Scammed me and only have chips Im calling the police on them.

Staff are friendly, and food is KFC 😄

Good food, service, and atmosphere. I just have 4 stars for the price. Two meal deals for £20. It used to be £10 not long ago.

Updated. Can be hit and miss, but better than it has been. Orders tend to be correct now, as in the past we've had missing items. There tends to be a wait, as food is generally prepared when ordered. Although sometimes inconvenient, it's good to know that it's freshly cooked. The music today was very loud, and people were struggling to hear their orders been called. On a positive, the young guy on the counter is great. ( He's been there a while now, but I don't know his name) He seems to really want to deliver the best service he can. Always making sure that the orders are fulfilled quickly. It's nice to see someone like this, and needs looking after. As I'm sure he could go onto bigger things.

Girl serving me on 13.11.24. 13:40pm was clueless and all over the place with her approach. How can you get a saver meal wrong which consists of a flaming wrap, a piece of chicken and chips 🤪 Just imagine stepping up to checkout

I sat on the chairs and the floor is that slippy the chairs kept sliding everywhere, and 3.99 for a regular size popcorn chicken, I'm pretty sure they gave me a small so guess where I'm not coming back

Over the last few years, I've not enjoyed many KFC experiences. However, this one was much better. Fast & friendly service. Good quality food & decent portions.

If you order via the DriveThru, this KFC will consistently 100% 'forget' to add dips to your bag, even on the 'Dipping boneless feast'. I can guarantee if I don't mention I want dips, I'll get home and find out there's no dips. I assume the franchise owner of this particular branch has given staff instructions not to provide dips unless asked.

It's the best KFC I have had as normally it's cold and even this time the chips even tasted freshly cooked

Food was fresh and delicious, Natasha serving me was helpful in my first kiosk order and Flory the manager was very nice.

It was a tremendous and savouring experience. I loved that the food was very tender and succulent which helped satisfy my tastebuds. I loved how welcoming and joyous the staff were which also added a significant impact on my experience at this kfc. Also I noticed that the staff were constantly cleaning keeping sanitary levels high which allowed me to not fear anything. I just wanna thank kfc for the experience they were able to give me and I recommend everyone to go as it will be a memorable experience for all.

Good KFC branch. Staff are nice. The food prep is done in a timely manner. Self service screen available. Plenty of seats and parking spaces. accessible for wheelchair users.

Chicken must have not been cooked properly. Never had food poisoning as bad as that before.

KFC Hunslet is one of the best outlets, staffs are welcoming they help you to find the best deal, store is well maintained food is fresh and very quick service.

Place is filthy run by teenagers. Bins overflowing. Food on floors under tables. Full of young kids at teatime.

I order from drive thru on my way home from work every evening and it has always been a great experience. The cashier and the other staff members are really helpful and they always keep it up to a great standard.

I came in with my family on a Friday afternoon, the restaurant was busy but the staff made sure that we had a great dining experience. We ordered a family feast and the food was hot and very tasty. We will for sure return to this restaurant

Absolutely useless, first time ordering a KFC, completely wrong order turned up which was way less than we ordered and nothing that we ordered, driver said keep the meal a new one is on its way. Nothing else turned up. Wont be using them again

They put a cold can of drink in with my hot food then plus the journey here meant that my food was Luke warm

The colonel must be turning in his grave! We came here the other day, the food was not upto standard. I got the tower burger box, the fries were cold, the chicken wings were tiny - pretty much bone and coating. The hash brown on the tower burger was overdone and was the same colour as fried chicken and everything about the burger was dry and overcooked. The corncob was the only decent part for me. My partner got a twister wrap which was wrapped terribly - it looked like it had been made by a toddler - and according to him was inedible. He made it a meal and then got a piece of classic fried chicken which was the most pathetic piece of chicken we've ever seen. He took it back to the counter and the manager replaced it with an actual piece of chicken which was at least one good thing. Price wise its expensive for what you get compared to other chicken shops, I would never usually eat kfc but thought I would give it a go as there weren't many options locally and I can safely say I will not be returning.

Fillet tower burger and chips really cold

Been to this drive through about 5 times now. Food has clearly been fresh in my experience, every item has always been steaming hot - I've never had cold /soggy chips etc from here. They haven't made any mistakes with my orders yet either. Queue time has been fine each visit, it's never been too busy. Will definitely be using this KFC regularly 👍🏼

From 3 days I have not been able to recover the money that was wrongly charged due to an error in the touchscreen machine. After returning to the restaurant, the next day no one from the staff was able to help me. After complaining and providing details to your customer service, I was assured that someone from your payment office would contact me within 4 hours. 24 hours later I haven't heard a single call from you. I feel robbed and I'm assure you that I will never use your restaurants again!!!

Been to hunslet store staff got my order wrong again this is 3 times now .all staff do is laugh if you say anything to them will not go again.food cold bad customer service.

called in to get my lunch today and wanted the special offer 50% off 4 piece boneless meal as per their website, app wouldn't work so asked staff to help, all they could say is that i would have to pay full price, didn't even try to help. hence 1 star. went to morrisons instead.

Hello, I didn't received my food as by what I saw on the map the driver went to another adress and I didn't have the option to contact them. Also they put the order as delivered when it is not so I am very unhappy about it and would like a refund.

Just bought £50 worth of food. One meal was missing, separate 4 pieces of chicken were all drumsticks and the portion of chips wouldn’t fill a child! All freezing too. Couldn’t go back as we drove home when we noticed. Avoid this kfc at all costs, run by idiots
