TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ORDERED FOOD HOPING TO CATCH MY BUS COMING IN 10-15mins NEXT THING YOU KNOW SHE PREPARED THE CUSTOMER THATS BEFORE ME’S FOOD WHILST TAKING TIME WITH MINE, I ORDERED FIRST, AND WAS RIDE THROUGHOUT SPEAKING IN THERE OWN LANGUAGE

Great place to order from if u like finding chicken in ur veggie sandwich and the soggiest coldest sides in the world.

The meal was okay and served well. Easy and quick bite. We had oreos cupcakes and Ben & Jerry ice cream.

It was really bad experience for me.a Very bad service by afternoon staff and the guys who is handling the till section he was such a rude person I have ever seen.I asked for nachos. I have more than 2000 points and I wanna redeem those and he says he was not allowed to redeem those, why!!!!!. I been there before and I get my Nacho's for free. They don't have any fix standard to follow. It's okay if they don't want to give me free but at least he can be nice with me.They make their own rules. Would totally suggest to not buy anything from this Albion street store. Thanks

Staff member yesterday evening was horrible, rude, abrupt, and impatient. Racism at its finest.

Asked for a veggie patty and they had none, no big deal, but the young man across the counter was so so lovely, gave me extra cheese, and an extra cookie just to say sorry. He’s always so friendly and upbeat, great customer service.

Workers don't have an attitude fit for a working environment... not very welcoming especially the African girl speaks to you as your someone she knows and doesn't speak to you as. A customer... These youngsters need to train up there sandwich managing skills as this is the 3rd ttimee now and my sub is falling apart. If nothing is done by the management this particular subway will be losing its customers and money

Very bad service rude staff 😒 I seen the person serving me handle a meat sub . I said am vegetarian can uou please change your gloves before you handle my sub to serve me. The staff replies my hands are clean. I tried to explain to her the situation . And the process she is about to do. She then replies if your not happy go else where. Pathetic service couldn't careless about customers. I been in customer service in the food industry for over 25 years never experience this kind of behaviour. Please teach your staff about the difference between meat 🍖 and vegetarian on how to serve then please teach thus rude individual about customer service.

First time I visit subway near the light view, I was very hungry. I am pure vegetarian so, I decided to go subway for any veg sub because I know subway's policy, they are very cure for food allergen. But my order before other person order of non veg but that lady did not change the gloves and prepared my food then I have told her she and she became arrogant and argue with me even she did not change the knife , generally in other subway store they apologize and ask new order, but here it was worst service then after she continues argue and preparing my same order then I tell her to add one more sauce in it and she was teaching me subway policy however she doesn't follow single one about food. Never refer to visiting this store people are very arrogant.

My sister went to this subway and ordered 3 cookies from this place, as soon as she ate them she started feeling an atrocious stomach ache like if she had stomach bugs or something. The staff clearly didn’t make the cookies well and something was clearly raw. Staff also need improvement

Went with a friend, asked for bowl of meatballs and I guess it was kinda my fault for not specifying but they gave me pork meatballs instead of asking me whether I wanted pork or beef, god forbid it would’ve been someone who couldn’t eat pork for religious reasons. They didn’t add sauce to my meatballs. They didn’t toast my sandwich properly. Didn’t give me my cutlery for my meatballs and when I asked for a fork, they gave me a spoon. Didn’t offer napkins. Cashier was on his phone whilst serving. Can’t be bothered attitudes to be honest. Mixed the veg and meat gloves. When he didn’t change his gloves from meat, he served a vegetarian customer with the same gloves. Didn’t wipe down tables. Overall disappointing. Ended up opting for subway in the core, way better

I have been going to subway for many years because all the sandwiches and food is made immediately for you, the first subway shop that I went to was in Northampton in the USA, At that time this company was exceptionally high quality food.

Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Food was fresh. They had all the breads and plentiful of all other options to choose from.

Just wanted to post a quick review mainly to apologise to the man who served me at 7:30pm on the 2nd of September- I’d been having a really bad day and rolled my eyes at him when he said they couldn’t accept a paper £20 note- they were understaffed and doing the best they could and remained calm and polite even though there was a queue of impatient customers backing up. Thank you for your service!

Best subway experience so far. Place is neat and well managed. Service is quick and well treated. Special appreciation to Rohan and Mohit the best sandwich makers.

We ordered delivery for 2 subs. All the vegetables from both subs were put in one of the them, while the other had none.

As good as you would expect from a usual Subway. The service was quick and pleasant. There weren't many clean tables available at the time unfortunately. Also limited vread choices. Perhaps short staffed af the time.

The only take away I've found that caters for Celiac clients by serving Gluten-Free Bread and taking all precautions needed to stop cross contamination.

Last visit people were polit and good service but toilets broken.

The location is great! Decent foot fall of folks so as you eat you can enjoy the distraction. It's opposite a bus stop. The seating within the venue is quite tight. Would have love more space within the store itself. The food was edible but something was not hitting the spot. Perhaps it was the bread. The service was decent and staff were friendly. Would I visit a Subway again? .....Perhaps!! Only if I were pushed into it, like I was this on this visit.

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub hopping around this part of town when we decided to drop into this Subway outlet and what a nice visit. A quite large outlet, typical Subway decor and furnishings, a glass fronted serving bar showcases all the fresh ingredients and there's quite a few tables available, its a really good Subway outlet. We track and traced and sanitised our hands, we both ordered ham & Cheese, fresh tomatoes were lovely, onions perfect, a really good sandwich which we washed down with a fanta soft drink ,a really quick ,tasty snack .We moved on after our sandwich and for a first time visit to this particular Subway we had a positive experience. This Subway is easy to locate along Albion Street. Opening hours are;Monday to Saturday, 8am till 8pm. Sunday, 9am till 8pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Ive started going to subway for the first time really, it's good value for money and was clean and staff were ok.

Staff over the top with the social distancing claptrap. Lass behind counter clearly loving telling people what to do. Not one person came in that she didnt tell to stand behind the line, wait outside, sig heil etc. Just put up a sign... save ya breath.

Sandwich could've bought better from a greasy cafe, as it was more bread than filling. And as for the staff, they could do with personality transplants, more life in tramps vest. Will be a long time before have another as it put me off

Lovely staff, top notch sandwhiches at speed. I didn't realise it was 5mins before closing but they didn't say a word and I only found out as they started closing down once I left! <3

Lovely service even though they said I would have to buy a cup for 79p if I wanted a tap water and couldn't produce my own container. Not the employees fault, obviously a too strict store. They said this was because they don't wish to give away stock, even though one of the employees had a drink using a subway cup, not bringing their own for their shift. I also have had an experience here where an employee who over charged me with extras that are free.

Never have the bread I like and staff never seem to pay attention and have to repeat myself several times. Moving to a different one

No están mal los precios. nuestra mesa estaba limpia, así que no nos podemos quejar. los inodoros necesitan un poco de control, digamos cada dos horas, sé que el personal trabaja duro. Lo que me gusta del metro es que cuando pides un submarino vegano que siempre ofrecen cambiar sus guantes. Como no tengo alergia o intolerancia, normalmente nunca me molesto, por lo que puedo reducir el desperdicio. Sin embargo, cuando el servidor se limpie claramente la nariz entre los sándwiches, pediré guantes nuevos.A mí y a algunas otras personas que estaban atrás les tostaron los sándwiches y los dejaron a un lado durante unos buenos minutos antes de que se les pagara para pagarlos y comerlos mientras todavía estaban calientes.Muy poco personal. Todas las mesas estaban sucias y la falta de urgencia del personal.Buen sandwich como también.

I've never had my lunch thrown about making me not want to eat it, nor be served by anyone who refused to actually stir the drink she was serving. It doesnt reflect well on the Subway brand. Disgraceful.

Afterwords otra señora ni siquiera le importó esperar y nos dio recibo. Todo el lugar estaba sucio y desordenado, no lo recomiendo. . . .

called here for our lunch, it was quite busy but plenty staff on so the queues moved quickly, everyone helpful and cheerful.

A 4am drunk subway trip. The people working the counter were great. I would have given 5 stars but they were out of most bread types.

Sunday evening, not busy at all, but queue did not move for a solid 20 minutes. I understand if someone is new and training it can take a little longer, BUT not 20 minutes longer. The regular member of staff then announced, that there was only one type of bread left, god knows how as there had been ZERO sandwiches made in the previous 20 minutes, this could have been said earlier. I used to eat here every day, not now, absolutely shocking!
