Very long wait at drive through

Food terrible and staff so rude food cold and coffee cold

Nwcer order online, they constantly forget Atleast half your Order. Pointless ringing the restaurant as all the managers are literally useless, avoid

Poor service everyone kept waiting because couldn't keep up with orders

Ordered on Uber specifically said NO LETTUCE NO MAYO. Waited 25 minutes for delivery and it came with XTRA MAYO XRTA LETTUCE. Uber said no refunds so i rang, no answer for 10 minutes.

Called in earlier to get a snack a double cheeseburger as I was driving decided to get a McFlurry as well. They gave me the McFlurry and asked me to park up so ended up eating the McFlurry before the burger which took 30mins to appear. So much for fast food

food not very warm. Had chicken burger but was bland and tasteless and chips cold

20 minutes late and the driver delivered my drink and another bag of drinks that weren't mine, and none of my food. Absolute shambles

Absolutely awful. Only the drinks turned up. No food at all. Called the restaurant and they said it’s nothing to do with them despite the driver saying the issue had been caused by the restaurant giving two drinks bags to him, and two food bags (including ours) to another driver. How is this “not their problem”? A disgrace.

Slowest service mcdonalds I have been too. Frequently left waiting over 10 minute for simple menu items and no apology from staff. Today's wait was 15 minutes.

We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and sauces - we didn’t receive any sauces at all, so I had to go and make my own in the kitchen, meanwhile the meal is going cold - extremely disappointed in this destroyed meal from one simple thing….supplying the sauce

Beware if you order off of Just-Eat, got ripped off £20.10 after the front end staff gave the delivery driver the wrong order. Tried to get a refund or compensation but got refused by staff and Just-Eat. Recommend checking your order before you accept it from ANY delivery driver

Drive stopped for fuel and then another stop

I have never been able to collect my food at the drive thru window, I've always had to wait at least ten minutes in one of the parking bays. I've never seen anyone get their food from the window either, they've always had to wait too.

Great food, bud the driver missed out street, parked on the next street and didn't even try to find us or call us, just sat in his car waiting for us to track him down! It's not even the first time this happened, how lazy!

ordered three double sausage and egg mcmuffins and all three muffins were rock solid, couldn't physically eat the bread as it was toasted for far too long.

Driver was really fast, food was hot

Not once have I ever got food at the drive thru without having to park up and wait. Absolutely nothing fast about this food. Go somewhere else if you can

It's mcdonalds isn't it you know what you're getting wherever you are... however all mcdonalds seem to have gone downhill on their service since just eat/uber eats etc... its obvious that's where the money is so that's where the time and service goes and regular customers unfortunately have to take a back seat

Seem to concentrate on their online orders, leaving in-store customers waiting. Yesterday we waited 1 hour 10 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal which still came out incomplete. The drivethrough is an even bigger mess with orders constantly incorrect after having to wait in a bay, you still have to then go in-store to collect what they haven't given you. The food is (and I realise this is McDonald's were talking about) sub standard. Unfortunately my kids like it but I think I'd sooner drive to another McDonald's store than use the one in guiseley

Food itself is probably one of the best out of the maccies around, however after today's visit we realised how much they prioritise the delivery orders rather than people in store. We waited over 25 minutes after placing our order at the terminal. The place was busy and they were receiving a delivery at the same time, that's fine I understand I may be waiting longer. But for delivery drivers just to be able to walk in and straight out most of the time we were waiting is where I was annoyed, It would have been quicker ordering from the (overpriced) delivery and driving home from work rather than stopping in in my way home, this was also at 7:30 we went in we ordered a big Mac a triple stack and a sharing box of mozzarella balls with Fanta and coke. Again good nice but no longer can be called fast food. It's a take away only.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered to take out. When I opened the order at home it was completely wrong. Didn't take back as its a 15 min drive away. A waste of almost £30!!!

Never had a good experience with the “fast food” drive thru The place is a shambles! This will be the last visit I make. Parked up waiting for 1 burger. 15 minutes start to finish.

Great experience but think I may need to go on a diet if this great service is kept up.

Just paid £26 for two awful meals. The fries were cold, both milkshakes were just flavourless liquid, the burgers were just warm. I ordered two Cadbury McFlurry's but got Skittles - however they were nice! There is usually no issues with orders from McDonalds but this one was terrible. The food had clearly been stood a while before the driver picked it up. Very disappointing indeed McDonalds

It says it was delivered when it never was so I called McDonald’s resturant and they told me to call the number left on the app to find out where my food is I come to find out there is no number left basically scammed me out of my whole meal I’m really dissapointed in this service .

Inside is usually good. Don’t bother with the drive through though. In a morning several times now it has been so slow. I had to wait for over 15 mins for porridge the last I went.

Order took so much longer than it needed to the driver was waiting to collect the food for a long time by time it arrived it was all completely cold and the mcflurry had melted to the point it was thrown away along with some of the order.

Not got all the sauces I asked for in my mix n match meals

forgot both large fries did mcdonald’s so not happy at all! was still hungry after my meal ( this is because not all food was for me), have put a refund in and will hope to get my money back. not satisfied at all with this order and i hope they do a better job if i ever order again after this disaster, food was luke warm aswell and an hour late!! what a joke 😔😡

missing orange juice. Placed an order yesterday and got chicken nuggets instead of chicken selects and then today a missing drink. Not on really- especially when it's so difficult to get refunded.

Ordered 2 Big Macmeals and one Big Mac was missing, the bag was sealed so nothing to do with the just eat delivery driver. Rang the restaurant nobody answered. Mistakes happen but not being able to contact the restaurant to resolve was very annoying.

paid for a 3 items only got 2, phoned mcdonalds he blamed just eat, i said but its in store that pack it, he but ppl make mistakes, i said its 3 items its not rocket science, extremely bad customer care

Sugared donut missing from order

Delivery driver was so kind, didn't have a front door key and offered to bring it all the way round the back door for me.

You have to wait ages for small basic orders that should be ready in a couple of minutes. Uber eats orders are prioritiesd over everyone else. The staff are rude and extremely thick.

The smoothie was missing from the order!

It's a mcdonalds, it is what you'd expect. Disappointed that the gaggle of delivery drivers make service harder than it should be, they should be made to drive through or something instead of crowding the small space with their massive bags.

Staff and managers not trained well , not organised very slow service. They also get order incorrect often

We were waiting to to go the hospital was my pregnant wife needed food before her appointment we waited for over 1 hour and needed to go to the appointment to then get cold food witch she can’t eat I’m really unhappy with this and hope won’t happen again.
