Multiple items missing from order. This has happened previously but never left a review but fed up of paying for food and them not checking the order to make sure everything ordered is there!

im missing a mini fillet burger with my boneless box meal and it was also cold on arrival.

never got my food, said delivered and then refused a refund, I thought the whole point in getting a code was so it can be ticked off when delivered?

This is definitely one of the best KFCs I’ve been to. It’s large, spacious, and clean, with a great car park that even offers the option of click and collect to numbered parking bays. The food was served quickly and tasted fantastic, and the staff were excellent.

The bag was not sealed and gravy was all over the food so sent it back with the delivery driver. Going to report to food hygiene standards if I do not receive a full refund in my bank account!

The amount of food in the kids meal for the price you pay is a joke. I got the same amount of chips with my festive stack meal as my child got in her kids meal & all the food was cold

The food was cold, due to the very chilled cans of pop being placed on top of the food. I tried to reheat gently but not the same. Will I order from this store again??? No chance!!!

ordered a stuffing burger, came with no stuffing, wasted a tenner.. asked for buckets to be sent in seperate bags as to not mix up and they came mismatched and just dumped into buckets together. ridiculous

My delivery did not turn up but said it had been delivered! when calling the restaurant I was appalled at the rudeness of the person on the other end of the phone, contacted just eat and all I was offered was a refund so was left without anything to eat!!!

hi, I have just recieved my deliveey from KFC Hunslet, and the 4 Chicken Mini Fillets are missing from my order.

Chips were cold and so was the chicken portion.

Updated. Can be hit and miss, but better than it has been. Orders tend to be correct now, as in the past we've had missing items. There tends to be a wait, as food is generally prepared when ordered. Although sometimes inconvenient, it's good to know that it's freshly cooked. The music today was very loud, and people were struggling to hear their orders been called. On a positive, the young guy on the counter is great. ( He's been there a while now, but I don't know his name) He seems to really want to deliver the best service he can. Always making sure that the orders are fulfilled quickly. It's nice to see someone like this, and needs looking after. As I'm sure he could go onto bigger things.

Girl serving me on 13.11.24. 13:40pm was clueless and all over the place with her approach. How can you get a saver meal wrong which consists of a flaming wrap, a piece of chicken and chips 🤪 Just imagine stepping up to checkout

I sat on the chairs and the floor is that slippy the chairs kept sliding everywhere, and 3.99 for a regular size popcorn chicken, I'm pretty sure they gave me a small so guess where I'm not coming back

Over the last few years, I've not enjoyed many KFC experiences. However, this one was much better. Fast & friendly service. Good quality food & decent portions.

Always great service and fresh tasty food

If you order via the DriveThru, this KFC will consistently 100% 'forget' to add dips to your bag, even on the 'Dipping boneless feast'. I can guarantee if I don't mention I want dips, I'll get home and find out there's no dips. I assume the franchise owner of this particular branch has given staff instructions not to provide dips unless asked.

It was a tremendous and savouring experience. I loved that the food was very tender and succulent which helped satisfy my tastebuds. I loved how welcoming and joyous the staff were which also added a significant impact on my experience at this kfc. Also I noticed that the staff were constantly cleaning keeping sanitary levels high which allowed me to not fear anything. I just wanna thank kfc for the experience they were able to give me and I recommend everyone to go as it will be a memorable experience for all.

Good KFC branch. Staff are nice. The food prep is done in a timely manner. Self service screen available. Plenty of seats and parking spaces. accessible for wheelchair users.

Delivery driver threw all the food on the floor in the street making it inedible because I didn’t know I had to write a note saying I owned a dog. Shouldn’t even be a delivery driver if he can’t be near dogs and do his job. Then I complained to just eat and I get ignored they don’t care aslong as they get your money Disgusting

Chicken must have not been cooked properly. Never had food poisoning as bad as that before.

Things we’re missing from this order nothing done about it

We buy twister wraps regularly and today they were outstandingly good. They were hot, soft tender chicken, plenty of Ketucky Mayo etc. If only they were this good everytime.

KFC Hunslet is one of the best outlets, staffs are welcoming they help you to find the best deal, store is well maintained food is fresh and very quick service.

Place is filthy run by teenagers. Bins overflowing. Food on floors under tables. Full of young kids at teatime.
