Places has been closed for ages. I have updated the hours to say this multiple times, it says approved but then doesn't show it.

You can't really review something that isn't there anymore. It's gets a single star because this is the all way I can write this. Soon to be a shoezone shop.

Got my order home and there were no monopoly stickers on, which is ridiculous as the promotion doesn’t end until the 17th and it’s only the 14th!!!

Looks like it's now a KFC but not been changed on Google Maps 😔

ordered 3 things and got my chips load of rubbish they all must have rocks for brains and eat worms. unhappy customer is an understatement grow up

Food was cold after waiting an eternity! Seamed very understaffed! The place was very dirty!

We got kicked out bc our age . All we were doing we eating and talking not talking to anyone in public not talking to loud just talk and the manger said to us if we don’t get out they would call the cops and then he got out food and dropped it on the food ( we are 11-13 ) so not even teenagers

Mac is always Mac You can have a cheap and cheerful snack. By the way, coffee here is one of the cheapest and most delicious. 1.6 lb large Americano or cappuccino. Walked in, took 3 minutes, picked it up and left.

Shame it's closing down. Always so busy and so handy to grab food for the kids when out and about

Haven't had McDonald's for a while but it wasn't too bad. I had a chicken sandwich meal (sadly not real chicken) and my granddaughter had a kids burger meal. We asked for a second burger for her but it came with the gherkins and sauce which she doesn't like so had to get her another one. This did mean i could have a creme egg McFlurry which was as good as i remember. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was being continually cleaned. A good experience overall.

Toilets are sign posted for upstairs. (disabled downstairs). Was told we couldn't use upstairs toilets for our small child, very rudely by member of staff. Treated us like idiots when telling us to use a disabled toilet. Not very impressed at all.

Kids running riot leaving tables dirty etc just using it as a place to keep warm But food cooked fresh nice and clean

Awful service, very slow and serve the uber drivers before anyone else! I waited about 30 plus minutes for food. If you want fast food you don't get that here!!

Went through delivery and they forgot multiple orders so decided to go in was waiting at the desk for 10 minutes until manager walked past so i said excuse me and he very rudely said to me ‘just wait!’ in a very harsh tone whilst throwing his hands!!! yes the manager!!! I then had to wait another 10 minutes until one of the very lovely cleaners came over and helped me. Went back out to the car to eat our meal and the 20 chicken nuggets meal had a long hair in it!!! DISGUSTING restaurant don’t visit!!! If i could put 0 stars i would!

Twice now I have ordered from here using just eat and twice I have not received my order. I gave them a second chance as it was about 6 months ago it happened the first time. The site says delivered but nothing turned up. I called the venue and they said that there screens says delivered therefore it must of been delivered!! I got told it’s not their fault so I have to take it up with just eat. If your going to use a second party company to delivery your food then you should at least have people that are going to fulfil the job role! The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful and made me out to be lying that our order hadn’t arrived. If your going to order McDonald’s then order from the one up at jubilee. Shocking service even for McDonald’s standards

Had seen this mcdonalds when in the town the previous day and decided to go there as on holiday and needed something to eat. Despite there only being half a dozen people in there and only 2 other people waiting for food the service was ridiculously slow. Watching the staff behind the counter it seemed like no-one could really be bothered and didn't seem to be putting much effort in. I then watched one guy bag up some chicken nuggets and just chuck them into the bit for the girls to finally bag up. It actually made me laugh that someone could be like that with food people had paid for but when I saw a different guy do exactly the same with the burgers I decided that that must be the way they operate there. Be prepared to pay for food and have it made half heartedly and then just thrown around. Milkshake machine broken which seems a common problem with most mcdonalds these days. All in all awful ridiculously slow service. Glad it's not my local as would not be returning at all. Oh they do have an upstairs area and toilets but one guy chained this area off and then looked annoyed when two customers come downstairs and removed the chain to get out. Can only assume he didn't bother checking if anyone was up there. Better off avoiding this mcdonalds and going elsewhere or pop in KFC next door instead!

This McDonald's had friendly, cheerful staff. Unfortunately the food was served cold, even though we ate in with no waiting time. The chip baskets were full of chips waiting to be served going cold 🙁 Disappointed, this place lacks management guidance. Staff stood around talking loudly, when tables were left needing clearing and cleaning.

We were the only car in the drive through which makes me even more surprised that the pancakes were hard. Three meals which could not be eaten. Unacceptable

Good food but the staff are a bit rude and the other day my friend ordered a meal and then they got the wrong order and we went to ask about it and they took it back but didn't give a refund The woman with the red hair is a big no they gave my order to someone else and then I asked and they said it was a mistake but then I heard them saying I gave it to a freind to the manager and they just shrugged it off so rude

Full of groccels and beach goers but typical maccas

18 min wait for a Big Mac meal. No milkshakes available for the last 5 days. Restaurant not very clean. Phone chargers at front of store not working. Food tasted nice though.

No mcflurries, no beef patties, no milkshakes. My coke tasted like they put Oasis in it before filling with coke. Every other customer complained, some even after going through the drive through. Slow service despite not being particularly busy. You’d have thought a relatively new open would be pretty hot and efficient. Feels like this place had a lot of new hires and chucked them in the deep end with no experienced team members.

dont even bother . mcdonalds . more like keep your food warm with gone off cheese holy batman lol they cant even get a mcdonalds right theres no saving them . . trust me avoid like the plague all of them

Your usual, expected McDonald’s experience. The self-service kiosk I used to order wasn’t able to print receipts but it ended up being no problem as I luckily remembered my order number. I reported it and hopefully it’ll be fixed. It’s thumbs down for Maccy fries, thumbs up for the apple pies.

Ok so when you say McDonalds the words haute cuisine are clearly not gonna be anywhere near being to hand when your five pound mega meal is handed over but regardless there is some expectation on what slop you should be getting: it should the same meal every time, it should be hot, it should be fast. Fast food, right? This is where the mega corp has failed in it’s drive for ever more money, reducing staff and being on trend with its supposedly faeces-laden ipad ordering systems it no longer has the right mix of staff to do the job. Time was you could walk in, ask the person at the available till what you wanted and they would go and get it there and then. Right, wrong or otherwise it was at least fast food. Now you have the strange situation where there is one person going through (slowly) each order but the burger flippers are preparing stuff 10 times quicker than the packer and so the burgers wait and… wait.. and wait…. You can see what the mega corp has done - installed two heat lamps over the waiting burgers. Nope, that doesn’t work. So what was once mediocre fast food is now mediocre slow and cold food. Meh.

decided on a double quarterpounder to finish the night shift off as best option for time of day, got told to wait in carpark, thought this was a weird request but waited anyhow, after 20 minutes went to mobil to buy pies.

Good breakfast, the train was late so I walked into weymouth to get something to eat

25 mins wait for burger & chips! Pisstake, had to leave with nothing as I had a train to catch. Absolute joke! I know you’re busy but dont advertise ‘fast food’ if you can’t provide within 30 mins. And I wasn’t the only one. So I’m hangry & out of fkn pocket. Avoid them on Saturdays ! 😡 😡😡

Standard store with toilets upstairs. The food was tasty and well cooked and the staff were friendly

MacDonalds is MacDonalds. The blueprint is there and they are all almost identical. I was happy with the service and politeness of the staff but by no fault of their own some gangs of young customers were loud and annoying. I was impressed by the boldness of one of the female staff doing her best to get rid of them though.

Happy Meals toys always the same 12 times the gave the same toys and the have different. Food Cold like you order from Uber Eats. In Mcdonald order missing or sometimes cold food aswell. Disappointed

Urber eats disappointing! Food never arrived! Phone the manager James he said basically its not his problem it's to do with Uber,(Well your store employees them!) When I said I will be coming into the store to get our money back he said "are you threatening me" I replied its not a threat it's a promise he found that to be a threat silly boy! Just wanted our money back. Needs to treat customers properly as without us they wouldn't have a job.

Popped in for a coffee and I thought they have a very weird system , wanted to pay by cash, so was given a table number and told where to sit by a guy with one glove on ?? Why ?? Went up the counter and ordered my latte , sat and waited , the service was quick but the girl bringing out my coffee touched my plastic cup... that’s the whole point of this, your supposed to touch your own purchases , watched her again and again do the same , needs some training I feel .. and all the touch screen screens were not wiped regularly xx

We went to McDonald's for my brother's birthday but had the whole day ruined by this meal. First we got told to wait for 20 minutes in a different car park that doesn't belong to McDonald's. Then we had to wait a further period of time over an hour in a queue. When we finaly got to the order point, we ordered our food and got told we had to remove some items because it was £29 but for some stupid reason we were only allowed to spend £25 which will never be enough for a full family of 5. One of the adults then had to miss out on a meal as a result. Thanks for ruining my brother's otherwise great birthday. We will not be visiting again any time soon.

Not eaten all day so was very excited to finally eat something tasted off and was cold. Woke up at 6 am the next morning throwing up and with a very bad tummy. The only thing I had eaten was this and my friend who also ordered the same thing is throwing up too!

Busyish . Small venue but exceptionally clean . Very quick on service . Usual compedative prices and efficient staff .

Quick service and great refreshments at a realistic price too. Tea is very hot and taste great! Highly recommended.

If you enjoy the experience of exceptionally rude staff, awfully slow service and cold food then you will love this particular McDonalds. If not, please choose just about anywhere else. Truly awful.

Popped in on Saturday for a quick meal with the family. Great and friendly service. Read a load of reviews which all seem very bitter and have only ever done one review! Anyway would totally recommend.

We ordered out food on UberEats and first it got cancelled after nearly 2 hours of waiting, Then we ordered again and after an hour of waiting our food finally decied to arrive and it was awful. The chips were soggy and extremely salty got none of the sauces that you pay for (yes not the free ones) the burger was just thrown together a complete mess, weve ordered here in store a few times and the most notible time was when we went and simply ordered mozzarella dippers and apple pies and then my partners mum came in 5 minutes after and ordered some apple pies and so they gave our apple pies to her when we had been waiting for 20 minutes for everything the mozzarella dippers were sitting under a heat lamp for majority of that time, the entire restaurant was packed with no order at all, with 1 person on the till with a huge que, on both the till and the screens. The manager was useless, staff just stood around talking, suprised there isnt rats with the absolute mess the restaurant is in. Ive worked in catering and in kitchens for years and the first rule is prestine cleaning, exspecially in a place such fast pace. That has both the elderly and children alike, someone could be left seriously ill. Half of the food never gets the monopoly stickers because they always forget, not suprised this place is closing down. Do not go here! Go to Kfc there food is better the staff know what there doing and the restaurant is well maintained.

We ordered on uber eats I ordered the bbq signature meal and my partner ordered the chicken select (comes with sauce) when we received it we had no sauce, no straws (I do use the paper straws anyway but that's beside the point we still should have got straws) and my burger was wrong they gave me the spicy one instead and even changed the recipe to say spicy instead of bbq so had to order a new burger this isn't the first time they have messed up I would honestly give it no stars!!!

This place is dirty and needs to be cleaned alot more often. One if the members of staff didn't care about us and the other was lovely. Little more training needed.

Not all Mc Donald’s are bad but this one was...really horribly bad.For a mainstream fast food brand in 2019s UK how is this even remotely possible?Huge food delays,extremely rude staff”if you don’t like it go and eat somewhere else”...yes really!And guess what?....yes cold food.I’ll be writing to Mc Donald’s about this particularly grim experience but I guess they’ve heard it all before and don’t really care.... :-(

Came in with my young family . machines to order food not giving our receipts. Which is causing confusing with customers and the dull staff members. Customer service shocking and rude. Food cold and wrong customised order given. Overall shocking. Won't be returning.

Never got what you want, my meals are always missing bits. Feel ripped off yet again. Bacon big tasty, no bacon?? What the hell.. basics not being done here. No response when you complain. Joke

This had got to be the worst Macdonald's ever ! First visit they'd run out of sauces ? Yes I mean every single sauce !? Next visit the milkhake machine wasn't working, also no hot chocolate's ! I them asked for a cold frappe coffee which was also unavailable! I'd ordered a few happy meals and wanted them in bags to carry . Surprise surprise the burgers were wrong I, I'd ordered plain and both had gherkins and onion in , meaning my two children went hungry ! A few days later I had a few super hungry kids who were tired and hungery so I walked round to get them something to eat. The comedy continued...no happy meal toys .. I mean absolutely none. We had also ordered a hot chocolate ..when I tasted it it had a vague chocolate flavour but was more like warm water mixed with coffee and chocolate power. Basically vile and undrinkable. This branch is in serious need of some decent management. I will be making a formal complaint about the dreadful service I received there.

well ,me and my CHUMS were here for lunch, and darayl the cleaner/self appointed balloon guard came and stopped us fom getting a balloon. we are all 15 years old, and are still technically children, yet according to darayl we were NOT allowed a balloon!!! we were shouted at and humiliated in front of the entire restraunt, it was unnacceptable! will not reccomend this to anyone, and i hope darayl will learn from his actions,

Was in their the other day to grab some lunch although it was busy the staff were great and the food reached me hot as some time before it wasnt hot as think it was standing around a little bit if time

One of the better McDonalds meals with hot fries and even a hot hamburger which is a pleasant surprise these days.

Its too often do we find that they forgot something on our order and fed up of the inconvenience of having to go back. Please train your staff better and get orders correct. Your staff read of a screen so it surely cant be that hard. Thanks

Popped in as a family of 8 for food and it was very busy on the ground floor. The chain was across stopping people dining upstairs on the 1st floor where there were free tables obviously. When I asked the member of staff he said that no-one is allowed upstairs and when I asked to take my daughter to the toilet he said use the disabled one over there by the till!! Disappointing for a big chain company like McDonalds. Expect better.

Dropped in for an early breakfast while visiting Weymouth. The food was served fairly promptly and was warm and tasty, pretty much a usual McDonald's breakfast. I ordered at one of the self ordering points, which worked but failed to print the receipt. What was very noticeable in this McDonald's was how untidy it was with many tables that had not been cleaned and a lot of mess on the floor from spilled drinks and general rubbish.

McDonald's can sometimes get crowded. It is a lovely place to go and eat. The food ranges are endless and lots of people would love to go there. I love to go there and I think other people will too because of the food and the staff are amazing sometimes the machines have broken but that doesn't change a thing.

Typical rubbish McDonald’s, staff have no manners, service was below par, restaurant was dirty despite cleaner, clearly this is a place that should come with a health warning, complete shambles even watched people return food, shocking but nothing surprises me with the below par service and zero customer service or care

The slowest service ever and it wasn’t even busy. They served my milk shakes as soon as I’ve paid for my order which meant they stood on the counter for 20 minutes until my food was ready to collect. 20 minuets! For fast food? Loads of people behind the counter just walking around. Manager just stood there. My Big Macs were cold and chips were cold and soggy. The young guy behind the counter (can’t remember his name) was clearly embarrassed about the situation and was very nice trying everything to apologise. Will not be returning there again!

i’m am absolutely fuming!!! my big mac came without the piece of bread in the middle and it was freezing cold. also, my friend had a chicken nugget mixed in with her cheese bites, and she is vegetarian! she thought it was extra cheese and took a bite and then realised she broke her vegetarianism after 29 years!!! never been so disgusted in my life, and then asked them if we could have a discount code, they told us to leave the store! vile, i’m so ashamed

This is a great place to get something quick to eat. The staff are helpful. Recommend if looking for something quick.

we have used this mcdonals twice since we have been down to weymouth on our holiday. the evening team are spot on and provide quick friendly service, but the day team that were working when we visited were just depressing. they had no sense of urgency or didnt show any willing to be there. my order took what felt like ages at the counter and i recieved no eye contact or a smile.

The food was quickly prepared and was very tasty the staff were professional and polite the place was clean. Very enjoyable.

Evening meal. Drive through restaurant. Long wait for fast food. Staff could not find the cars which were awaiting take away meals. Given some donuts and chips for the inconvenience/wait. Friendly staff.

La comida y la bebida de calidad es estupenda, como siempre. La primera vez que tuve un batido en un McDonalds y ahora creo que es normal la bebida de elección. Restaurante limpio y presentable, puede ser mi única visita para el futuro previsible. Sólo vino a la zona en un fin de semana de vacaciones. Vivir todo el camino de vuelta en Londres. Mcdonald's es uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer con BK y KFC en el segundo y tercer lugar.

It seems now to be a trend with Mcdonalds to make you pre order food,be given a ticket with a number on and then have to queue till your number is called.There is a screen with the numbers that are waiting and those that are ready but not in numerical order.They have tried to copy the system in Argos stores.This outlet is much to small for the amount of people that use it.There is an upstairs but like all places it is rarely open.The staff do not seem at all happy to be working there having spoken to them.They do have a really good system of recycling your used cartons etc other than the ones that are left strewn across the floor by young people who think it fun to discard it onto the floor making even more work for the cleaning staff.Might be better to takeaway and eat the food on the promenade.

Too small, not enough seating - there's seating upstairs(my hubby checked it out ) but still pokey- but I was on crutches , so not an option so walked out and went somewhere else.

It is a silly system were you queue up the staff take your order and you pay. then you queue up again to get your food which was Luke warm staff looked not very interested and I felt they could not cope with the amount of customers. Not like other mcdonalds

I walked into this establishment in order to purchase my luncheon, I usually have a rather pleasant experience at McDonalds at this time of year due to the annual Monopoly game and look forward to receiving my stickers in the hopes of winning a prize. However to my surprise today I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake and a medium fries and shock horror, there were no stickers to be seen on top of the fact that I had to wait around 15 minutes for these items...I was going to approach a member of staff at nearby table however she spent around 20 minutes chatting to her presumable friends at said table.Despite the long wait and lack of stickers, i sat down and began to eat my meal only to find out that it was cold.I'm usually a lover of McDonalds and don't want to have to come to blows with the company but this kind of service is unacceptable.

Only went in to get a McFlurry. Saw the state of the restaurant and particularly behind the serving area - it was disgusting - walked out. Only good thing was the girl behind the counter was smiling and polite.
