No idea what went on, nearly an hr 20 mins for food to turn up. Luke warm at best

food is freezeing every single time i order and onion rings taste of bleach

Never turned up, called and massage in the app but no reply, refund had been submitted

My order was delivered and it was cold all that money spent and it was not nice the food had to go in the bin. Such a waste not happy

when i first placed order it said it would come at 1230 but didnt get here till 1240

delivery driver was unable to follow basic instructions on where my house was so I had to walk down the road to go to him.

god forbid you just want a drink. counter staff seem to think its the funniest thing they’ve ever witnessed. very rude,wait for your customer to walk out before you start gaggling about it

Burger king drive through. It is what it is. Friendly staff on both the drive through and also when I nipped inside to use the toilets briefly.

My reasons, our food was cold because the cretin of a driver left his car down cemetery rd 300 yards away and decided it would be quicker to walk, even though our food was in a heat bag it was still cold. So i will never order food from you again.

Delivery time kept changing, took over an hour and half, when it Did arrive the food was cold, didn't have a fresh taste, all in all disappointing as burger king has always been consistent, dont think I'll be ordering again for a while

I ordered the food at around 6.30pm for delivery at 8pm. And it was still 20mins late. Paid extra for sweet chilli dip which was not in the bag. Nuggets tasted undercooked, chips were cold. Poor quality and my children were very unhappy

Wowwee! Had the best tasting Aberdeen Angus STEAKHOUSE/Roundhouse burger that I've ever tasted, Gospel! Think I paid £8.19 for the burger but it was value for £££ as it was just so Yummy Yummy Yummy 😋😋😋. This burger Truly made Burger King the "BURGER KING" in my humble opinion, Go get one guys, you won't regret one mouthful!😋🤩😋

When I booked it gave 15-30 minute delivery times. This changed as soon as the order was placed and paid for. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known how long it would take. Food was cold and congealed on arrival - not stored in a heated bag. Threw most of it away

Can't leave a review since they gave us someone else's dinner and the driver had gone before we opened the bag and found out (despite the new code process). No doubt there are now 2 disappointed households and no way of contacting them to swap the food so we are now hungry (can't eat the other order) and still waiting for an email to attempt to get our money back.

Wrong items all we wanted was a whopper and they put in a bacon double cheese and theres no way of swapping it once its delivered

Without doubt the best experience I've had using Burger King. Ordering was easy using the touch screen, my order only took 3 mins to be ready, and the food was all high quality. I took my food away to eat in my hotel, and it was still nice and hot when I got back. I am usually underwhelmed by Burger King, but I'm glad I tried this one! If I'm ever staying there again, I will return :)

All the meal was great but there was a hard piece of blue plastic in one of my chilli cheese bites, almost broke a tooth & thankfully didn’t swallow it! It was quite sharp. Can’t make a complaint as 24 hours have passed (work schedule & this order wouldn’t show on my phone only tablet) but still have the plastic.

We received the wrong order. As we were opening it our delivery driver came back realising his mistake. He was very aggressive and insisted I paid for the wrong order he had just given me.

Not all Burger Kings are equal, but this a good one. Love the food but hate the screen-based ordering system. Still recommend it - FAR better than McDonald's 👍

Send the wrong milkshake flavours on 3 meals

Apparently someone had smashed in to the delivery drivers car and that’s why he was late. Food was ice cold

Says that my order was delivered at 9:36pm but I did not receive it. When I realised that my order has not arrived, I called Burger King and they were unable to help due to a third party delivery driver being responsible for my order. I am unable to reorder now as the restaurant has closed. My order was £20 in total and may only be refunded £16 due to delivery/service fees.

food came cold had to reheat it up. I requested when I ordered my burger for No chill jam in it, but came with chilli jam which I don't like.
