For the 3rd time running the 4 dips were omitted from our 20 Chicken nugget share box. As these are part of the meal it would be appreciated if staff would include them in the order.

Ordered for the kids for the Minecraft and didn’t get the toy paid extra than we normally do to get them as well what a joke!

I recently visited this location and was pleased with the efficient service. The restaurant was comfortably uncrowded, making for a relaxing atmosphere. My order was prepared and delivered to me remarkably fast. The quick service allowed me to enjoy my meal and get back to my day without delay. I appreciate the staff's dedication to providing a positive dining experience.

This is the worse customer service I think I’ve ever had 🤣🤣🤣it was shocking to say the least. Had my food come with the wrong order so the guy kindly went back t fetch the right one and I rang the restaurant to ensure they would correct it and then they still sent out the wrong food.we requested a refund the the app and it said we had to take a photo of the receipt which they had took off the bag 🤣We rang the restaurant and when we began to say it was a customer complaint they hung the phone up so we kept ring thru till “mathew” came on the phone who is a manger who was so rude n basically told us they was nothing they could do n he didn’t know why the receipt had been taken off 🤣🤣honestly I understand that’s it’s late but come on love it’s ur job

The staff are so friendly at this mcdonald's and always keeping on top with the cleaning. My food arrived quickly and was actually hot. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Children's crayons and activity packs. Toilets including an accessible one. Main issue is location if you're a pedestrian. It's quite difficult to navigate the roads and you have too walk through the entrance of the drive through to get inside.

Good was actually still hot which was a nice surprise as normally when you order McDonald’s food delivery it’s cold

What’s the point in a delivery code if they don’t ask for it order showing as delivered but we have NOT had anything over £30 wasted and hungry kids

My order has been marked as delivered but it was never delivered and I’ve been waiting for it for a while. Very poor treatment and as a disabled person I am very disappointed

Half my order was missing so we had to share 3 meals between 4 of us with no drinks and as I have to wait to see if you approve my refund couldn’t afford to get the kids a tea they would eat so half of what they ended up with went in the bin as they don’t like what we ordered for ourselves this is NOT the first time this had happened and last time I didn’t even get a refund!!!

One of the best McDonald’s in Manchester. You don’t expect much from McDonald’s, in fact, recently most of them have been awful. However, I attended this one during the lunch time rush last Saturday and despite being very busy, the member of staff on the drive through was very pleasant and the food came within 5 mins of ordering. Oh and it was actually pretty tasty, given what it is.

Never thought I’d be making a good review on a McDonalds. This McDonald’s is nowhere near the closest to me but I’ve been ordering it the past few times because the ones closest to me are the worst. I can tell this store actually puts effort into the orders will continue to order from here.

McDonald's has seriously gone downhill. Staff can't be bothered, food comes out like warm at best and any questions asked are met with disdain. Literally cannot think of any franchise worse.

Unfortunately on a couple of occasions from a couple of branches we haven’t received any fries with our orders good enough to resolve with refund but it just isn’t the same as having your fries or having to re order just the fries, all I can say is please check the orders and get the qc’d before they go out to save on complaints

I don’t often come to McDonald’s but it was on todays agenda with my nephew who has autism on 16/12/2024 around 3:30pm, during our trip there was a lady cleaning, wiping tables and sweeping. I didn’t manage to catch her name, she had what I think was black hair and a hat, and a heart of gold, this lady went out of her way to ensure my beautiful nephew had a wonderful time as he’s highly obsessed with the grinch, she helped me buy him a grinch toy from the happy meals and gave him a grinch hat, flag and envelope, this absolutely made his world turn, it was greatly significant to him. We discussed how autism doesn’t define you as a person and all the amazing traits that come with it, we also discussed the beauty of Yankee candles haha. Anyway I’d just like to thank this lady once again for her amazing service and I really hope this review is seen and she is praised for her amazing work that may often go unseen. Thankyou lovely, you made our week!

my order is missing a milkshake

Can be hit n miss, mainly missing food or long waits

we received not the right amount of chicken meant to be in the box. also medium fries when i paid for large

Everything was upside down all mixed up not in packaging and most of the items were missing I ordered 3 x pancakes and syrup and came with half the pancakes missing and not a single drop of syrup and was cold and hard useless

Soggy cold chips and cold cheeseburger, not nice at all. Same happened at another store a week before, so its putting me off going macdonalds again! Its not cheap thats my issue!! So food should be hot, management need to step in and make sure food is hot. I ordered from the drive in, and opened the food in the car to eat straight away, so it should still be hot at this stage!!

One of the better mcds around.. Worth a visit. Drive thro very slow. 10+mins to get from ordering to last window. Dont seem to park-up any cars now, hence the delays

Food didn't arrive. Ordered at 11, finally after extending the arrival time for 2 hours by 1.15 they mark as delivered even though the arrival time is still set to 1.40.
