Wonderful delivery driver - very polite!

Order took about 45 mins to arrive when app said 15 Also stuff missing and what we did get was cold

Ordered food for last night which didn’t arrive but then the food arrives this a.m some 13hrs late

10 mins late, missing items, again, and food freezing cold. Not only is McDonald’s very expensive now, they can’t even get the order right. Complained so many times and they do absolutely nothing. £2:49 for a hash brown, joke

each and Everytime theres something missing no refund no apology it's an absolute joke

I specifically asked for no bacon and I wrote an additional note to say I’m allergic to bacon and asked for them to be made fresh! Both flatbreads came with bacon!

The drinks were awful just soda water rather then diet cokes

Ordered breakfast at 10am and it was delivered at 11:02 if I would of known it would arrive at this time I would of waited for main menu, food is freezing

Food arrived cold The chips where half portions and I ordered the Big Mac plain and it came with extra pickles extra lettuce and extra sauce

My food was freezing cold and my drink was half full it looked like it had been sat there over night I do not have photos because I completely forgot as I was too tired by the time it had arrived

Missing sauces AGAIN just like every order

Ordered 4 Dips didn’t get any annoying as I wanted them with my meal And paid for them

got all my food, I ordered even the dips .. came on time, the food slightly cold but overall good stuff

2 of the 3 bags were open had to go to the car a second time the driver were about to eat our chips which he failed to give us the first time around 2x 20 nuggets missing and the chicken selects

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and was sent coke

cappuccino had spilled out all over the bag and into both ice creams completely ruining the mcflurrys and creating a mess all over my worktop when opening, also food was cold,this order was a complete disaster, extremely disappointed with food and delivery, had to make myself a coffee and pour the mcflurrys down the sink,stone cold fries ended up in the bin. in

driver was cool but the food was freezing when it got here, food must've been sat at the restaurant too long maybe use are under staffed?

No straws for the milkshakes, no dips for the nuggets, I ordered a mcCrispy meal and received a mcSpicy which I don’t like. The delivery driver was on time and pleasant tho! Thank you!

food was cold, my drink got replaced with water, YES, WATER. Also the philly cheese stack I ordered was made wrong it had BigMc sauce on it, not the philly cheese sauce.

My drink had emptied out into the bag and my fries were wet but got no wrap

freezing cold food because your delivery driver couldn't find my address even though he was on my road, he said the houses had no numbers when they clearly had.

It's McDonald's!! Bredbury has the worst flavoured Milkshakes. I once ordered a Choc shake. It could have been Vanilla!!??!! Reddish is 100% better 😋😋😋

Ordered food around 19:30 to be delivered at 21:20. Delivery time was pushed back several times, late by 30 min approximately. Arrived cold and 2 burgers out of 4 had no cheese, only bun, 2 patties, cheese sauce and two slices of pickle. Would not order again for sure.

One of the drinks broke in transit and was spilled over the food - spoiled one of the burgers - it was the e bike couriers first day so I didn't want to escalate it and wasn't sure how to until now I haven't ordered since

My experience was pi## poor from start to finish changed delivery time 4/5 times when it finally arrived it is stone cold and not fit for purpose.

Waited 15 mins for a double cheeseburger and then it were only not hot. That were yesterday. Manager is more interested in his role as himself than running the place. Toilet door has not been fixed. More cleaners and hardly any kitchen staff. Seems as if it's "I'm the manager". Took nearly X4 months to get the rattle at the front door fixed.

Food was cold and items missing. I requested a refund for the missing items and was advised no, it's not within their refund policy. How can you be charged for goods not received.

overall not a great experience, some fries and a burger missing and what did arrive was just about warm, the shame is this isn't the first time an issue like this has happened

One if not the worst McDonald's I've even been to. The food was cold , and they got the order wrong , not once but twice. Asked for a chicken sandwich & got a quarter pounder. My good lady asked for a bbq stack, which was undercooked. Took it back for a replacement which was cooked but only warm. Plus, it wasn't even busy. But like most McDonald's, there are quite a few youngsters in there as were else can they go. Needs to be sorted out. It's not a good place to eat. Sorry, McDonald's Ashton , but you only deserve one star. For your food & service.

Food was freezing as the driver could not find me. He was on a bike Saturday at the end of my street for 15 minutes due to that all my food is cold.
