Everytime I order food there’s always food missing, once again I’m spending money for servers to miss food I’m single parent with 4 children to feed and once again were left with having to share the food between 4 children!

It's a good place to eat food. Especially with kids only eating happy meals. But McDonald's used to be more kid friendly they're not anymore.

food was average, prefer to go in if am honest, food isnt as good from take out

Missed out the only fries from my order and toppings from the only mcflurry. Manager Evie fobbed me off to an unhelpful ubereats, avoid

Everything else checks well but the kids section could have been more kids friendly

food is always cold when ordering from this particular branch. Not ordered from here in a long time so I thought I'd give it another chance. Never again. I'd advise everyone to avoid ordering from here.

Double cheeseburger was cold. I still ate it so as not to waste money. Delivery driver was friendly and polite too

The food was cold, drink cane without straw and was only half full, delivery time said it would take up to 30 minutes and it took a hour. Was not happy.

Disappointed in the predatory way in which McDonald's and Just Eat have positioned flavoured milk above milkshakes and have a surcharge for a 200ml product. These products have been placed that way to catch people out and increase profits.

The food was freezing when it arrived. You gave us no straw for our drinks so I couldn’t drink my milkshake .. that was like a big dollop of ice cream. You didn’t put any dips in either. So couldn’t eat any of it as it was cold .

This really is the worst mcdonald's I have ever used. Been in a few times over 6 years and it's truly awful. Horrendous layout, slow incompetent staff and very long waits. Last 3 visits had the following problems Visit 1 - they had given my order to another customer and only after querying this after a long wait did they notice and rectify the mistake Visit 2 - saw the staff take my fries from the tray to put into a takeaway bag and half the fries dropped onto the tray. She gave me the new half empty bag and threw the chips on the tray into the bin Visit 3 - took 20 minutes after ordering for my single burger item and this would've been longer if I didn't bring it up with them after 15 minutes Seriously don't use this place. Full of chav customers and the place is always untying. Avoid

chips are cold, bag wasn't sealed and mentioned to the delivery driver. 3 out of 4 burgers were cold....very poor

The delivery driver was very polite and friendly but the delay from the restaurant meant our food was cold and inedible when it arrived, even the dog wouldn’t eat it!

My daughter is celiac and can't eat burger buns. Even tho I order a cheeseburger with just the cheese, beef patty and extra shredded lettuce, McDonald's cannot understand and they always serve it on a bun!!!!!

fries just warm shouldn't have to microwave them up (didnt as not the point) burger ok but milkshake just sludge where is the ice crem that's the main ingredient of milkshake.To say this was a finishing school treat for my son won't be ordering mac donalds again waste of £12.00

I’m absolutely fuming, I accidentally pressed the wrong address on the app ands it’s been delivered to my mums address got in touch with driver and just eat and can’t have a refund I can’t afford another McDonald’s now, and my 8 year old son is very upset I just can’t believe no refund is offered because someone made a mistake disgusted

This McDonald’s really need to pick up at standards. It’s always dirty. This stuff is rude. I was being served last time I was here and I member of staff that was on her day off pushed in front of me. I stopped being served just so they could have conversation. I was really busy on this day and did not have to wait around so I was running in and and getting some sweet and running out I had to tell the woman do you not mind but I’m being served. She started to become aggressive all because I wanted to be served and not be stood there for 10 minutes so she could have a conversation obviously obviously I didn’t know what the time that I could get her fired for this but my husband told me later on so next time member of staff gets aggressive with me I will be taking this to head office.

Ordered the large meals with milkshakes received milkshake cartons not happy would like the milkshakes ordered one large banana one large strawberry if not refunded spent £36 on meals with large milkshakes to receive cheap cartons not happy the main reason for ordering is for the McDonald’s milkshakes

Food was stone cold.Delivery took way too long.Does not take 20mins to drive form McDs Ashton to Malvern Ave. also driver went to wrong address and had to ring me to ask me to open the door as he was knocking. When I did he was not there. After he walked around to my front door I asked him did he not have my door number, he said the address always changes on his device, he had door number 12. Then changed to 14. He didn’t even know he had to deliver to number 16! Will not order again!
