My wife and I went to dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was Kim and she went above and beyond to make sure our first dining experience was a memorable one. For starters we began with the Cauliflower Bites and Clock Shadow Cheese Curds. Both were awesome. The Cauliflower Bites came in a light breading tossed in a buffalo sauce and topped with blue cheese crumbles. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy and definitely not overrun with Franks Red Hot like most are. The blue cheese crumbles were not too funky and had a nice creaminess to compliment the sauce very well. The curds were of course breaded and had a great crunch. Served with a marinara and southwest ranch style for dipping. For dinner my wife had the double decker tacos which were filled with an Adobe Chicken that resembled Chicken Tinga. The flavors were next level and came together nicely. I had the birria tacos and I will stand ten toes down that they could rival ANY Quesabirria taco in the city of Chicago and it's surrounded suburbs. A beautiful amount of cheese with a very meaty chunk of beef birria. Topped with a chipotle crema and fresh pico de gallo. The additions of those on top of the meat and cheese took it to another level. The amount of items on the menu is perfect. The diversity of the menu items is perfect and could suffice any palate any almost any age group. From small plate starters to salads and bowls. Handhelds and full blown dinner plates. A whiskey menu that came from heaven, plus cocktails and craft beer along with service that you do not see anymore in places like that. It's nice to finally see people/employees/managers taking pride not only in food quality but in customer service as well. This was our first time there and I will promise you it will not be our last. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did if you venture there. Cheers 🥂

There are only high top tables on the first floor. Lower tables that could accommodate a wheelchair user, or anyone with a mobility disability, bad back, or bad knees, are only on the second floor. To get to the second floor, you either have to go up a LOT of stairs, or leave the restaurant entirely, go outside and around the corner, into a hardware store, and then use the hardware store's elevator. If you're not too tired and in too much pain after all that, maybe you can get to a lower table. Ridiculous.

Nice Spot for an Anniversary Dinner, but Service Could Improve My wife and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Fuller House after seeing a video on Instagram. The atmosphere was nice, and we were seated outside, which was pleasant, but the service left a bit to be desired. We started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which were tasty, and both ordered the West Coast Burgers. While the burgers were good, we found the Animal Fries to be lacking – there was more cheese than sauce, which made them a bit underwhelming. For drinks, we tried the Hinsdale Mule and Summer in the 'Dale, both of which were refreshing and enjoyable. We finished off with the Skillet Cookie for dessert, which was a highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our waitress seemed very rushed and distracted, making little eye contact and hurrying us through our order. It felt like she was more focused on getting through her tasks than ensuring we had a great dining experience. We weren't offered any recommendations, which would have been appreciated, especially since it was our first time there. Another couple seated behind us seemed to have a similar experience, which was disappointing to hear/see. Overall, the food was decent, and the drinks were great, but the rushed and inattentive service took away from what could have been a more special night. Fuller House has potential.

God I was disappointed. I went here with a friend cuz we saw a post about it. When we got there, it was packed and it looked beautiful. When we finally got a table and we got our food, we were excited. When I took my first bite of the animal style fries, they were under salted and were only edible with the toppings. When I started to eat the burger I was really disappointed, it was like a Denny's burger with pretty good toppings. I would give the food a 4 stars but the servers were where i can't keep it that high of a rating. The server gave us our food and then disappeared about half way through our meal, he popped up and offered to get us water, then he did it 2 more times before he finally got us the water. Overall just disappointed

Quick visit to Chicago on a beautiful summer day. I enjoyed my meal. And my visit.

First time coming to Fuller House the wait was about 20 minutes which I expected seeing that it was packed. We got seated and the waitress seemed very rushed (which I’m sure due to the restaurant being super busy) our table was a very wobbly and we asked if they had anything to put down so we can avoid spilling our waters she quickly said no then we re asked again and she said there was something she can put. That whole situation already threw me off. Besides that the food we ordered was really good I had the burger on the gluten free bun and my wife had the Greek chicken and naan 10/10. Will comeback to try out the other options on the menu.

Came here for a birthday party and all I ate were some fries and onion rings (didn’t get a picture) and then some fruity non-alcoholic beverage which was just absolutely a waste of 8$. It had no flavor and it said it was supposed to have fruit juice in it. It’s literally a glass full of ice. The only reason this place is getting a 4 star rating is because the vibes were nice and our hostess was super polite even though there were like 15 of us there

I had the animal style burger and fries, and both were great. We we seated in the upstairs area and it was really cool being right above the bar. Drove out from Tinley Park and can say I will visit again

Ordered their West coast burger to go. It was ok, I was expecting better. The restaurant looks nice, I definitely want to go back and try eating in.

Everything was amazing. The cookie skillet was amazing. The animal style West Coast burger was very good too. Waitress is very nice. I also love the cauliflower appetizer and beautiful restaurant great for photos. Location had parking and great shops but they all close pretty early so come early for lunch instead of dinner if you wanna shop.

This was my first time at Fuller House. I went with 2 friends. The entire staff was very pleasant. Our hummus appetizer had attractive presentation. My chicken salad was delicious with plentiful ingredients. My one friend's pesto gnocchi was equally yummy. However, the pulled pork sandwich of my other friend was lacking after uncovering the toppings. There were 4 bites of meat that was also lacking flavor/sauce which was in sharp contrast to my salad. We ended up sharing some of our dinner with him. It was so busy that we weren't able to let the server know after her first check in, which was maybe not even one minute after the busser delivered the food, so too soon to really give her an accurate assessment of everything. We had waited for our main meal for probably 40 minutes because it was so busy. If we are in the area again, we may give the restaurant another try, but not order the pulled pork.

The food is mediocre at best. It basically generic white suburban boomer slop. The chicken sliders were all breading. Everything is dripping in thick orange grease. The pretzel comes with strange dips. The burgers have flavorless dry patties (ordered medium). The trimming are like something a divorced dad put together when he was running low on groceries. The outdoor seating is nice but too bad the cocktail was terrible too. Bottom shelf liquor floating on a fruit juice over ice. And the bathroom is cramp wet and faucet is broken. I’m surprised the rich people go here.

Truly some of the best food I have ever eaten and at a great price. Fantastic service and beautiful restaurant too. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders, Double Decker Spicy Chicken Tacos, and West Coast Burger, and it was phenomenal. I am already planning my next visit!

Joined online waitlist. Showed 20 minutes, 11 parties ahead, 20 min eta. Arrived in 20 minutes with showing 1st in line. Host told me the waitlist is a lie because they prefer to seat people with more people and i will wait another 15 minutes!I pointed to 10 empty tables and she said sorry those tables have no server! Absolutely 0/10 for this, what an embarassment and a waste of my time!

Came here because of the viral tiktok video comparing this to in n out. I’d still prefer in n out because of the price difference but the food at Fuller’s was great - way higher quality than the west coast chain. Great staff.

Overall a very underwhelming experience especially for the price. Went to this place thanks to a raving tiktok review and started off with the Nashville chicken sliders that would be representative of all the food we'd have: It looked absolutely amazing and delicious...but the taste, somehow despite ingredients that would usually denote loud flavors, was mediocre. This was almost impressive given that even the pimento cheese couldn't break through the veneer of grease and breading. My partner got the spicy burger [can't remember the name] and I got the "Day and Night" burger with animal style fries. The only flavor that came through was the caramelized onions on mine and I guess the animal style fries. My partner didn't have raving reviews about his spicy burger either aside from the lack of good spicy flavor and the jalapeños being mushy. Frankly: We're done taking tiktok recommendations. The servers were all friendly and it was a nice location but for the price, we truly felt catfished. Not terrible but certainly not worth a visit back imo.

Came here for our date night! Such a cute downtown area. Our server was so attentive and the atmosphere was excellent. We tried the West Coast burgers, highly recommend! Excellent cocktails, I tried the tequila mule and it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Fuller house is a great local restaurant with great service and even greater food.

If you are craving In-and-Out burger in Chicago, this is the place to go. Get the West Coast Burger with Animal fries! It’s hits the spot! Just mark sure you ask for extra extra animal sauce. I found the sauce not enough on the burger and on the fries. The truffle fries were good too. The bun was butter toasted just like in-and-out but I think it’s sweeter since it’s brioche. The burger patties were well flavored with butter, salt and black pepper just like in-and-out but were much bigger so altogether 1 west coast burger is like a burger and a half of in-and-out. Onions were well caramelized but soft and not crispy maintaining the texture. Great burger and great experience. And restaurant is upscale in an upscale neighborhood, Hinsdale, so you will see crowd with McLaren’s and Ferraris, but the dress is casual and there’s plenty outside seating in a big garden. It’s street parking though. The service is excellent, fast, polite and super pleasant. We will be coming for the burger but they also have tons of other stuff that look great.

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat as passing through. The building and decor is the best thing about this place. Funky, fun and a great meeting place with a good range of beers and spirits to choose from. The menu is pretty much bar grub with a bit of a twist. The burgers were good - I’ve had better - it wasn’t busy and we were sat upstairs with only 8 other people up there with food orders, but our food took a while to come out. Worth a visit for the experience and whiskey!

Great food, good service but be wary that the upper seating level is directly below the AC trunk line so it can get very breezy and cool... Almost COLD up there.

Sat outdoors which was perfect for the day we had. Service was pretty decent for it to be during a busy time. Food is good although, I had been there many times previously for other meals and mine and those I am with never had an issue with our meals. Atmosphere is nice and airy outside in the side sitting area. Sitting area in front of restaurant can be distracting from drivers or walker-bys. Indoors at main level is good but upstairs can be a bit restrictive but provides additional space to sit and watch the large tvs for any sports going on at the current time.

It was my first time here and the waitress was very good. Food is tasty, although oily but that's what one should expect with burgers and sliders. The kids loved it. Would go there again for sure.

Great place to dine in specially in the summer out in the patio. The wait time is usually about 30 minutes. The food and the drinks are absolutely great. Everything this place was incredible.

My wife and I go here all the time - it's our favorite restaurant to bring people to in the western suburbs, especially for the outdoor seating area. When my parents visit from out of town, we always find time to go here at least once. I don't think I've ever eaten anything I haven't liked, between the pizzas, sandwiches, soups, salads, and the large dishes they have. Their blackberry bourbon lemonade drink is my wife's favorite drink ever - it's always a must-buy for us. And the food is very reasonably priced compared to many other places I've been to, which is also a contributing factor to our continued patronage! Overall, always a great experience. Hard to go wrong!

This place has become a real clip joint. If you order a well drink, already expensive enough, they upcharge you to a call drink, hoping you don't notice on the bill. Some bartenders are surly, and the overall environment is one of "hijack your customer as much as you can." Real smart; for the few extra bucks you made once, neither myself nor my friends from Hinsdale go there anymore. Whoever cracked up this business methodology of greed just lost his shirt. Fire him, but we still won't come back.

Met a friend here for dinner. I glanced at the menu before arriving & there were several tasty sounding items. My friend & I split the tuna poké with chips 🤤 I ordered the Derby Burger which was mouthwateringly delicious. My friend ordered the Greek chicken with Naan which also looked yummy & my friend confirmed. Our waitress was training but she did a great job 👏🏽 I would be more than happy to return!

Parking is a bit tricky as it is in downtown Hinsdale and all the roads are one way. There are a few spots near the front of the restaurant that are 15-30 minute spots, which is very convenient. The food was tasty and the portions were decent. I will have to go back and try the other dishes!

Excellent atmosphere. It was loud and alive which was nice. The server let us know right away that we’d be getting served by a new employee, but if she hadn’t mentioned that we would not have noticed. She did excellent! As far as the food goes, the elite dip was okay and lacked some flavor. The buffalo cauliflower was delicious! We did half buffalo and half parm. We preferred the buffalo and asked for extra sauce to add to the parm cauliflower. The Margherita pizza was delicious, simple but tasty. The buffalo chicken was VERY plain and dry. I would not recommend this at all. It was the buns, a smidge of blue cheese and the dry buffalo fried chicken. Overall it was a nice experience.

I had to get five stars because they’re the only restaurant that carries pure olive oil, even though there’s an Italian restaurant a half a block away. Disgusting. Most of the restaurants in Hinsdale used disgusting ingredients and then charge you as much as they possibly can ‼️‼️‼️👎 The only restaurant in town that actually has pure olive oil! What the heck is wrong with this town?🤮 I recommend Fullers, great staff, food is good, and at least you can get pure oil that doesn’t kill you if you’d like it ❤️ a little pricey

Enjoyed the “Leftovers” burger which was the most mouth watering turkey patty with stuffing, cheese, and cranberry sauce combination that created delectable tastebud heaven. Found myself scraping the plate with the mashed potatoes and gravy. And the sweet potato fries made me moan a little. Just saying, terrific food all around. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The food is always wonderful, so is the service and the community. I discovered this place while dashing and decided to try it, now it's a go to when ever I'm in the neighborhood and I have work my way through most of the menu. I almost always order two food items and the drinks are the bomb.

It was our first time trying Fuller House (for our son's birthday) and first time eating in downtown Hinsdale too. After dinner we walked to the Starbuck's and enjoyed our beverages sitting outside by the train depot.
