Its cold and I order dips with my food and didn't get any

All food missing from order . Only got drinks and ice cream. Rubbish service

Never recieved two highet priced items (totalled £12) received a single cheeseburger instead. tried to ring mcdonalds melton directly, "number not recognised" no way for me to put a complaint in. has happened sever al times. disgrace!!!!!

Trying to get a young hungry child fed on time before bed and the food was 30mins later than the expected time was not helpful. If food was not available which led to extended delivery times, why did it arrive cold?

Food was stone cold, chips were soggy. Ice cream melted and the burger dried out, nothing wrong with the delivery driver at his timing which leads me to think the food had been sitting in store for a long time.

when we orders said 15/30 minutes it was extremely late and was changed a couple of times. we ordered chicken nuggets with 4dips we never received the dips so that was ruined. not happy

No longer 'fast food' that's for sure. In-person customers have become 2nd class citizens here. Endless delivery drivers push pass waiting patrons as their bulk orders seem to be more important to the company. Restaurant it never was, but gets worse. Staff are over run an now lack customers skills to keep delivery drivers (who are in essence 'staff') to behave in an orderly fashion.

Food is ok could be hotter and service is slow have to wait for food as seem more interested in the drive thru. Water on floor in toilet and a smile from staff wouldn't go a miss

I like food from MC Donald's, and this establishment is one of the smaller ones I have visited so far. But its advantage is a large parking lot for cars that visit MC Drive. But as for the operation itself, in my opinion, it is quite small for the number of people who visit it. At the time of our visit, we had to wait for a table to be seated. Ordering machines are available, but if you want to order at the table, you must have its number, which is quite problematic if you are just waiting for it. Likewise, even if you order at the cash register and have nowhere to sit, it's quite a problem to wait with a loaded tray and wait for a table to become free.

El peor McDonalds que he tenido. No hay nada de rápido. El restaurante estaba sucio - mesas no limpias, patatas fritas aplastadas en el suelo, basura debajo de las mesas. No hay papel para recibos en máquinas de pedido de pantalla. Las hamburguesas llegaron frías, las enviaron de vuelta y los reemplazos también estaban fríos. Té sin leche ofrecida. Entrevista al gerente en la esquina sin privacidad para el solicitante. Era un placer con los abuelos después de reunirse en melton, los abuelos disgustados, así que no se quedaron, pero sacaron un sándwich de Sainsburys.

Ordered at 1:55 and delivered at 3:15.. Delivery time was changed many times. Food was cold. Very poor delivery service

Melton Mowbray McDonald’s tiene que ser el peor para visitar en este país. El personal muestra poco o ningún interés en el servicio al cliente. Cada vez que he visitado este año, incluso si es por un artículo que me piden que estacione, para cuando sacan la comida está en el mejor de los casos tibia.

Food was delivered 2 hours after ordering and all stone cold , mc flurries turned to soup and food from what I could tell must have been sat waiting for delivery for around an hour , estimated half hour from ordering for delivery.

Asked for No Mayo on the wraps I ordered but they both came with Mayo on when courier arrived he wanted the code which I still haven’t received while trying to find it my food was stone cold .Very dissatisfied .

Ordered food at 6.30pm, arrived at 8.50pm, completely stone cold. Food is usuallt cold every time i order but this takes the micky! Not good enough, esp for a £2 refund when all the food is good enough, is for the bin!

in the 3 times that i’ve ordered they’ve forgot my sauce every single time. I wouldn’t usually care but it’s 10p a pot now, if i’m paying, put it in the bag. Even the free pots with the cheese melts never goes in the bag.
