Nobody cared.Young staff who couldn't be bothered.Food took a long time

Little slow, got the wrong size coffee but corrected. Was literally the only person there so not sure why the lack of pace or the incorrect order.

When are McDonalds going to realise that the Argos style numbering system is inefficient. No problems with drive through... if this one is too busy, I just drive to the next one on the M5 / a38 junction Update 1/5 Quarter of an hour to get a big mac meal and 2 coffees. Drinks were prepared straight away and then sat waiting for ages until food ready. Number system wasn't working. Basically could of taken any order and nobody would know. Really bad experience!

The restaurant looks nice. Inaccurate handling. Lack of order in the room.

Waited 20 minutes in collect bay, having ordered via the app. Went inside to see where my food was, not done. Asked the manager where it was and he started shouting like a lunatic. Seriously concerned with state of mind. He walked away from restaurant for no reason. My order was incorrect but wasn’t too bothered because of the hysterical nature of the manager

So been here 2/3 times since moving to the area and every time there has been something wrong with the order, today I spent around £20 and ruby who was handing the food out got it wrong, wrong bag for when I got home I only had 2 burgers instead of 4… everytime I go here now I will have to check the bags myself, useless staff

Easy to order on the self service menus.

15 minutes waiting for two happy meals on a Monday afternoon. At this rate you will need more bags for customers to park and wait for food. Fries were cold and so were the nuggets. Pointless

Terrible service! The queue for the drive through was ridiculous so I went inside and ordered 2 burgers,2 fries. After 20 minutes waiting I asked how much longer I would need to wait, the staff member asked who I assume was the manager to which I saw a shrug and a look of disgust. The restaurant area looked dirty and it seems the main focus is just eat/ deliveries orders, that seemed to be the main focus. McDonald's is no longer fast food!

Absolute joke of a McDonald's, constantly missing items including big macs which were top of the order but still charged for them. Won't be going back here the idiots have had enough of my money for not supplying items

Fast food Hahaha well if you call preordering then your family manage to drive from Cheltenham to burger King over the road get served receive said food and eat in the time this McDonald's manage to get my food out fast then yeah they hit it square on the nail but I suppose if you pay peanuts then you get monkeys.

I only go for a coffee and they still get it wrong.

Friendly staff, great service. The kids enjoyed the food.

Recemend this driver he did his job 100% with out any faults and forgetting stuff and was extra quick

The driver is so bad at driving turned around in a main road blocking the road of and blocking the road also dumped his car in the middle of a two lane road I have it all on cctv

I didn’t get my chicken nuggets that’s I ordered.

Food excellent as always. However due to it being fast food like all McDonald’s chains and KFC - they can miss items on the order from it being too long: very understandable and human error but it’s still being paid for and not given. As well as always having to park up when doing drive thru here as this one and Hardwicke is always busy! No matter the day or time these two Gloucester Mcdonads are soo busy! I don’t know how the staff manage it, it must be a lot of work every shift. So thank you to the team for always helping with every order, being kind and calm no matter how busy and manic it might be :)

Awful restaurant! Always deliver late; foods cold, icecream melted! Fries soggy! Never answer their phone! God awful restaurant won’t go back!

food was stone cold, all the boxes that held the burgers were crushed meaning all the burgers were squashed and looked like they had just been thrown in the boxes

I have just lost a 40.00 gift voucher trying to order something from Stroud road co op order never even went through but it has taken all the credit. And I do not no what to do ? Where is my credit when I have no order ?

Everything was cold substandard quality

Ordered bbq wrap, got chilli, my wife can't eat spicy food. The mcflurry was specified no chocolate bits due to allergies, had chocolate bits in it. The cheeseburger had no salad bits at all and was a crushed mess, at least the drinks were right, everything else was wrong or rubbish.

Food and coffee fine . Nothing memorable in service. But sitting outside amongst people in a seemingly drugged up state leaves us thinking it’s not a restaurant to return to.

We are regular customers and I have to say we have noticed the food and service is always excellent when Manager Christine is on shift. Her and her team always go above and beyond to make sure we get the best service. Give this girl a pay rise!

none of the 4 wraps had salad of dressings i did not get what I fully paid for I am do disappointed.

Food arrived 15 minutes late and quite cold. Drink had spilt in bag so had a tiny bit left in the cup when getting it out. Bag was soaked and some of the food packaging was soggy. Courier was kind to offer another drink to be brought out but I declined as it had taken a long time already.

When you do a drive through and expect fries with your meal and all you get is a bloody warm burger!! Lovely staff but this is rubbish!! Try to ring the landline no bloody answer!!

Horrendous, ordered in advance and still turned up an hour later stone cold! So frustrating!!!

The food was so cold. It must have been sitting around for ages, as the fries we're probably the worst McDs fries we've had and we are only a short distance away.. Not an enjoyable meal, kids burgers drenched in ketchup, shame as a good offer.

Second time I have ordered breakfast through the app and second time I have had the exact same item missing. There is no way to complain properly to McDonald's and they try to get you to complain through the delivery partner which you can't as it doesn't show your order and it isn't a delivery issue it's a restaurant problem not packing the order correctly! It's a shame this McDonald's is so bad.

Went here in the week, the kids were off on half term, so it was very busy, so got a Big Mc, but they were sold out, so got a burger, fries and a milk shake, but the milk shake wasn't working so had a diet coke, and took it home to eat, we only live abut 2 miles away. When I got home it was all cold, and the diat coke was flat, no fizzzzz, so not overly impressed this time.

My Nans food is cold and they forgot her sauce I always put in the notes don’t forget the sauce and they always forget she is very fussy and will not eat every time I complain they do nothing hence why I haven’t ordered for 4 weeks

Missing straws so we're unable to drink our milkshakes this happens all the time, missed all our dips even though we paid for them. It ruins the meal. Last time they missed all of our fries. It is totally unacceptable.

Hello, I’m very satisfied with the driver, as they always good to me, but I was missing one of my burgers, I know it ain’t the driver fault cause they the delivery guy and not the person who gathers all the food but would it be okay to get a refund
