Brilliant! Popped in for a chicken royale and to try the bacon ceasar. Food was hot fresh and tasty. Not only that but the staff were nice, professional and personable. That made lunch even better 😋

Food is fine, shame about the rude staff who pick and choose which customers they charge for extra items and who they hand things out for free to.

We used the drive through and the member of staff that served us was not very friendly. When we got home 2 miles away the food was cold and part of our order was missing. Won't bother using this place again

I love burger king. It's one of them overpriced places that is great for a treat every now and then. You can get a meal here for less but I tend to go all out when I go here £15/20 but I do really enjoy what they currently offer like the BBQ burger and loaded cheese and bacon fries and LOVE the chilli cheese bites . They also do slushie at the moment (July 24) but I was not a fan. The staff are really friendly and the store is clean enough. Self service drinks close enough to Gloucester quays to walk

The chips were not freshly cooked. They had obviously been hanging around in the warmer for far too long. Very dry and very disappointing. The burger wasnt much better. The lettuce had already turned brown and the meat patty had been kept warm for

Fantastic food quality & service. Quite a hike in prices since we last visited but as 4 pubs that we went to were closed or not serving lunchtime food we ended up here. Many thanks to the young black guy that showed my wife how to use the Coke drinks machine.

Toilets arent clean stinks of a sewer! They need to be cleaned and inspected more often.

The food was piping hot, but I must say in the drivers defence that based on the tracking the driver (who was very friendly, quick to deliver once on the road then did a amazing job at keeping the food hot) was kept waiting at the restaurant for at least ten or fifteen minutes and so he is one hundred percent not to blame and in my opinion needs compensating as well as a commendation for his attitude, please can you pass on my thanks to him as he was by far one of the best drivers I have seen in Gloucester to date!

Quiet, mediocre food, disinterested staff. Self service drinks, no instructions. No milk shakes.

We got almost nothing that we ordered. We must have got someone else's order. It was also pretty cold.

As far as Burger King places go, it's decent. Food arrived quickly, staff were alright. Drinks are served from a self service machine that needs phone-QR connection to work. One was empty, other worked fine as soon as I figured it out, they could do with abit of a clean, alot of spilt drink and ice around them.

The food was lovely, once I ordered through über eats instead! I can only assume that the meal that was intended for delivery via Just Eat was equally as nice but you would have to ask the courier/other household it was delivered to. Burger King was as helpful as they could be in this situation, very polite and apologetic on the phone. the food delivered is as cold as the drink

Had to drive and pick up the order myself because my dad is diabetic and was waiting for over an hour after his insulin injection. I met the driver there who told me he received the order 10 mins before we got there (over an hour after we ordered). Not really a Burger King issue either as they remade the food and were happy to give me it with the order number.

I received a complete different burger from what I order I received an Angus beef burger instead of chicken how is this even possible. Not happy at all.

Popped in Sunday morning before a visit to the quays and expected the worst, but it was ok. It was quiet inside with one other table occupied, and a few workers on. The food came out about average speed perhaps a shade on the slow side. The place was tidy and clean and the staff friendly enough. Toilets were clean and tidy also. Overall can't complain. Unsure what it'd be like if busy but when quiet was fine.

Ordered at 8.05pm my food never got delivered until 9.20pm, food was cold I had to reheat my whole order.

Waited an hr to pick up the click and collect order via drive thru with only one car and two customers inside! Wrote a complaint and didn’t even get a response. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here, as they clearly don’t care about their customers or the Service.

The first 10 mins the driver was ‘delivering’ the order was in the car park. Then stopped on route to deliver somebody else’s. Food was obviously cold when delivered. Burger tasted ok but not great. Better than the Burger King at the old log pond tbf. But still overpriced overall for the quality.

The food seved is hot and delicious. Ambience was quiet decent with warm welcoming staff and lovely music. The surroundings were were so hygenic. Overall, its a feel good experience to satisfy the soul with food.

The food quality was awful. It usually isn’t like this at all .the burgers were dry and stale. Chips were mushy. Only ate one burger and the rest was just a disappointment.

Food was overpriced, slow in execution tasteless and considering the wait quite cool . Service was clinical without any interaction in what was a tired grubby building. Always preferred BK to McD but this was a disappointing visit . Together with the card only rule (had to get my passenger to pay as i only had money on me )means it will almost certainly be my last .

Remember when Burger King was good like 15 years ago? It's miles off being considered average now. There are far better food establishments in the Quays and across the road worth visiting.

Delivery went smoothly and really enjoyed our whoppers and fries for tea. Air fryer for two minutes and perfect.

Unfortunately when the food turned up it was lukewarm.
