If i could I would rate them zero the worst food I'll ever tried doner kebab no flavour at all greasy disgusting highly not recommended AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely disgusting food my son ordered tonight . The burger was disgusting, the chips greasy and the chicken wings were so spicy they made my other son sick . They never said the chicken wings were spicy on menu . Will never use again

Amazing as always. Arrived quickly, hot and delicious. We ordered pizza's and chips. Burgers and chips. Burger/kebab and chips. Staff are always so helpful. Would recommend.

I give this place ago for the first time... my kebab was hot and fresh but absolutely no taste at all...... It was so bland it could easily be mistaking for being syntheticDep

Never ordering from them again. I ordered my food at 7:55pm and it arrived at 9:20pm not happy

Honestly the worst chicken kebab I've had in my life. And the chicken burger was so crispy, it wasn't enjoyable either. Do not recommend. Also cash only, so no doubt dodging the tax man. Always a red alert when it's cash only.

Great doner kebab! We got the medium and it was huge and amazing amount of sauce , just as requested. Would recommend! 100%

I wasn't sure whether a Turkish pizza would be any good but I was really pleasantly surprised. I had a Mexicana (spicy meat, jalapeños, etc) and it was really good - well-cooked, fluffy base, well-loaded with toppings, better than any Dom**os pizza I've had. Absolutely delicious, and just the right level of lip-tingling spiciness.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Family members enjoyed their pizzas very much. Thank you for looking after us, much appreciated.

The most awful kebab I have experienced. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on their webpage. Cold, soggy and utterly tasteless. Very disappointing.

Ordered food from here tonight. Food turned up fast and was brilliant can't fault it portion sizes were great and was food value for money. Would definitely recommend. Had a few orders from here recently and service and food have been perfect everytime.

Veggie burger lovely and roast chicken and chips always spot on. Portions a fair size and reasonably priced

Terrible customer service!!! Food was cold he couldn't even be bothered to offer new food or even a refund at that. Only good thing about this plce is the delivery driver

Very bad kebab, we have been on the toilet since last night, approx 1 hour after we ate it. We'll are about 3rd before stopping as it tasted wrong. We were visiting Portland for the Day. On our way along the coast. Stay clear.

Do not eat. I am writing this at 4.40am after being sick many times after eating a kebab around 6-7ish.

Ordered in the shop and they were friendly and pretty quick. Enjoyed the shish kebab.

We had two different pizzas and they were absolutely lovely. Lots of toppings, lots of flavour. Fast delivery. Will definitely order from the again.

Food is always on point just a shame the female member of staff answering the phones is rude and arrogant. The hyper link takes you to the wrong app which she was insistent on telling me im wrong

Value for money , don't skimp on the meat or salad. Delivery service brilliant never have to wait the time scale they state. Definitely recommend

Awful! Ordered on the app and originally said 50 minute wait, I called up after the time to be told another half hour - ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. Ordered the 'Portland special' which is designed for 2 people and I specified the salad I wanted to be met with a small box of onion and about 2 bits of cucumber (in a small burger box) not sure how that's meant for 2 people. Portion sizes are ridiculous! They also forgot the chilli sauce I ordered and paid for and when I called was told to tell them 'next time' to include one (but this is the 2nd time they forgot it). The woman who answers the phone is RUDE! Given this place many chances purely because it's the only kebab shop on the island but never ordering again. Food is disgusting, comes late, items missing and arrives cold. Terrible customer service! Will stick with driving into Weymouth from now on.

If I could give it a minus I would! Absolutely appalling customer service skills from the rude woman who answers the phone to take orders. I can not believe the way she spoke to me. So rude!! So long as she works there I will NEVER order anything from this place ever again. Iv always used this place and always liked it till today. She should be sacked. I'm disgusted.

Disgusting food, disgusting place. Both times I ordered both times had hair on the chips. They don’t even give you tissue and fork with your food. Nasty place don’t recommend eating from here.

First of all the delivery guy was very rude even said he was going to leave the food on the door handle even though we was waiting near the window and door he says he was there for a while absolute lie food quality has gone down hill very greasy and devoid of flavour

Way too long a wait. Told 20 minutes (after ordering) then received more realistically in 30. Kebabs are nice though there isn't much sauce or salad

Ordered food at 8.15pm didn't turn up until 10pm! I phoned up to ask why and they didn't have an excuse. Food wasn't hot and the burger bun was hard.

Really rude and unfriendly staff. The lady on the counter (she made a useful ornament) and the staff behind the till didn’t care and to be honest quite glad I didn’t order there. No food hygiene and a clear lack of knowledge of food allergens. A nice referral to food standards it is🙋🏼‍♂️ No wonder the shop was empty 😂😂

Chicken doner was dried up rubbish, the pitta bread was ok, my brother doner kebab was fine , felt I had to put a review on 20 Min after visiting this shop , well disappointed .

I used to get it everyday I had one bad experience and I asked for a refund I was told they’d send my refund as soon as they could after 1 hour I phoned again and asked where it was they said I had to go to the shop I then paid for a taxi up to the shop with the receipt and went in and proceeded to ask for my refund and when I got up there they said he needed to see the food but didn’t add or even mention it on the phone he said bring the receipt so I did so after being turned away again! I gave up I ordered two nights ago and they cancelled my order without even bothering to tell me so I phone up and they say the driver is off sick then I ordered 5 minutes ago revive an email saying the orders been cancelled so I rang up and apparently the boss won’t deliver to me? It’s ridiculous waste of time and awful customer service DONT GO HERE!!

Absolutely fantastic! Good quality and delivery quick! Portland special was amazing! No problems at all to deliver to our motorhome at the sailing academy! We’ll definitely be ordering again! Thank you!!

Turned up to deliver only half of the order - said the pizza was still in the oven! Driver said he would return in a bit with the rest of the food but wanted to be paid in full now - we refused to pay for what we havent recieved yet (usually people like to eat together!) driver then took the food he had managed to bring out of our hands and refused to leave it until we paid for EVERYTHING. Different delivery driver turned up 25 mins later with not very warm food. No appology.

The first time we went the kebabs were great. The second time a few days later it was a different person serving and sadly the meat was in tiny chopped chunks, I asked for chilli sauce and he didn't put any on and didn't put the other sauce I asked for on the top either, even though I tried to ask three times. Very disappointing

I do regard myself as something of an experienced Kebab eater, and although the quality of the product at this takeaway is okay, the staff are quite literally the most miserable I have ever been served by. I have lived in many parts of London, and can only assume that these people feel so out of place on this little island that they view their customers as an irritating necessity rather than something to engage with human interest.

Food was shocking. The chips looked like they was cooked at 5pm when I ordered at 10pm. They was so dry and hard to crunch. The chicken nuggets were rock hard and honestly I've tried bird's-eye chicken dippers better than them. You need help portland kebab. You need help...

Food lovely, plenty of variety, pleasant and friendly staff

Prices combined with offers can be inexpensive but reasonable prices across the board. I think a bit longer on cooking time would get them 5 *!

Ordered 2 kebabs and 2 kids meals ... a hour later they turn up ... not great but acceptable untill you find they have got one kebab compleatly wrong and forgotten the kids drinks ... well 2 hours after ordering and a hour after complaining I'm sat here writing this with the wrong kebab still sat on the kitchen side and the kids in bed without their drinks ... food was ok not great but if u wanna have something different to what you ordered and wait too long for it it's a great place...udated the morning after... after my call to complain about what was wrong or missing and the man on the phone not really caring or apologising and guess what they never turned up to correct their mistake or deliver the drinks... and ignored another phonecall over 2 and a half hours after our original order ... never going back and going to post the wrong one through their door today at some point 🖒
