You always know what you'll get at a Subway - a reliable standard and quality of food.

Sandwiches were perfect, they ran out of rainbow cookies but gave me choc chip instead with a little note on the receipt to give me a heads-up. This was my first time ordering Subway for delivery but was thoroughly satisfied. Will definitely be ordering again.

Usually this place is okay, but I've had a few bad customer service experiences, here is the most recent: Shop was empty, I'm walking past the window and a staff member is shaking there head at me, I walk in, no welcome or anything... just staring at me, in no rush at all. I had to ask if it was open, since I hadn't been welcomed and I was the only one there. This was met with a ridiculous smirk as if it was a stupid question... Seeing as a staff hadn't mentioned a word to me yet, not a hello or welcome almost as if I was bothering them and there chat. I knew I wasn't going to get a good sandwich nor good service so I left. This was mid afternoon on a Sunday mind, it's not like it was before closing... I see why the shop was empty now lol If you can get served, the food is usually okay, but most of the time they seem less then happy to serve you, and more bothered by your presents.

Came here around 7 then got told no hot sandwiches. Poor mate.

Had a lovely sub from here Wednesday afternoon around 5pm.. was delicious. Cheese and tuna, jalapeños, red onion and mayo. Gentleman with glasses served me and my partner made sure my gluten sensitivity was acknowledged and catered for. Will come back again, thank you!

The food was disgusting basically paid nearly £26.00 for 2 footlong items. When I got home and opened them both were totally not what I ordered one contained chicken sweet onion relish olives and lettuce on italian bread the other was some seeded bread with some sort of ham olives peppers gerkins salad and some sort of mustard dressing marked on the box as at BMT. I actually ordered 2 footlong chicken, bacon, grated cheese, lettuce, tomotoes, red onon, sweetcorn and light mayo on italian. So I am not happy total waste of money

So in the restaurant notes I put red onion, lettuce, jalapeño & gherkins. Whilst I got the red onion & lettuce they for whatever reason swapped or substituted the jalapeños and gherkins for tomato and cucumber: promptly removed before eating Not happy with whoever made up the online order today despite it being perfect when in person last Friday

Can't go wrong with subway. Price is so expensive nowadays! Not the cleanest place as flies are around which is annoying.

One word. Pathetic. I am not surprised why this subway doesn’t have enough customers. The lady at the counter was rude, talking to her siri, and wasn’t even interested in making the sub for us. Literally throwing vegetables in the burger instead of gently laying it. Not enough to meet the promised portion size. It should be my first and last visit here.

The 3 gentlemen who has served us today at around 12 disserve the biggest recognition by the management. Subway went down hill in the past few years, food was being thrown around, subs were sloppy and service was just below average. These 3 gentlemen were so polite, and handled every single piece of food with respect. It's weird to talk about stuff like this but honestly, all subway stuff should look at them and take a page out of their book. I've had extremely bad week, and they actually brought smile to my face!

Steak and cheese sub are amazing

This place is really struggling. Slow service, unserviceable toilet, borderline hygiene issues and they're not helped by the fact that Subway have completely changed their menu which has made it significantly more complicated. Also the music is way too loud and the staff don't seem to acknowledge it's loud even when people are clearly struggling to hear them. Also - sort your cookies out, when I was there last nearly all of them were broken but still being displayed.

Ordered a chicken salad and foot long sandwich from subway St Oswalds Gloucester. The salad was delivered with no chicken and mainly lettuce. Called the store to say their reply was can’t do anything about it. And they have been very busy. Not a good start to my first just eat order

Customer service is often overlooked and undervalued in places like this. I am so happy to say that does not apply to the well built bloke who served me today, attentive, professional and welcoming, I’d like him to get some recognition as people only tend to give feedback when they have poor customer service, this man went above and beyond what he needed to do, even at 6 o clock in the evening on a Wednesday. Thank you!!

Staff uninterested and rude. Food itself was OK but they really should try and encourage staff to smile. No condiments and order incorrect.

Not a great visit staff kept insisting that I needed a packet of crisps with the meal deal when I had already chosen the cookie. Unless is a cunning up sale technique.

Ordered all of our food to then get to the till and be told they were only taking cash that day , there is no sign anywhere in there to say card only !!! I’m sure ragdeep should of mentioned this before taking our order and making it , never had trouble paying cash In there or any other subway before

Sunday afternoon and only one "sandwich artist" working. Queue out the door. Another employee wandering around oblivious to the frustration of the hungry people. Should have gone to McDonalds.

The lady that served me was really good. Food as always brilliant. The only problem was the temperature inside. I was eating in and I barely survived. It was freezing! Even the lady serving me, being close to the bread oven said it was too cold for her. It looks like the owner wanted to save on heating the place in winter.

Disappointed that breakfast items werent available at 10.40 but had other rolls and coffee which tasted great.

Sometimes when you enter a subway it is very much the same as any other subway. It was nice to come here and be made to feel extra special. The staff were brilliant. Enjoyed my steak and cheese foot long. Thanks

A nice place to grab a cheeky footlong and they are not shy in offing you to use your Sub Card points, so all good. Clean too

The St oswald's branch managed social distancing very well. My Sub was delicious as usual.

My colleague and i visit this branch once a week as work nearby and up until today have never had any issues, yes its slow sometimes but if its busy thats understandable. Today we went for the usual order - 1 chiken tika wrap and 1 cheese salad wrap - but were told they were not on the menu so we couldnt have them! This has never been an issue before today, we pay what we should and the staff make them. But the jobsworth in charge today was adamant even if we paid full price for the equivalent we couldnt have it. I myself am vegetarian - the only wrap i am 'entitled' to have is the Veggie Delite, but i dont like that, and am given no freedom of choice, like it or lump it effectively! How utterly ridiculous a customer can not choose from a selection of food in front of them!!

Food was great and well presented and to be honest a mass improvement on last visit a few months back. A lot cleaner tidier and more effective. Great job to the manager and team.

So we visited while waiting for my daughters car to be repaired. I ordered my usual Steak Wrap. at 11:50hrs, they did not have any wraps. so ordered a salad, with steak. All loaded into the bowl, and asked for barbecue sauce on it. The server picked up the sauce bottle, and appeared miles away as my daughter was trying to tell him it was leaking out of the nozzle, so the cheese, tomatoes and cucumber all got a liberal dosing of barbecue sauce, it also went all over the outside of the salad bowl lid. not enough left to go where it was supposed to, on my food. So, we went to pay, by this time as we were the only people in the queue, the guy on the till disappeared, leaving our server to cope on his own. No milk for the coffee, he had to go and find some, then there were no knives and forks, another foray into stores to find some. We eventually had everything we needed and went to sit down. Our server who had taken our money then returned to serve food, when the queue got near the door another two servers appeared. Seating area had food on the floor, the chairs had spillages on them, those that had been wiped looked like they had used a dirty cloth. The soft tub chairs were worn and split with holes in the seats. So, unless you have all day because the service is diabolical, and have had all your jabs steer clear.

Dropped my son off her to get subway whilst we went to McDonald's. Finished McDonald's and half hour later still waiting. Only 4 people in queue so not sure why it should take so long. Servers are in no rush even when the queue was afterwards going out the door.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, wasn’t particularly busy, was told by woman behind the counter, “il just be a minute”. Fair enough she disappeared into back but over 5 minutes later she still hadn’t returned. Her colleague was busy with other customers. Waited, waited; she never returned! All could hear was her larking about and with backroom staff. Walked out in end. Won’t be returning!

We visited this store to get two breakfast subs before making a long journey and we were told there were no sausages and only one egg! We went in at 10.30am.. half an hour before breakfast ends. We went to McDonalds instead.

Poor cleanliness. Dirty tables, chairs and floors. Dry bread left out after cutting. Nachos with meatballs - heated with a tiny amount of cheese on a piece of paper before being transferred to a box leaving most of the cheese behind and 4 meatballs being put on top then unsuccessfully tried to close box lid. No further cheese or sauce added to stop the whole thing being just a pile of dry tasteless nachos! Ugh! Disappointing reduction in standard and quality over the past few months.

Called in to pick up a breakfast melt and coffee at 7.55 this morning to be greeted by a 'tired' member of staff. Yawning and stretching. Bit off putting seeing that I working within customer service. I asked for my order to be told nothing had been prepped so nothing available. The shop had been open for 55 mins and no prep done. Poor very poor for those out on the road early with a long day in front of them . Went to another outhere near by Totally different Positive awake staff and they had food I could purchase

I went here while my car was being serviced at trade and save across the road. One person making the sandwiches and one person on the till, at LUNCH time, really slow service.

On my recent visit to the Subway store at St Oswalds Gloucester I was shocked to see that there was a meat in with the cheese, and that's sauce from the meatballs and also been spilt over some of the cheese. I had ordered a meat feast the staff member and all the meat and the cheese without changing the gloves.

Wanted the bargain meal but meatballs were not ready to serve this was at 11.30am so had ham and Turkey...was so dry and coffee I had half a cup as said they had no small cups left had to use large would not return sadly!

Quemé la comida de mi pareja después de olvidarme de la suya en la panadería El peor metro de todos. Después de que salimos, lo mismo hizo el resto de la cola. Si pudiera dar un cero, eso es lo que sería.

Esperé 50 minutos a que un sándwich en una cola de 8 personas me dijeran que no tenían el pan que quería, ni jamón, ni pepinillos, la fuente de bebidas no funcionaba y había 3 de los empleados MÁS Lentos que yo. He visto alguna vez. 1 niña tardó 10 minutos en reponer las patatas fritas, 1 niña arrastrando los pies sin hacer absolutamente nada y 1 tipo más que inútil, que tardó 50 minutos en atender a las personas que estaban al frente. Acepté todo lo anterior y pedí un sándwich diferente, él solo llenó el sándwich a medias y lo QUEMÓ en la tostadora. Salí en este punto. Absolutamente inútil y estoy absolutamente furioso ya que desperdicié mi almuerzo completo y todavía no comí. ¡SERVICIO DE ASESINAMIENTO! ! !

Elegí el metro en otras 4 opciones muy cercanas ya que no había tenido una por un tiempo.

A chance visit for a regular subway salad on the go, encountered this outlet, it was probably the slowest, Messy and unfocused customer focused subway I have ever visited in 15years. 3 people left whilst waiting in queue, and when finally served slowest service ever. When I got to the till it was even worse, coffees made but on checking no coffee in cups just milky water! The lad didn’t even check before lidding up. Then a tea alternative which proved just as milky, then the farce of getting a refund ,won’t go there. The management need to train their staff better and become more customer focused.

Visited here for lunch with a colleague, service was fast and friendly CC I believe her name was particularly stood out with her manners and efficiency

Waiting time was far to long staff were rude not listening to my order and still getting it wrong after waiting a good 45 minutes for a sandwich I told them about the mistake and was told they wouldn't change it as it wasn't there fault honestly how can some company's even employee people like that. Also the place was a mess, tables were unclean and the toilets were disgusting. will definitely won't be coming back. Terrible.

As far subway restaurant goes this is one of the better ones. Always clean tidy & very pleasant helpful staff & nothing ever too much trouble. We go here approx 1 sometimes twice a week

A subways a subway but this one was nice and clean and the customer service from James the manager was excellent. Way better than any of the other stores we've visited. Well done James!

Bueno para un rápido almuerzo en el ir. Nada de lujos, pero usted puede elegir su abundante y no hay mucho que puedes equivocarte, para ser honesto. A veces puede estar muy concurrido.

Steak & cheese sandwich was tasteless. Staff & premises were fine but the food was not good. Tried some of my wife's sandwich and that was almost tasteless also.

The staff could not be bothered and my sandwich was barely edible when I opened it, having been cut so badly it was falling to bits. What a waste of my time.

Don't waist your money the place is discusting and dirty salad all mixed together pepper in with cucumber meats all mixed with bits of other meats drinks were warm and flat and my sandwich was a mess won't be going back ever plus unraveled my sandwich to find it like this

As usual the customer service is average and the quality of food is generally good. However I recently had some vouchers through the post and one was for some free nachos. I claimed this voucher last time I visited and I loved them so when I visited today, I had the intention of buying nachos. When I ask for nachos, they tell me they have run out of containers. Not happy. How can you run out of food containers when you still have stock of the actual product? Especially as they have taken the time to advertise the nachos to me through a voucher and then let me down the next time I want some. Not impressed by that but otherwise OK.

Quick meal. Food the same as all the other subways. Restaurant has been refurbished. Looks nice but place is dirty tables not cleaned full of rubbish and left overs from previous eaters. Floor sticky from spillages. Not nice to eat in. Take away best option. No one doing any cleaning of dining area during my visit. Lots of staff doing food though and only one on till which meant my food was prepared quickly but had to wait ages to pay. Food cold then.

Visited this subway for a quick bite to eat when I arrived the queue was out the door with only two people serving a lot of people got tired off waiting and just left when I finally got served the staff was very friendly and welcoming the food was ok but not great the bread tasted stale and tasteless the shop itself was very dirty with need off a refurb and they need to employ more staff I would recommend this place and will be going back

Now you can't really judge subway on its food as its all the same, its all pre prepared and all the staff have to do is cut bread and put stuff in it. So they can't really mess that up.Me and my wife went in during our lunch break. The staff are all pretty young, late teens early twenties, however they all look as though they are knocking at deaths door! Tired looking, sunken eyes, slouching etc. Now the actually place itself is horrible, it's not old maybe 4-5 years old but it needs a complete refurb, the tables and chairs are tatty some of which are ripped and have holes in. There is dirt everywhere. This is not dirt from the same day there is food waste and grime that looks really old, around the fridge is covered in dark grease with hair in it. Stay away until it has had a deep clean.

Clean, efficient, pleasant staff, exactly how it should be. Stopped here for a quick lunch on a long journey and it ticked all the boxes.
