Doner Master, Whitwick in North West Leicestershire

We received absolutely disgusting service from these guys, if I could would give them a minus 5 for customers service. We were told that our pizzas would be take 90 minutes to arrive. When they didn't arrive we struggled to ring through but once we spoke to someone we believe Adam, he was rude and unapologetic and he then told us it would take 30-40 minutes (which would take us to over a two hour wait), when I asked what they would do about it he said he would give us a free bottle of coke to our over £120 order. When it didn't arrive after the extra 40 minutes we tried to ring through and couldn't get through. They actually took 50 minutes extra so in total it tooks is 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. When they arrived the driver told us they had disconnected their phones and we found out we were missing £10 worth of chips. We will never use this restaurant again and will encourage everyone to steer clear of it .

What a waste of my time, Cash only unless you pay online. I tried! But failed. Why oh why don't they take card payments ??? This is the 21st Century I don't carry cards I have Apple Pay!

Ordered 18:30 still nothing at time of writing (19:55). Called to ask if it’s coming - no one got a clue sounds like it’s been sent other side of town so expecting freezing cold food “if” it turns up. Won’t bother again.

Sister in law has ordered from you tonight and the pizza wasn’t even cooked properly and was very doey. For anyone who decides to order from them dont because you’ll probably get food poisoning

Fab chips. They are open quite late. You can order online and pay. If you pop in to order, you have to pay by cash.

Been a few times now and you get attitude from one of them when you ask for sauce, paying a fiver for chips and cheese and act like the sauce comes out their wages

Excellent service, reasonably priced with more than adequate portion serving. Arrived before the quoted time, as always, would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Amazing food the chicken shish was gorgeous cooked to perfection fresh salad so good the chilli sauce to die for the chicken kebab was also so good!!

Amazing pizza! Really recommended at least for pizza. Good value for money with the 2x1 offer. They are full of ingredients and very tasty 🤤 we collected it so I can't say anything about delivery times, but the staff were very friendly. They had the pizzas ready very quickly as well.

It's not often I ever give anyone a 5/5 review. BUT... I got to say what a gem this place is! Damn good food and excellent service. Well done guys! Will be making you a regular on my takeaway list! Thankyou. Keep the standard up

Best kebab and pizza takeaway around! Always on time and listen to any notes you may leave for them on the order. We have been using them for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. Always our go to takeaway, must use! 🙂

Been going to Doner Master for years. Collected my order tonight and received exactly what I ordered with no fuss. People that work there are very friendly, when treated respectfully, and always serve people the food that they order. If errors are made they are happy to correct the mistake so the customer is always left happy. Over the years I have never had bad food, never had orders delivered LATE or cold, And never had rude or unpleasant contact with staff inside Doner Master or the delivery drivers. They can get very busy, as they are popular, which can delay food being cooked on time, but I do not mind waiting. 5 Stars Excellent food, excellent service, great delivery, and if you ask for special orders they may accommodate the order you want.

Never have any issues with this place, the quality and quantity you get is fantastic, probably the best pizza/kebab house around the area, delivery driver is a nice chap aswell. Love the food keep it up and I'm a loyal customer

Been good in the past but last two times the chicken has been cooked to death and as a consequence is tough as an old boot and stringy too! Tonight’s order is the last they will be getting from me.

Probably the best pizza delivery in Coalville. The Vegetarian is amazing.

I've had a lot of kebabs over the years and this is definitely my all time favourite. Quality, tasty shish and doner never too greasy like other places. I live in Birmingham and will always visit this place when I'm in the area (in-laws live in Thringstone). Getting a meal from here makes the trip all worth while!

Ordered tonight online got home had 3 lots of chips even though i ordered chips and cheese chicken doner was dry and so was the doner meat and the naan bread middle was like a crisp wont be goibg back again waste of money and it was cold

Cold food delivered when the place is less than 3 miles away , not to mention it arrived later then the time quoted. cold and dry. 3 kebabs ordered and all of them binned. Do not use if you like warm food.

Absolutely disgusting,staff are abusive and rude and refused to deliver a £40 order when they said there driver had already been, which may I ad he didn't as we were waiting and watching out for them, never again will I use this place!!!

So, ordered online as previously had great service and good food. However, tonight was a completely different story. The food was almost 20 minutes later than specified and was cold! Totally inedible. Firstly, I rang when order was 10 minutes late and was told "It's on it's way, Darling", I am only my husband's "Darling", not a stranger's! When I rang again to complain that not only was the food late but was cold, I was greeted with a "whatever" attitude! I will never order from Doner Master again!

1st time ordering last night. missing kebab at first, called back and it was delivered. doner meat was full of fat so I didn't touch it, partner ate half the kebab and now is in bed with food poisoning... not a chance we will be back.

Really good though like every takeaway when it is good it's good, when bad etc. Sometimes can be a delay very busy place, delivery drivers have a good area to cover. After all said I will still use the guys

Kids wanted to call here after trick or treating!!! Kid's all got treats and the food was amazing!!!! Well worth a visit. Staff friendly, service was fast and the food was excellent

So it's Friday night and m thinking hot kebab hot food etc...Wat do I get?? Abrupt reception on ordering. ..they put my pitta on the coals 4 precisely 20 seconds!!! Then covers it with diner meat....got hot cold pitta. .this is the 2nd time that they can't even serve a simple done! !! Diner master??? Of what. ..the staff need to learn how to treat and respect customers. ..no more... Oh and for that reviewer who data they're the best?! U must have got mixed up with our sole one else Just avoid this place.. not sorry to say I don't think they'll b around much longer.

Just had a mega mixed kebab for the family and im very disappointed with what we got,The meat was cold no taste/flavour and swimming in grease.

We ordered buy one get one free on the pizzas was told there would be a 45minute wait which was fine after one hour still no pizza phoned to see where it was and was spoken to so rudely he then said the delivery driver was at our home and he wasn’t! 1 hour and half later still no pizza rang again and was told he was on his way still once delivery arrived I asked the driver what had taken so long as we was told 45 minutes not close to 2hours! And he said do you want your pizza or what! Rude. Pizza was freezing when it arrived will not be ordering from here again!

Took an hour and half for food to come and it was barely warm. when i rang about it they said its out side. 10 minutes later they turned up. not ordering again!!!
