McDonald's in Tameside

This McDonalds have just been refurbished, but seriously I would not bother. I paid £17 and waited 11 minutes for cold dry chips, the cheese bites smelt like BBQ and were hard and I’d ordered a McPlant meal for a vegetarian that was missing the McPlant burger when I arrived home. The staff were too busy making food for each other instead of making sure orders were complete and hot from paying customers. I asked where my order was and was told it was sat waiting, for two drinks! Will be driving that extra few miles to Gorton where food is always spot on. I did report this on the app, but didn’t seem to get anywhere.

Slow again they know when the peak times are yet they blame it on new staff only 1 person bringing food out to waiting cars system in order and does nt matter if you ordered first the staff just grab a bag with no regard to orders

ordered 2 chicken big Mac meals, and 2 big Mac meals, all large. 2 boxes of nuggets and 3 chicken mayo. £55 yet again 2 chicken big macs missing, but drinks and fries are here, how on earth do you mess up like that. I thought after Denton being refurbed the orders would be better. clearly not. and it's ok getting a refund but I know have a son and partner with no food.

Food was cold and not edible. Drink was spilt in bag and driver blamed the lid but it was fine. Don’t know what happened but it was late arriving so assume it sat for ages.

Order took 50 minutes to arrive. So food was cold. Don't normally orser from this branch, wont bother again.

My order was stolen by the uber eats driver, so I won’t order again

Best McDonald's I've ate in ages Deanna is excellent manager the food was amazing the staff were very helpful so happy to see McDonald's run how it should be. Denton McDonald's has changed my opinion massively big thanks we hate our local one in salford next to the uni. Oh and Josh is a very good worker all the staff are here well done crown Point can't wait to come back again. Big up . Also the phill cheese steak is a game changer. Great place thanks mcd

food was cold, nuggets tast like rubber

Food has started coming via bike and basically drinks have spilt everywhere and into the McFlurry. Burgers were thrown together with the Philly cheesestack mainly all over the box and the bacon double cheeseburger lacking most of its cheese as that too was stuck to the wrapper. Really gone downhill since reopening

Absolutely bunch of jokers that work here! Ordered 3 meals and the delivery guy turns up with 1 drink and no meals! Will never order from here again

Didn’t even receive my full order terrible company

They didn’t even send my food ordered 3 happy meals and double quarter cheeseburger and a normal cheese burger they just send a normal cheese burger meal that’s it seriously ever week it’s the same

Absolutely fuming spent £25 and the iced latte came in the bag sideways and had leaked over everything. the delivery driver hadn't left so I went to show him and he didn't care he just said "Accidents happen" no offer of taking it back or replacing it just didn't care at all I'm not happy at all your delivery drivers are getting worse!!

This is the first time I've ordered Mcdonald and it will be the last. Chips was cold chicken nice they hadn't sent any BQ sauce . Definitely not worth the money

once again you didnt put the requsted sauces in the bag so the meal went in the bin again , as to ur continual incompetance !

When our order was delivered there was 2 large fries and the double cheese burger missing. I told tge driver but he said he couldnt do anything about it and to ring denton mcdonalds. I did and they said to tell you because the driver is self employed

Our drinks came half full due spillage through travel when he delivered them the bag was soaked and it went all over my floor

This is a joking McDonald's. Do you think a famous fast food restaurant with renovation without any notice? When you want a quick burger lunch, that's become disappointing close restaurant, and they just mark a simply sign at Google map but they never. This is the third McDonald's shop renovation I meet within this 3 months, never notice customer is a good management. Any group can replace them?

Past two times I’ve gone there has been missing orders. One through drive through and one through Uber eats. Happens nearly everytime

Philly Stack , cold, soggy, no pickle, chips soggy & cold bought with 20 nuggets and chips that were soggy cold but that was for small children so wasn’t such an issue as they can’t eat them hot but the Philly stack and chips for me was a disgrace. Also a spare large chips was ordered and not given. £15 ! Supposed to have been a treat.

Something happened with the order and only got medium fries!! Which cost £7!!! Then had to order again so another £3.99 delivery fee!! I’ve spent £8 on delivery fee!!

driver handed my son the bag of food and said the drink has "exploded", just left us in my hallway with drinks pouring all into the food and onto the floor. just eat don't help either.

The Big Mac was delicious who ever has put that effort into it Thankyou, my mate ordered the same thing the other day and her burger looked like a car crash. Advert style mine was. Cheers

Since when is the Big Mac not a Big Mac it was less than half the size it used to be extremely disappointing with McDonald's - Time they increase the burger size

Ordered a happy meal for my daughter it came with only a toy in the box and no food. I rang the restaurant and they tried to blame just eat for the missing food and told me to take it up with them even though the bags were sealed. Accepted no responsibility at all. I’ve had to reorder and pay again!!

It was horrible drinks went everywhere

Whenever i order from McDonald's denton they ALWAYS miss something iff my order ie sauces,straws ect even though its on the invoice it not difficult to miss

food was all code food and some drinks was missing the seal on the bag on open when the guy drooped it off he said it had ripped you could tell he'd opened it he went we looked and stuff was all cold and missing

gave me four chicken selects instead of five. we paid 6 quid and got 1 penny back instead of the about 50p we shouldve gotten . the guy working was also very unwelcoming and made us feel out of place

They serve so quickly very efficient Frapachino machine is faulty again that's 4 days after the site being shut for refurbishment. You can count on one hand the amount of times there machine as been working out of 100 times of asking. Must be a Management decision not to provide iced Frapachino drinks

Guy was rude, unprofessional, spilt my drinks all over the food and then just got in his car and drove off. Get him gone!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOOD QUALITY FOOD, I ENJOYED WITH MY CHILDREN. BUT THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT ISSUE FOR PARKING OUR CAR , NO ENOUGH SPACE AFTER NUMBER OF CARS , AND ONE MORE THING TO IMPROVE IS THE SCREEN FOR ORDERING FOOD IN SIDE AND SAVE OWN TIME RATHER THAN ORDERING ON COUNTER , WE BEEN WAITING FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES TO ORDER ON SCREEN, BECAUSE THERE YOU CAN CHOOSE ITEMS , AMEND ORDER, PAY ON SAME SPOT EASILY WITH KIDS , MY KIDS HAVE THERE OWN GADGETS TO USE AT HOME , BUT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THERE I PADS CAUSE THEY REMOVED ALL OF THEM, THERE IS ONE BUT IMPORTANT FACILITY CHOOSING ITEM WITH THE PRICE , QUANTITY OF ITEMS , SIZE ETC ....! WE [ ME & MY KIDS ] HAVE HAD A GOOD TIME + ENJOYED OUR FOOD.

We tend to grab their breakfast here and there when we're doing shopping in that area. So far we've not had any issues with services or staff. Staff are always polite and friendly, and get everything done right. I've once had a hash brown missing, came back, explained and was all done and sorted without a fuss, which is top marks. We don't dine in, so can't talk about that, but toilets were clean on every occasion used.

A cold cheese burger, smashed together from the journey and nothing like the adverts col chips, no straws cold nuggets 20 and 6. No chicken burger and chips. 400 dips ( exaggerated but seemed that way) no point and disgrace. How can you charge service for this service. Cut off delivery if you can't be bothered

Sauces that were ordered were missing, the fries were dry, cold and didn't feel like they had been freshly prepared and the burger was pretty much only burger and bun. It's usually better quality than this

Just used this drive through and got half a burger with no sauce! They obviously knew it was a drive through order and I'd be down the road before I knew. Disgusting, And the McDonald's app does not allow any complaints so they know they can get away with it. I wonder how many other people they've done this to?

Chips look anaemic and very soggy. This is not the 1st time they have looked like they have dipped in the oil for one minute. Everyone who loves mcdonalds loves the chips and its just disappointing when they come looking like that and you can't eat them.

Overpriced terrible food. Arrived cold through no fault of the delivery driver. Food was super quick to arrive so can only assume it was served lukewarm! Lesson learnt. Never again.

asked for a fresh coke this is not fresh attall it's flat and warm , specifically asked him not to knock on loud and he used the letterbox loudly ... absolutely joke want a refund for the flat drink

Nobody knocked, the order was just left on the doorstep by the time we found it it was cold. Apparently delivered at 6:44 found on doorstep at 7:20
