The delivery driver owes us a new lawn having run over our front lawn when delivering!!!!!

Unfortunately we were missing a Big Mac from the burger deal and mozzarella sticks I know it’s a fast paced environment but 2 bags both had the order on which was obviously not studied …. Completely ruined tea

Visited McDonald's Guiseley for a quick lunch break with my mum and granddaughter. Food was good until it became tepid in the freezing, drafty environment. It was so cold in the venue it was uncomfortable and we rushed our food so as not to stay too long and prevent the food going cold.

Staff only bothered about the just eat/ Uber. Cold coffee cold porridge, hot chocolate without the hot or the chocolate. 18 .minutes for 3 muffin meals.

Came here last week and can honestly say this is one of the best golden arches in the UK I've been to. Food was tasty and the fast service with a smile by a staff member called Julie really made my day. Would definatley come here again!

My husband came and collected party food for 20 hungry 10 year olds. The team brought all the food out to the car for him with a smile. The order despite being very large was all correct. Some very happy party girls.

I received absolutely disgusting service this afternoon. Visited this restaurant at lunchtime, I placed my order via the kiosk where I ordered a medium bacon double cheeseburger meal with orange juice, i also ordered extras on my burger such as extra onion, extra mustard and extra pickle. I went to the counter and asked one of the staff to make sure my order was hot, as they have an habit of serving cold food. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my order. I ate my my fries, which were ok, I then started eating my burger, had noticed that my extras that I had asked for were not on my burger so I took the burger back to the counter and explained this to one of the managers, she seemed ok with me at the time. She came back with my burger and I looked inside to see if my extras were there, again they weren’t and asked again, unfortunately due to my frustration, i accidentally knocked over my drink, she told me she would get me another drink. She came back again with my burger and drink, again I checked my burger and again I could not see the extra mustard, she was adamant that talk the extras were there and walked away leaving me to finish my lunch. Just before I left, I thought I would thank her for looking after me, I wish I never bothered as her reply was “you’re not getting served in here again as you was rude to me.” I was not rude, I was frustrated and annoyed as my order was not right. I contacted their head office to make a complaint, they apologised for their poor customer service and have recorded my complaint which should be forwarded to whoever is in charge. I went back to restaurant to speak with the restaurant manager, surprise surprise she was not available, or was told that so she didn’t have to see me. I waited to speak with her however after 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up and walked away. I am still hoping to speak with the restaurant manager as my side of the story has not been heard yet.

I would like to highly commend two of your staff at West Side Retail Park in Leeds. Last night around 9pm I arrived at McDonald’s to take shelter from the bad weather but my car got stuck in the snow which was falling heavily. The lovely Harry and Peyman went above and beyond to get me moving again despite being in the process of closing the restaurant to get the staff home safely. Peyman put his own snow tyre treads onto my wheels without a second thought. Harry kept me calm and gave me an apple pie and hot chocolate as I was very stressed over my daughter’s delayed flight that had been diverted to Manchester. Both were on their knees in the snow to dig out the wheels and Peyman walked with me as I drove to make sure I got back to the main road okay. Just absolute superstars, and I cannot thank them enough for helping me on a very difficult night. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to them both. They are a credit to McDonald’s.

Missed every single main from meal, just delivered fries and drinks costing £30! Useless!

Table service is great when you're taking toddlers. This location can be busy, but it's always clean and well run. Loads of parking.

Items were missing and wrong burgers sent

I ordered at 5 and when ordering it said it wpuld be delivered before 6. Delivery times then changed to 8 then back to 7. Which wouldnt be a problem if i wasnt feeding 3 children one of which was 4. Very disappointed 4 year

It's McDonalds on a Tuesday afternoon. it shouldn't take an hour to deliver a burger that takes 10 minutes to prepare at most. The burger was cold on arrival, the chips were hard and you have to order a double big mac these days to make up for the shrinkage. How is it that 2 tiny meals from McDonald's now set's you back £20!?

Disgusted ordered the feed four family meal and what turned up was the chips 3 selects and 1 burgers my younger sister had to have half a burger despite ordering 2 Big Macs 2 cheeseburgers with the feed four deal on just eat. Tried contacting them 5 times and nothing disgusted. There were 4 of us to eat and only two of us got to eat!!!

Oct24 - Parked up for a cheeseburger!!?! Come on! It’s not even busy. This place is a joke. Never order for delivery ... for the third time in a row they got the order wrong !??! Update: 4th time in a row. Wrong wrap, missing fries and no Fanta. Based on visits to other McDonalds recently, the problems don’t seem specific to one store.

This must be the most dangerous McDonald's in Leeds, security and side door locked from 5pm mean streets of Guiseley must be terrible. This place gets worse consistently get the order wrong it wasn't even busy just plain incompetent.

no sauces again , so I have 40 nuggets and no sauce for the kids, the money for the sauces don't come out of your wage you know !! stop refusing to put them in the bag

Missing half the order. Not happy with the service. Food was also room temperature. No effort was put in to making sure the order was right. May as well have eaten leftovers.
