Excellent customer service. The staff is so kind and patient… huge shoutout to Shubhmangal for making the perfect sandwich while I was running late for my work!!! :)

The woman is actually VERY RUDE!!! Talks to you like she wants to fight with you!

I just been to this subway....a tall guy wth light beard served with very worst behaviour. Will never visit there.

4/9/24 around 12:30 pm.Woman didn't allow us to add any salad or sauces to our sandwiches. Said it was a "set meal" obviously just being awkward. Won't be coming back here again. Last time I checked that was the point of subway, to choose your own sandwich. Rude.

Order came without drink and food was cold

Awful 1:45 for 6 sandwiches had to go collect in the end, cold food, bread too hard as it was sat for so long - called the shop and they hung up on me and were rude and said they were too busy, no option to cancel which i would have preferred

Great place to order from if u like finding chicken in ur veggie sandwich and the soggiest coldest sides in the world.

The meal was okay and served well. Easy and quick bite. We had oreos cupcakes and Ben & Jerry ice cream.

It was really bad experience for me.a Very bad service by afternoon staff and the guys who is handling the till section he was such a rude person I have ever seen.I asked for nachos. I have more than 2000 points and I wanna redeem those and he says he was not allowed to redeem those, why!!!!!. I been there before and I get my Nacho's for free. They don't have any fix standard to follow. It's okay if they don't want to give me free but at least he can be nice with me.They make their own rules. Would totally suggest to not buy anything from this Albion street store. Thanks

Staff member yesterday evening was horrible, rude, abrupt, and impatient. Racism at its finest.

Asked for a veggie patty and they had none, no big deal, but the young man across the counter was so so lovely, gave me extra cheese, and an extra cookie just to say sorry. He’s always so friendly and upbeat, great customer service.

Workers don't have an attitude fit for a working environment... not very welcoming especially the African girl speaks to you as your someone she knows and doesn't speak to you as. A customer... These youngsters need to train up there sandwich managing skills as this is the 3rd ttimee now and my sub is falling apart. If nothing is done by the management this particular subway will be losing its customers and money

Very bad service rude staff 😒 I seen the person serving me handle a meat sub . I said am vegetarian can uou please change your gloves before you handle my sub to serve me. The staff replies my hands are clean. I tried to explain to her the situation . And the process she is about to do. She then replies if your not happy go else where. Pathetic service couldn't careless about customers. I been in customer service in the food industry for over 25 years never experience this kind of behaviour. Please teach your staff about the difference between meat 🍖 and vegetarian on how to serve then please teach thus rude individual about customer service.

First time I visit subway near the light view, I was very hungry. I am pure vegetarian so, I decided to go subway for any veg sub because I know subway's policy, they are very cure for food allergen. But my order before other person order of non veg but that lady did not change the gloves and prepared my food then I have told her she and she became arrogant and argue with me even she did not change the knife , generally in other subway store they apologize and ask new order, but here it was worst service then after she continues argue and preparing my same order then I tell her to add one more sauce in it and she was teaching me subway policy however she doesn't follow single one about food. Never refer to visiting this store people are very arrogant.

The salad box came not even half filled with the ingredients. To say we paid £5.59 there wasn’t half as much inside as what you would get in store! Very disappointed.

My sister went to this subway and ordered 3 cookies from this place, as soon as she ate them she started feeling an atrocious stomach ache like if she had stomach bugs or something. The staff clearly didn’t make the cookies well and something was clearly raw. Staff also need improvement

6inch sub bread was stale and rock hard completely inedible whoever I spoke to at the store was so unhelpful I didn't want a refund I wanted a fresh sub delivered but that's too difficult for subway and just eat to sort out 0/10 from me

Once again only half my order has arrived if I order 12 inches then I expect to receive what I paid for .

The food was great except the margarita slice. It was first time trying it and will probably be the last. The meatless beef is really good and nowhere does a sauce like southwestern which brings me back to subway everytime. This was the best subway delivery we have had as stockport our home town is not great.

Hot sandwich was hot. Everything I ordered arrived. Only problem was that the nachos were absolutely pathetic. They're supposed to come with salsa and melted mozzarella, and there's an option to add jalapeños, which I didn't select, but the nachos came with 4 Slices of jalapeños, no salsa and a pinch of shredded cheese. And I mean a pinch. Was literally about 5 shreds of cheese. Worse than taco Bell for rationing the cheese. Should advertise them as dairy free tbh.

The rider called me to say 0.9 miles was too far to ride on a bike, so they took the order back to the restaurant. By the time another rider was found, more than an hour had passed and the food was approximately 90 minutes old and cold. I'd like a refund if possible, as I eventually ordered from elsewhere thinking it was never going to come.

Subway is always amazing but when you have to have a 10 minute argument with the delivery driver because he refuses to give you your order and when you do get it you find there are items missing. No customer support number for just eat. How do we actually complain about a delivery driver if we need to it's rediculous nothing gets resolved!. Just eat needs a customer support number!!

Went with a friend, asked for bowl of meatballs and I guess it was kinda my fault for not specifying but they gave me pork meatballs instead of asking me whether I wanted pork or beef, god forbid it would’ve been someone who couldn’t eat pork for religious reasons. They didn’t add sauce to my meatballs. They didn’t toast my sandwich properly. Didn’t give me my cutlery for my meatballs and when I asked for a fork, they gave me a spoon. Didn’t offer napkins. Cashier was on his phone whilst serving. Can’t be bothered attitudes to be honest. Mixed the veg and meat gloves. When he didn’t change his gloves from meat, he served a vegetarian customer with the same gloves. Didn’t wipe down tables. Overall disappointing. Ended up opting for subway in the core, way better

I've always gone in to subway for my sandwiches, ordered on line and disappointed they was hardly any filling in the sandwiches , all food arrived cold so had to reheat which never tastes the same .

Sub wasn't delivered in sub-box, napkins not included and the nugget box deformed as it wasn't closed with a sticker explains the low service score. nugget outer layer was crunchy as it usually is when ordering from subway in addition to this sub was lacking in quantity of salad and sauce, its a shame that through justeats the same sauce/salad item cannot be selected multiple times to indicate liking more sauce/salad as would be possible in person. With all that said the food was nice though had a lot of room to improve

I have been going to subway for many years because all the sandwiches and food is made immediately for you, the first subway shop that I went to was in Northampton in the USA, At that time this company was exceptionally high quality food.

Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Food was fresh. They had all the breads and plentiful of all other options to choose from.

The driver was rude and didn't want to deliver to my door. He told me I didn't pay him so I must come to his car and collect my order. You need to hold your drivers accountable for their actions especially when someone is ordering over £40 or £50 pounds with each order. Not acceptable

Just wanted to post a quick review mainly to apologise to the man who served me at 7:30pm on the 2nd of September- I’d been having a really bad day and rolled my eyes at him when he said they couldn’t accept a paper £20 note- they were understaffed and doing the best they could and remained calm and polite even though there was a queue of impatient customers backing up. Thank you for your service!

2 hours for delivery. Driver states at restaurant for 1 hrs and 25 mins. Food finally arrived freezing cold. Payed for extra cheese but bearly any cheese on arrival. Not happy. Will not use again.

Worse subway ever, i asked for lettuce and onion and got neither, wanted it to be toasted and wasn’t, the lack of meat is a joke.

I DID NOT GET THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR, I GOT SOMEONE ELSES.

We ordered delivery for 2 subs. All the vegetables from both subs were put in one of the them, while the other had none.

As good as you would expect from a usual Subway. The service was quick and pleasant. There weren't many clean tables available at the time unfortunately. Also limited vread choices. Perhaps short staffed af the time.

Sandwich was dry, dry bread and lack of sauce. A real shame because normally excellent

Absolutely awful I ordered 2 wraps and a 12inch sub cut in half arrived it was an absolute joke, and I got stung £18 for the privilege. Disgusting.

Sandwich and bread is soggy and squishy and gross. I have Covid and the only thing I felt like eating was a sandwich. Now I don't even want it.

I never received my order even though I was notified it was delivered?

Ordered tonight and got 2 subs both breads of the subs were burnt, not to mention we both ordered two different breads and got the exact same one, but we ended up leaving most of it because it just tastes of burnt bread. I have never had issues with a subway till today. One didn’t have any cheese on at all, and the second one didn’t have extra cheese on which we paid for. The only thing that was right was the substack, but even that was burnt.

Sent me a meat sandwich when I am vegetarian with a note telling me sorry I have given you a free packet of crispy how awful is that when you could of rang me and asked me if I wanted something else never again will I buy from here again and I will be going to the media

Absolutely gorgeous food. I haven't been to Subway in many many years as in all honesty my first experience wasn't that good (we're talking...i think 15 years ago) so I avoided Subway till today. Wow... very very nice. Nicely packed too. Polite driver. Thank you

Third time now I’ve received a note with my order saying no stock sorry. But yet you still charge me for the items if you don’t have them you shouldn’t be able to order them. Did you refund me? No you didn’t, Think this will be my last order with subway

I previously left a really positive review singing your praises! You couldn’t provide what I ordered when I left my review but compensated with little extras, I was happy thinking it was a one off! However I’ve ordered 3 times this week and only got what I ordered once! My first order was missing my chicken bites, no toasted sandwich, no sauce on the sandwich and the wrong bread! Second order was correct, however today you sent me cheesy doritos instead of nachos that I paid extra for and no lettuce on my sandwich I only asked for lettuce and tomato!!! Very inconsistent! I would rather you cancel the order if you can’t provide what I’m asking for…. won’t be ordering again now!

Got a different bread with a note to say they were out of my choice however bread was way to dry, crumbling at the edges. Cookies were under done and double chocolate cookies were missing the white chocolate chips. My 5yr old was not happy 😕

The only take away I've found that caters for Celiac clients by serving Gluten-Free Bread and taking all precautions needed to stop cross contamination.
