Subway in Weymouth and Portland

The Middle age bigger woman in there is so rude. We asked simple requests that have been done before and she decided to be condescending and speak to my partner like s$it. This isn’t the first review about this person and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Unfortunately I hadn’t caught their name otherwise I would have put it in. The teenager working with her was more polite and professional.

The girl serving was so so so rude, I will never go in that subway again.she was acting ignorant about changing gloves as if it was a very difficult thing to do, two bits of cheese, hardly any salad and was so rude. Why is she working in customer service establishment with such a vile attitude

here on holiday and typing this review as i am stood in line. however i am the first one in line but they are too focused on online delivery orders,i just ordered my food and ny step dad went to say his order but he got cut off by the staff member to say that they are just going to do another delivery order before his. bare in mind i’ve already been stood waiting second in line to someone else who was also waiting for 10/15 mins before. my step dad explained he is here with me but still was told he can’t order whilst they make the delivery orders. really bad service to be honest. the staff are friendly and kind but need more of them! whole visit start to finish : walked in : 2:50 left at: 3:20

There was only one staff working at a time when we arrived and there were lots of online orders dropping in and huge queue but she stood strong and served everything quickly as possible and while doing so she made smalls talks with customers which felt good and welcoming.

they have forgotten our cheese every single time, but the subs were good! wouldn’t recommend this location if you actually want your cheese!

Open 24 h on Friday and Saturday, fresh food,this morning the manager was with a trainee and I was amazed how patient and passionate she was while explaining the process. Will definitely return.

Dropped in for a quick sarnie and was met by a very friendly young lad (29th April) only been in once before and he remembered us and our butties! He made great toaster talk and is overall a good face to have representing the establishment, his attitude and friendliness would 100% make me recommend this particular subway to any one! and I would come back again for great service and nice tasting sandwich! Great experience!!

Can't tell you what the food is like because we've been stood waiting to place an order for 45 minutes, watching the one member of staff, doing nothing but door dash orders!!! Just watched two people give up and walk out!! If this wasn't for our granddaughter, we would've also left by now!! Ridiculous!! Edit - we gave up and left!! Even the door dasher gave up on waiting for an order and left empty handed!! The shop is empty!!

Horrendous, burnt food, scorched even through paper! How can they serve this and think this is okay! Inedible! Going to make people ill! Avoid

Had a very nice welcome, I was served very quickly and the two servers was the best experience I have had at Subway in weymouth, 8 should of asked their names to make sure they get a well done.

Just been in to a subway in frome and it cost £21.90 for 2 subways 2 drinks & cheese bits. Weymouth subway was £15.90 for 1 subway and 2 waters. I didnt get any extras I think they just didn't like me. Every dog has thier day subway remember that!

Waited 2 hours for vegan roll. Finally arrived with cheese, can't eat it!!! As its so late, don't have time to get replacement

Awful, counter was covered in bread crumbs near the till Toilet was flooded with urine and staff knew nothing about it The restroom sign looks like it has never been cleaned and was almost unreadable Mud marks all over the counter Staff were very blunt and rude and when we went to use the toilet they refused to let us without an explanation Staff is always covered in jewellery which isn’t allowed in a kitchen and one of the female managers always has her cleavage on show which is indecent exposure in the workplace Bread always seems dry and the salad sometimes tastes a bit off

We were in town and kids wanted to grab something to eat,we chose Subway because the food is nice and fresh every time.Bread was still warm as i had mine not toasted and was delicious.The girls working were very friendly and made our visit very enjoyable.

The food was made to my specifications and the service was friendly and inclusive. It was a reasonably happy experience.

I like the sandwiches in here and they do good coffee too. The staff very friendly even when they are busy.

It's a subway. It's good. Me and my daughter were server really quickly even thought there was a huge amount of people in front of us the tagged worked liked to make sure that we Hadd a high level of service given to us. Worth it. Very high level of standard to subway. Thanks for the subs!!!

A fair deal for a choice of healthy food. No oily chips and burgers.

Don't usually eat lunch but had a small breakfast. Called in for a 6" sub with my wife. She had the meal deal, so had a drink & cookie too, which I shared. Both subs were well made with good fresh ingredients by a young lady who was quite obviously experienced at her job. The price was reasonable as well. The young lady was always on the go, cleaning tables etc etc.Enjoyable visit.

Waited a full hour to be delivered this… it was soaking wet and completely inedible as well as being unable to get through to the store. To ask for a refund it’s a complete joke.

Came in today in early afternoon. The guy working was amazing but run off his feet with a line of customers and tons of delivery orders, so took a good while to get to our order. Really should have more people there, felt really bad for him.

I ordered food from here at 8:30 and got it by 9:45 when it was supposed to be delivered by 9. The drivers was changed 3 times and one of them made it halfway then disappeared off the map on the justeat app probably because they decided to eat my food. When it finally arrived my partners wrap wasn’t even warmed up and my subway sandwich was plastered with sauce probably to cover up that it had no cheese with it and looked like a 5 year old made it because of how messy it was and didn’t taste how it ever tasted whenever I had eaten here before. After eating it me and my partner still feel sick and it’s almost 2 hours later, the only good thing about the meal was the orange tropicana that the subway don’t make them self. Disappointed and not going to order from here again.

I was a regular customer of subway Weymouth before I left to go abroad and customer service was appalling but when I came back I had the best experience in the Weymouth shop a, very polite and helpful Scottish lady that went above and beyond to serve me and my experience was second none. I personally have told some of my friends that they should check it out.

Over past few years really gone down hill, new manager trying to make a effort to turn around, my biggest concern is that none of the staff has got food hygiene/safety certificates as need to be on public display, been same over the last few years as if food safety doesn't matter

Wouldn’t bloody bother, would give 0 stars if I could!! Ordered meatless meatball sub on just eat, it arrived freezing cold like the meatballs had been defrosted and not cooked, I’m pretty sure it had dairy cheese on too and I have a dairy allergy!!!! It went straight in the bin after one bite!!!!

Waited an hour for my order to be delivered then it was cancelled because “they had run out of bread”. Subway - the SANDWICH SHOP! Not sure what the lesser of the two evils are, either gross incompetence of management for under ordering their main product or too lazy to do their job and make my sandwich. Let me know which one you choose if you can even be bothered.

Ordered a sandwich for my son to be toasted and it got burnt one end. Server just carried on with it so my son ended up refusing to eat it and it went in the bin

Went there for the first time in ages, the man, or should I call him a gentleman, was so polite. He called mam and my partner and we called sir. He was extremely busy, as the new starter hadn't turned up, but was still in a really upbeat mood. I was pleasantly shocked by the service and the food. We'll definitely be back.

You ask for lots of salad things,you get lots of salad unlike some subways. Some people have lots and others have none so it balances out.

What an absolute joke. Firstly I would say the guy in there was an absolute star, and had his hands full trying to fulfil delivery orders and serve walk ins. The poor guys was inundated with people. A utter disgrace to have one member of staff on and to expect them to deal with all of that. He was so chatty, and kind and gave great customer service. But I've come away to the park with my salad to eat, and no cutlery. But purely because this guy was swamped. I don't blame him. I blame the awful team management! Get a new job mate. You're worth more than that!

So we do like a good subway but 2nd time we have been in 2 months and yet again a poor girl is doing her best to fulfil the takeaway orders as well as walk in orders! Where is the rest of the staff to help her out? It’s unfair and disgraceful and if I was her I’d probably walk out with the amount of attitude she gets from customers and lack of staff! My advice to the girl is: get out and go somewhere where your more appropriated and valued!!

Called in this morning two customers in front of me, 10 minutes later i am at the counter waiting to be served no acknowledgement from any of the three staff, then they said who is doing the delivery orders. Five minutes later still not served and no acknowledgement so i left, awful service.

Usually a decent meal but the staff clearly don't care or want to be there. Would only recommend via takeaway rather than picking it up yourself.

Awful amount of meat in my subway and also turned up with 2 tiny hairs on only spotted because I was in my kitchen would not recommend getting a delivery at all the have been told about the one in Wyke aswel when the person behind counter seemed stoned and was scratching his neck and messy hair with his hand then touching sandwiches disgusting business.

Good food, covid safe and the assistant manager is great. Definitely would recommend to anyone hungry in town.

We ordered 3 footlongs and only received two because they had no meatballs. They didn't bother to ring up they just made us pay and gave us two. Except for this they have great food but this isn't the only problem we've had there..

After a 35minute wait of just one staff serving, (manager decided a long queue at lunch time was an appropriate time to have a cigarette break) I finally got to the front of the queue to only be told they were out of meatballs and I would have to wait another 8 minutes. 20 minutes later and I finally get served!. The manager's attitude and language towards the other member of staff was appalling.

Staff during Saturday afternoon to busy talking to friends, actually rood to my wife as she walked away as she asked for a milk sachet, did not wipe tables down between visitors as is covid advisory. Having said that food and coffee fantastic.

Had a meal from here on the Saturday evening as we were late arriving to Weymouth. Generally you know what you’re getting with a sub but what set this place apart was the lady serving. So polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Just picked up a takeaway that was ordered online and was given barley what we had ordered! A sub missing and a sub that wasn’t made to order. Subs were a mess that were given. Called the restaurant to complain but was given the excuse of “it wasn’t me on shift so there’s nothing I can do” order for 213 was a shambles and was robbed for their money

Don't normally bother doing a review on a Subway or similar, but just had to today as popped in this branch last Friday and service was the best ever! For years now I been to ALOTA different Subways all over too many to mention including services etc. This was the best availability of product, quickness of being served and subs made up I've ever had, the two ladies were a credit and so jolly! 😊 😃 👌 🥪

This is a nice small subway with a dining area for customers. This makes a nice change when you want a meal that’s healthier but don’t want to spend too much. When I visited the store it was clean and staff were friendly. Whilst this isn’t the biggest store I certainly recommend it. There is a small toilet for customers to use as well if you don’t want to trek around looking for a public bathroom.

Sandwiches are great but the drinks are absolutely horrible. Most of the cold drinks are diet version with some horrible sweeteners and the coffee is just as bad and very watery.

Thanks for the excellent service tomy, nice for a chef to be taken care of for a change. Realy good call on the salami ham combo as alternative to meat ball, 100% effort in to that bad boy and it hit the spot.

Son thinks it's great, have not tried it myself
