Pointless in ordering off uber eats staff are incapable of putting the correct order together . Half the order missing cold food

Me my husband and Grandson visited Mottram Junction Mc Donald's tonight 25.11.23. We got a takeaway. The food was excellent but it was the customer service that I want to comment on. We arrived home approx 45 minutes later and I realised that my handbag had been left in the ladies at the McDonalds. My husband set off back to see if it was there, and I contacted them by phone. A really helpful member of staff called CHRIS, went to see if the bag had been handed in. He came back to the phone and I described my bag and he said it had been handed in. I thanked him and said that my husband was on his way to pick it up. He tried to give Chris a small token for finding the bag but was advised by Chris that he could not take anything. A big thank you to Chris and to say to McDonalds that they employ an honest and helpful member of staff that is a credit to them. If you have a staff of the week I would like to nominate CHRIS and thank him again

Quick, efficient service on a busy Saturday. Therefore I was expecting the food to be hot, as it should be anyway. I always try the chip’s before driving away from the payment kiosk to check if hot. The chips were hot ( only on the top I found out after parking up) but the burger was stone cold. It had obviously been sat for ages. The only reason I didn’t return the meal was because of how busy the restaurant and car park was. My husband did return inside to get milk and said the service was appalling. This is not an isolated incident and I had hoped that after a refurbishment the whole dining experience would be better. Roll on McDonald’s opening in Glossop,

My order come from just eat the driver was very nice and then opened up my order of 13 x cheeseburger and I asked for this to be plan I called up where a manger told me to go though the just eat app hold on a minute it’s got nothing to do with the driver it’s your staff they put everything on all the cheeseburger s I will never give them my £35 pounds again and now I have to spend more money on chippy because the manager was rude by telling me to go though the just eat app

Left food on the side didn't call my number no ice cream or milkshake oh a hot day really disappointing

Queued for 20 minutes, then had to wait in a bay fir a further 10 minutes. When food arrived they had left out the mozzerella dippers & when back at house to eat the chips were cold, extra pickles out in wrong burger and wrong meal received. Very poor all round.

Woman called “Julie” thinks she’s funny telling my friends to shush mid conversation. All around rude and spiteful person would not recommend trying to engage in conversation might end in a brawl

I had a problem with an order this evening via the Just eat delivery app and there customer service drivers , I then phoned the restaurant directly and spoke to a lovely manager called Meghan she quickly resolved the matter in a few minutes she was very helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble thank you Meghan..

I am sorry to say that this is the word Macdonald's I have visited. Order wrong foods cold we which also contained hair and no one ever answers the phone. Macdonald's close the doors and stop trading I tried to resolve my this but as you don't answer the phone

I arrived at the restaurant with two friends, to enjoy a Saturday. Upon arrival, they informed us (rudely) we couldn’t sit in, after some dispute they allowed us so but on only one side of the place? I later received my food to only realise it was a medium meal; not a large. Staff pulled their faces it this misunderstanding and took away my food to change it, looking frustrated. Also forgot my friends cheeseburger. I found that also ALL monopoly stickers was expired, and no longer accepted. I love Hattersley and have lived on the estate my whole childhood, but new staff at Mcdonald’s ruin the experience i once had as a child. Extremely disappointing.

Been to McDonald’s at Mottram today for my lunch ordered a chicken “Deluxe”!!! Well here we go. 1. Cold Chicken 2. Wet soggy salad 3. Rotten lettuce 4. Cold Fries 5. Not enough chicken to fill the bread However the Strawberry Shake was incredible! Not bad for £6!!! Trying to email the restaurant is pointless so stuff em, I’ll rat on em instead!!! Steer clear. Eat grass instead it’s a lot fresher.

Hi, I have today visited the store and paid for a family order via the drive thu. Shame they have no quality checking! All the way home with si many missing products. All the kids meals with missing elements. Doesn't make for a happy meal together Telephoned to try and get the kids meals sorted. NO answer!! Multiple calls later I gave up. Emailed the store only to receive an email saying they are happy to replace missing items on next visit. Why would I possibly visit again when they cannot get family meal right. Terrible service both by the store and their so called manager by email.

I used to love McDonalds Hattersley, it was my go to McDonald’s. However in recent months it’s been forever in decline. When I order my chicken nugs, 20 of course, I expect the correct condiments to be supplied to me. However the staff at Hattersley McDonalds in a strange turn of events seem to think sweet curry is in fact tomato. Nay I say, they are in fact utterly different ends of the spectrum. Overall satisfied. Heard lots about Amanda, however I have never actually seen her, where is Amanda?

turned up with my 85yr+ old parents-in-law and received EXCEPTIONAL service from the lady in charge (Amanda ?) at mid-day today, Sept 7th .... helped us order our food (we are not regulars!), checked up that all was OK (several times), and we all felt totally 'Covid' safe ... Thank you

I came to McDonalds at Hattersley for the first time today with my family and queued up as it was very busy. At my turn I asked if a table for 9 was available knowing that it could be difficult to fit a large family! Amanda instantly helped us out and offered us a takeout with the 50% offer if we didn't find a table which was soo kind of her! Luckily we got a table and the staff brought chairs around to help fit us all. We ordered our food which came not too long after. Everything was perfect! The service was incredibly fast, I was amazed! Amanda kindly escorted my family and I to another table which was more comfortable and spacious for us all. She made us feel welcome and even checked up on us a few times which was soo hard warming. I've never experienced such brilliant customer service ESPECIALLY at McDonalds. When we were leaving Amanda Wished us a good day which honestly made my day! I definitely recommend you try it everything was beyond amazing! I'll definitely be coming again!

I called with a client for a drive through meal, the staff were amazing kind considerate but she was strugglong with the cheap blue loose plastic gloves trying to give our change.Surely you make enough money to get the right ppe clinical gloves for your staff im a nurse and said i would drop her a box off your a big enough company respect your staff.

On the way home from Glossop and stopped for breakfast. Drive through looked very busy and so stopped to go inside, only just found a parking space. Ordered and meal was ready in seconds. Double sausage McMuffin was tasty, hash brown a little greasy but tasty. Coffee was good.... Would go in again.

My husband and I visit this restaurant at least two or three times a week. As I don't drink and find it difficult to go to strange places where I can't sit down or feel comfortable. Unless the restaurant is particularly busy, we are always met with a warm welcome from all the staff, particularly those staff out in the restaurant cleaning or welcoming. We don't always eat but sit and have coffee chat or indulge in some light reading or do a crossword, just to be away from the home environment for a while. However over the last few months there have been quite a few incidents, involving youngsters who have previously been banned. Coming in quite large groups, they are noisy and intimidating, when asked by staff to control their behaviour, they become very abusive using foul language. At times they race around the restaurant as though they own it knowing that unless the staff can involve the police very little can be done. Its not as though they buy meals or drinks, Usually they share one big Mac Drinks Or dessert between the group so that they can justify being there at all. Only two weeks ago they were asked to leave because of their behaviour and the fact that they were not even eating or drinking. On leaving they unknown to staff managed to lock the main door behind them and waited outside to see what would happen. Two young men myself and my husband tried to leave shortly after, but obviously we couldn't get out. A staff member quickly responded and opened the door. The group of kids outside thought this was really funny and when I angrily responded saying "what if there had been a fire and a panic with people unable to get out and someone had been seriously hurt or worse would they be laughing then?" . Only to be met with the retort that it wasn't them, but we new it was. Tonight was one of those nights, again kids who had once been banned now apparently being let back in because the ban has been lifted. I for one would like to know why they are constantly given the right to disturb other diners, most of your custom coming from those with young families. This evening the poor lady on duty was left cleaning up the mess they had left, having to clean obscene drawings (for which they had used the stores crayons put out for children) they had drawn pictures of penis's on the table we were about to sit at, the staff member rushing over to rescue us from the sight as she had just been about to clean it. The staff at this restaurant are lovely they work extremely hard in some demanding conditions to keep the restaurant clean and running as it should. you should be very proud of the work they do, and support them in their work. I consider that allowing your staff and customers to put up with these young people who deem it their right to be verbally abusive using obscene language, taking charge of the way they behave and even causing physical damage in your restaurant a matter for your immediate attention. Go in yourself observe this situation. You should be more supportive of your staff members and actively do something to stop these disruptive youngsters from being allowed in the store unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult especially after seven in the evening. Police have been called before now but are unlikely to attend as, as you probably know they are too busy to attend burglaries let alone deal with unruly children!!! Come on sort yourselves out come up with a plan to deal with this situation before there is a serious incident. Don't tell me it wont happen as you will have seen in the news knife crime including children is on the increase PLEASE THINK ABOUT HOW YOU SUPPORT YOUR STAFF AND YOUR MANY REGULAR CUSTOMERS. I would very much like to receive a response to my concerns and to also see this matter resolved. if not I will make every attempt to take my concerns to a higher level. After all if this was a case of people in a city centre bar behaving in the same way they would be asked to leave or be ejected by security staff. Please give your staff support and not let these young mobsters rule the way they behave any more.

Inside is just the same as every other but the drive threw get the order wrong every time I go it's unless

After cycling over 80 miles the nearby Premier Inn had just informed me at 9.03pm that they had finished serving food. Luckily McDonald's was next door otherwise I would have starved lol. I must admit that I don't often eat in McDonalds so had to ask what was on the menu. I wanted a high protein meal and the very helpful female assistant suggested with a friendly smile to try the Chicken segments, and I added an ice-cream dessert and coffee. As I was eating I observed a pleasant interaction between all McDonalds team members as they went about their tasks in an efficient and helpful manner.I overheard one assistant saying to an elderly couple 'I will bring your food to your table' so that they didn't have to stand and wait. I was very impressed by the staff approach to me and to the other customers on my visit.

It’s never occurred to me to write a review for a McDonald’s- it’s fast food- it’s everywhere- and they’re all the same. Food always the same decent quality- the same value for money. But THIS McDonald’s... I have never had such friendly service- the staff are so warm and friendly- checking everything is ok, clearing the tables spotless & perfect! Really really great.

We come here every Friday after school and I've never had a problem with the food or the staff. Always hot and always make us aware of delays. We've been offered table service every time it's available and when there's been an issue staff have been more than happy to rectify it and extremely apologetic. The only issue is the number of teens hanging about outside, no fault of the restaurant as I can see they're doing what they can to control the situation and to be honest, they're always very polite to me and my children.

Clean, friendly.... and absolutely bombed out on a Sunday afternoon which is either indicative of how good the food is or the dearth of quality food in Hyde.

Visited here around 12.30am after attending the fantastic “Abba Twins” tribute show near Glossop.Quite surprised how many customers were here considering the time.We were served with a smile and our food including the french fries was hot which is becoming a rarity these days at a McDonald’s.Well done to everyone here and maybe the answer to hot food is to visit in the early hours ?

3rd time in as many weeks an item missing from drive thru order only discovered upon arriving home. The manager needs to sort the useless staff out. On a plus, the milkshake machine was working this time.

Stopped here on 6th Sept on our way from Lincolnshire to Runcorn, and although there was ample parking, there were no milkshakes? Disappointed!

Called in on our way through. Small car park but plenty of parking next door. Restaurant clean , but very crowded as a bank holiday. Food arrived quickly and eaten in the car.

The restaurant is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. The food was quick to arrive and was good. Plenty of parking spaces. The toilets were clean.

Always come here with kids and its clean friendly we eat here and go whacky wharehouse thats cross road so perfect

As we came on New Years Day around tea time it was surprisingly busy at the drive through. Even though it was busy service was still good and the food was as expected. Took note of any additional requests within our order e.g. not wanting ice in my drink. Just wish that this restaurant started doing a delivery service!

Kids love this as always. Also great that it's open 24/7. Staff are always polite and friendly. Great for a quick bite

I needed breakfast on my way home from the airport and McDs was there so I popped in the drive through. It was quick and efficient, the food filled a hole and the coffee was good for a take away coffee.

Muy concurrido, pero encontramos un viernes, espacio en el aparcamiento, y pedimos por el sistema de pantalla táctil. Todo funcionó bien, y la comida llegó en un tiempo muy rápido.

Causas más de plástico basura que nada en la zona. Y las personas que utilizan este lugar son los animales. La gente no está mal. Es el paso del comercio. Sólo basura y botellas envoltura utilizada allí desde allí a la carretera. coches Y macdonalds hacer nada. La gente no les importa nuestro país más. Personalmente, yo me reedificar el lugar.

No mcdonalds habituales puede pedir su comida usando las pantallas computarizadas detalle. Poner en donde estás sentado, pagar con tarjeta y su pedido es llevado a su mesa. El servicio es rápido y la comida es MCDONALD'S.

Me encanta tratar a nosotros una vez cada mes a la salchicha y huevos mcmuffin comida para el desayuno y el servicio es rápido y el personal es encantador.

We recently passed this maccie dees in Hyde and called in for lunch, as we all know macdonalds are the same everywhere menu wise, but i have seen a huge differance in service and quality despite everything alledgedly being the same, this one in hyde was a good one, both the drive through and service inside this outlet was quick, staff were efficient and friendly, but best of all the food was hot, so many times we have been to a mcdonalds and been served cold or luke warm food, so we were pleased with this one.

I recently visited McDonald's in which I spent 4 hours in this store on business meeting if it wasn't for the Cochny lad serving he was outstanding I wouldn't go back I was there I watched a woman who I assume was the manager from the way she was talking named val I watched her get a drink and disappear into the back she never came back out for 2hours 58 mins I think it's disgusting that she can do that considering this store won store of the year I think if it wasn't for the Cochny lad it wouldn't of achieved this I wish all the staff take a leaf out of his book then it will deserve its title

Always order breakfast on the way to work. Always order without egg and always get parked up.It's fast food, it's quick. It's easy, it's cheap. It's McDonald's. You can't complain for what it is

Visited a few times, 50% drive through 50% eating in. Usually a bit dirty with food on floor, but I find this with a lot of fast food places. They got my drive through order wrong for the second time a few months ago, so I wrote to the manager to complain. I heard nothing back!!

Great service. Got food served really quick. They were really busy and this didn't affect the service or quality of food at all. Well done. Best I have been to.

When I lived near here it was always the place to go. Fast food, drive through for convenience or eat in. It's McDonalds, don't think theres much else you can say.

Visited several times at different times of the day the staff are always welcoming the resteraunt clean and tidy I cannot fault this branch at all

I believe this has the second highest drive thru in the country. This wouldn't surprise me bearing in mind its location near the end of M67 and on the main route through from Manchester to Sheffield. For me its great to drive thru and i have had a couple of meetings here to take advantage of wifi and coffee etc

well located next to the M67, large car park, and friendly staffonly stopped off for a break and OJ, but couldnt fault this mcdonalds location
