Normally the chicken is lovely hot and crispy this time it was lukewarm and felt like it had been cooked long time ago not very impressed at all

Every meal was cold, forgot our drinks. We called the shop to let them know they forgot the drinks and they apologised and advised they would bring them out but failed to do so.

It's a perfect shop for a tasteful takeaway. We really enjoyed the food and very fair priced. The location of the shop is very practical and well put. We hope to visit again.!

The food is excellent—definitely five stars—but the service leaves much to be desired. I've visited several times, and the customer service has consistently been poor. Condiments must be requested, and even then, I received only two napkins for three people. More often than not, the answer to any request is a flat "NO" very rude always. I won't be returning.

Ordered food got me on time but it was totally burnt food. And when I ordered it shows that there was a regular fries with the item , but I didn’t get it.

Delicious food. Good quality chicken with great flavours. The only thing to improve was the steamed veg box as it turned out to be like the frozen veg you get out of the bag! Otherwise a nice, tasty meal. Would recommend.

Wow! Just...... wow. This is a fantastic place to eat. It's small, but there is plenty of room. And it's very comfy. It's as though the proprietors thought of every possible way to make your time there comfy, cozy and pleasant. The food we ordered was cooked fresh in front of us, we had the chicken burger, chips and a coke and it was well worth it. £4.95 each. For that we each had a large amount of food. The two staff members were lovely, very good English, and everything was done in an unhurried, but professional manner. This place has MacDonalds beat, hands down! I would definitely eat here again.

First time in Weymouth and Rio (Came from Birmingham). Service is quick and efficient. Waited about 15 min as they were fairly busy. Food was excellent and delicious. Atmosphere is calm and workers seem to be working tirelessly. I will recommend.

I'm a bit disappointed you chared me for loaded fries then give me two loaded nachos, whe only order one of them, for next time maybe checking the order more the twice, might stop this from happening

We came from London and had a very bad experience * we ordered 2 full grill chicken deals £36 came out with burnt chicken with smell that griller uses some bad piece of cloth to clean the grill for chicken turned out to be Smelt grill chicken !!! We immediately returned even other customers smelt it and joined theirs elves with us !! So much so when we reorder for macho burgers they burnt it again with no remorse!! Pictures are attached for evidence! Guys just becareful!!! Busy shops poor management..SAD.

We are from london. Was looking for halal food Restaurants. The reviews for this place were 👌🏼. We went for lunch it was delicious the chicken was soft and juicy the lemon and herb wings 👌🏼. Soft perfectly cooked rice. If you’re in the area. It’s a must eat place.

2 piece chicken n chips was soggy and cold!! chicken n rice was okay but seemed on the small side considering i upgraded to x lrg and also waited for 1 1/2 hours for a huge dissapointment!! wished id odered from rays chicken now!!!!!.I Will not be ordering again or will i reccomend this estabishment!! what a waste of money and still hungry.

I had a wonderful experience here! The atmosphere was very friendly, and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and even gave me free dips when I forgot to order them. Highly recommend this place!

Grumble only 1 small piece of chicken in the loaded fries and the new sandwich burnt and badly built no where near as much chicken in there as there was the first time I bought will not order again 3 bad orders in a row and I’m a regular pretty gutted to be honest this was my number 1 takeaway till now sort it out

Delivery all good, food was awful this time although usually it’s pretty spot on. This time fries well over cooked they mostly hollow, both burger dry and chewy point I nearly choked

Very overpriced and not very tasty. The lemon and herb chicken with rice tastes like it's marinated in lemon curd, it's sweet and not very nice. I used to love rios but am very disappointed.

One of my favorite places to eat in Weymouth, for a quick bite. The prices are competetive, and the food is so tasty. I usually go for the extreme hot Frango burger, without mayo (and they always remember to not add mayo! Nice) It's the only place where extreme hot actually means it's spicy! I love the little chilli sauce dip too, really tasty. The fries are always prepared fresh to order and are crunchy and piping hot. I love the fact that they still use the proper straws in their soda cups - so no gross soggy paper in your drink (massive bonus points for not 'greenwashing' their business, and focusing instead on better customer experience). The staff are always friendly and polite while taking orders. It's always clean and well maintained too. No rubbish on the floor, tables are wiped down frequently, etc. If I had to find something that could be improved, I would say that the 1 minute loop advertising screen is a little distracting. But a very minor suggestion. I just love the fact that they don't 'tone down' the flavors, or spice, to patronize the British market - It's strong flavors, spicy, and authentic - Just the way it should be. Rios - Please keep things exactly the same. Don't change anything. I love it. Edit 24/01/24 Dropping the score by a point as they forgot to remove the mayo from the burger, and had to buy another. However this was only one time, and mistakes happen. Also now they use paper straws which is a bit of a downer. But I do like the fact that they use exclusive drinks, like the mango soda, and mixed fruit soda too.

This is a regular visit for when my boyfriend comes to the UK. we LOVE it so much, the vegetarian options are so tasty too! they actually spice the food aswell not like other places where you medium and get mild at a push. My boyfirend tries a new thing each time and has loved or enjoyed all of the options hes had. The burger was his particular favourite.

We are regular customers with Rio’s and have never complained before- we have visiting family down and raved about the quality of food- we ordered the two whole chicken platter and felt short changed- there was only legs and absolutely no chicken breasts, looked like the order had been pieced together with scraps- very disappointing considering usual high quality
