Mixed up order, it was almost as if I'd been given someone else's order. The server was confused and poorly trained so I asked for the shift supervisor. The shift supervisor was rude and arrogant and did not support the server but tried to make out that somehow I was in the wrong. Never had an experience like this before at McD's. The supervisory staff need training in customer relations Thoroughly horrible experience.

First ever visit to McDonald's, excellent burgers and fries, highlight was meeting and getting help from a member of staff called Debbie who was very pleasant and super helpful.

Firstly, I acknowledge I'm probably not McD's primary customer profile but I'm not naive and know what I'm likely to get when I visit one of their outlets. My expectation level is therefore set accordingly... low(ish) prices (we can all debate whether what you get is worth it), clean and well maintained premises, convenient opening hours, sensible locations and (for the most part) moderately polite staff. I decided to use the drive-through... oh, what a mistake. The staff didn't respond to my presence for what seemed like ages (no-one else was there) to the extent I was tempted to move round to the pay window to find out what was going on. Nonetheless, I stuck with it but received no apology for keeping me waiting. The tannoy system is of very poor quality to the extent I couldn't really understand what was being said but eventually I established that my chosen item (chicken burger thing) wasn't available. I then waited for the menu which is on a TV screen to update so I could choose something else only to find it seemed to be permanently displaying graphics for the Monopoly promotion - why do they not let us see the full menu? As it wouldn't seemingly change display, I then hastened my choice and selected a Big Tasty burger to only be told that wasn't available either - as I say, it's like playing battleships; you have to guess what they may have in stock and the garbled voice tells you whether it's a HIT or MISS? I finally, on the third attempt, managed a HIT! Not my first (or second) choice but c'est la vie and all that. I then got treated with complete ignorance at the pay window... I'm not expecting silver service but it'd be polite if they at least acknowledged my presence rather than leaving the glass window shut while they speak to the next customer. Indeed, isn't it just good service to deal with each patron in turn rather than in this 'stop/start' manner? So, with a clearly constrained menu was the food any good? I'd like to say something positive here but the salad was limp, the burger barely tepid and I left thinking what truly awful value for money the whole experience was. And of course, as it's a drive through I only discover these shortcomings after I've left the site. Do I want to spend good money on fuel to drive back and get it sorted... not with the price of unleaded as it stands today. It was a quiet midweek visit, minimal other clients but regardless it leaves a lot to be desired. My advice... go somewhere else.

Really poor service at McDonalds Bourne today. The drinks were plonked on the counter and the girl had turned away before I even got to the counter. When we got outside we found there was no straw for the shake so I had to go back in and ask for one. Even then I was ignored for about haklf a minute until I was able to attract someone's attention. The latte was only luke warm and the shake tasted sour and we ended up throwing it away. Definitely nul points today

Everything was spot on, staff milling about cleaning & tidying constantly, the food was hot & well put together… Faultless!! When you have a treat as a family- this ticked every box! Thank You Bourne McDonalds…

I do not like Ketchup. I have never liked Ketchup - the smell - the taste makes me feel sick. But for some ill gotten reason the staff at McDonald's Bourne cannot get their heads round this simple concept that some people don't like ketchup! When I order to eat in for a burger without ketchup; Nope KETCHUP IN IT, when I order a burger from the drive through WHICH EVEN HAS NO SAUCE WRITTEN ON THE BLOODY LABE! Nope KETCHUP IN IT. This particular restaurant has NEVER out of numerous visits gotten my order correct and the only reason I am still using their service is for my family. Please train your staff to A. Listen B. Read C. Check the orders correctly. I will continue to post bad reviews until the day you get my order of a meal WITHOUT KETCHUP correct!!!

Everything I had was great, the fries, drink and most importantly the burger. It was excellent and one of the best I have ever had at McDonalds.

We got our meal by the drive through. They got are order right and the food was warm. Normal standards for a McDonalds so it is a 5 star review.

I've tried uber let's not go there drive through order was wrong had to wait ages no apology ..left me with the drinks whilst the food was corrected drinks are just ice anyway . Complete melt over priced for very cheap food and service

I take my children twice a month. The restaurant is clean (which is appreciated as my toddler has to use the toilet) and the staff are really friendly. It's the best McDonald's in the area.

3 or 4 times now cold everything , so cold my dog wouldn’t even eat the chips 🤢 cheese bites have hardened up back into a block of cheese

my first day out with support worker we had a ride out to Bourne and soon it was time for dinner as only cafes and restaurants are only allowed to open if they only do take away you dont at the minute get much to choose from in places to eat and then you not allowed to eat inside due to CONVID-19 as it was we had to eat in my support workers car this is no prob to us and now they also do a thing were you park and use your mobile phone to order and it is brought to you

Firstly I’d like to say that I’ve worked with goats with better management skills than Nigel the McDonald’s manager. He was rude, arrogant and instead of listening to the problem which had been raised 3 times prior and through 2 separate staff he just shut the windows and walked off. Nigel is obviously a new employee as he didn’t have a badge or stars (if that’s even his name). It’s not hard to put the correct sauce in a burger when you work at a fast food outlet. But for some reason Bourne Maccys always try’s it’s hardest to make you wait the longest and have the worst food. Plus it looked like someone ate half the bun too. I’m going to apply so that my friends 5 year old son can run it because to be honest he is more polite than all there staff put together and could probably do a better job! And lastly Nigel you ruined my day!

I fancied a snack whilst busy at work so I popped to Maccy's in Bourne to get my fix but lo and behold it was closed, despite on previous occasions I've been they advertised open 24 hours Friday and Saturday night. Now gotta starve until I finish work at 6am.

Ok a few hours in Bourne and as in the U.K. If a cafe or restaurant don't do takeaways they are not allowed to open it is the law and to do with the COVID 19 So as you may know this cuts down the places we can go for our meals 2nd as we are in group 3 high risk we are not allowed to leave our county at the minute so we can only cover Lincolnshire

Got to the drive through window at 22:55 baring in mind they shut at 23:00. Was told by the blonde young manager with glasses that they couldn’t serve us we had lied about being in the queue. She was very rude and raised her hands as walked off. A manager wouldn’t do this, a manager would respect the customer and not be rude, this ruined my day. Also online it says the place shuts at 00:00 and the drive thru is open 24hrs this is false advertisement and also illegal. Thanks Ronald McDonald.

Always seems to be cold from this McDonalds, and also the food has too often got an item or two missing so when you get home you have to go back

Regretting not taking a photo. Came yesterday to Bourne Mac d as passed on route on a journey and had two Big Mac meals. The burgers were sooo neat! We all know they never look like the picture and accept the oozy mess that Is part of the deliciousness but this one was perfection! It was all exactly how it should be. Ocd level burgers!Was tempted to come in and shake hands with the crew who put that together And felt it was almost a shame to eat it! Well done Bourne Big Mac makers around lunch time ish yesterday 20th.

ok a wet day today and a short time out so we in Bourne and as it been awhile we thought ok McDonalds for dinner we found it well set out due to this CONVID -19 it is i thought very high standards in cleaning (ect) and so that gives you a feeling that you are safe to enjoy your meal without worry i was out with one of my support workers

I loved visiting here because the food is amazing and the right temperature. It doesn’t take too long for the food to arrive.The drive thru is ok,Overall this place is amazing for their food I definitely recommend visiting for lunch or breakfast ❤️

We made a special detour on the way home, to have our traditional end of holiday ice cream. Easy to order, helpful staff, standard meal and McFlurry. Staff tidy up efficiently, toilets clean

Enough's enough now. I've put up with the shoddy service for long enough now.The drive through system is ridiculous. A New York stack with only cheese became a full meal even though I was asked twice if I only wanted cheese on it. Cold chips ( again ) and cold nuggets.If I gave this service at work no one would employ me !!!!!!!!!

ordered a medium vanilla milkshake, went to get it at the drive thru and was it a medium vanilla milkshake? no no it was not it was a SMALL. And I paid for a medium... not happy.

This is our local McDonald’s & it is miles better than the others round the area. The staff clear the tables quickly & the food is cooked freshly as it’s often very busy with all ages.If they do get an order slightly wrong they are helpful & soon right it. McDonald’s coffee is lovely, the food pretty standard McDonald’s but it’s open 24hours a day. Seems popular with all ages which is good.

Great breakfasts, nice and hot, specially the tea but come to night time and what a change. The food is cold. The chips are either not cooked properly or stone cold. Come on people. If the foods been sitting a while, cook fresh and cook it properly.

if you cant serve hot food don't open at night. Daytime food is always spot on, night time it seems that the staff don't care what they serve.

Every time we go, the fries are cold or not cooked right. Need to learn to cook fries and serve fresh food!!!!!

speeding and efficient fast food service, delicious freshly made food, friendly approachable staff, good location close to elsea park. all round excellent service would definitely recommend to friends and family

Staff at this McDonalds are beyond lovely, always serving with a smile, and they also remember you. It makes your experience all the more personal. The food was what you’d expect from a McDonalds store, tasted good, hot, and freshly made. My favourite has to be the crunchie McFlurry though, it’s great!!You won’t find a McDonalds quote as close to their customers as this one.

Food wasn't overly hot, but tasted good enough. However the desserts - and this seems to be an ever-increasing problem - the sauce for the sundae is supposed to be rollled to coat the inside of the container but they popped the top on and shook it before adding the ice cream - this simply makes the container sticky, stop doing it!

Went through the drive through and was disappointed as always. Terrible service, no sauces again same as the last 5 visits.

The Big Mac quite a substantial meal and well worth the money Big Mac drink and fries. Plenty of parking, easy approached.
