The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

We stopped off here as we often do when collecting family from the airport. It is usually good. Today though was appalling!!! The young guy who was cleaning was polite and friendly. The older lady who appeared to be his superior was vile towards this poor guy. Something in the restaurant went missing and the lady accused the young guy of taking it and then when cameras revealed another customer had taken the item she told him to do his job properly and keep an eye on things. Then someone from behind service called his name and the older miserable looking woman shouted back “I need him.” She then s owned at him and told him to go out and sort the bins out. Throughout our visit today what I saw was bullying and unfortunately other staff appeared to be following suit. That poor young lad. 😡

Very tasty & filling. Mine - classic salmon & cream cheese on sesame bagel. His - Salted beef on multi seed bagel (New York style - surprisingly filling!) 2 bagels & a bottle of water were £13.50 - so not cheap. Hint - take your own bottle of water! Takeaways are also about £1 cheaper

ordered a pizza for valentines night dinner, got the wrong pizza so i called and they sent a new pizza out which never arrived. after 3 weeks of many phone calls and about 15 emails to their customer service, finally get a refund, £7 short of what i should’ve had. no one wanted to help and they tried everything they could to not give me the refund. even calling me a week later asking if i wanted the pizza then. they’re useless and rude and i would not recommend

Had takeaway for 9, it was very, very good. Did not use restaurant but would recommend for takeaway. Review too short, need to add characters, why???

Pointless ordering an item that you want because they will give you something you didn't want and definitely won't eat. What is the point in being called a fast food chain when the reason you're so fast is because you give the wrong order. This has happened 3 times I'm the last 2 weeks.

Very disappointed. Food took over an hour to be delivered; was only warm; one item missing (as last time); chicken more the size of sparrow would not recommend. Not a patch on Tiger Bite!!

Visit was marred by a very rude member of staff , I have unseen disability, she was rude and sarcastic added to a lazy ignorant manner , I will not visit again

Nothing special just your usual McDonald's. staff was nice, the burger wasn't as good as burger king though, the milkshake is alright.

Third time I have been here and every time been horrible, wait 10 mins for cold reheated chips with no taste. Fish is ok but not worth the wait

Bought a large cheesey, for my partner and I to share, the box containing the chips was hot, which is why we were so surprised that our chips were completely raw. Thats £4 waisted, on something that I doubt even the seagulls will touch. Honestly dont waist your time going there.

Costa till marked as closed as staff too busy chatting. Watched her make my drink with oat milk when I specified I wanted full fat cows milk. Was then snapped at that the oat milk was for a different drink. Tried my full fat extra espresso caramel latte to find it HAS been made with oat milk, no caramel and burnt coffee. When paying almost £10 for a coffee you at least expect to get what you ordered not this mess and to be shouted at by the staff.

The food quality has gotten better over the years.But this vist was very good. The food was tasty and delicious. The staff was helpful. They can be short-staffed at busy times. Furthermore they also take lots of time to get your order ready. However food makes up for it. This place has since branded to Ryde Fried Chicken however the management,staff and food is the same.

BEAWARE FOUND HAIR IN MY FISH AND CHIPS TOOK BACK AND COMPLAINED STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS. COMPLAINED TO HEAD OFFICE TOLD ME TO GET LOST NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER ALL THESE COMPANIES CARE ABOUT IS MONEY SHALL NOT BE EATING THERE EVER AGAIN 😒

La única estrella es para los chicos que trabajaban allí, eran amables y educados Tristemente no se pueden dar otras estrellas. Pedí una hamburguesa de queso 1/2 con papas fritas, £ 7. Vale, precio, espera. Debería haberlo comprobado allí y luego, en retrospectiva es algo realmente maravilloso. Las hamburguesas probablemente habían estado sentadas toda la noche, yo estaba allí alrededor de las 9 pm. Secos como un hueso y toda la humedad se había cocinado fuera de ellos. Los pequeños masticables que había allí y mayo (una cucharadita) no pudieron evitar la excusa cremada de la carne. En cuanto a las patatas fritas, tristemente no mejor. En restaurantes elegantes tienen patatas fritas triples cocidas, todo un manjar. Bueno, esto debe haber sido septuple cocinado. La mitad estaban demasiado cocidas, casi me rompo los dientes, las otras eran más comestibles pero tan secas y la poca sal y el vinagre no pudieron evitar esta comida extremadamente pobre. Probablemente es un gran lugar y cuando está ocupado, la comida no se sienta demasiado tiempo. Extremadamente Mala comida y eso es ser educado
