Absolute shambles of a restaurant. This place puts you off McDonalds food because the inside and Drive through service is appalling. My last 4 orders were wrong. I drove through and ordered 2 Banana Milkshakes, when I got home 1 was Vanilla - 2 items and they couldn’t get that right. The staff are so preoccupied with servicing the Food delivery guys, In store and Drive though Customers get a poor service - and the wrong food.

The takeaway is like almost every McDonald's, today we had our chips hot and salty and it was quick service

It was complete chaos when I called in with my friend today. The staff that should have been cleaning tables weren't! The electric ordering boards were saying 'transaction failed' before giving you chance to pay but after allowing you to input your order. The waiting area was packed, the wait was long, the food wasn't great and the chips weren't close to fresh. When we finished eating, and I took the tray to the bin, the two members of staff who weren't cleaning any tables parted to allow me to sort my own waste, while they continued their conversation.

Waited 15mins to be served and another 20mins to get food because the phone ins are getting preference.

Don’t bother if you’re in a rush. You’d be faster getting a sit down 3 course meal.

Ordered a mayo chicken burger with no mayo and lettuce and you sent me a bud with no chicken burger on it

Such slow service avoid at all cost

The dips are just as important as the meal IMO, yet every McDonald’s conveniently forgets to pack them. Fix

Self service easy to navigate, meal came promptly

Absolutely vile. Really badly stale. I worked for McDonald’s myself 17 years ago, they should be ashamed serving food like that.

Mcdonalds has clearly ruined my day today! Sending me a black tea/coffee instead of a latte! No point ringing store as they fob you back off. JustEat wont reimburse and say every company has their own recipes & bath water is clearly the latte I got!

I love Mc burgers. This is a nice place in Snipe Park . The staff was very polite and helpful. The Mcspicy was amazing as usual. Another staff helped us with generous dips, milk and sugar. Thank you

asked for large hot chocolate. got large coke. says on receipt large chocolate. must not be able to read. or just thick like those in Denton mcdonalds.

My order was delivered 30 minutes late, missing items, i ordered 2 milkshakes and sauces, which i paid for and they wasn’t delivered! I am absolutely furious

They served the staff before us even though we ordered first. Not one staff but 3 different ones. Other than that the food was good

Drinks were spilt so Jo drinks. Chips cold and soggy. Wrap had no cucumber on, fish bites were rock hard like bullets. Plant burger not with order. Dreadful and would NEVER order here again

So impersonal with the order boards and the cheeseburger was awful. Disabled toilet was out of order.

I ordered from this mac ds and i was missing stuff food was discussing and I pre a Big Mac with extra cheese I got a Big Mac with bacon I hate bacon I asked for a refund as I had to throw it away all it tasted of was bacon and Iv had nothing back what so ever

I ordered 1 large chocolate milkshake with the quarter pounder meal and got a childrens viva chocolate milk and strawberry viva milk in stead of a large strawberry like I have paid for it’s a joke I’m not happy atall oh and the semi skimmed milk turned in to a banana milk I don’t even like banana milk I really don’t get how you can get drinks mixed up like that and the money that pay for it’s a joke

The late was from the restaurant not the driver, and the burger was abit cold, but the good thing is chicken was hot

Avoid like the plague. Awful. Just awful. I don't mean to sound bad but, if any of these peolle working here could actually a,real job of importance, we'd be screwed! Thank God none of these peolle will ever have a job in something like emergency services. Can't even remember the simple things like sauce. God help us if we ever have to rely on these people for real world issues

Over half of the amount of times I’ve ordered for delivery, some meal was missing. Absolutely appalling. You pay for a service, you expect that service. You can’t even blame it on the fact that it’s busy, because I only ever order during the night. Just lazy incompetent staff.

Items were missing from my order on several occasions from this store. The portions of fries were a joke, no need to order a large when all you get is a small portion. You never get any onion or mustard on your burgers regardless to what you order into the evening, this is always a let down, even on the promotional burgers to which you pay a premium for.

The cleaners in this place don't half make you feel uncomfortable, talking rubbish about customers who are there to order food Absolute disgusting!

It’s not the restaurant fault but the driver has dropped it outside the house not knocked on the door or used the ring doorbell and drove off and we got a notification on here sometime later it was delivered, it’s not ok to do this!!

Lovely lady on waitress/table duty on the snipe not sure of her first name but had a great friendly chat with her and I remember her saying her surname was Ellis. Absolutely lovely lady and a credit tonyour team would revisit just to this lovely ladies service xx

1st review. Maybe teach your staff some manners and learn to cook bacon… it was literally raw… disgusting 🤢 2nd review. I know people will be thinking stop going there if you had bad experience, but I genuinely like McDonald’s! It’s just not fair that they employ incompetent staff who have zero manager skills! This time I got made to park up, waited 20 minutes went in, had been forgotten about, sat back in car waiting a further 15 minutes, I went back in and they told me I’d already had my order 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ 3rd time Lucy, waited inside got food. Moral of the story… don’t use drive through if you want to wait 45 minutes for food

The chips are cold and undercooked, as well as the nuggets. Fanta is flat and chips are not to the quantity that is desired by paying customers who would like their food to be prepared with more care and thought.

Once again all the food is COLD, if it was being delivered to Timbuktu I could understand but it’s literally a stones throw away. If I wasn’t so lazy I’d be eating hot food right now.

Decided to try to avoid the large drive through queue and pick up my app order inside. Mistake, waited over 20 minutes from checking on and getting my email notification for my order until my food was ready. Fast food? Definitely not.

My food was left on the doorstep. The delivery driver didn't knock or wait . I was sat in my living room waiting for my food to arrive. I didn't see the text message sent to me until 50 mins later. My food was wasted

McDonald's is no longer the home of the famous 3 minute burger. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes if you decide to walk-in and order! . Whilst waiting i noticed customers using the drive thru part of this restaurant had received incorrect orders and had to physically walk in to ask for items missing from their orders.

Hit and miss, sometimes food is spot on and staff are friendly with good customer service... other times there are people on the windows of the drive through that clearly don't like speaking to the public and don't have the best customer service.

Arrived missing all of my ordered sauces and missing straws. Chips were cold and had no salt on them so we’re basically cardboard and my coke had no fizz in it at all.

These people cannot get an order right regardless of Uber Deliveroo Just Eat or going in yourself it is simply beyond them to keep food hot and get you the right food order and exact change. Use your debit card and check your order before leaving or letting the delivery drivers go because they can't get a simple order correctly out.
