Got the wrong wrap and burger delivered ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single one and got a plain chicken lettuce tomatoe bbq wrap when I ordered a normal one and it had no sauce or bacon on it

I received a double cheeseburger with pickles when I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no pickles. food was luke warm at best.

Yet again, missing dips, nearly enough every order has had a problem of some sort.

don't know if it was the store or the delivery driver, but all we got was a bag of drinks. Literally nothing else.

So I ordered on just eat today but realised there’s no extra big tasty sauce option so I rang them up before purchasing and the girl who answered the phone… THANK YOU GIRL ILYSM that burger was dripping in sauce and I’m so happy you’ve made my dreams legit come true That was the best big tasty of my freakin life I hope you have the best Christmas ever and get a pay rise because we need more people like you! the food wasn't prepared until 15 minutes after latest delivery time. ended up being delivered 50 minutes later, very cold (I have to re-cook everything so it was safe to eat) and on delivery the drinks were dropped by the delivery person when taking them out of the car.

I took my grandson through the drive through this evening and ordered a cheese burger with just ketchup. No onions, no gurkin and no mustard. I also ordered 6 chicken nuggets. When we got home i lifted the burger bun and there was still onions on the burger it was as if the onions had been scraped off. Safe to say he wouldn’t eat it. We then opened the nuggets and they were stone cold. My husband went back to inform the staff. They still charged him for the second burger and when we opened it, it was drenched in tomato sauce. Once again my grandson couldnt eat it. The food and the service at birchwood Macdonalds is really poor. If it wasnt for my grandson we wouldn’t go back.

Poor service at this location every time.

I’m allergic to onions and the Big Mac sauce because I realised I was having an allergic reaction to it. Even though I asked for no onions and sauce they still added it on

McDonald’s Birchwood didn’t include my coffee

You are back of the queue when you do a walk in. Very slow service. Its not fast food anymore. Deliveries and drive through seem to take priority. I only ever use Mcd in an emergency.

I got a delivery and a burger was missing and I can't even complain on the app as it won't even let me. I've tried to call too no one was answering. Unfortunately my emails aren't working so I will have to complain through my partners email. Food is never warm either.

Driver said drinks spilt and we could request a refund - requested the refund didn’t receive it. Next morning found rubbish from the drinks on the pavement outside the house … still not received any refund for the drinks!

They forgot the whole duo deal a two of the drinks. So my kids went with out their breakfast as only two sets of pancakes arrived

Miserable staff horrible management. I went through drive through after a long day of driving i felt very faint and sick. After ordering my sons food and spending £15 I wasn’t hungry and felt very sick. I was already at pick up window so I asked for some tap water with ice. I was refused immediately. I know my rights. They are so stingey in this macdonalds they literally don’t care for their customers only the money they’re taking from us for their vile overpriced food!

Slowest service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. I will occasionally go when I’m passing by. Each occasion I fall into the trap of thinking it could be a different experience to the last one. If you buy chips on an evening expect them to be rock hard and tasteless

In the queue of the drive thru the other day, I watched the man in front of me try to give the code for his app order. The girl kept hearing it wrong. He remained patient and polite, but she got it so wrong she had to put him on hold and go get help. I switched my engine off, thinking it might help her hear him better. She came back on and explained she'd have to redo his order manually. He still remained patient and smiling, gave her his order again and commented he'd lose his points on the app now. In all this had taken about 5 minutes. (not that long I hear you say) but bear in mind this was the drive thru and giving the code for his online order should have made it seconds not minutes. We both moved forward, my turn to give my code, his to collect his order. I heard him say, I'll just have to reorder then, and he left with receiving his food. When I pulled up to collect my food. I complained on his behalf, they said the headset the girl was using made it very difficult to hear, so it wasn't her fault. I suggested 2 options, get a better headset or send someone out in person to take orders. This was just ignored.

This place is still shocking. No change as of 23,9.24 infact since this review iv had human hair on my food and 2 Cold meals. Take 20mins to actually be served and another 20 to get your food. I dont understand why this happens and only at this mcdonald's.

there was no queues and was not busy at all, after waiting 20minutes for my fast food I recieved cold fries, after complaining they gived me new fries with no salt.. do not reccomend, will never go there again!!!

I ordered a McFlurry and it took 15 minutes to come and when I FINALLY got it after asking and no eye contact and simply awful service my mucflurry was melted AND my friend also ordered a crispy chilly rap and she got the crispy ceaser salad wrap and my other friend got no chicken in her CHICKEN wrap

Food was cold and not through to the driver as he came straight to. I ordered a Big Mac Chicken and got a Big Mac (beef). Mozzarella Dippers didn’t come with the sauce and were also freezing cold. The ice in the drink has also completed melted so had obviously been sat around. Not the first time I have been disappointed in the food from this Restaurant. Wouldn’t order if it wasn’t for convenience.

Not really fast food anymore with the way it's set up for deliveries as priority over customers in the restaurant itself having to wait between 5 to 30mins before collecting and even then the order could be either wrong or missing items you ordered even still COLD go back the old way more tills more staff bigger kitchens now that yous deliver

Dry burgers ...hardly no sauce ...no pickle...a total disregard for the consumer..my family walked away with no respect for McDonald's again.. busy place we understand but the product should still be on point ...

my order was missing all the dips I selected with the 20nuggets. medium Fries from 1 meal and 2 small Fries from the family meal also the milk from the happy meal.

Ordered at 12:04, order arrived at 13:26. This is not acceptable. One hour and a half for delivery is a joke. And the man on delivery did not apologise either he was quite rude. Food was also cold due to being such a long wait time. Awful experience and service.

When we're heading down south on the M6, we often detour between junctions 21a and 21 to get petrol from ASDA and journey food from McDonalds in Birchwood. It's clean, it's well run, the food is good for fast food.

Service was lovely and friendly but the food was barely warm and they messed up the order again. If you go throught eh drive through you have a better chance of hotter food and them getting the order correct.
