All the food was incorrect not even close to what we ordered half the food is missing from an order over £50

Missed out a third of my order

no sauces sent with the order despite selecting them on the app, writing in the comments please include the sauces 4 x sweet curry. and they appear on the bill attached to the bag... very very annoying now I'll have to go there in person to get them because my son won't eat without the sauce.

Really disappointed ☹️ I was really looking forward to my deserts and my burger and also my garlic mayo! I’m furious how every time I order it’s always wrong plus they didn’t take note of my notes I left! One of be my children hasn’t got there food thanks a lot !!

tried the new steak stack burger with peppercorn sauce, really nice, got some chicken nuggets to get the delivery price down, always good to warm up next dinnertime

top staff at snipe restaurant, all ways spot on, very rare mess up your orders, not like them halfwits at the denton mcdonalds, always mess up your order one way or the other. you should have a look at all your employees, not good ordered something to be delivered today 27 for 7:45 they cancelled it. you would be better hireing a bunch of clowns.

Order arrived incomplete and one of the drinks had spilt over the food that had arrived.

The driver who delivered my food was really unprofessional ! not only did he take the longest route, but he decided to take himself to asda ! this resulted my good to be stone cold, i am really not happy!

As a parent, I am appalled that a global brand like McDonald’s would serve food contaminated with such negligence, especially to young children. This incident has left my daughter distressed and has shattered my trust in your establishment. Hair in food is inexcusable and poses serious health risks—it is clear your staff failed to adhere to even the most fundamental hygiene protocols. I demand: A detailed explanation of how this occurred and what immediate corrective actions will be taken. Assurance that your kitchen practices will be rigorously reviewed to prevent such violations in the future. This is a serious breach of the Food Safety Act 1990, and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to the local Environmental Health Authority if your response is unsatisfactory. I expect a written apology and confirmation of your remedial actions within **5 working days**. The lack of care shown here is unacceptable. You have endangered a child’s well-being and disregarded customer trust. I trust you will treat this complaint with the urgency and gravity it demands.

delivery time kept changing! eventually recieved it 45 minutes after thr original delivery time. not the drivers fault!

Waited a long time for the food and then the food arrived cold. McFlurry was completely melted threw the food and McFlurry away so I paid nearly £15 for a milkshake

delivered my order to a house which is on the street behide mine which showed on the tracker where he was. Guessing he never asked for the code you get when you place the order at that house to make sure he was at the correct house before clicking it was delivered. my son is now very upset as it was a treat for him and now can't afford to order again. what a very lazy delivery person. extremely annoyed

The franchises have eroded the standards drastically. The service that macdonalds provided and prided itself on has gone. After 57 years of eating the stuff, I'm now looking for somewhere else.

Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous Me and my friend came in and ordered two happy meals(we wanted the toys) and two hamburgers When the food came there were no chicken nuggets in both only hamburgers We went and complained so we could get our meal, but when we turned around to return to the table we watched as the manager went up to our table and took the food and binned it This was absolutely disgusting behaviour I expect a refund as we were no where near finished eating

Absolute shambles of a restaurant. This place puts you off McDonalds food because the inside and Drive through service is appalling. My last 4 orders were wrong. I drove through and ordered 2 Banana Milkshakes, when I got home 1 was Vanilla - 2 items and they couldn’t get that right. The staff are so preoccupied with servicing the Food delivery guys, In store and Drive though Customers get a poor service - and the wrong food. 7 months on and the place is no different. I visited it again last weekend naively hoping for some improvement but sadly, it’s still the worst fast food place I have ever been too.

I recently visited this location and was pleased with the efficient service. The restaurant was comfortably uncrowded, making for a relaxing atmosphere. My order was prepared and delivered to me remarkably fast. The quick service allowed me to enjoy my meal and get back to my day without delay. I appreciate the staff's dedication to providing a positive dining experience.

The food was obviously great, but they took long and it was dirty.

The staff are so friendly at this mcdonald's and always keeping on top with the cleaning. My food arrived quickly and was actually hot. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Children's crayons and activity packs. Toilets including an accessible one. Main issue is location if you're a pedestrian. It's quite difficult to navigate the roads and you have too walk through the entrance of the drive through to get inside.

This is the worse customer service I think I’ve ever had 🤣🤣🤣it was shocking to say the least. Had my food come with the wrong order so the guy kindly went back t fetch the right one and I rang the restaurant to ensure they would correct it and then they still sent out the wrong food.we requested a refund the the app and it said we had to take a photo of the receipt which they had took off the bag 🤣We rang the restaurant and when we began to say it was a customer complaint they hung the phone up so we kept ring thru till “mathew” came on the phone who is a manger who was so rude n basically told us they was nothing they could do n he didn’t know why the receipt had been taken off 🤣🤣honestly I understand that’s it’s late but come on love it’s ur job

One of the best McDonald’s in Manchester. You don’t expect much from McDonald’s, in fact, recently most of them have been awful. However, I attended this one during the lunch time rush last Saturday and despite being very busy, the member of staff on the drive through was very pleasant and the food came within 5 mins of ordering. Oh and it was actually pretty tasty, given what it is.
