening a till for the long queue.) The extra £1 for a spicy sauce that was less spicy than mustard or a peppercorn, it was mostly mayo, was very disappointing. No napkins provided and the paper straw collapsed in on itself within the 5 mins I spent there. For over £10 I was incredibly disappointed. Much more expensive than other local places and a much lower quality experience.

if soggy batter hanging of the chicken, not a single crunch to any bite, and only just beating Luke warm then this is right up your street. But if that's your thing, don't order the hot wings, they came burnt to a crisp after clearly sitting in a hot draw for approximately 300 days! Abysmal standards KFC. Very Dissapointing

The chicken is decent from this KFC however the interior of this chain and the toilets really let it down.

Worst delivery experiences with anything online related. They either f up with putting items you haven't ordered or you astronomical delays when it comes to getting your order.
