McDonald's in Leeds

Disgusted ordered the feed four family meal and what turned up was the chips 3 selects and 1 burgers my younger sister had to have half a burger despite ordering 2 Big Macs 2 cheeseburgers with the feed four deal on just eat. Tried contacting them 5 times and nothing disgusted. There were 4 of us to eat and only two of us got to eat!!!

The guy didn’t give me my bbq sauce and curry sauce that I requested. I found him really rude.

Always an unpleasant experience

Drive through I away have to wait all the time and give me my ice cream so you no by time I get home it' melt s take to long sometimes can be quick in other places grimsby rd r bit to slow x

Oct24 - Parked up for a cheeseburger!!?! Come on! It’s not even busy. This place is a joke. Never order for delivery ... for the third time in a row they got the order wrong !??! Update: 4th time in a row. Wrong wrap, missing fries and no Fanta. Based on visits to other McDonalds recently, the problems don’t seem specific to one store.

This must be the most dangerous McDonald's in Leeds, security and side door locked from 5pm mean streets of Guiseley must be terrible. This place gets worse consistently get the order wrong it wasn't even busy just plain incompetent.

The time just kept increasing and increasing. In the end was an hour over original delivery time even though it said courier was at mcdondolds.

Staff always very polite but drive thru always takes ages, have to wait in car park very often for them to bring it out.

I am not happy with my order placed I ordered using time slot for 07.40 and it didn't arrive on time which was as a birthday school morning treat. I tried to cancel but there was no clear option to do this in the help section.

Food was a little bit cold, had to put the fries in the microwave, other than that, very good! Driver was very nice 👍🏻

Don’t get what’s so difficult about putting sauces in a bag when it’s on the order. Chips where cold and stale

Is this actually supposed to be fast food???? More like slow food if you ask me. we ordered our food then we got told to park up ended up getting it about 15 mins later bad service. and one of the milkshakes was nearly half full!!!!

Pretty much always have to wait in the parking bays for your order when going through the drive through. Frustrating meant to be quick food but never seem to have it ready to go. Looks like a nice clean McDonalds.

Delivery was missing a number of items. Not good when it takes an hour to arrive.

Took 3 times as long as advertised to deliver, items missing & all the hot food was cold. Pretty poor all round & not the first time it’s been awful!

Waiting every time in a bay- very simple order at nearly 11pm, was parked up again- 15 minute wait. Constantly slow service.

Visited at lunch on a Sunday, mess all over most of the tables that were unused. Average waiting time for food but my burger was cold, chips were ok.

It's a McDonald's. Don't like them, not for me. I only had a drink of tea. Only called because a family member likes their coffee???? Usual McDonald's full of kids, chaos, delivery people in way. Girl brought our order over on tray with partially dried lettuce stuck to it. Guy emptying bins took full bags out and put them on top of table where you get your sugar and things from. Not very inspiring to return ever. Like I said they aren't for me.

One child meal missing. All drinks spilt totally ruined

Fries were cold and drink missing from order. I queried this with the driver and he shrugged his shoulders and said not his fault. Very poor response and now I have a child with no drink with their meal and cold fries

Two hours late!!! NOT HAPPY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Last visit I sat waiting for my drive through for 20 minutes (2x chicken mayos and 2x double cheeseburgers). Got sick of waiting and left. Asked for my payment to be cancelled but it wasn't. No refund. Been before and it's typical McDonalds fare. Normally have to pull up and wait for 5 minutes on drive through.

The meal was clap cold and the driver wanted me to put his phone near his ?????….which ll not be using you again …..over £5 for delivery?????

Service here is diabolical, average 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then the orders need to be checked for anything missing. Stay clear.

2 hours to come and was cold driver said another driver had taken the food then had to bring it back had to go to restraint to be told they could not give me the order so o had to order again

Ordered on Uber specifically said NO LETTUCE NO MAYO. Waited 25 minutes for delivery and it came with XTRA MAYO XRTA LETTUCE. Uber said no refunds so i rang, no answer for 10 minutes.

Never Arrived and waited 2 hours for it.

Ordered 9 piece chicken select but received 9 chicken nuggets I should have complained

the order was wrong. I ordered a breakfast role with extra hash brown and a sausage and egg mcmuffin. They delivered 2 double sausage and egg mcmuffuns, with no egg??!! and no extra hash brown.

They didn’t give me the deluxe burger

Called in earlier to get a snack a double cheeseburger as I was driving decided to get a McFlurry as well. They gave me the McFlurry and asked me to park up so ended up eating the McFlurry before the burger which took 30mins to appear. So much for fast food

Absolutely awful. Only the drinks turned up. No food at all. Called the restaurant and they said it’s nothing to do with them despite the driver saying the issue had been caused by the restaurant giving two drinks bags to him, and two food bags (including ours) to another driver. How is this “not their problem”? A disgrace.

20 minutes late and the driver delivered my drink and another bag of drinks that weren't mine, and none of my food. Absolute shambles

Slowest service mcdonalds I have been too. Frequently left waiting over 10 minute for simple menu items and no apology from staff. Today's wait was 15 minutes.

We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and sauces - we didn’t receive any sauces at all, so I had to go and make my own in the kitchen, meanwhile the meal is going cold - extremely disappointed in this destroyed meal from one simple thing….supplying the sauce

Beware if you order off of Just-Eat, got ripped off £20.10 after the front end staff gave the delivery driver the wrong order. Tried to get a refund or compensation but got refused by staff and Just-Eat. Recommend checking your order before you accept it from ANY delivery driver

I have never been able to collect my food at the drive thru window, I've always had to wait at least ten minutes in one of the parking bays. I've never seen anyone get their food from the window either, they've always had to wait too.

Great food, bud the driver missed out street, parked on the next street and didn't even try to find us or call us, just sat in his car waiting for us to track him down! It's not even the first time this happened, how lazy!

It's mcdonalds isn't it you know what you're getting wherever you are... however all mcdonalds seem to have gone downhill on their service since just eat/uber eats etc... its obvious that's where the money is so that's where the time and service goes and regular customers unfortunately have to take a back seat

Not once have I ever got food at the drive thru without having to park up and wait. Absolutely nothing fast about this food. Go somewhere else if you can

Food itself is probably one of the best out of the maccies around, however after today's visit we realised how much they prioritise the delivery orders rather than people in store. We waited over 25 minutes after placing our order at the terminal. The place was busy and they were receiving a delivery at the same time, that's fine I understand I may be waiting longer. But for delivery drivers just to be able to walk in and straight out most of the time we were waiting is where I was annoyed, It would have been quicker ordering from the (overpriced) delivery and driving home from work rather than stopping in in my way home, this was also at 7:30 we went in we ordered a big Mac a triple stack and a sharing box of mozzarella balls with Fanta and coke. Again good nice but no longer can be called fast food. It's a take away only.

Seem to concentrate on their online orders, leaving in-store customers waiting. Yesterday we waited 1 hour 10 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal which still came out incomplete. The drivethrough is an even bigger mess with orders constantly incorrect after having to wait in a bay, you still have to then go in-store to collect what they haven't given you. The food is (and I realise this is McDonald's were talking about) sub standard. Unfortunately my kids like it but I think I'd sooner drive to another McDonald's store than use the one in guiseley

Absolutely appalling. Ordered to take out. When I opened the order at home it was completely wrong. Didn't take back as its a 15 min drive away. A waste of almost £30!!!

Great experience but think I may need to go on a diet if this great service is kept up.
