didn't even get my food, ordered at 10:40 around a breakfast and it was fine, it was gonna come at 11:20 and it started going up to 12:40 then right when the driver got to McDonald's it cancelled it and then another drive said it would arrive at 12 then it kept going on and on, I called McDonald's and they were saying they don't have it and people have been trying to pick it up but they didn't make it, and they still haven't cancelled the order

Nice place clean and staf was friendly, outside atmosphere is brilliant there is also open bench can be used for stop on the way on motorway

Dirty seats and tables, lack of staff to ask to clean table to make available. This was extremely busy on a Saturday. Very loud. Lots of kids running around. Loads of mud on the floor. Horrible atmosphere. The good didn’t taste as good as others I’ve been to. I wasn’t given enough straws, so I had to wait for ages at the main counter, even though dine staff could see me, they ignored me, so my GIF went cold whilst I waited at the counter for 15 mins to get straws. The toilets were filthy. The chairs had ingrained dirt on them, and it took us ages to find a table that wasn’t completely dirty, but even that one had been cleaned inadequately, fries under the table, seats and table still had food marks on them. I didn’t enjoy my food and couldn’t wait to leave.

I wanted to ask if they are delivering to my place. They said no. After that, I asked if I can come to avail the delivery offer since they don't deliver in my place. The call centre agent shut down my call. Tried several times, when she hears my voice, she's turning off the call. It happened three times! I can accept NO for an answer but to shut down the phone call without saying anything?????? That's verrrrrry rude!!!

Not very good there was quite a long wait despite not many people being there orders not just mine bits where missing and other than one lovely lady staff the others seemed miserable wasn’t working has a team working against each other and snapping at each other won’t be revisiting again and food was cold

Same all stores, i only go for either,son,s b/day, quickness, or can,t be bothered to cook. The best i think are breakfast baps.

Went in on the 13th December and proceeded to immediately turn around and walk out as the stench of raw sewage hit me in the face. How anyone can sit and eat in there without throwing up is beyond me. They should have closed the restaurant until they had fixed the sewage problem instead of subjecting customers to that disgusting smell!

I ordered Big Tasty, but it wasn't tasty at all. Chicken nuggets was bitter 😕, kids didn't want to eat them

Smells like an open sewer. Was told Don't worry we had drain issues then woman walking round with air freshener to try and mask the smell. Can't believe they're allowed to sell food with that stench. Pretty sure environmental health would close the place on the spot. Absolutely disgusting. Smell hits you the second the doors open.

Food was the usual quality expected from McDonalds, the service however was poor. The staff were pleasant but took way too long to organize food, and after ten minutes waiting in the drive thru we had to go into the store to collect our order.

Absolutely the best McDonald's in the world. Just love the place

SLOW!! What more can I say? It's food is McDonalds so you know about that. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Never experienced anything as slow as this.

Well what can I say first impression is disappointing the restaurant is absolutely filthy chips are hot unlike the meat that’s stone cold I visit a lot of McDonald’s and this I by far the worst iv ever been to

Everything was fine, driving into the place was abit of a mystery tour. But the service was good & the staff was fine. & as always the food was good.

A nice big carpark. Service with a smile. A smile from me as I got a receipt and a well filled bacon bun and a nice cup of coffee ☕️ toffee latte. No questions asked when I cheekily asked for a second jam for my porridge. Happy staff that made me smile as I started my day on a drizzly morning.

Don’t be bothered. Before you decide to go there take a look at my double sausage egg muffin with extra bacon. Without EGG AND BACON.

Stopped here for a couple of cappuccinos. Got down the road to discover that one was just milky water and the other a very weak coffee. I wonder how many others had the same issue.

Ordered via Macdonalds app, delivered via Uber. Order came fully intact from Uber. Missing item then found from the order when opened - however when contacted Macdonalds they've said I have to pick it up with Uber eventhough they made the error in packing the food. Uber can only refund the missing item but I then need to pay an additional delivery fee to get my missing items delivered! What utter bullshit, and stupid resolution process. Teflon shoulders from both companies. I appreciate mistakes happen but have processes in place to make sure things will be put right! Bunch of hungry people on the receiving end of this malarkey!!!!

Worst experience in a McDonald's ever, no care and attention to food presentation, just chucked in the baps and served. Once again no shakes were available to purchase due to lack of stock availability/ ordering, this seems to be a constant in many McDonald's recently, the drinks had about as much fizz as water, and the special big mac sauce tasted more of vinegar than the actual sauce. Formal complaint sent to McDonald's HQ for investigation.

Very slow, always get order wrong

Took my family to Drayton Manor for the day so this was supposed to be a quick meal for my kids before the trip home. Food is what you expect, fast food rubbish. Service wasn't brilliant, it also seems they prioritise Uber eats/ just eat orders as I was stood waiting for my order for about 20/25 minutes resulting in me having to ask how much longer I have to wait.

Milkshake machine always broken, how difficult is it? Every other McDonald’s manages to have a working machine

Whenever taking away food, the fries are always dry, flavourless and sometimes cold. Our orders get mixed up, and ingredients are often missing. Really disappointing

Absolutely shocking service. Unorganised. Delivery orders always wrong. Customer service on complaint is shocking. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Food quality poor. Overall experience 0. Waste of money and no effort to make it right.

This was my first visit to this Maccies. The taste was of the double sausage, and egg meal seemed a bit more bland than it used to, and it was also barely warm. But I was hungry so I still ate it. 😂

Sick of turning up and finding the disabled parking spaces taken up by food delivery people . Very often we have had to park on the road because we need room to get the wheelchair out of the car .

Ordered through uber as priority. Food must have been standing a while as it was stone cold

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to in UK. If you look closely when you there you will see.

This restaurant needs sorting...over the past month they are consistently short on products from their menu, being unavailable. They have tech issues and close the restaurant frequently. No bacon products available this morning!...coned off the other day, and no hot drinks/cold drinks regular occurence. Sort it out management

Unfortunately there was a problem with drinks machines. So no coke etc or hot drinks.

Great atmosphere and food. Area nice and clean, decided to use table service as I'm a disabled customer and was travelling alone. Quick service! Many thanks!

After having my order messed up more times than I can count I’ve finally decided to post a review on here , a good 80 percent of the time I order from here they mess the order up , either missing something completely or not following simple instructions on how to make a burger … ie putting toppings on a burger when specifically asked not too , for example I ordered a cheeseburger without onion or pickles it came without onion and pickle but also no bloody cheese or they just give you a burger rammed full of onions or pickles ! food comes out cold fries mostly always stale DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Constant wrong deliveries and no cares given if you call up, milkshake machine rarely works and today for breakfast no bacon and only bottled drinks available. I struggle to see why these machines break down so often when other MacDonalds don't seem to have this issue.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered via the app for delivery. Food arrived stone cold and items missing. Called the branch only to be told by the Manager that it’s Ubers issue. I didn’t pay Uber.. apparently I have to drive up to get the burger I already paid for. Not going into detail but hung up on 3 times by the so called manger and still no way of solving a £40 cold order with an item missing. The guy couldn’t have given less of a sh1t if he tried. At least pretend to care about the service you provide! Literally disgraceful customer service. Food that did arrive was awful and wrong. Onions on the burger where I asked for no onions, anaemic chips with green and black ends and crushed cold burgers.

Delivery takes the absolute mick, they take absolutely forever and then when it goes to finding another delivery person they dont find another so your just sat there waiting for absolutely nothing. No point

Firstly food was ok not the best Macdonald's, wrong order but rectified quickly. Toilets were dirty but the restaurant was clean and so was the outside space, parking was good and staff friendly.

Milkshake machine works as of April 2024. Worth 5*, because nothing was wrong whatsoever.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese and got a cheeseburger with cheese. I went to challenge the incorrect order. The lady behind the counter noted the mistake but did not apologise. She called the shift manager and I asked can I get a quarter pounder with no cheese and I said I was hoping they would make it gratis given the mistake. He charged me the difference still with no apology. They made the new order and I asked with no apology. The manager said pardon, I said none of you have apologised for this original order being incorrect so the shift manager and the server replied me with attitude well we are sorry. To which I said oh I am 1-star reviewing you immediately so here I am making it known.

Slow so Slow, ordered x3 chips and a wrap of the day took 20 mins. We were number 24. Number 37 got their food before us. Food fine, service not good.

Not a very good place waited nearly a quarter of a hour from paying at the machine ..i had a big mac meal burger looks like it was thrown together and looked like it been opened there is no pride in presentation also a mix up on the drinks. Some one from McDonald's was doing interviews in the sitting area next to customers not good practice so u could over hear candidates details .interviews are private in my eyes ,

What can I say.... if you want a quick bite or a quick drink, then this is a place to visit. Food has declined over the years, not fast food, even if your order before going. Food does not look anything like pictures, false advertising, and overpriced for what you get. Please cook a home meal, so much better for you, avoid taking young children as they need better nutrition and healthier meals important for their development.

Arguably the best Maccies in the Swad/Ashby area.

Waited 20 minutes for our food. Staff standing around doing nothing. Went up twice to ask where it was eventually arrived. The food was tepid/lukewarm. Could not be bothered to complain and have to wait yet again. Ate what we could and left. £34.94 down the drain. Never had a bad experience in a McDonald’s before but this was extremely disappointing- would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Always good service. Update on my previous review. I wouldn't bother using the mcdelivery app for this store may times I've had items missing and have had to either reorder or go to the store. I order the delivery for convenience not to have to sort out missing items when it arrives! Going in store isn't a problem they are friendly and courtesy.

most of the staff are very good and polite with a smile. Young lady name of Emily first class service everytime. Young Irish man name callum is very good same service as Emily. they both need rewarding for there special effects.
