Ordered delivery for my family had to heat it up re do the burger as it was discombulated (messy) had to heat up the nuggest and the fries and the burger milkshakes were melted not worth £31 won’t be ordering again

The staff are amazing and the food is always hot fresh and inside the restaurant area is always clean touch wood I haven't had wild teenaged hooligans I take a little old lady who has dementia there and she feels safe and she loves the music

Waiting for about 30 minutes for 2 bacon mayo chickens, with several people getting their more complex orders before ours. I spoke to 3 separate people over a 15-minute period, who each promised they would get it, one of which delivered, one did nothing, and the other got the order wrong. I worked at Mcdonalds for 5 years (not this one), and believe me, I have never seen such incompetence. Such a small, simple order but it seems to be like trying to crack nuclear fusion for these people.

Nice location, easy to access, and generous height on drive thru for my van which is 2.55 metres tall. I even had a couple of visitors next to me whilst I had my breakfast!

An 18 minute drive from home to treat my son to a milkshake only to be told they couldn't make any. To make things worse we then had to wait over 15 minutes to get 2 frozen lemonades. Awful service.

Just waited over half an hour in the drive thru collection point in a roasting hot car with two children and shopping spoiling only to be told that our order had been given to someone else ...the apology was two McFlurrys .... absolutely disgraceful

Delivered by Uber and ordered paid for it to be delivered direct but yet again it turned up cold. We ordered 3 McChicken sandwich meals the sandwiches were warm but the fries were cold and a full fat cake, diet Coke and a Coke zero but they didn't mark which was which so we had no idea who's were who's. They are bloody useless at McDonald's for deliveries. Not much better when you go in. Won't be ordering to deliver again. Pay all that money for cold meals isn't on in this day and age.

Don’t bother coming here. Left waiting for 20mins for simple food. Made to wait in the car park and the staff are just walking around with food not knowing which food is for which car

It's supposed to be 'fast food' stopped of en route to Wales went through drive through only ordered hash browns but told to park up and wait, along with the 3 other cars that went through the drive through at tge same time. No pleases or thank you's, staff just miserable.

It’s a McDonalds you know what you are going to get, it fills the hole and it’s quick and easy It’s not and will never be gourmet

Not sure what is going on at mcdonalds,in regards to a big mac meal. Now I don't come to mcdonalds often maybe twice a year but last time I remember a big mac you would have to really open your mouth wide to fit it all in, now it's tiny unless my mouth has grown 2 inches taller I doubt it's me. Don't know what the deal with the coke is, apparently its coca cola but its foul, flashbacks of freeway cola and half a cup of ice cubes back in 96, to make it worse i wanted a vanilla shake but machine "wasnt working". And the price wth, mcdonalds used to be a cheap meal I can literally buy a whole chicken, potatoes and veg for £2 cheaper. 100% won't be coming back.

Screen says food ready to collect. Order then vanishes. Where's my food ? Oh you're lying to meet targets. Food finelky arrived and was gross and coffee wasn't nice.

When eating in the food is amazing if I get a delivery then the food is always cold and not very good to eat 😒

Officially the worst in Gloucester

This has to be one of the worst maccy in the area but its the only one that delivers to my postcode, everytime there is either something missing or its cold today is the last straw, ive spent over £15 on this place and not only has the driver not delivered to me but given it to someone else door they have not rang me nor can i get through to the branch or delivery serbice on the app last time im using this place absolute joke

Not a place i will be returning to.. My last 3 orders at this drive through have been missing items which intakes means I have to park the car up & to go back in because the people on the counter told me NOT TO HOLD THE queue up((after me being it fir 25mi)) I went back in with my order had to queue and wait i asked to see the manager,, all she said was put it in writing,,, then i have to wait 15 more minutes for the rest of my order.. ... ALL THIS TIME NOT ONE PERSON HAD SAID SORRY ME!!! In all i was at this McDonald's for total of about 55m,, Shocking management terrible attitudes in the staff on the counters,, it's a shame

Says online that it's open 24 hours!! Yet the close doors to inside and flaming toilets at midnight.🤦🏻 Ate my food busting for the toilet!!

Abysmal service speed. 21 minutes in the drive through from point of order to pay window. Staff absolutely clueless as to the backlog. Asked what the issue was, no acknowledgement no apology. On collection they're just brazenly walking around the kitchen like the walking dead. Where's the floor manager?

No idea about fast food. Ordered breakfast, very few people inside or going through drive through but waited 14 minutes for items after chasing twice as everyone else was being served before us. Excuse was they were waiting for hash browns but food was all cold when came so their excuse was as rubbish as their food.

Waited 30mins for our order, for it to be cold when we got it so had to get them to do the order again, got the order for them to not even get it right. Chocolate milkshake tested like banana milkshake. Guy on the chip station was throwing the chips around into orders with no care given. Wasn't given straws. So many people where coming back in with orders missing. Staff just didn't seem to care at all. Definitely won't be going back there again.

Half an hour wait for 2 meals and a happy meal. Chips were cold, burgers weren't much warmer. I'm not expecting much but hot food isn't much of an ask. Won't be going back to this one in a hurry.

Disappointing service, 1st order half of it was missing, courier failed to contact me back and couldn’t even get through to the restaurant. Just ordered this morning to receive my order with the drink spilt all in the bag just for the driver to go oh and leave. Always busy, and when I have to wait and park up the food usually warm/ Cold. I get it's an ideal location for many hence why it's always busy.

Went here late one night after travelling in the rain. Quick and easy and you k ow what you're going to get.

This is specifically related to the service via Just Eat. How this particular franchise is able to continue operating on Just Eat I don't know - not once have we EVER received good service. Ever. We will try maybe once a year to see if things have improved, different addresses, etc, and every time the same. Food is always stone cold, always. Never once has our food been even room temperature upon receipt. Items are always missing, sometimes minor like a bag of fries, other times whole meals. And the time.....the delivery times are horrendous. It will always state a time of 30-45 minutes. The quickest we've ever had from here is 1 hour 15 minutes. The latest debacle after testing tonight, after waiting over an hour, with food showing as "being prepared" and delivery times being pushed back 3 times, we now received a "Order cancelled" message. No reason why, and we now have to wait upto 72 hours for our refund. I can't understand how with it's low rating on Just Eat this place is able to continue using their platform.

Missing item in our mc Donald’s order through mc delivery. Rang mc Donald’s and she said they now way the bags to see if there is any missing items however couldn’t find our order..but on the bag it says north brook road so don’t understand how they cannot track it down..its happened a few times where we have missed items and I’m not sure I will be ordering again as we are paying for items we don’t receive. All good and well saying get a refund through Uber eats but I ordered the food to eat not to just get a refund. Customer service not great and staff need to be looked at as to why items are missing in orders.

Every time i come here i need to park up which takes roughly 30 mins each time i was waiting a hour for 2 mayo chickens and a happy meal everyone is miserable the food is nice when you eventually get it, ordered drinks and a mcflurry and they forgot my mcflurry and left midway of me trying to tell her

The only menu was right by the entrance/exit, so you cannot look without blocking the doorway. I cannot stand having to order from the screens-the amount of times i had to tap every selection four or five times was ridiculous. Also after paying none of the machines printed out a receipt & so made me panic as i had no proof i ordered. Hardly any seating available. The sun was absolutely blaring through and all the seating area was blinding. It was very uncomfortable trying to eat our food while not being able to block the sunlight. They need to invest in screens or something to allow people to sit inside in the shade.

Pretty poor. Every time I order at the drive through I get home to find items missing. Tonight had to park up and wait for order, 15 mins later went in to find out why delayed. Order not even started and when got it home, guess what, two missing fries again! If the staff concentrated on what they are doing instead of hanging around chatting, maybe folk would receive their full order with a better customer experience.

Grandchildren love McDonald's especially the Happy meal.

Diabolical at evenings-night time - go through drive through, get asked to park up and then 30 mins later you'll still be waiting. Happened a few times now, had to get a refund last time as just gave up. Seems to be a issue at evenings-night time, maybe lack of trained staff/management at these times as in the day time its usually fine.

You can no longer add pickles onto theor veggie burgers. I love pickles on my burger.

Our service today from a rude Old lady was terrible she took her time with our order even though they were busy, also my large coffee was 4 inches smaller than it souldve been then she had ago after I asked for a top up, we wont be back she needs to be sent on a customer service course

Nothing fast about here! “Park up and wait please”… but there’s no where to park up as everyone had been told the same. 1pm on a Saturday = busy time… you would have thought by now they would realise this is a busy period and get the food flowing quicker. When it arrived it wasn’t even hot. Disappointed. Definitely room for improvement in this macdonalds!

Tiny place, ordered from the app, and went in to collect. Very slow service, they seem to concentrate on just eat deliveries over physical customers. Food was luke warm by the time it was served and taken back to the car.

i ordered two breakdast meals and both orders missed out a mcmuffin but both were payed for.

Food and service good and quick. Fries a tad cold. Impressed with the fact that most packaging is recyclable!

It's USA on our doorstep in Gloucester . A drive thru!! A burger what more do you want! I hardly eat them these days.. but the drive thru experience has been great the staff and ordering and I may grab myself to a new type of short term offer burger once in a blue moon..... I am giving this place some LOVE as it has a low score and I have never had a problem with the service.. I often get humour and a smile and quick short chat and never a complaint with the food.. I am glad it is there as an option........it is getting a 5 as the drive through experience has been great every time.... only been inside a few times and no complaints there either.. it is what it is .. its McDonald's .Never had any issues.. only smile and witty appreciative staff..Maybe that is me just making them smile... ... I can go a year or three or more without going in but its always been good and always enjoyed my burger without getting out the car.. Sometimes that is all I want when late coming home and hungry late and just fancy it. Serves my purpose well. With a smile : ))

Absolutely revolted by this place!! I had a burger, which was RAW🤢If you listened closely enough you could still hear it, moowing! The chips were also partially frozen.. For the majority of my life, I’ve suffered with an eating disorder, which causes me to not venture out of my comfort zone much; Maccies was a “safe option” to me, but this experience has changed my mind… It wasn’t even busy, so personally I’d say they had no excuse for this. DO NOT recommend.

Had to queue at the drive through, they forgot the sauce for the chilli cheese bites, not the first time that has happened. All the food was hot and tasty.

Took over 15 minutes to serve a breakfast sandwich, so not particularly fast food! Half the food was cool, pancakes, so we're hard and the paper cutlery kept bending, needed 4 forks to eat 3 pancakes. Drive thru orders seem to take priority so don't bother going inside just use the drivethru it'll be way quicker and your food might actually be hot.

The monopoly game doesn't end for a few days and when I asked for stickers with our meals, I was told it was offered when available. I mentioned the huge roll of them by the drive thru and was told they were not allowed to give those out.!?

Son loves it here twice aweek we go for dinner and he's happy so makes me happy as he's disabled staff are all good with him 😊

The food was great, whatever you get really except if you want cheesy bites you won’t get enough. I can’ t really say about the atmosphere because it was a takeaway but the workers were nice and they will help you if you want extra food after the order section.

If you got cash forget to be served at the till. My local 🏆

They say there 24hours and there not ridiculous when I’ve driven from Cirencester this happens most times I come here I will not be visiting again they are all stood outside round a car 🫠

Drive through service very quick.

This spot it’s actually unbelievable,me and my sister ordered online and when it got delivered there was food missing and some weren’t even done properly and when we called we said that there was food but we had to get a refund but we couldnt because it doesn’t even give you the chance to refund and the worker told us that we had to go to store to get it ,see the worst thing is that i paid for the delivery so all of my food should be delivered.i don’t blame the delivery workers i just blame the workers at mcdonald’s who couldn’t even complete the entire order,so i just paid 7.39 for half of my meal.Sometimes i don’t understand the hype over mcdonald’s because they can’t even do a meal properly

Love McDonalds. Food is fast, tasty and cheap and the best thing on long haul roadtrips. Always air-conditioned, standard of food was good and this specific one was clean and calm.

The new double Big Mac was a dream. Delivery was quick.

Can't really fault the eat in experience. Can be busy at times but generally clean, friendly and a good experience. Drive through can get busy though and back up to the main road (blocking the entrance), so keep this in mind if you plan to eat here during peak times.

We were there with our granddaughters, and the young man who was clearing up made sure they got a flag each! MacMuffins good

I'd like to firstly thank the young man who kindly helped my boys on there 4th birthday as we asked if they had any flags or balloons they could have. Upon going and getting these form a lockup and making the boys feel special I noticed he got told off by his manager and then had to give them to us and say I shouldn't of done this. This really kind deed was destroyed by his team. I remember when mcdonalds was fun and you used to celebrate kids and make them smile. How sad.

Had a great experience, the girl taking my order (Ellie) went above and beyond. She demonstrated professionalism throughout my experience at this mcdonald’s. My food was given to me within 5 minutes and was hot. Very good customer service, would recommend. However my straw for my milkshake collapsed in, and I was not given a replacement in my bag.

The last two times I’ve visited I’ve been made to wait 15+ minutes for small orders, drive thru is always put ahead of eat in customers

Since this venue was refurbished we have found two big issues. 1. The position of the door and the shape inside means the restaurant area is cold and windy everytime the door opens. 2. The staff pay little attention to restaurant orders seemingly the drive thru is all consuming. We regularly wait 20 mins our more for food ordered at the counter or on the app to be eaten inside. If we order on the app and drive through it barely takes 10 minutes. Not an improvement for us .... sadly

Getting people to park up from drive thro’ in order to take money and deliver very very poor service. Waited 20 mins in an absolutely packed car park with cars having to wait on verges too. I couldn’t wait any longer so drove back round to ask for a refund if they were unable to serve food. Couldn’t go in as was packed too. The guy at first window was helpful. However at the second window the girl told me to park up and wait again. I refused on 2 points that there was nowhere to park and I could not carry on waiting. I was then informed the food was now with one of their many runners in the car park to get me to move. Told them either get the food to me here or issue a refund, i no longer have faith you can deliver the “fast” food. Window closes a few mins later the food is literally thrown at me. I tested the fries and lukewarm was probably the best you could ask for. The management need to sort their priorities out miserable customers and likely staff is not a sustainable way to run a business.
