Food hasn’t been delivered and it says it has been delivered

Actually got all of the food I ordered this time

Order was all wrong, things missing. No dips came even the ones we paid for.

Waited over an 1hr 30mins for our food. Children were very upset waiting. Food was cold when it arrived. Last time we ordered we had an item missing and I thought we would give it another go but unfortunately today hasnt been much better.

Friendly staff, Parking available in the birchwood mall car park. Outdoor seating as well and a drive thru. Does click and serve. Gets busy after school.

Everything there no spillages and in time 👍

The cheeseburger had no cheese on it and nothing on it - was completely plain . We also recovered no sauces

Usually McDonald's is great at getting my order right. However on this occasion they got it wrong. Ordered dbl bacon mcmuffin and a double sausage mcmuffin but got 2 bacon ones instead. I know it was around 6am but still disappointed at the error

Misleading to say there is wi fi. There is NO wi fi. There are also NO power outlets. If you want coffee, best to head to another McDonald's as this one is not set up for business purposes.

Why bother asking if we want sauce if they don’t put them in the bag?????? Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!! Train your staff or better still get toddlers to do it I’m sure they would do a better job

the food was really cold when it finally arrived, the drinks had split all over the bag which leaked everywhere and the sauces I ordered wasn't in the bag either

Driver delivered food to the wrong address without taking the code

Food took ages to come as they spend a lot of time making orders up for uber eats and other food delivery services, these seem to take priority. Food was thrown together, and nobody seemed to be cleaning tables.

had to wait 45 mins, food was freezing, no drinks with order!

Grabbed breakfast. Hash browns were done well, breakfast buns were ok, although the eggs a little overdone. Staff were very friendly.

Everything delivered but one of the drinks was spilled because the lid wasn’t on properly!!!

Cheap fast food, that's about it, though I was charged for a coffee which should have been included in my McDonalds meal. This was rectified on my next visit. Nothing more to add really.

This was the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever had the food was awful this place should be shut down or get new management! The quarter pound was left overs from what it looked like, it definitely wasn’t fresh it was soggy, greasy and the box was coved on grease the burger was stuck to the box it was really that bad and the fries were undercooked greasy and nasty avoid at all costs - ended up in the bin

Absolutely shocking just paid £30 for delivery and missing a breakfast wrap meal even though it’s on the receipt. Can’t do this when customers paying more for delivery. Don’t go inside anymore so thought id get delivered and still shocking service

ordered double quater pounder paid for extra bacon. recieved a normal quater pounder and no bacon yet refused to refund the difference. even though picture was sent as proof. At least charge me for a single not a double and refund the cost for the bacon!!!

Ordered online but obviously the staff at McDonald's birchwood are all completely useless. Didn't deliver happy meal but only given a 79p refund. Useless and thieves. AVOID

One of the decent maccies. Made my food in Decent time even though it's busy, and the fries were fresh and still crisp in oil. The food was presented well and not a slop mess. And the kids enjoyed the tablet computers. With a lot of seating inside and out. Thanks

binned everything, bread on the mcmuffins was solid, egg was so over cooked it had turned Grey, the bacon was all fat and no meat, awful

my food turned up but the guy stayed for around 30 seconds but i couldn’t hear the door because he knocked on the outside door and because of my dog barking he could’ve atleast put it in the porch instead of not giving me my food at all. diabolical

After picking up the order the driver went to Risley for 10 minutes, didn't read the order notes I left him that I had COVID. I had to come outside and set off a coughing fit, set me back again. I had to throw the food away, it was cold and inedible.

late but it's OK, I'm lucky mcdonalds and the just eat drivers honer deliveries during adverse weather conditions. cold fries and warm burgers is a small price to pay. they remembers, my extras and dips. all good . keep up the hard work everyone

if i could give 0 stars i would, im forever let down, i have never had a correct order from here in my life, i myself work at a mcdonalds so i understand mistakes are occasionally made but time after time its honestly ridiculous, i ordered a burger with no bbq sauce and when i opened the box i’ve never seen so much bbq sauce in my life, it looks as if it was on purpose. so disappointing.

Went in store ordered and paid £25.00 took the order home to find there were 3 chicken mayo and 1 triple cheese burger missing. Tried to ring McDonald's several time but no one answered poor service .would have driven back the 8 miles but the weather was so bad we decided not to. Had no response to our email either. Would have understood the mistake if they had been busy but the place was empty. Very disappointed they should be double checking orders before giving to customers. Should we go back which is doubtful we will be checking before we leave.

I don't know why I order from here. I'm entirely too lazy. Constantly missing items. Constantly cold. Constantly late. An absolute joke.

One of the best McDonald's breakfasts I've had. Breakfast wrap meal was piping hot with a freshly prepared potato rosti. Excellent table service also. If only McDonalds could be like this all the time.

Delivery is always missing items and the franchisee doesn’t care otherwise they would do something about it. I’ll never use this branch again as they are incapable of putting what you order into a bag.

Got the wrong wrap and burger delivered ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single one and got a plain chicken lettuce tomatoe bbq wrap when I ordered a normal one and it had no sauce or bacon on it

I received a double cheeseburger with pickles when I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no pickles. food was luke warm at best.

Yet again, missing dips, nearly enough every order has had a problem of some sort.
