McDonald's in Leeds

Probably the most pointless drive thru at any McDonald’s. You’ll inevitably be parked and made to wait 15 minutes for even the smallest and most basic orders. So much for ‘fast food’

Items missing, took 1 hour thirty minutes to arrive and the hot drinks are cold and the food is inedible. Absolutely shocking £63 for nothing

Drinks had clearly been knocked over in his car, instead of apologizing, he just made up an excuse. Food was cold, was probabaly the second drop

Think I'm done McDonald's now unless I'm desperate. The service isn't fast. Why do I need to sit in a parking bay for 15 minutes? I didn't order a lot, or anything strange. 2 burgers, standard ones that are on the promo posters. Asking too much for them to have these ready since they're advertising them? Take fast out of fast food. So the food.. Mc Crispy, could not have been prepared with any less enthusiasm. Arse wipe of mayo across it, pinch of shredded iceberg. Really sad but if crumbed chicken like a crappy findus pancake from the 80s. I know they don't look like the pictures but come on. Wouldn't be paying that much for it on a shelf looking that crap. Philly cheese was tired. Not sure why I was waiting, neither of them just came off the grill. Really wish I hadn't bothered. Nobody in that building who gave a damn what they were pushing out. Rubbish £16 quids worth of rubbish. Not loving it.

Good McDonald’s. Just always takes time to get your food. If you go through the drive through you’ll likely need to park up and wait for your food.

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. Delivery driver had no clue where he was or what he was doing and didn’t understand anything I said to him as clear as I could. Went past my street sign a million times clear as day on the street where to go. My food was clap cold and my shake and ice cream was melted and didn’t give me sauce that I asked for so spent £14 on nothing as had to bin it and get a lift down to McDonald’s to get another as had not eaten still.Drivers need general knowledge

No matter what time of day you go to the drive through you are told to park up. Just can not handle the demand. Today's excuse is waiting on hash browns. Just a poor sérvice the manager & owners need to get this sorted it's been the same for years

The order status did not change and showed the original expected order time. Very disappointing and made us late for an appointment as we didn’t know what was happening as no communication given.

Arrived cold, Sent chicken nuggets instead of selects and the Mcfluries only half full and tasted like it was a mix of maltesers and mars. Happening more often than not from Guiseley. Had enough, won't be ordering from them again.

Food was great, as usual. Only issue is the fizzy drinks are nearly always flat lately! Would be 5 stars if not for the flat coke.

Word of warning: If you are ordering a delivery from here, it would be very wise to check your order before you let the courier leave. I reckon 25-50% of our orders have something missing (generally the most expensive item), then you have to mess about with the overly-complicated process of reclaiming for what was missed off. It shouldn't be difficult to check an order before you send it, which suggests a lack of care or interest in getting it right. I don't like to leave negative feedback but this happens too often to not say enough is enough, and I'm guessing the delivery drivers end up copping for this restaurant's mistakes.

I ordered some sauces and they didn’t arrive with the items. This has happened several times. You don’t even get time to look in your order once a driver has arrived. They just run off.

Clap cold food and took 42 minutes

Visited here yesterday with my partner. We’ve both been very ill with food poisoning, please check your food before eating it, manager spoken to and going down the correct routes.

had all my order no missing items, which was great as it was a big order and I had a few alterrations with certain items but I got what I paid for, and it was on time ,I'm really impressed. thank you very much, 4 happy kids and 2 happy adults 😊

Visited McDonald's Guiseley for a quick lunch break with my mum and granddaughter. Food was good until it became tepid in the freezing, drafty environment. It was so cold in the venue it was uncomfortable and we rushed our food so as not to stay too long and prevent the food going cold.

Staff only bothered about the just eat/ Uber. Cold coffee cold porridge, hot chocolate without the hot or the chocolate. 18 .minutes for 3 muffin meals.

Came here last week and can honestly say this is one of the best golden arches in the UK I've been to. Food was tasty and the fast service with a smile by a staff member called Julie really made my day. Would definatley come here again!

My husband came and collected party food for 20 hungry 10 year olds. The team brought all the food out to the car for him with a smile. The order despite being very large was all correct. Some very happy party girls.

I received absolutely disgusting service this afternoon. Visited this restaurant at lunchtime, I placed my order via the kiosk where I ordered a medium bacon double cheeseburger meal with orange juice, i also ordered extras on my burger such as extra onion, extra mustard and extra pickle. I went to the counter and asked one of the staff to make sure my order was hot, as they have an habit of serving cold food. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my order. I ate my my fries, which were ok, I then started eating my burger, had noticed that my extras that I had asked for were not on my burger so I took the burger back to the counter and explained this to one of the managers, she seemed ok with me at the time. She came back with my burger and I looked inside to see if my extras were there, again they weren’t and asked again, unfortunately due to my frustration, i accidentally knocked over my drink, she told me she would get me another drink. She came back again with my burger and drink, again I checked my burger and again I could not see the extra mustard, she was adamant that talk the extras were there and walked away leaving me to finish my lunch. Just before I left, I thought I would thank her for looking after me, I wish I never bothered as her reply was “you’re not getting served in here again as you was rude to me.” I was not rude, I was frustrated and annoyed as my order was not right. I contacted their head office to make a complaint, they apologised for their poor customer service and have recorded my complaint which should be forwarded to whoever is in charge. I went back to restaurant to speak with the restaurant manager, surprise surprise she was not available, or was told that so she didn’t have to see me. I waited to speak with her however after 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up and walked away. I am still hoping to speak with the restaurant manager as my side of the story has not been heard yet.

I would like to highly commend two of your staff at West Side Retail Park in Leeds. Last night around 9pm I arrived at McDonald’s to take shelter from the bad weather but my car got stuck in the snow which was falling heavily. The lovely Harry and Peyman went above and beyond to get me moving again despite being in the process of closing the restaurant to get the staff home safely. Peyman put his own snow tyre treads onto my wheels without a second thought. Harry kept me calm and gave me an apple pie and hot chocolate as I was very stressed over my daughter’s delayed flight that had been diverted to Manchester. Both were on their knees in the snow to dig out the wheels and Peyman walked with me as I drove to make sure I got back to the main road okay. Just absolute superstars, and I cannot thank them enough for helping me on a very difficult night. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to them both. They are a credit to McDonald’s.

Table service is great when you're taking toddlers. This location can be busy, but it's always clean and well run. Loads of parking.

I ordered at 5 and when ordering it said it wpuld be delivered before 6. Delivery times then changed to 8 then back to 7. Which wouldnt be a problem if i wasnt feeding 3 children one of which was 4. Very disappointed 4 year
