Quick bite after college. One bite into a lukewarm, hard, uncooked McChicken sandwich. Which went straight in the bin. Staff did not have a nice attitude towards customers & were swearing. Never going again nor will I use any other Macdonalds!

Went today waited 10 minutes in queue paid for my order went to collect order I was given wrong order questioned order I received my right order but when I got home Items were missing CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Most of the time when I visit the food is acceptable. On this particular day I decided to order food delivery which I know they say isn't their responsibility but the driver took 15 minutes to get to us. He must have been given cold or lukewarm food because it was cold when we got it. I'm sorry it doesn't go that cold that quick. I certainly won't be ordering remotely from this restaurant again and I wish delivery would give options of which restaurant you could pick because the one at the roundabout surely old road is much better

Every time - and I mean, every time we order from here via Uber Eats - they never, ever, ever include the sauces or straws. It's a running joke in our house. We ordered again (against my better judgement) again tonight for the kids and guess what?! no sauces or straws - quelle surprise!!!

Very clean. Staff friendly asked for no (plastic) cheese, but didn't get anything else either. Burger would have been nice but Mac's seem to like Jamie Olivers idea of cold burgers. It's in case adult isn't aware hot food can burn, & too stupid to warn kids if they're eating too! After all, what MUST they do at home? The burger had a nice taste despite its like warm temperature, but it was dry as dust. Obviously they're combating this by toppings, so if you got none, you need aldrin! The coffee, coincidentally was boiling hot, so that was very nice. Wish the cheese was real, not the awful plastic shiny stuff...or at least give us a choice! Burgers ate a decent size. Wish Macs would listen to customers and staff customers vote with their feet & word of mouth. Resteraunt itself pleasant.

Despite ours being the only order on the display board it took nearly 10 minutes to get our Luke warm food , served by unfriendly staff who had never heard of customer service. We will never call at this one again . It’s a shame that branches like this one let the whole McDonald’s company down .

Ordered double cheese burger, chicken Mayo, 2x large fries and a chocolate milkshake..... well! We got.....3 chicken selects, mcrispy chicken with no Mayo, 2x medium fries and a milkshake! What?!

Placed my order for eating in, there was mine and one other eating in order, within a minute I watched the slowest possible server take 4 minutes to bag up an order to be delivered, leaving my order alone to be done, I could see the food in the serving area ready to be placed on the tray, yet four Kevin's either stood next to it, shuffled napkins or just plain ignored it. My daughter asked quite loudly when her food would be ready twice and I know the server heard, yet did nothing. Eventually after nearly 10 minutes of looking at my food I asked someone of they were going to serve my food to be answered "it's under a heat lamp." They regularly get my orders wrong and this is the last straw, if you're going to run your business with kids you get crap serve. It was like watching lethargic snails in a youth club who didn't want to be there and couldn't give a crap about service.

Visited drive thru late on Wednesday night. The length of wait was really appalling for cold limp fries and a luke warm burger. Asked if they were understaffed to which the girl nodded despite seeing manager just cleaning, oblivious to the queue of cars not moving and a handful of staff milling about, literally. Seriously need to pick your game up here.

Ordered...double cheese burger, chicken mayo, 2 fries, mozzarella dippers and toffee latte. Had to park up to wait for order, given drink with carmel sauce all outside the cup, when received food just dumped in the bag both chips at the bottom out of the boxes, food freezing...come on mcdonalds look at the presentation people are paying for these meals

We visited the 24 hour McDonald's late on Saturday night. We waited for 45 mins in the drive through and in that time they only served around 15 cars. We were at the serving hatch alone for 15 mins. To the point all the cars started sounding their horns. For a company that once prided itself on fast service and quality it really has crumbled. It is now by far the worst fast food business, well extremely slow cold food business. No apologies and some clueless staff all stood trying to avoid eye contact. Get your act together McDonald's, it's embarrassing.

Fries were piping hot, fast service. Great improvement from last visit as fries were cold during busy service.

Waited about 1 hour and 30 mins for food. When it delivered it was missing 1 portion of fries. The fries were hard and dry, like they've been sat there for ages. The chicken tasty wasn't the greatest either, over cooked chicken, tasted like rubber. Normally the food is amazing, but on this occasion I wasn't happy with it.

Young girl named Kelly served us on drive thru tonight , around 11:11 3/04/2022. Service was phenomenal compared to the usual twerps. Would definitely back up any argument for a pay raise for this young girl, she deserves employee of the month. An honour to this store.

Ordered food at 7:12 checked what was going on at 7:25(ish) to be told they were waiting on part of the order. 7:31 food comes out, fries either undercooked or stale. Veggie dippers 1/2 were luke warm, half were cold, all clearly not fresh. Big mac was also cold. The drinks were warm, no ice. Unsure what they were waiting on but none of the food came out fresh.

They have to get to grips with customers entering and leaving through same door. Staff falling over each other. Manager stopping flow of service into begging staff to work tomorrow. Well at least the apple pie is back

Great fast service. The place has internet and the food is cooked and served fresh. Reasonably priced.

Received my chicken nuggets and chips, nuggets taste like rubber!!! Can’t eat then which I am fuming about and my chips are freezing cold. Not happy at all plus to add to my very bad experience with you my milkshake taste like I don’t know what disgusting.

This McDonald’s systematically misses items out of your order when using drive thru / I mean literally 50% of the time. This morning I was robbed again - sausage and egg McMuffin not in bag. It’s poor, not like any other McDonald’s in the area.

Up at cinema with grandchildren popped into McDonalds for a quick bite afterwards. Very clean front of house staff work tirelessly to keep tables and floors clean and also have time for a chat which is nice. My granddaughter appreciates the staff having a chat and showing an interest, this is something you wouldn't expect in a fast food restaurant.

Popped in for a McFlurry and drinks before the Rod Stewart concert. Queue was out of the door but very well managed by a crew member. Got to almost the counter to order as the electrics failed - no tills and no food.....the staff were very apologetic, it was totally out of their control. They were all so very helpful once the systems came back on and were very efficient at processing orders. On a very busy night, the staff were fantastic and deserve praise

Went to see Rod Stewart at the stadium and called in for a quick bite to eat before heading into the concert, and that is exactly what we got. Arrived and the queue was out of the door, thought it would take ages to get served, how wrong we were..We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who directed us to the self serve screens which we have never used before. Assured us that if we needed help that someone would be there to assist us. We ordered with no problem, very simple really, even for a technophobe, within less than a minute our order was called. I commented on the way out how impressed we were with the efficiency and got a very nice smile and a thank you very much. The whole operation was slick and very professional on a very, very busy time. WELL DONE!! And it was all hot, which made a lovely change if all McDonalds were run like this we would probably visit them bit more.

It's a pleasant, clean and well run McDonalds. Seems very popular and well staffed. My grandchildren love it.

Typical McDonalds breakfast and, as always perfectly cooked, fast service and tasty. Restaurant was quite busy but comfortable

We had the breakfast meals, sausage and egg mcmuffin, hash brown with a latte. Excellent food and the coffee was the nicest I have ever had. Nice relaxed atmosphere and very comfortable clean restaurant. Staff pleasant and the service was quick.

There are several good drives locally if you have a car, but generally a good bus service! Rvington, Smithills farm Horwich Town centre Wigan Bolton and Westhoughton and Chorley have all good shopping centres!Over looking Horwich you can see Rivington Pike for the fit people you can ride up then climb the last peak and touch the Beacon. There are great views from the top and on a clear day you can spot Blackpool Tower!

Tend to call in on the odd occasion passing for a quick takeaway meal, always enjoy as only time I get to have a big mac. Always have had friendly service and food okay too.

Visited at peak time (lunch) with a voucher and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. 2 big mc burgers and fries for £4. Cannot complain. Standard McDonald’s quality only hot!

Located on a retail park. Can get really busy at times. If it is full there are plenty of options upon the park. Always clean and tidy. Many around the country I have only been once and would not return.

Quick cheeseburger prior to going to vue. There were about 6 vehicles in the queue in front of us however we got through reasonably quickly. My cheeseburger was hot and my milkshake was delicious.

Food here is as you would expect for a McDonalds. The restaurant is usually clean, fast service, staff very polite & attentive.If you like McDonalds then this is for you. I'm very pleased they now give you a salad option instead of chips although it has to be said, the green salad is rather boring.

After dropping my wife off at work I called in at the local McDonald's on Middlebrook retail park.

While gridlocked trying to leave after The Killers concert at the Macron Stadium we decided to go to McDonalds. Huge queue but they handled it really well, very efficient, very impressed, thank you.

I cant tell you how impressed I am with this Mcdonalds. (Bolton Macron) I had been to The Killers concert, battled with the traffic & had the hottest freshess quickest 1/4 pound meal/cappuccino in drivethru EVER. The restaurant was full to bursting & remember thinking oh going to be a while but NO straight away there was my meal with a lovely smile. Well done all! 100% satisfaction THANK YOU!

It looks this branch has been refurbished as it has one of these big screens to take your order. We just arrived for desserts and it was ready as soon as we paid for it.

Came here for McFlurrys & milkshakes as krushems machine was not on at KFC due to limited menu. Easy self service screens, served quickly , some tables needed clearing but it was quite busy.

Maccies is the same wherever you go but this one is constantly busy. If we're shopping then we walk in instead of the drive though its much quicker

Visited a couple of times whilst shopping at Middlebrook. I sussed the self-ordering screens - go me! Food was delivered quickly, fresh & hot. Nice friendly staff. Tables were kept nice and clean. I will definitely visit this branch again.

I called at this McDonalds while I was on my way back from work and I found the service incredibly slow.

We called in today with our three children for a treat dinner. Staff were friendly, food was hot and lovely and the children enjoyed the ipads. The only issue was the queue waiting for your food, it was a bit like waiting for your items at argos. There were so many people who wouldn't move out of the way to give you room to get your food.

I was passing and found this McDonald's easily. Lovely and clean inside, just as one would hope, and a decent burger and coffee. The fries were a bit disappointing though, not up to the usual McDonald's standards.

Ordered on the self service screen and got a numbered receipt. Our order number didn't appear on the screen at all. An order was given to someone else in our seating area who accepted it but this turned out to be our order. All very confusing but the food was good when we finally got it.

As I travel a lot with work I am a frequent visitor to the good old maccys.

Just popped in for a tasty bagel double bacon sausage poached egg and cheese, hash browns and a chocolate muffin followed by black coffee.£6.48 the lot.

We were at the Ironman race and visited this MacDonalds quick a few times over the weekend. Clean restaurant. Food took an acceptable time to arrive once ordered. The toilets are very cramped and small. I would recommend to others.

It's in a good spot and is as most of them are very busy. The service is quick and the staff friendly when time allows them to speak or smile.

We usually go here before or after going to the cinema, as it is literally outside the entrance, across the car park. It is a modern one and good to eat in to have a chat about the film you just watched!

I ordered the Sweet Chilli Wrap with Fries and a cuppa tea, The Wrap was tasty and the fries were nice hot and crisp and I was happy until I left and took gulp of my Tea, It tasted what I would describe of some sort of detergent/Chemical and smelt like it too. I started to feel unwell after that one gulp and threw the rest away. Luckily nothing serious and am fine, so glad I could taste it. Someone not cleaning the machine correctly? hmm

Ordered 4 banoffee pies got home they were all apple pies in banoffee pie wrappers, went back to tell them few days later and they said they can't do anything about it! Paid extra £2/3 for nothing!

Stopped for quick lunch. Was served quick. Food was as expected. Didn't queue very long and the staff were clean and pleasant 😊

Called in for a coffee whilst shopping. Fast service due to better system of different staff taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks. I thought prices were standard at McDonalds but having been to numerous different branches, found coffee cheaper everywhere else. Clean and tidy with plenty of staff.

The service is good for a takeaway. food is quite nice and is cheap as well. Inside is nicely decorated for a fast food place. Overall good

For a fast food chain this place has good staff, good food and quick service. It ticks all the boxes.

This chain of restaurants is usually all the same, but the two things that make me visit this particular outlet are that it is always very clean and there are plenty of places to sit down. I took my nephew at about 12.30 after visiting the cinema during his half term holiday and whilst it was super busy there was plenty of clean tables. The food was good and ready very quickly and to a perfectly acceptable standard. In addition the staff do their very next to make you feel welcome which is not always the case with this chain.
