Ex- employee here, there is a colony of ants living inside of the shake machine, literally in the tubes where the syrup is pumped into the drinks. Also, 90% of the male kitchen staff do not wash their hands after going to the toilet. The BM didn’t seem to care when I brought this to her attention, too focused on sales to pay mind to hygiene.

It's McDonald's. The toilets and general area were clean, we were served relatively quickly, food was safe to eat and tasted good. The Mcflurry machine was working. Parking was easy. Payment and ordering machines worked well. A receipt was given which had our number on it. A standard McDonald's experience.

By far the worst experience I've ever had from a McDonald's today, was told to wait outside for almost 30 minutes for our food which was just nuggets and fries, by the time we got it, the chips were cold, not cooked properly , we were missing one load of 9 nuggets, and the nuggets we did have were like they were reheated from yesterday's leftovers, shocking

Not the best McDonald's restaurant but we do stop there occasionally. It is generally clean but could be messier during very busy hours. The turnover of staff is huge, so constantly trainees and often forget items on our order. When food arrives you have to instantly check if everything you ordered is on the tray ,😊. If you order a tea- 99% they won't bring your milk, so you have to go and queue up to get some. They often forget sauces. The ice cream machine doesn't work most of the time. The staff is generally friendly. The location is convenient, there is a drive through as well. The toilets are ok, generally clean. The restaurant has its own security officer due to antisocial behaviour of some teenage customers. We do pop in, cheap, fast food but prefer a different restaurant that is near Morrisons store.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a relatively small order. By the time I got my food, it was cold.

Missing food, made to move as upstairs closing then they reopened after we relocated. No real organisation inside, staff all getting miss information

It's McDonald's, so you know what you're going to get...was really busy but still served quite quickly...

Visited recently and can’t complain. The restaurant was busy like any McDonald’s but my food was ready in about 10 mins.

Working hard staff ,management shuld add 1 or 2 more guys per shift definitely, and some one to take care about cleaning only !!

2 missing items, breakfast wrap all at one end and fell apart in a mess, spilled coffee in the bag due to lid being put on insufficiently. seems like orders being sent out in a rush without proper quality checks.

Food was cold and most of the drink was in the bottom of the bag so it dripped all over the carpet and on side and dips were missing

Never received food. Driver was asked to call when they got to the house, they never called and food ended up being delivered to wrong address. We never received our food.

Poor couple experienced racial abuse by a young group of people which resulted in them leaving. Me and my friends then watched the colleague called Russel I believe with blonde hair go over and chat all friendly with the group! Racists!!!!

Hamburger was burnt, The new “service charge” that’s been added is a big disappointment!

Absolutely shocking service! Should have just driven down myself and got it! How it took nearly 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES to receive three *FAST FOOD* meals is beyond me. Time kept changing, getting later and later. We had to get home to put our baby to sleep but instead, had to wait to actually eat our COLD dinner. Never ordering off here again! No one to call or ask what the delay is. REFUND REFUND REFUND

My drink was not done up properly and was spilt in transit.

Food was cold, ordered a large strawberry milkshake but a large half empty liquidy chocolate mixed up. Some of the food was squished. Some items also missing. Very disappointing.

i didn’t receive my chips my drink or my cheese burger i would like a refund please.

Food was fast and good as expected. Didn’t use toilets. Staff were friendly and nice to see this McDonald’s not overrun with teenagers working, was nicer to see a range of ages and experience.

Food was cold! On the GPS tracker, the driver went to my home address, despite being ordered to my WORK address! It was every one else’s fault but his own.

Order took a while to arrive, app indicated it was due to it not being made for a while, however when it did arrive, was freshly made and really hot, so all good.

took over an hour to be delivered when food eventually arrived it was cold and the drinks had spilt everywhere so out of 3 drinks ordered we had like 1 and half full cups which had clearly been sat around for ages as all the Ice was melted

The courier made no attempt to call me on the mobile, despite me giving a tip in advance. I do not have a doorbell. S/he may have knocked at the door but the front door opens into a lobby and knocking cannot be heard from a sitting room two doors away. We have five dogs so they would have heard if any noise had been descernible. THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELY COLD SO WE HAD TO LEAVE THE CHIPS AS THESE TASTED DISGUSTING BY THE TIME WE SEARCHED FOR OUR FOOD OUTSIDE. We are really angry and disappointed.

We popped in for lunch after a morning at the beach. The restaurant was clean, fresh and inviting and the staff went above and beyond with their level of service and friendliness. The meals were hot, tasty and enjoyed by all. A credit to the Mcdonald's brand.

I didn’t get my actual order and from past experience they never send the right order when you call and complain. I’ll never use you again. I received the wrong items. Never again

Ordered at 17:10, didn’t arrive until 18:35. The food was stone cold, chips were soggy and my daughters hamburger was missing. I tried calling the restaurant 8 times, and my call was being ignored. Absolutely disgusting.

No sauces. McDonald's is expensive enough now and you don't even give any sauces that should come with it. Don't even get a straw

Nice place but they got the order wrong and it wasn't just our order either. However it was crazy busy in there at the time. Place is big and ample seating areas inside and out. Staff seemed rushed but polite and quick to rectify issues. Would visit again.

Burgers and chips were cold, chicken trips and nuggets were OK. Delivery was as per app and driver was friendly. Take it the chips and burgers had been sat in store cooked for a while.

Completely wrong items were delivered, I asked for the burgers to be plain, got them with extra pickles. My partner is heavily autistic and we had to throw them away. I ordered a Big Mac and got a McChicken. How on earth do you mix up the two? No fries in the order, and I paid for 4 portions. Absolutely abysmal.

the driver took items out of our order as the bag was open and not sealed when spoke to the driver he just dumped the bags on doorstep and left in his car

Excellent table service that surprised me that they will bring it to your table, I know that now almost everyone is starting to have it, The food is very good but as always in all places they have very little substance and in the end you are left wanting another one, a trick is to take 4 small ones so you fill yourself to the top and eat for less money

The hot chocolate was a full cup of hot water, resembled washing up water. so disappointed, I always enjoy the hot chocolate, until now. the chips were cold. The share box and apple pies saved the day.

They sent us the wrong order and now won’t replace it
