McDonald's in Tameside

Crap! Lucky if you get complete orders, which is then someone else’s fault. Don’t bother ticking which sauces you want! You won’t get them nor will you get straws for your drink!

It was my grandson's birthday and like most kids he chose mac ds, my previous experiences with mac ds has been in swinton and it was poor... so my expectations of this visit in Denton were to say the least average. I ordered in advance on the app, a very large hefty order! £87 worth, then I went over expecting to wait awhile for hopefully warm fries and burgers... how wrong was I! Outstanding service! Fresh fries and great burgers! Well done Denton Mac Ds! You gave me faith again!

Food arrived freezing, even so it came really quickly, fries were soggy. And there were missing items.

The food had missing items, and what food that did arrive, was cold and disappointing. My granddaughters food was the missing items. So she didnt end up with any food, that she was looking forward to getting.

Everything cold. mcflurrys all melting. took ages. one apple pie missing. no ketchup. asked for no big mac sauce on big mac but wanted ketchup instead no ketchup but had the big mac sauce on it. also asked for extra cheese slice which it didn't have and was paid for.

Still the same Cheerful service as always and great food.

Once again no dips with the order. This happens all the time. please feed this back to the restaurant

big mac was tipped upside down most lettuce fell off in bag and it didn't have a cheese slice on or hardly any big mac sauce, guess it's the early hour shift which I normally I kinda accept, but this very poor, didn't even get any of the condiments I requested, fries freezing cold

McDonald's at fault for lateness. courier was great.

This order was not delivered. I have waited nearly two hours while it kept saying “preparing your order”.

Today we were served at our table by Lewis, he didn't have any stars yet or his uniform so I presume he was very new. This young man was very courteous. He did have an accident delivering food to another table, but he was very apologetic and helpful in rectifying the situation. It's hard when starting a new job and nerves can play a part. I hope Lewis does well at this branch ans who knows, maybe with a little guidance, time and training he could be one of your next managers in the future

Food order was complete on arrival, friendly driver dropping off the food, great service, would happily order again.

Food was a bit cold but overall brilliant and the driver was nice

really pleasant and respectful man,I wish there was a option to tip after my delivery..The app asks if you want to tip before you receive the order ? I hope this changes because why would people tip before they receive a service!!

Things forgotten once again. How hard can it be to put the full happy mean together. As well as the dip’s requested and a straw for the drink. I’m certain some of these staff members don’t even know what day it is, let alone how to get a food order right

Just another maccies. Ended up with an extra big Mac this time, which doesn't quite make up for all of the times there's something missing!

They delivered somebody else's order to us and even their order was missing items and was cold. Terrible experience. The delivery was fairly quick but what does that matter when they are delivering the completely wrong food?

Went through drive thru explained doing order for a company great service when ordering, got everything correct on the screen. literally as i paid food instantly given to me, however 2 minuet drive to my work not upto standards - chips was not full in each burgers cold as if it was all pre made and sat there the philly cheese stack on both burgers barely any sauce quite dry. would not recommend the food from this store. also messed up on the sauces i ordered. will not be returning. this place isnt cheap but yet shit quality but more expensive where is the passion for food?

Made adjustments to a burger and they were not followed.

Driver had spilt Iced Coffee all over the drinks bag, resulting in some coffee in the banana Milkshake but i only took photos of the iced coffee being all over the bag
