McDonald's in Tameside

Went through drive thru explained doing order for a company great service when ordering, got everything correct on the screen. literally as i paid food instantly given to me, however 2 minuet drive to my work not upto standards - chips was not full in each burgers cold as if it was all pre made and sat there the philly cheese stack on both burgers barely any sauce quite dry. would not recommend the food from this store. also messed up on the sauces i ordered. will not be returning. this place isnt cheap but yet shit quality but more expensive where is the passion for food?

2025 Update: Please put the heating on as it's quite cold in Autumn/Winter months in the morning when having breakfast, other than that all is good. We tend to grab breakfast here and there when we're doing shopping in that area. So far we've not had any issues with services or staff. Staff are always polite and friendly, and get everything done right. I've once had a hash brown missing, came back, explained and was all done and sorted without a fuss, which is top marks. We don't dine in, so can't talk about that, but toilets were clean on every occasion used.

Nothing wrong with mc Donald’s Just eats drivers fault £31 wasted for food to arrive 2 hours late I ordered at just 2 and it left on a doorstep tried to get in contact with the driver and with your selfs a few times to cancel to ask what was happening I have numerous screen shots of this I never want to use this app again at the minute I went to bed still hungry and minus -£31.75 when checking the food that was left outside at half 4 in the morning there was a happy meal missing from the order

Had no food, only a drink. Well situated, service was fast but pleasant. Not a lot of parking space, but retail park opposite with parking.

* Missing items almost every time. (Have to hold queue up behind whilst I check thru) * Can take a while for your food to be prepared when in store, which isn't good when they tend to do the drinks straight away then let them sit on the worktop waiting. * Drive thru is fast, they must tend to focus on pleasing them first and foremost

Ordered two of the new katsu chicken wraps, grilled and crispy. Poorly wrapped, no cucumber when it’s ment to come with it, sauce all over the outside of the wrap, hardly any lettuce on it.

worst mcdonalds crew ever.. im a delivery driver and saw what was going on in the kitchen. its a mess and the staff are constantly messing around and not prioritising customers at all. manager keeps getting distracted every minute with non work related matter and forgetting the food bags. all i can say is, this crew needs to be more professional and needs to be trained…

Every Friday we go here and sometimes Sundays, every Friday and Sunday the order is WRONG!!! Stuff missing all the time! Now we have to mess about and check the bag, before we get home as this Mac’s is ripping me off every week! It’s a joke! How hard can it be, Then when stuff is missing you have to pull up and wait for the missing stuff, then the rest of your food is going cold, We now try and not use this macs, We tried delivery the once and the order was wrong🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ And has anyone ever looked in these uber bags/packs that hold your FOOD, There full of mould!!! I would give a rating of none if I could, but I had to give one star

Instructions not followed! Many times we have orderd Take away via uber, we have the same problem repeatedly when ordering plain foods - The order is never correct, previously I have orderd and then rang the store for them to be awear on on them occasions it's been correct however tonight my son orderd food, it was correct on uber and correct on the receipt however the food sent wasn't what we asked or paid for. Waste of money, waste of paying for delivery and completely unsatisfactory. I will return the food when the store is back open. It can't just be is this happens too, My suggestion would be to have one person prepare the order and another person check before sending out, this could be really bad in case of food allergies etc.

Food was cold. I asked to do a repeat of an order I had previously and it transcribed it only as a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was £1.79 and the total charge £7.03. Outrageous. Not the first time I have had issues with time from restaurant to my address and food then being cold.
