Terrible! Food was 45 minutes late on the app and was never delivered! Not happy!

i used to like this place but ive noticed over the years the different staff take overs and ive noticed every time there is new staff the ingrediants to everything gets cheaper ,, for instance they used to cook there fries in tallow oil now its just regular oil , allso the burger meat has gone down in quality a lot enough to make me never want to go back there ,, i used to go at least once a week ,, i will never go again so i think who ever owns the franchise arnt bothered about quality controll,, obviously they need to make profits but not at the expense of regular customer loss

I always order takeway from dixi chicken.my kids love their burgers & sizzler chicken wings.I recommend everyone to try their food.

Visited Costa Ware UK recently and had such a lovely experience! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming — they really made me feel at ease. I ordered a latte and absolutely loved it; smooth, rich, and perfectly made. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind. Service was quick, and everything felt clean and well-organized. Definitely one of my favourite stops now.

Ordered a chicken burger and a kebab & fries .. got home and the chicken burger was missing ! Wasn’t even busy in the takeaway and couldn’t even get my order right !?

DISGUSTING!!!! Drank their coffee and then straight away had belly ache and nausea. Went back for a refund as I’d bought a meal deal and couldn’t eat the sandwich now. They treat me like rubbish, no customer service. Would not give me a refund. Refused to give me a name so I could enter a complaint. They should be closed down. Looks clean but don’t be fooled.

Now this is my local Dixy and I love it. Staff are friendly , food 9/10 is great however the fries guys , the fries are not good. The quality is really bad and majority of the portion of fries are BLACK. It’s NOT good especially when paying via uber because you get charged so much more just for a meal and you end up throwing away majority of the fries ! It’s highly frustrating. Please find another brand and better quality ! Fries are cheap you’ll lose more customers for not changing them.

Horrible food!!!I wish I would have gone to cheethamhill instead of thinking this nearby place would be the best idea (distance wise).... honestly food quality Is rubbish there!!!!

Amazing food and service. Been ordering from here for the past 3 years since I’ve moved here and nothing but good fresh food. Very reliable and always on point.

Ordered just under £50 worth of food and it was absolutely shocking. Chips were cold, soggy and rubbery, pizza tasted like it was cheap frozen rubbish. Could not taste tomato paste, hardly any cheese and ham and mushroom well they had run away the cheese. Donner meat was fat and crispy and lamb was very over cooked. Chicken burger was cold, hard and tasteless. On top of that if you live on a caravan park you have to meet them at the main gate even in rain. The delivery lady was pleasant and did accommodate us by delivery to the caravan but was not was not told until she rung us up and asked to meet at us at the gate that they aren’t allowed to deliver to caravan parks. When rung up to escalate our complaints the person answering the phone was very obnoxious, rude and would not let us speak. We were told that the shop had been there for 22 years and had never had a complaint and we were the first. By the looks of google reviews someone is telling fibbs. We were then told by the person on the phone that we were use to ‘processed food’. He offered to resend the chips but that defeats the object of them not delivering to caravan parks so we politely refused. The call was then terminated. I can safely say we will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN. Nice £50 down the drain.

Amazing Food and service as always

I'd put 0 stars if I could. They missed half the order then when I had to drive all the way back whilst my food goes cold. A member of staff is telling another that it's ok. Whilst on face time to someone.. I wouldn't go near the place again!

I placed the order online I rang them to find out where the order was I was told it wud be 1 minute away to the find out the order was wrong as they had only sent 1 meal out when 2 were ordered
