McDonald's in Charnwood

Very untidy, had food on floor that someone had kindy put a warning sign near, but at no time anyone cleared it up, was there about 15-20 mind They let the local children be rude to staff and let them make a mess and put their dirty shoes on seats, not one member of staff approached them.. Would definitely not be recommending or returning

Literally will nEVER get your order especially if you order online. I have never ever been to a McDonald’s with such incompetent staff. Customer service is useless as well, end up spending twice as much to get replacement food. Disgusting useless workers.

Welcome to mc Donald’s let me throw coffee over you out the window then just stand there saying the lids are quote crap. Had to ask for towel to clean the inside of the vehicle!! When I return inside to collect my drink etc as know one had come to check the hot coffee hadn’t burnt me I ask to speak to the manger and was treated (after waiting)with sorry would you still like your order. Ask if that was it and he said yes what do you want me to do. Wow just cleaning the inside of the vehicle and change my trousers. Accident happened but it how you deal with it. Using young staff how have no life skills. Call to speak to someone 6 times and it just cut straight off. NO Customer service here 😡

How do you forget to put the chicken in a “chicken salad” ???

Me and my Dad came for coffee and a hot chocolate and was seen to relatively quickly. The drive thru has two lanes and joins near the windows. The toung lady taking the order/money was very polite (even offered me cream on my hot chocolate!). The car park is ample and you can stay for 90 minutes. One of the better McDonalds in the area.

The car park is always completely full as they park every single car up. Just wasting staff members time as instead of giving food at the drive thru, they park everyone up and send someone out to cars. Expect to wait minimum 10 minutes for small orders and up to 20 for bigger orders

Screens not working and no staff telling people to avoid them or signs. Queues out the door due to slow service. Eventually abandoned my order as the service so so slow

Drive through, fairly busy on the day but service was quick and efficient. Did what was required more no less!

Card terminals failed, app broken, had to go inside only to wait 15 minutes before anyone served me, all in all, 35 minutes to get served

Absolutely disgusting took hour for burger and chips for delivery. Was stone cold. In bin. Spent hour trying to ring... no answer. DO NOT USE THESE.

Gotta be the worst McDonalds in Leicestershire. Delivery is ALWAYS short one or multiple items missing, staff shirk off complaints. AVOID delivery very, I had the delivery go to a completely different street. As I said food delivery and on odd occasions collection has been shorted. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Every time I order from McDonald’s at Melton Mowbray something is missing. McDonalds melton mowbray the delivery is terrible, always missing itens I try call uber eats they dont answer and the Mcdonalds as well TERRIBLE SERVICE

No onions or gherkins in burger. No salt on chips. No napkins. Staff in kitchen laughing and messing about. One guy chatting to his mates pretending to clean tables. Staff behind the counter couldn't have looked more miserable. Terrible!!

We prefer to get a delivery from McDonald’s but the last few times, they have either got the order completely wrong or missed items completely. The call service to sort this out then takes a long time and you the people on the phone can’t understand you when speaking. The checking system for orders needs to improve because the ease and food quality is good but is being brought down because of people not checking before sending orders out

The normal McDonalds. Busy but still great atmosphere. Nice seating area. Toilets were very Clean . Orders were not to long to wait for.

Cold food and 2 poorly tummies.

The food is average McD, I don’t think it’s any different anywhere. It’s the slowest McD In all of history. I used to live in this town as a kid, and I thought it was normal. I moved to London 6 years ago, went to see family today went to this McD, and they took 40 mins for chicken nuggets and icecream. Feels like home

Slowest service ever - food cold when eventually turns up- staff roll their eyes when you complain- totally pathetic. I’m sure the owner doesn’t care as long as the money keeps rolling in, but we won’t bother with this dump, staffed by incompetents again

We got charged twice from using the app. Got forcefully told by one of the workers that my mates mum would get her money back. had to sit there for a while whilst they are messing around as they clearly aren't organised. chips half full, burger squashed.

Pretty bad, but I think it's the way of most McDonald's now that delivery services seem to get priority in the order system. We waited 29 minutes for a 3 item order and when it came it was cold.

Sick and tied of ordering mcdonalds through their app or by uber. Everytime it comes there is either stuff missing or its the completely wrong order. They wont fix it unless you drive down, so all youll get is a free meal voucher to compensate. Tonight they missed off 2 burgers for 2 meals and a coupme of other bits. We got the chips amd drinks, but no burger. Complained via the app, then re ordered the missing items using the free vouchers. Guess what? Another delivery with bits missing. Being there in person is no better, cold food, slow to get your food ect.

Food was stone cold when it was delivered, driver only holding one bag when brought to my door so I questioned him and he said restaurant only gave me one bag then I challenged him and said they are meals and would have drinks again said restaurant gave me one bag and then he said ok wait a minute he went to the car and all of a sudden a bag with the 2 drinks I ordered appeared he went red faced off to his car and said he was so sorry. Don’t find this delivery satisfactory!!!

The food is always cold. Burgers are like cold rubber and the chips are cold and chewy. Melton mcdonalds is the worst I've been to, falls well below par of other branches I've tried. Also everytime we do drive thru we have to park up for at least 5 mins. I have complained for years to the management but nothing changes.

The fries were cold and unedible, the burger was lukewarm. It is obvious the food was waiting on the counter for more orders instead of being delivered as soon as possible

I never see such a bad service from any mcd before, I have ordered a wrap and need to wait for more than 30 minutes, the staffs are not active and not doing their work properly. There is a large mess in front and many of the delivery mens are waiting for a long which cause negative impact on their job because of the employees. Kindly do the needful. Iam not satisfied especially today 15th May 2024 at 7pm.

Visited late Sunday afternoon 12/05/2024 and what a disaster. I've never been to such a dis organised, dirty maccies in my life. Never again.

Missing food from orders yet again...

Came here after visiting a local theme park with the family. Placed our order through their machine waited 25 mins and still no food, went upto the desk to find out and they said it was just being done. Another 15 minutes our number was called and we came to collect our food only to find out that half of it was missing. Went back up to discuss and they said they would cook the missing food this took another 10 minutes by which time our original food was cold. Tbh a shambles of a mcdonalds and won't be going back there 😕..

Poor. Burger was barely warm and we opened it as soon as we got out of the place while in the car, just a disappointing experience overall. Think we'll probably avoid doing this again.

Cold ,messy,soggy food delivered 55min after order,that was last chance this time after previous fiasco (food was delivered late ,cold and missing items )well no more ...what a disappointment for having only one local McDonald's and they still cant look after the costumers

The driver called we answered to have phone put down on us for us then tp call backany times and the phone being off. food thrn marked as delivered but the food never actually showed up, called McDonald's to be told apply refund of just eat. absolutely joke of a place

I visit McDonald’s all up and down the country and this has to be the worst managed drive-through experience there is no active management people laughing and talking in the kiosk Windows waiting for why aren’t you working together? This is not fast food. This is something else. Management, take notice your rubbish and need to get on for 10 minutes and we are running late. I’m going to complain to head office, this is Ridiculous every week.

Went to drive through. Ordered party bucket when got home we realised that parts of the food order were missing - again. The manager was helpful within her pelarameters and offered recompense, but it meant travelling out again to get!

Stopped during pur travels. It was busy but room to let our furbaby stretch her legs. The staff were nice, in particular one chap, who explained the disabled toilet door slid instead of the conventional opening. lmao.

Despite paying for quick delivery it was late. Food was cold had to be reheated (never a good option) the seasonal hot cross bun, well was over cooked on the outside, and actually disappointing 😞 wouldn't normally leave a negative review as on average delivery is ok, but this was a Friday night.... They probably make enough on a Friday night but my pocket won't be burnt again.... Sorry 😞

Stopped over for breakfast on the way back from early morning arrival at EMA. All good and clean. Staff friendly. Parked in the main road bay.

An ideal stop for some welcome food and drinks.

Delivered banana milkshake instead of vanilla like ordered. Luckily my partner decided to have some before me as in allergic to 2 ingredients in the banana milkshake.

Feel sorry for the staff having to deal with antisocial kids ruining the place for everyone. The staff were great but shouldn't have to put up with the behaviour of the local kids. We will get takeaway next time as I don't want my kids to see the antics of antisocial idiot

Rude and ignorant younger member of staff. Completely ignored when I asked for napkins and ketchup. Luckily another lady heard me who gave the younger person dome sound advice.

Never order a delivery from the Melton store. I can guarantee that you will be missing something.

Food can bit hit and miss here. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's very much not OK. Also the temperature you receive the food can be varied.
