Gravy missing which was a shame! Not the freshest quality, but still nice, just seemed it took the driver a while to find me as all condensation in the bag.

Decent place for a quick bite to eat. Wouldn't know about delivery but when I rode past thought I'd nip inside as been in before with old boss. Strips meal and an extra bag of chips £7.75 bang on. with chip spice cooked infront of you so can see everything. Quality food. Not had better chips for a long time..

REAL REVIEW 2024 Just a basic big chicken place that is extremely overrated with fake reviews. I eat chicken daily and this chicken was chunky but nothing different, not above KFC or your local Dixy. Rip off basically

Came to leeds to visit family and I used to love getting chicken cottage when I was younger so we thought we would do it again as a treat. 2 hours before it turned up with an absolutely vile meal. Brown lettuce, horrible gravy and when we asked for pepsi with the meals a cheap can of Barr cola turned up for each of us. We werent even angry we just laughed at the ridiculousness of this order. Not what they used to be and probably never will. Whole thing went in bin. Disgusting.

Food was really good! Clear menu, lots to choose from. The box meal options give you a great variety of items. Staff were really friendly with me and the shop had a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and wings yesterday and a sticky toffee pudding. The sticky toffee pudding was frozen and freezer burnt which made it inedible and had to go straight in the bin. Just eat said restaurants have different ways of preparing food so won’t refund this. Save your money and avoid ordering from here. The burger bun was also stale, the wings pink and the chips cold. The hot sauce was nice tho. The Morley restaurant seems to be ran better.

Ordered chicken and rice here and actually the rice was the uncle Ben's £1 rice warmed at their microwave what a rip off. Never going to buy anything from them

I got a meal that included chicken strips. These resembled the strips you get from Iceland supermarket, not what any other local chicken shop serves as strips. Imagine strips that look like niknaks. Burger was ok though.

Love some chicken cottage they are fab on point pretty much all the time they have high standards and take much pride in the food they sell. Always recommend when friends visit area.

I've been going here for years. The food has always been amazing and at a very decent price. Never had a complaint about it. I've introduced many people to it who have made it a regular food stop.

Ordered a hot and spicy box. Wings taste funny- were not hot wings. The spicy mayo is gross.

I ordered 2 chicken fillet burger meals but I recieved one. Instead of a chicken fillet burger I recieved 5 chicken wings. I was very disappointed with my order.

First time order. The 12 pieces of fried chicken were more than ample in size. Unfortunately, the coating was quite soggy. I would order again and probably blast them in the air fryer to crisp them up.

Chicken was tender but firm the boneless box was very good value, could use a tiny bit more salad/lettuce on burger but a minor quibble, was an enjoyable meal

£13.50 for a burger meal with a piece of chicken and corn on the cob. £3 of that was delivery when we're not even a mile up the road, doesn't make the delivery charge clear goes straight from basket with just the food order to payment you just notice the jump in price on checkout. Food was soggy, scabby chips and not much on piece of chicken. Could've got the same sort of meal from KFC for less with delivery and better quality 🤷🏼‍♀️ only bonus is no food poisoning unlike some of the other chicken shops round Beeston

I think the order may have been wrong as I ordered 2 chicken wrap meals and it was really spicy so possibly gave us 2 spicy chicken wrap meals instead but still enjoyed one we got over the shock of the spice!!! 🥵

Today is the time I have ordered from here. I am VERY particular. However, I read the hygiene rating, and decided to give it a try. I had a simple chicken burger, and my daughter had a Mountain burger meal, and extra strips.Absolutely delicious! It was hot, nicely packaged, and unlike some places, the burger didn’t look as if it had been slapped on the bun, and the lettuce etc was placed nicely in the bun. The fries were crispy, and overall there was not even a hint of grease or oil! The fries were also really tasty, and the chicken strips were, according to my daughter, ‘phenomenal’! We will definitely be ordering lunch from here again. It’s great to have whilst working at home, as a ready made delight for lunch.

Hands down, this is my go to place whenever I'm in Leeds. Been going there since college days (10Yrs +) The food is always fresh, quick service and great tasting food. They don't need special offers or buy one get one free meal deals as their quality speaks for itself. I ordered the Spicy Fillet burger meal this time round. Succulent 100% chicken breast coated in a crispy spicy coating. Genuinely a melt in the mouth flavour. I also added chicken strips to my order, they're bang on. Make sure you add coleslaw to the order, it's always fresh and it genuinely has a good taste to it when you dip the strips into it. Make sure you order the chips with chip spice on them, their fries are golden and crunchy but the chip spice adds a kick to them flavour wise. I'd also recommend trying their mountain burger and grilled chicken. Tango dark berry is always my drink of choice 😁 Check out their ice creams aswell 💪🏼

My daughter asked for 5 spicy burger meals,She was give half cooked basic burgers,They were disgusting,We never go there but went shopping and fancied a burger,Never again.They we’re disgusting no taste and raw chicken

Chicken and chips amazing as usual. No issues really warm however they have some ice cream on the menu for a treat myself so I got the chicken cottage strawberry cheesecake ice cream at £5 expensive but was a treat the ice cream was just a thought all the way through it no chunky bits as promised didn’t live up to what I was expecting for paying £5 won’t be buying the ice cream again.

My order came different for what I order , but the food was very good and fast service

Normally they are fabulous food, but unfortunately this time when I order I didn’t order the Peri Salt on fries and even said it in notes, due to been allergic to it, the fries still arrived with it covered in so left them uneaten. The burger was delicious as always, and the apple crumble is amazing too. Just wish they read notes. Hopefully this was just a one off as since first ordering from them about 6 months ago, always go to for my chicken.

The info for sauces is a bit misleading. I ticked all 3. Thinking I was getting them but sadly not. It came with half tub of gravy. I rang the restaurant and the bloke told me I was having a laugh. So I don’t think I’ll be using these again.

The food was cold, but the worst part is the meat was smelly so bad and awful I honestly don’t understand how they want us to eat those meat, i want to throw up so bad🤮🤮never ever ever again !! Been ordering from Chicken Cottage for a really long time, however we called today and requested the food to be delivered. The call handler said there is a note on the system to say not to deliver to this address. To my surprise I questioned this and they was unable to tell me why that was. I was in a bit of shock as nothing has happened and we haven't ever had an issue so I'm not sure why they won't deliver. Anyways I won't be ordering from here again. 🙃

when ordering we rang the shop asking if we could hav a breast piece in the box they said yes, upon arrival there was no graby that was ordered there was NO CHICKEN in the box except the two wings we ordered on the side ! then they brought the other items 45 minutes later after we ran to say what was missing , i want a refund asap!

I received food 2 hours after placed the order. Order have been marked as delivered, but I had to wait another hour after this message. I spoke with restaurant twice. First time (after 1.5 hour) they said food is ready and will be send now, but after another 30 minutes still wasn't delivered, so I had to call 2nd time. After this call order have been delivered after 10 minutes.

Gave me the wrong order and when I called they told me I was wrong although I explained the order to them.

The chilli sauce was literally bust all over the bag all over the drinks and other sauces and one of my burgers wasn’t a mountain burger what I paid for.
