I just now ordered a loaded fries its cold asf really wanted have some hot fries really disappointed 😔

Always good from this one!! Avoid the one in Quedgeley!! They always mess up!!

Ordered extra cheese and bacon in burger and it was missing. Not ideal, everything else was fine.

Brilliant! Popped in for a chicken royale and to try the bacon ceasar. Food was hot fresh and tasty. Not only that but the staff were nice, professional and personable. That made lunch even better 😋

Great food however driver didn't come to the door he waited on the road and my daughter had to walk to get it from him. he was polite but no where near our house.

Food is fine, shame about the rude staff who pick and choose which customers they charge for extra items and who they hand things out for free to.

I love burger king. It's one of them overpriced places that is great for a treat every now and then. You can get a meal here for less but I tend to go all out when I go here £15/20 but I do really enjoy what they currently offer like the BBQ burger and loaded cheese and bacon fries and LOVE the chilli cheese bites . They also do slushie at the moment (July 24) but I was not a fan. The staff are really friendly and the store is clean enough. Self service drinks close enough to Gloucester quays to walk

Fantastic food quality & service. Quite a hike in prices since we last visited but as 4 pubs that we went to were closed or not serving lunchtime food we ended up here. Many thanks to the young black guy that showed my wife how to use the Coke drinks machine.

The food was piping hot, but I must say in the drivers defence that based on the tracking the driver (who was very friendly, quick to deliver once on the road then did a amazing job at keeping the food hot) was kept waiting at the restaurant for at least ten or fifteen minutes and so he is one hundred percent not to blame and in my opinion needs compensating as well as a commendation for his attitude, please can you pass on my thanks to him as he was by far one of the best drivers I have seen in Gloucester to date!

We got almost nothing that we ordered. We must have got someone else's order. It was also pretty cold.

As far as Burger King places go, it's decent. Food arrived quickly, staff were alright. Drinks are served from a self service machine that needs phone-QR connection to work. One was empty, other worked fine as soon as I figured it out, they could do with abit of a clean, alot of spilt drink and ice around them.

The food was lovely, once I ordered through über eats instead! I can only assume that the meal that was intended for delivery via Just Eat was equally as nice but you would have to ask the courier/other household it was delivered to. Had to drive and pick up the order myself because my dad is diabetic and was waiting for over an hour after his insulin injection. I met the driver there who told me he received the order 10 mins before we got there (over an hour after we ordered). Not really a Burger King issue either as they remade the food and were happy to give me it with the order number.

Popped in Sunday morning before a visit to the quays and expected the worst, but it was ok. It was quiet inside with one other table occupied, and a few workers on. The food came out about average speed perhaps a shade on the slow side. The place was tidy and clean and the staff friendly enough. Toilets were clean and tidy also. Overall can't complain. Unsure what it'd be like if busy but when quiet was fine.
