Domino's Pizza in Braintree

Awful pizza dried up no taste went straight in the bin rang up and manager hung the phone up three times eventually got a refund will go back to ordering from the one down the town

I ordered a delivery meal and two hours after I’d eaten it I was severely ill. It carried on to the next day as well. I’ve never experienced diarrhoea like it. This is the second time this has happened and I will never order from there again. Stay away people. It’s obviously unhygienic.

Ordered 3 pizzas, they turned up on time but were Inedible. They were dried up, tasteless. I think the box would have tasted better. Never again

Order was done online and estimated time was given (it was evening on Friday) and they were quick to make and deliver, and quality as you would expect

I ordered a pizza for lunch at 12:30 and it is now 1:47 and my pizza has still not turned up I have no way of getting up to dominos and are disgusted with the service I rang up and they said it would be here in the next 10 minutes and its been 20

Terrible service... waited 2 hours for order to come and after the app showing the food had been "delivered" we called and they said its out for delivery will be 15 minutes. This point was 21:30 they said they would fully refund us ... the order didn't come at all! Shocking ... don't order from here!

I hadn’t Dominos for about 20 years but enjoyed it. I like the thin and super thin base options, great adds. Building your own toppings is good. Good price and arrived exactly on time. Definitely a good idea to get these in.

Prompt service for delivery and food was piping hot when it arrived. The app kept us posted as to status of order, and food tasted as it usually does for Dominos

Ordered from Domino's for a special occasion. They got the order wrong. Complained 4 times, twice by email to the Chief Executive. Had no response. Pizza was expensive but tasteless and contained the wrong ingredients. Store didn't answer despite 5 phone calls. Not impressed. Won't be ordering again. When we receive complaints where I work we have a short timeframe in which to respond. No response at all is just insulting.

Ordered a takeaway and arrived inedible would avoid at all costs. expensive for what can only be described as filth if there were a zero star rating that's what it would get from me

Useful delivery service, and standard fayre from dominos - great for the teenagers with friends aound

Came on time and as described - a slight wobble on the app in terms of tracking the preparation and then delivery of the order. But the online order was easy itself, and food came hot and as required

What an absolute joke. Ordered online waited an hour so decided to call after seeing pizza was in quality check for 15 mins. Told the young lady I ordered this pizza over an hour ago online. Oh sorry I was told. there's a delivery wait time of 1 half hours. My response "no one told.me that". What a joke. I got three hungry kids here. I politely told her if I get a cold pizza I want my money back. I've always had issues with this store

I have never experienced such awful service ever. I requested delivery guy to come to second floor due to a fractured leg. He was awfully very rude and drove away with the food. I spoke to manager and he informed me, "the drivers are not supposed to come upstairs to delivery" instead of understanding the situation, he was rude and did not have any courtesy about the situation. In fact the manager said, "we do refunds everyday!" which just shows what the service and the food must be like for them to do refunds. The most disgraceful attitude and behavior I had ever seen.

I always come here to get pizza as there are always good deals especially online and pizzas are as good as expected from a big chain I like the customer service from the staff here they are always polite and friendly

Never had any issues with here before but my double pepperoni pizza was a little over cooked I felt . Maybe just a one off .

I find them very quick & efficient in taking telephone orders. But sadly over a long period of time the quality seems to have gone down. What used to be acceptable for the price has become less tasty with offers of larger portions for the same price. I would prefer medium size portion with higher quality ingredients and taste. I will leave it some months and try a take-away again but I have been disappointed on the last two occasions.

We're regular customers of Domino's, and we've never had an issue with food (apart from our order once being delivered to the wrong house- not sure if the driver tried to confirm the identity first or if the house just innocently took the order?) The food is delicious and always warm, my only issue would be hygiene- there's a window enabling you to see them making pizza, and we've seen workers take our money and assist in making pizzas without washing hands first- not sure if this was a one-off, but as they do not wear gloves when preparing the food, we were a little concerned at the lack of hairnets too. But as previously said, we can't fault the food (and I recommend the £1.99 lunchtime deal as this works out cheaper), would just prefer stricter regulations on hand hygiene and hair.

Having just returned from Italy it seems unfair to review pizza. However, this pizza was the nearest to Italy I have got. Especially thin based with a Margherita topping. Very Italian.

Pizza was very expensive for what I got there was hardly any filling on it ment to bee cheese and tomato with mushrooms, well two or three at the most mushrooms, it was mostly just a lot of cheap tomoto sucace. I could of made on our of value ingredients myself. I won't be back the service was not that great ether. My chooses have to be Papa John's, pizza hut, or for a good value pizza chicken delight in Braintree town centre.

Quick friendly service and yummy hot pizza. Will definitely be back when I next deserve another treat :)

We get a takeaway pizza from Domino's about every 6 - 8 weeks. Our last one was a couple of weeks ago. We collect usually. The choice of pizza is good and we prefer them - as takeaways - to both Pizza Express and Pappa John's

Pedimos 2 grandes bandas, cuñas, Pizza de pollo, pan de ajo, canela pizza pizza y postre de chocolate que cuestan una buena cantidad de dinero, normalmente nos visita pizza domino cuando estamos de vacaciones como una manera de presupuesto, pero comer bien! Dominos son normalmente muy buena!

By far the worse customer service that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Food okay but over priced. I would rather have good service and pay more for the food to be honest

Domino's pizzas are terrific - the thought of those great tasty toppings is mouthwatering. Look out for their great price deals on multi-buys etc. Speedy service and freshly baked and served by a friendly team - quality fast food at its best!

Ordered online payed online, updates come through online to tell you how long it's going to be. A friendly man who's name you already know, because they've told you online, delivers a pizza that's as tasty as they come.

Me and my friends enjoy going here after college to pick up a £1 pizza and eat it else where. Food is standard dominos pizza. Staff could be more enthusiastic.

How can you not love dominos.. Better than Pizza Hut hands down.. Never had to wait long for delivery and pizza always tastes fresh and delicious. There was one time where they got my order wrong and was given lots of chicken. I'm vegetarian so this made me feel a bit sick and put me off a little but this is the only criticism I have.

Much better pizzas nowhere near as greasy as the others, better quality meats and much better made.I chose dominos over all of the pizza makers

My half and half Pizza was crap 3 quarters of the pizza was one of out topping choices and the other two slices left was our other choice.. To me I cannot class that as half and half, our order was not complete, we were left waiting over 1 hour for our drink to arrive after we was told it would arrive as soon as possible, absolutely attroshus service. Will never be ordering here again, first time I ordered with dominos our food was stone cold.

We picked up take aways of Pizza and hot wings. We had good food and the order was ready for collection within the 15 minutes as promised after we called. Only problem was that the receipt given to us was the wrong receipt and we had to go back to get the correct receipt!

Best dominoes I have ever experienced! This place puts musselburgh/scotlands establishment to shame and believe me... in musselburgh they can't make a garlic bread pizza bread hahaha it is always mushy and half cheese and half pulled and fluffed bread.. then you have a rushed pizza and then you have dodgy delivery people that don't make an effort at all... oh and you go inside the building and the staff are all on their phones -.- So... YES this place is the best and I always crave more when I come visit! ...Us scottish people can't cook. :/

Ask and it arrives in good time and full of flavour from fresh produce, one of the best fast food outlets in Witham, The manager of the day even encouraged me to creat my own pitza

We don't have takeaway pizzas; only on rare occasions. When we do, it is Domino's, who are by far the best we have had.

Lovely pizzas, we always go for the feed 4 for £5 deal as its such good value for money however I have noticed when you buy a deal they are very stingy with the toppings as you are not paying full price so it sometimes might be worth paying full price to get the full pizza.

This was the first time i had ordered from Domino's and wont be doing it again, all the food was cold when delivered and some was under cooked.

When you don't feel like a proper meal, but want something fun, this is the place to contact. Very easy now it is on the web and a tasty hot pizza arrives quickly. My pizza was really good as were the sides. Will book again.

I really like Domios pizza... totally different to P-Hut.... BUT like all pizza places, its so expensive!!So we ordered when it was a deal on and got loads for £20, but I would only wait for an offer and not just as a treat.

Service was good, pizza was tasty. I would recomend. I havent eaten pizza from Domino's for a long time for fear of a very cheap and nasty pizza, I was pleasently surprised and I would eat there again.

The best pizza in Braintree. I'd defiantly go here over Pizza Hut anytime. The pizzas are much nicer and they aren't greasy like Pizza Hut. Food always tasty and delivered normally within 30mins even if they say longer.

Everytime I have ordered from dominos its been all 100% brilliant! I mean they forgot a bottle of coke once but hey we are all human and make mistakes now and again!! I phoned up and they delivered it to me asap and very kindly gave me another one for free!! The man i spoke to on the phone was lovely and polite!! When staff arrive at my door I always tip them..without fail they are always polite!! I would recommend this resturant 100% to anyone!!! You must have a fab manager..its run superbly!!! Well done

After sitting with the menu that had been posted through our door and having a look at the many deals to choose from we decided to order a wide selection of sides, pizzas and desserts. Once we had told the young lady our order and that we had a voucher she even said " give me a moment and i'll see what the best way to do your order is...." we was quite happy with the amount we had order for £28 but she returned to tell us she could do it for £21 which we was obviously very happy about! The food came within half an hour piping hot... we all tucked in and thoroughly enjoyed it! Im not discusted to even admit, we had a left over slice or 2 the next morning and was still "mmmmmmmm-ing" :)If your ordering pizza, it cant not be from dominos!

i think i get a domino's every month, the pizza's are just soooooooo nice! and what i set the dealivery for a time, it snever late, perfectly on time!

Generally go to Domino's to order pizza on the spot. The location has been built to allow you to see into the kitchen and watch the staff prepare your food. The pizza's are excellent and the service is pretty prompt - however too often you see staff "clowning" in the kitchen. Not their fault, but when you're on show...
