Awful delivery over and hour and half for a McDonald’s!!!

Leaked in bag only got half a drink

Always missing items. Not the first time it’s happened. Seems to be a reoccurrence.

Like any other McDonald's, car park is tight but all in all what you epuld expect. Good meeting point and stop off for bikers

Sick and tied of ordering mcdonalds through their app or by uber. Everytime it comes there is either stuff missing or its the completely wrong order. They wont fix it unless you drive down, so all youll get is a free meal voucher to compensate. Tonight they missed off 2 burgers for 2 meals and a coupme of other bits. We got the chips amd drinks, but no burger. Complained via the app, then re ordered the missing items using the free vouchers. Guess what? Another delivery with bits missing. Being there in person is no better, cold food, slow to get your food ect.

Food was stone cold when it was delivered, driver only holding one bag when brought to my door so I questioned him and he said restaurant only gave me one bag then I challenged him and said they are meals and would have drinks again said restaurant gave me one bag and then he said ok wait a minute he went to the car and all of a sudden a bag with the 2 drinks I ordered appeared he went red faced off to his car and said he was so sorry. Don’t find this delivery satisfactory!!!

Apart from the missing food that melton always seem to do it was nice.

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets didn’t include the sauces might aswell just sent me flour to eat 1/10.

The food is always cold. Burgers are like cold rubber and the chips are cold and chewy. Melton mcdonalds is the worst I've been to, falls well below par of other branches I've tried. Also everytime we do drive thru we have to park up for at least 5 mins. I have complained for years to the management but nothing changes.

The fries were cold and unedible, the burger was lukewarm. It is obvious the food was waiting on the counter for more orders instead of being delivered as soon as possible

I never see such a bad service from any mcd before, I have ordered a wrap and need to wait for more than 30 minutes, the staffs are not active and not doing their work properly. There is a large mess in front and many of the delivery mens are waiting for a long which cause negative impact on their job because of the employees. Kindly do the needful. Iam not satisfied especially today 15th May 2024 at 7pm.

Visited late Sunday afternoon 12/05/2024 and what a disaster. I've never been to such a dis organised, dirty maccies in my life. Never again.

Came here after visiting a local theme park with the family. Placed our order through their machine waited 25 mins and still no food, went upto the desk to find out and they said it was just being done. Another 15 minutes our number was called and we came to collect our food only to find out that half of it was missing. Went back up to discuss and they said they would cook the missing food this took another 10 minutes by which time our original food was cold. Tbh a shambles of a mcdonalds and won't be going back there 😕..

Poor. Burger was barely warm and we opened it as soon as we got out of the place while in the car, just a disappointing experience overall. Think we'll probably avoid doing this again.

Weirdest little drive thru also took forever

Cold ,messy,soggy food delivered 55min after order,that was last chance this time after previous fiasco (food was delivered late ,cold and missing items )well no more ...what a disappointment for having only one local McDonald's and they still cant look after the costumers

The driver called we answered to have phone put down on us for us then tp call backany times and the phone being off. food thrn marked as delivered but the food never actually showed up, called McDonald's to be told apply refund of just eat. absolutely joke of a place

I visit McDonald’s all up and down the country and this has to be the worst managed drive-through experience there is no active management people laughing and talking in the kiosk Windows waiting for why aren’t you working together? This is not fast food. This is something else. Management, take notice your rubbish and need to get on for 10 minutes and we are running late. I’m going to complain to head office, this is Ridiculous every week.

Went to drive through. Ordered party bucket when got home we realised that parts of the food order were missing - again. The manager was helpful within her pelarameters and offered recompense, but it meant travelling out again to get!

Stopped during pur travels. It was busy but room to let our furbaby stretch her legs. The staff were nice, in particular one chap, who explained the disabled toilet door slid instead of the conventional opening. lmao.

Stopped over for breakfast on the way back from early morning arrival at EMA. All good and clean. Staff friendly. Parked in the main road bay.

Despite paying for quick delivery it was late. Food was cold had to be reheated (never a good option) the seasonal hot cross bun, well was over cooked on the outside, and actually disappointing 😞 wouldn't normally leave a negative review as on average delivery is ok, but this was a Friday night.... They probably make enough on a Friday night but my pocket won't be burnt again.... Sorry 😞

An ideal stop for some welcome food and drinks.

Delivered banana milkshake instead of vanilla like ordered. Luckily my partner decided to have some before me as in allergic to 2 ingredients in the banana milkshake.

Feel sorry for the staff having to deal with antisocial kids ruining the place for everyone. The staff were great but shouldn't have to put up with the behaviour of the local kids. We will get takeaway next time as I don't want my kids to see the antics of antisocial idiot

Rude and ignorant younger member of staff. Completely ignored when I asked for napkins and ketchup. Luckily another lady heard me who gave the younger person dome sound advice.

Never order a delivery from the Melton store. I can guarantee that you will be missing something.

Absolutely rubbish serving Uber eats before people waiting

Food can bit hit and miss here. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's very much not OK. Also the temperature you receive the food can be varied.

Can drive up to an empty drive through with 3 people in the restaurant and still be in bay 1 for 15 mins while they stand round talking. Milkshake? Once a quarter that machine works. Better to drive to thrumaston

Ordered two breakfast meals via the touchscreen service on site. Food arrived quickly and was politely handed to me. Clean and a nice environment in general in the restaurant. A decent experience and so much better than my local one in Chilwell.

First visit to this place. Staff & customers alike so friendly & welcoming. Will definitely go again just for their customer service.

Ordered drive through - two big mac meals and a happy meal. Got all the way home to discover one big mac was missing. Also asked for veggie dippers hapoy meal and was given fish finger! Had to drive all the way back to sort it. Not happy - it wasn't even busy!

Ordered food with my sister and my bf and the wrap i ate was good tasted a bit odd and was a bit cold, has a iced frappe that was awesome 10/10, had a mcflurry 10/10 but the fries me and my boyfriend ate have given us some sort of bug or food poisoning, we are so ill our stomachs hurt and thats all we have aten today so it got to be the fries because we shared them, they were a bit cold and it couldnt of been wrap it was the only thing i ate didnt share it, me and my bf feel very sick and wont be going back to this place for awhile as we were suppose to enjoy pur few days together as he goes home soon but sadly we cant because we are ill. 10/10 for the service but people in melton mowbrary maccies are so mean, got in there and a bunch off young girls give us some dirty looks the chavs ofc and taking photos of us weird.

Ordered in 2024, just a shame it was prepared in 2023. Never had a warm meal from this McDonald’s. Zero stars should be an exception for this place

It's frustrating that they always ask you to park up and then wait too long for your order, fries are udually cold. , even when it's quiet you have to park up. .its a drive through not and order and wait. I don't find this with other mc Donald's

Made an order on my app Sent husband to collect as I was very unwell they wouldn't allow him to have order even tho we have done this many times before We wasted our time and fuel trying to get some food was told to come back We cancelled the order and went elsewhere

This place needs a shake up after waiting to get food after ordering on the app and still having to wait in a parking slot 25 minutes later not good avoid this place

Rough round the edges, not the best one to visit sadly. Food was fresh and lovely, staff are harrised by customers over Peelles and also no control over who jumps into the queue at times.

I went there on Wednesday 16th August between 2:30 -3 pm. I have ordered 3 mini McFlurry at the speaker but he typed 3 big. When I went to screen,told him I want mini ones.he changed that for me and asked me to go to next window. I didn’t believe my eyes. There were two person ,one lady and one gentleman,to be honest I can’t say gentleman. They already prepared the big McFlurry and they have been scooping icecream to little pot and nagging that it’s wasting it.the girl said I will eat it.and just seeing that was disgusting. I am sure if it wasn’t next to window they will lick the spoon first.🤢 They scooped it from big pot to little one,put dirty spoon on top and gave it to me. There should be person to look what their staff doing. Just disgusting behaviour and customer service.

Food not great..and rather slow to serve if I'm honest

I would say mcd's are mostly the same, but to be fair, this one we stopped at was an exception. The food was fresh and warm, which is good for a fast food place, did not have to wait long, and would go back again in passing. I had to clean the table myself, but it was not an issue.

Not the biggest I have been to but staff very helpful and food hot and fresh. Service nice and quick. Will go again when in area.

Went through drive-thru but no one assisted us so went to park and order inside. Then the machine did not give us a receipt or order number so had to speak to them to explain the situation. They didn't put a toy in my daughter's happy meal and she was very disappointed
