McDonalds in Horsham

Visit was marred by a very rude member of staff , I have unseen disability, she was rude and sarcastic added to a lazy ignorant manner , I will not visit again

Car park full. Ordered using the app ok. Food served promptly. Exactly the same as every McDonalds. Big Mac just not nice 2/10. Quarter pounder with cheese horrible 1/10. Medium fries actually ok 8/10.

Site is completely unsuitable for the volume of traffic, and the app rarely works due to the lack of mobile reception. Staff usually say to use their free WiFi but you need 4g to register for the free WiFi. The food is exactly as good / bad as you would expect from and other branch of Golden Arches, however despite being extremely busy - far more so than most other branches, the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The biggest issue comes at weekends when the traffic queueing for either drive through or a parking space builds up for some distance on the dual carriageway which is really unacceptable. The only way the site would be big enough to deal with the footfall would be to close down the COOP and fuel station.

Keep driving, straight past The worst Mc Donald’s, I have ever visited; Luke warm burgers that were so dry I couldn’t eat it, barely any sauce at all. I didn’t help myself when I refused to pay 10p for a ketchup, I won't be stopping again.

Jeez, I did not expect to be surrounded by rats when I stopped for a quick pit stop meal between jobs!

Usual Mc Donalds fare and service. Always clean and quick. Car park can be awkward and only 3 disabled spaces

Popped enroute home in after a day at Worthing. We had the hottest tastiest burgers ever. We parked in the car park as we were unsure if the bikes on the roof of the car would fit through the drive-thru! It was a very busy time of day, but the staff delivered 100 percent on a quality, very satisfying! Thanks McDonalds.

Food is good - as always - but the alarms beeping nearly ALL THE BL###* TIME and not just 'the fries are ready' one. Extremely annoying and just when you think they're stopped, off they go again. Great food - annoying noises!

We stopped here for some food one evening. The automated system is complicated, and we had to wait a while for someone in front of us to work out how to use the automated menu ordering system. Because it took so long for the person in front of us - I could see that it was not easy - we decided to order the old way from the counter service instead. The food - same as you get at any McDonalds anywhere else.

Normally go to this McDonald’s frequently as it’s the local one to us, but today (28/02/2019) Me and the missus had a double cheese burger, and not long after both have got Stomach gramps/& being sick! I even said to the missus half way through eating the fries that the fries at the bottom of the packet tasted very odd to the others. No idea what’s gone wrong but something wasn’t right. But the little one had chicken nuggets & hes been fine! Never had an issue with them till now. Won’t be having a McDonald’s anytime soon.. Definitely put me off for a while!

Food was fresh, place was clean, staff were really nice. Very unusual. Best McDonald’s chips I’ve ever had and the place didn’t smell like cat piss. 10/10

It is what it is.... Not sure what the refurb was about seemed to have it out of action for ages. Remembered everything in the meal tho which is a first for some McDonald's lol

No toy in happy meals but still charged the same . staff not bothered . unhappy children when drove there as a special treat . to be offered an alternative would of been nice. Poor form from a newly refurbished restaurant

On a very busy crossroads with limited parking so I wouldn’t recommend unless you are really hungry and you will be lucky to get parked at a weekend average food

usual McDonalds fayre but for a place in the middle of no where it seems very popular; perhaps because the one in Horsham closed quite a while ago.

Visited for a pit stop, coffee is great esp at the price ( better than Starbucks ) double sausage and egg McMuffin was very fresh although had to wait a bit for it too be cooked fresh. Do not visit often but it was very present

We had been on a long journey from Germany travelling down to the West Sussex coast and I needed to stop off for an essential coffee and a break. We found this McDonalds positioned strategically on the Worthing Road (A 24) junction with the A 272. There was a free car park which was good. We ordered the normal McDonalds fayre including some welcome cafe latte which helped to wake me up.

They pretty much forget something every time. Normally when you’re in a rush and you get home to find something isn’t there that you’ve paid for.

A very quick stop here for food and the loo. Apart from the car park not being very big and the signage into the car park not being great, I couldn’t fault the restaurant itself. Nice and clean and tidy, and so were the loos. Food was hot and the portion sizes were bigger than my local McDonald’s!

Went there yesterday 09/08/17 and didn't eat again that day! Spent most of the night on the toilet and all of today and this evening! I can't sleep as I've got painful diarrhoea and I feel like I've been poisoned! No matter how hungry you are avoid this place like the plague

Been here a few times but sometimes parking difficult but generally ok. It is what you expect from McDonald's if I could say one thing is they need to clean the place more often.

Went to get late lunch for the kids at two o'clock on a Saturday, a bad move as so busy!!!! Since they closed the McDonald's in Horsham town it's been a nightmare at buck barn!!! They do the best they can there but it's just to small for the amount of business that's going though there!!!

McDonald's is McDonald's and we go rarely- however- on the way back from swimming we went here and ate in - I had a baby in my arms and the staff - the manager man I think - white shirt? Without requesting Brought my food round the counter and asked where we wanted to sit, he then disappeared and came back with a high hair, extra wipes, napkins, sugar for the coffee and dips - and he was only a young lad. Mid to early twenties. Now I'm going to be blunt - working in these places is frowned upon as a career- usually you get students who just want the pay packet and to go - however this lad went above and beyond and I was incredibly impressed with his attentiveness and thought. They were busy, he could have just shoved me the food and I'd have thought no different- but he didn't - he had a sense of pride and wow I was impressed. The place is spotlessly clean and the lady sweeping up and wiping down the tables AND CHAIRS was to be commended. The staff seem happy and helpful- a rarity at a fast food joint - and although the parking is a bit small - I would definitely eat here again. Many thanks!

The food is cheap and sometimes nice, we have had burgers before that do not meet ideal standards, however it is not bad for the price. The drive-through is very good to pick up food quickly. We like the bins that have targets in them.

I hate McDonalds, I hate the food, the teenage spotty staff and the cheap plastic furniture. Due to a moment of weakness I caved in and took the kids for dinner. This place is attached to a petrol station and a shop so it's always busy with cars everywhere. I did not enjoy myself and I couldn't wait to get out, however the kids loved it and appreciated my fake smiles during our meal, hence the two stars. Avoid like the plague.

Nice and busy restaurant which meant nice hot breakfast . Only downside is all the smokers outside as you leave and enter . Polite guys serving .

Enjoyed a great breakfast here. Tasty food and good value. Eat in or drive through. Plenty of staff but seating area a bit dirty.

This branch of McDonalds is what you would expect from a large chain. It is pretty standard with some times busier than others. The wait is not generally too long and it is clean. You do need to check your order for accuracy when using the drive in but nothing unusual there.

Used the drive-thru one evening when too tired to cook.

Most disgusting toilets I've ever seen in a McDonald's restaurant, Note to Cleaner: lift up seat and clean the dry crusty poo from underneath. Looks like it has been there for an eternity. Based on the cleanliness of the loo, I dread to think of what the kitchen may be hiding.

I travelled here with family for an early McD's breakfast before a busy day out. On arrival the car park was FULL and we had to try and fit our car into a small gap between some motorbikes and a van. After 10 minutes of trying to park, we finally got in the restaurant, and it wasn't too busy, unlike previous visits. Our breakfast came in time, except one of the breakfast bacon rolls. Which we waited a short amount of time for. Overall very nice food though.

I know a number of people turn their noses up at McD's but I'm not one of them particularly as they are now serving healthy options for example chicken wraps. The drive thru queue looks long but soon disappears when the have 2 separate speaker/microphone stands to take your orders. If you want to go inside for a meal you will have troubler parking unless you go off-peak. There WiFi is excellent and I have been using it for 8 years without a problem both for business and pleasure

Very busy drive through, didn't have order ready had to wait in over full car park, very clean inside, staff friendly enough, wasn't a quick stop in the end and a nightmare to park.

The team at this restaurant are always friendly and some recognise you and remember your regular order.
