Always get my order wrong. 9/10 times the wait is long. Update 10/8/24. Still worst maccies ever

Extremely rude service. When asked for a straw, the female employee with tattoos on her hand threw it with aggression on the table.

The lady who served us was very rude.

It was OK but the service was terrible I was waiting for a hour to get my food >:( I was very hungry indeed! The food though, it made up for the service it was absolutely fabulous!!!!! The atmosphere was about 2 stars....but again the food was definitely: ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars!!!! I'd recommend it but macdonalds needs to up there game KFC is still my favourite! It's quick and delicious!!!

As with most takeaway outlets locally the quality of the food is extremely poor. The staff do not listen to your order and frequently get it wrong. I will be giving them a break. Local privately owned vans have better quality food.

Extremely rude service from young lady with glasses in drive through window. No "Hello" no "Thanks" just rude look. They forgot part of my order which can happen but when i returned to collect missing items this young lady made my experience horrendous. I hope she will get some strong words from her Manager. If you chosen to work with customer service you cannot behave like rude brat.

1st class ya can't best 20 nuggets fries milkshake and a apple pie goes down a treat 😋

Waited ages for click and collect burger was freezing and the fries looked and tasted as if they jst been dipped in the fryer

The chicken was cold, the order forgot all of the condiments, the milkshakes were out, and we repeatedly had to repeat our order for them to still get it wrong. If there were 0 stars I would rate them that.

A bits messy on arrival as must have been a rush . Softplay area shut due to damage and no crayons for colouring which was a real disappointment for the kids . Even when we asked a member of staff they didn’t have any crayons anywhere . Food was fine though.

Don't like the new style buns, they have more additives in them. I'm lactose intolerant and despite the fact I cannot see milk as an ingredient there is something in them which made my stomach bad. In addition, recently the fries have been coated in some kind of pepper (not listed as an ingredient) and they taste "hot" but with no salt. Moving away from the original recipe for me personally is a bad move. Staff always friendly and helpful but I suspect over worked, food is rarely ready and always a delay. Sorry to say I'll have to go elsewhere for a burger now because it tastes nothing like a Mac Donald's any more. Update: Tried Burger King opposite and to my surprise the hamburgers are how MacD used to be years ago, fries thicker and tasted great. Sorry MacD I've defected to Burger King after 40 yrs of loyalty. In fact my first job was in MacD !!

you have to check the ordered food because the ordered burgers were missing several times. When eating inside, you can complain about it, but bioactive takeaway or home delivery, I don't want to strengthen the complaint if something is missing

LOVE IT food was great! I tried to call Sharon to make her jealous that I stole her ex husband and she was so nice!! Love the food 11/10 would reccomend. Now these are my grand babies🥰🥰

Ordered meal for five delivery turned up totally wrong meal had to drive back to Macdonalds to get it sorted may aswell done that in the first place not even a free portion of fries as a way of an apology.

If I could leave 0 for service I would nearly 40 minutes I stood in the restaurant waiting for food no apologies nothing .. after waiting 20 minutes for food I asked where it was to be told they had to redo it for some reason staff just dam rude to be honest I then waited a further 18 minutes to be handed my order I will never be using that one again that’s the 4th time I’ve been and had the same service and 9 times out of 10 when the food gets to you it’s cold !

Food and staff were friendly but we went there for the small play area. This is out of order and taped up broken which was disappointing.

Went though the drive thru at Quedgeley by the canel chips were lovely and warm while the burgers were cold. They must of had the burgers ready then run out of chips as we had to wait approx 5 mins at the counter so burgers were cold chips were pipping hot as it all should of been, still eat it lo

I try to avoid going inside so I can only comment so much but everytime I order food online they're missing something. Usually it's a fries, drink, or sauces and I've worked for McDonald's in multiple locations and have friends who have worked in multiple locations there is NO reason for these things to be missed as often as they are. Clearly management are failing to manage. I did make a complaint a couple months back where I ordered food for my household and two of the most expensive things were missing and my strawberry lemonade maybe had 3 drops of strawberry spread across the bottom. Also the food was stone cold and I don't think they even know salt exists. In the grand scheme of fast food this location isn't worth the effort. Sorry

Absolutely shocking jst went to pick um a chicken nugget happy meal for my poorly son to get bak and they haven’t even put the chicken nuggets in fumming ur lucky I cnt afford petrol to get bak there otherwise I’d of smashed the places up 🤬🤬🤬

Young lady sorted our order out which was delivered to the table with a smile. And she checked that everything was OK. I forgot I was in McDonald's. Lovely surprise

Am trying to reduce my consumption of this type of cack to no more than 3 or 4 times a year. Yes it tastes reasonable, but it probably is as bad for the population as smoking.

As you can see, asked for a chicken and bacon salad with no cucumber, and got a chicken salad with no bacon, with cucumber. Wasted fuel driving back there again. Don't use this one.

Ordered food from here a few times. They usually forget something but this time it was £16 worth and while it turned up quickly the chips were cold and 2 items I ordered were missing. Missing my bites and my burger.

McDonald's was once the fast food default but lately the food is lackluster and I very rarely feel like I've enjoyed it. With so many other options available now I rarely bother with McDonald's anymore.

Shocking customer service, tattoo'd manager is a total waste of space, rude and arrogant. Over £50 wasted on a cold incomplete order.

The manager with lots of tattoos was so rude to us, when we asked for sauce she threw the packet at us, and was muttering and swearing under her breath about us. Food was cold too, thanks to that manager

the person at the desk was an amazing young man who was pleasant and lovely but the manager joe bloggs gave me pink eye and stinks what a neek he looks like gru from despicable me (see attached image)

Wow. My wife lost the purse probably in restaurant yesterday. We visited McDonald's Today and there it is. The wallet is waiting for my wife. Everything inside like before. Then around midday nice lady call to our door at home to inform us that my wife left the wallet in the restaurant. We are actually moved by approach to our problem. Massive, huge endless thank you very much for your help and so kind behaviour. Kind regards.

One of the more chilled Restaurants of the chain in Gloucester. Food was hot when delivered to table, atmosphere chilled and the toilets were very clean. Only fault the restaurant was a bit cold apart from that top marks

Ordered through just eat. If cold food, items missing and an hour delivery is your thing then this is the place for you. Saturday night is no excuse for terrible food. Every item was so cold it must of been bagged up 50 minutes before the driver even got there. Lesson learnt, don't be lazy and drive to burger king.

I had a very friendly woman that brought my items unfortunately the burger wasn't very warm at all but I will admit I couldn't be bothered to get up and ask for a hotter one.

Waited half an hour for an order in store, which was the only one on the screen. It seemed the team forgot we even existed, despite being the only people in there. They only realised once we prompted them. Avoid if in a hurry, "fast" isn't their forte.

Placed order through McDonalds app, yet again incorrect delivery. This time they didn’t bother to send the double muffin. On trying to contact them, not much help either. Seems to be a regular this from this branch.

Asked for a full fat coke, recieved brown soda water instead so you might want to check that Food was otherwise OK

It's a half decent Maccys. No complaints. I wish it didn't have the soft play there as it seems like an awful combo with a happy meal. But the staff and service has all been good.

This is the worst McDonald’s on earth.

You know what you get with McDonald's. Whenever we've been to this one, it's been clean, the tables and chairs are in good repair, and the staff are friendly. There's a kids play area which seems well maintained, and there have always been some colouring sheets and crayons available when we've been in. There can be a wait at busy times, but this is to be expected.

Why is breakfast always chaotic at this McDonald's? Coffee and hash brown was only just warm after such a long wait for a bacon roll. No apparent management control and no apology for the delay.. approx 8.30 on Sunday morning .

Unfortunately, our drive-through order never has our full order... always having to ho back on for all our items...defeating the point of drive through xx

Usually very good and worth travelling the extra distance up the duel carriageway from McDonald's Quedgeley. Today got my whole order wrong, the girl at the window needs proper training. How can you get everything wrong? Even though the receipt in the bag was what I ordered!

Got a £100 parking ticket for being a few mins over... Didnt know McDonald's had time limits.. It was a tuesday evening the place was empty. Theres a sign with the smallest writing as you go through the drive through.. But we sat inside.. We had just finished a long work shift and was just decompressing... There was teenagers in there not eating or drinking for the whole time we were there... But thats ok.. Because the was only taking up table space and not a car space in a half empty carpark.

1st time for years, total regret and never again..

My 2 children and I had a sit down meal at this occasion. The service was good, venue clean and a member of staff Abraham was going out of his way to cater the venue to help us 3. His mannerism and eye for cleanliness was an asset to this particular Mcdonalds franchise. We will definitely be returning

Ordered on home delivery, forgot over half of my order and was told I had to contact the delivery platform I ordered through, even tho the manager on the phone openly admitted that they could see the other half of my order just sat there on the side! Well done guys my children didn’t get to have there favourite tea on a Friday night!

Really Good restaurant, been here a load of times and even though you have to wait for some things for a while, its Worth waiting. Sometimes the fries are cold but everything else is fine for me. I recommend. (They have eat in, take away and drive thru)

Often use the drive thru with my elderly mum who loves a Mac D. Late mornings we usually get served by a lovely lady who is always helpful, efficient and multi tasking, I don't know how she does it. Rare to find someone who has time to exchange a few cheery words during a busy job but it makes all the difference. Never fails to offer great service. This one member of staff makes us select this branch over others. I hope she gets recognised for her hard work because working in Mac D's is a tough job, I know because I worked in one of their first UK branches back in the day!

Usually it's ok as it should be. You just have to check if they will give you everything you order. Those white shirt managers if they come to help, for example they can eat your "Extra Pork Sausage Patty" I paid extra £0.80p for it.

Fine staff well trained but Saturday afternoon seems very popular with teenagers. Shame there goes my quiet coffee.

Ordered via McDelivery. Third consecutive order that was incomplete and the food was stone cold on delivery. Will never use this restaurant again.

After order, 25min wait, then error with food -1 missing chips. Door locked due to eat in ending and drive through only. By the time I got in, through someone else leaving, staff rudely asked how I got in and said, someone left, unlocking the door, I have a problem with order. They did rectify and gave me an extra portion of chips. By the time I got home, other food was cold-as was my coffee which was given upon payment. Total experience time 37minutes.

This was without question the worst meal and service from any restaurant I have ever received, ordered on just eat waited over an hour for the food to be delivered 5 mins away from the restaurant, I called the restaurant chasing my order as was advised it had been prepared ages ago but had been forgotten by the driver so they would prepare a fresh order and send it out the order was £34.00 when it arrived it most certainly had not been freshly made it was freezing cold and milk shake melted I called back and was told to bag it up and bring it back and go through just eat for a delivery charge refund not able to do that as we’re office workers who’s lunch break had ended cause we waited so long, we had to throw the whole meal away disgusting service disgusting food

This branch of McDonalds is appalling. The service is worse than 1 star, but I can't give lower. There is simply no organisation by the staff. Food sits out on the counter going cold. A member of staff either on his break or finished made sure he got his food quickly, ordering long after I. When I got called, my daughters bag had no fries in, just nuggets. No drinks were given. I had to go back for those. Once home, my daughters friends' nuggets were disgusting as so cold she didn't eat them. A McFlurry had sat on the side and melted. Absolutely horrendous! I won't be back and advise others not to unless you have a spare 30 minutes to get your "fast food" and then eat it cold!
