Mcdonald's Restaurants in North West Leicestershire

I’ve visited this McDonald’s on several occasions as I live nearby. Large fries that are half full and burgers that are just thrown together. Staff are made up mainly of kids so customer service is non existent. But what’s really baffling is the amount of times there’s no milkshakes or McFlurrys - particularly later in the evenings - always down to a broken machine 🤔 This place is a classic example of why fast food franchises don’t always work. Avoid at all costs

Spent 26 quid in the drive through on food and it was cold, tasteless with missing items. The fries were unsalted and stone cold and stale! The quarter pounder meal was basically a cheese burger. What a waste of money!

Stopped at this McDonald’s travelling back from Birmingham 10,15 at night. Pulled up and waited to be asked for our order, they seemed to take ages! My partner said “for god sake hurry up” then a girl said “ if you are going to swear I won’t take your order” I then told my partner to leave it! Don’t want to order from them! I confronted her and asked what part of god sake is swearing to you!! She shut the glas doors and smirked at me 😠 We asked to speak to the management she was absolutely no use, saying her staff member heard us swear!! Whatever keep your 3 star food and rubbish rude unprofessional staff!!! Disgraceful service!!!!!’

I Swadlincote I could of bought the food from superstore gone home.. Cooked it... ate it..& cleaned all the dishes before. Getting through there drive through system.. Only 2 cars in front of me & it still took 20 minutes to drive 5 yards.. When I got home order was wrong... I ask you..... two x sos & egg mucmuffin meals... How can they get that wrong.... Most incompetent mcdonalds ever.... Absolutely Useless.. Not even worthy of 1 star....

Just to say how well they looked after us and our Grandkids. Food was hot fast and excellent. TRACEY DAVIS was FAB with our service and made us feel safe and welcome was very tentative with 9 and 4 year old. Made sure they knew about food and safety etc.

Swadlincote is miles and miles away. Get it right this is Appleby Parva. Just because post code is DE it is actually Appleby Parva Leicestershire.

Never changes . Can you wait in grill order 1 and wait 10 minute for your fast food that's going to be cold and gurenteed something will be missing and only half your box will have fries in . Only go because kids want 1 now and again . Overall not good
