Incredibly slow service and food as bad as always.

i was waiting for 20 minutes for one small diet coke. overall terrible expierence. workers were extremely slow and rude. wouldn't recomend this place,worker then gave me a dirty look as i collected my drink.

Slowest drive through ever over 20mins. After the wait we thought it would be good. Looked like it had been launched into the bag from the other side of the kitchen and cold.

My order got missed and had been left on the side for a while - Elaine made sure a fresh order was made up, and prioritised it for me. She made what could’ve been a disappointing experience a very positive one. Always good to see exceptional individuals retained in chains as large as McDonald’s, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Russell also very kindly offered to dispose of our rubbish and was another credit to the business.

Amazing customer service, no longer than a 5 minute wait and food tasted great. Love a McDonald’s and good to see a great team.

I ordered 3 cheese burgers through the McDonald's app, I removed the mustard and pickle option and they still gave me the cheese burgers with the above in.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and once we got it it was cold. We asked to see a manager and waited 5 minutes before we gave up waiting as we had children at home that was hungry. They were to busy serving delivery's.

Hair in both Big Macs!!! Travelling back from Bournemouth and only place open. Often cold and tonight topped it with hairs in both burgers.

I would 100% recommend going to the Weymouth gateway retail park McDonald’s instead of this one We ordered on the screens then stood at the collection area for half an hour While waiting one of the staff openly admitted to giving an Uber eats driver the completed wrong order then laughed Evidently they don’t care about the service they’re paid to provide

Waited 20 minutes after being told it would be 3 minutes, after doing the drive through for 2 coffees, went in it was so busy, waited 5 minutes to be seen, not possible. Service was absolutely shocking! Told by the manager she can't help refund me, very rudely! Won't be going here again.

Visited Jubilee Way a while back so upgrading the reviews. Very friendly staff that made us welcome and a traditional location of a well appointed McDonalds not far from the seafront. Have not yet visited Souter Way but it's on the list.

Very quick and speedy service. Aaron, who I believe is a crew trainer from his top, brought out our meal in a timely and speedy manor, and was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed which made our experience very positive.

Food is generally ok. Trying to buy food is a different matter. It's always rammed full, with hordes of delivery drivers swarming around the service desk blocking all the visiting customers out. It's chaos, and you are left feeling like a second-class customer.

On the whole it's quick easy food sometimes they get a order wrong and food is warm not hot. But on the whole cheap easy dining.

As always something wrong on order. Couldn't not follow requirements which we made on till. Pigsty. And constant problems with youngsters. Never again.

Anyone else thinking of getting the McRib I wouldn't bother, a rustlers is cheaper and tastes better and honestly look at the state of this... Paid the best part of £5 for THIS...

We placed an order and recieved cold food and some of our order was missing. We tried to file a complaint but our phone calls were not answered and we could not contact anyone from the delivery app.

Was served by Nathan and miya and they were kind, helpful and efficient as well as this my milkshake was superb!👍

Above average McDonald's, a bit nicer than most when I visited. Best bet in the area late in the evening out of season. Food no better or worse than normal McDonald's. They always get *** from me, meaning as expected.

`Milkshakes are unavailable`. In over 2 years I`ve only managed to get a milkshake just once. It`s 2024 and they still haven`t solved this problem? You can`t have a McMuffin or hash browns after 10.30 and their App wants to track your location. ...lol Nah.

Said they were open online, was not.

Consistently forgetting food when ordering delivery. The last three times I’ve ordered from here they’ve forgotten to give me half of the items I paid for. Wont be ordering again.

Did click and serve, however after 15 minutes waiting I had to ask where my order was When it arrived 5 minutes later was cold Poor service

got my order wrong TWICE in one day this is NOT ok. forgot my 6 chicken nuggets and gave me a medium fries instead of large. i hope you get better. you know who you are

What to say... It's McDonalds. Sometimes it's alright, other times it's pants. You might get hot chips, you might get cold chips. You might get your whole order, you might not. There's a drive-through and toilets. It's a McDonalds.

Picked our McDonald's take away from the drive through , got told to wait outside while our food was cooked , drove the five minutes to where we were staying . Our food was stone cold , was very disappointing. Would rather have gone without as was not nice atall . Next time we will check before we leave which we should not have to do . Please McDonald's at least make sure the food is hot before serving . Not to much to ask. !!!

Ex- employee here, there is a colony of ants living inside of the shake machine, literally in the tubes where the syrup is pumped into the drinks. Also, 90% of the male kitchen staff do not wash their hands after going to the toilet. The BM didn’t seem to care when I brought this to her attention, too focused on sales to pay mind to hygiene.

It's McDonald's. The toilets and general area were clean, we were served relatively quickly, food was safe to eat and tasted good. The Mcflurry machine was working. Parking was easy. Payment and ordering machines worked well. A receipt was given which had our number on it. A standard McDonald's experience.

Not the best McDonald's restaurant but we do stop there occasionally. It is generally clean but could be messier during very busy hours. The turnover of staff is huge, so constantly trainees and often forget items on our order. When food arrives you have to instantly check if everything you ordered is on the tray ,😊. If you order a tea- 99% they won't bring your milk, so you have to go and queue up to get some. They often forget sauces. The ice cream machine doesn't work most of the time. The staff is generally friendly. The location is convenient, there is a drive through as well. The toilets are ok, generally clean. The restaurant has its own security officer due to antisocial behaviour of some teenage customers. We do pop in, cheap, fast food but prefer a different restaurant that is near Morrisons store.

By far the worst experience I've ever had from a McDonald's today, was told to wait outside for almost 30 minutes for our food which was just nuggets and fries, by the time we got it, the chips were cold, not cooked properly , we were missing one load of 9 nuggets, and the nuggets we did have were like they were reheated from yesterday's leftovers, shocking

Missing food, made to move as upstairs closing then they reopened after we relocated. No real organisation inside, staff all getting miss information

Visited recently and can’t complain. The restaurant was busy like any McDonald’s but my food was ready in about 10 mins.

Working hard staff ,management shuld add 1 or 2 more guys per shift definitely, and some one to take care about cleaning only !!

2 missing items, breakfast wrap all at one end and fell apart in a mess, spilled coffee in the bag due to lid being put on insufficiently. seems like orders being sent out in a rush without proper quality checks.

I ordered a milkshake with my meal and didn’t receive a straw so I can’t drink my drink and the sips I paid for also didn’t get delivered

Food was cold and most of the drink was in the bottom of the bag so it dripped all over the carpet and on side and dips were missing

Never received food. Driver was asked to call when they got to the house, they never called and food ended up being delivered to wrong address. We never received our food.

Poor couple experienced racial abuse by a young group of people which resulted in them leaving. Me and my friends then watched the colleague called Russel I believe with blonde hair go over and chat all friendly with the group! Racists!!!!

Absolutely shocking service! Should have just driven down myself and got it! How it took nearly 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES to receive three *FAST FOOD* meals is beyond me. Time kept changing, getting later and later. We had to get home to put our baby to sleep but instead, had to wait to actually eat our COLD dinner. Never ordering off here again! No one to call or ask what the delay is. REFUND REFUND REFUND

My drink was not done up properly and was spilt in transit.

Food was fast and good as expected. Didn’t use toilets. Staff were friendly and nice to see this McDonald’s not overrun with teenagers working, was nicer to see a range of ages and experience.

i didn’t receive my chips my drink or my cheese burger i would like a refund please.

Food was cold, ordered a large strawberry milkshake but a large half empty liquidy chocolate mixed up. Some of the food was squished. Some items also missing. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 9 piece nugget meals, only 1 set of chips and nuggets delivered.

The courier made no attempt to call me on the mobile, despite me giving a tip in advance. I do not have a doorbell. S/he may have knocked at the door but the front door opens into a lobby and knocking cannot be heard from a sitting room two doors away. We have five dogs so they would have heard if any noise had been descernible. THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELY COLD SO WE HAD TO LEAVE THE CHIPS AS THESE TASTED DISGUSTING BY THE TIME WE SEARCHED FOR OUR FOOD OUTSIDE. We are really angry and disappointed.

We popped in for lunch after a morning at the beach. The restaurant was clean, fresh and inviting and the staff went above and beyond with their level of service and friendliness. The meals were hot, tasty and enjoyed by all. A credit to the Mcdonald's brand.

Ordered at 17:10, didn’t arrive until 18:35. The food was stone cold, chips were soggy and my daughters hamburger was missing. I tried calling the restaurant 8 times, and my call was being ignored. Absolutely disgusting.

No sauces. McDonald's is expensive enough now and you don't even give any sauces that should come with it. Don't even get a straw
