Incredibly slow and frequently get orders incorrect

Really good normally, until you order good have it delivered and potat of your order is missing 😡

Delivery time got pushed twice. Food came cold, some items missing, can’t eat it!

No dips, wrong burger, large fries ordered and half full and burnt McFlurry half full. A bit disappointed

Service was lovely and friendly but the food was barely warm and they messed up the order again. If you go throught eh drive through you have a better chance of hotter food and them getting the order correct.

Items missing every time I order and had to get to mc Donald’s to sort my order out even tho I got it delivered clearly can never get anyones order right it’s always wrong or missing items

It's summer holidays so bit noisy full off kids. Toffee latte was cold and cream had melted in. Burgers looked like thrown together

Order never arrived as just eat refuse to update my address location and food is being sent to a different address. Shocking.

Very disappointing food was cold took it back and no sorry or anything they need to train there young staff on customer service even the manager that was on didnt even apologise

The food didn't arrive until 8:20 as the driver said the order disappeared and he lost our address. The restaurant said it was delivered. Food was cold when finally arrived

Literally the slowest fast food I have ever had. No queue, all I order was 6 chicken nuggets and water and I waited 25 minutes! I've never seen anything like it in my life. Staff members wandering around aimlessly in the back like zombies! Weird place

There is always something missing. Even paying for dips and nothing comes. Won’t be ordering again

Not enough nuggets in the 20 nugget box as they have changed the packaging which is smaller.... Just another way to rip you off!!!!!

Today's service was terrible forgot our fries ans then said there wasn't any so sent our burgers out without then we ended up with cold burgers although we asked to take them back to keep warm . We asked what drinks were available to be told fizzy drinks we knew that we wanted flavours Bins were that full to coming out of the front chair was filthy full of grease and crumbs never been to such a lapse macdonalds

Didn’t receive the items I had ordered. Contacted just eat about this and was told there is nothing they can do. Shocking that a company can not put the correct items in the bag even though it’s on the receipt. And even more shocking that you’re not entitled to a refund.

Freezing cold fries…lukewarm 1/4 pounder that looked like it had been sat on!! Really disappointing

Why give options for dips if you can't put them in with the order

Ordered a select share box and a double cheeseburger, waited 10 minutes in the queue then another 10 minutes at the front because the selects were still cooking. Get home and find I’ve been given a hat trick burger meal and mozzarella bites. Poor

Wasnt the drivers fault, but maccies didnt give us our drinks correctly and gave us some 200ml milk? Instead of milkshakes

The food is never right. I had no egg at all when ordered extra and I asked for no cheese due to allergy’s but surprise surprise get cheese.

Ordered couple of items on McDonald's App on my phone, collected it myself and when I've opened it at home main item was missing which was a big mac. Not happy that the most expensive item from my order was missing!

Duplicated order but still managed to have items missing (happens 9 times out of 10). Driver then would not take back the duplicated items and Just Eat refused to refund. Won't use again.

Probably the WORST McDonalds in the North West 🥴 The staff are ALWAYS too 'busy' to serve customers waiting at the order point / till ...... 'busy' talking to thier mates and leaving customers stood waiting 😡 Just Eat orders take a HUGE priority over customers stood in the premesis - to the point that just getting served is a mission 😡 When the food order eventually arrives the standard is WELL below acceptable ...... it's often cold and usually looks as though it's been put together with a catapult at 50 metres range 😡😡 Absolutely shocking that this place is still operating - senior management should send in 'mystery shoppers' to discover for themselves the true scale of the problem 😡😡😡

Not happy being charged £3.99 for delivery when I only live a mile away. And having a service charge taken automatically. You’d at least think they could make a hot chocolate that didn’t toast like warm water

Very clean and organised inside and the staff very polite, wishing all customers a nice day when they collected their food. Toilets clean.

It's McDonald's.....you know what to expect!

Haven't been to McDonald's in decades. Not since they replaced their vegetable burger with a chunk of Quorn. Too many dead animals and animal products. 🤢

I ordered 1 wrap, a mcflurry and a milkshake. I got the wrap and some random drink. Really dissappointing experience. Had to reorder for the mcflurry and the milkshake. Hope this time it works.

My sons burger came with everything thing he doesn't like on it despite my selection and no actually patty it's like they did the opposite to what I asked no help offered from McDonald's told to contact just eat who offered a refund for his burger but no replacement

Ordered at 9.30, delivery time was 9.55-10.15, then changed multiple times until settling for 10.30-10.45. Finally arrived at 10.50. This was by no means the courier’s fault as I could see he was waiting from 10.10.

Frequently get the order wrong. Third time it has happened to me when ordering via drive through - only to realise when I get home that there are items missing. Quite inconvenient to then drive back and get a refund/the item.

Courier was brilliant. Option to have free items as an offer and they NEVER EVER include them it's disgusting! 😤 Yes it's a freebie but seriously... what's the point in offering it if you can't be bothered to add them to the bags??

Twice I have order delivery and twice not received food I've ordered, response is if come to restaurant they can give it to me, if I could get to restaurant I wouldn't order delivery........yes they gave me a refund but gotta wait for that and still no food......1st time mistake anyone can make a mistake but 2nd is just irresponsible

We ordered off Uber eats and the drive failed to deliver our food, maya from the birchwood store was more than helpful and found us a quick solution whilst remaining calm and friendly, first class service from her and her team👍

Chips were not cooked properly and they lacked flavour. Burgers were very messy with Tomato sauce everywhere.

Shocking service. Only couple in and still waited 20 mins for breakfast meal. Arrived at 7.15. Just eat person arrived and yes they took priority to us.

i received my food but the bag was tampered with, the card board tab has been pulled off the bag ,it is not sealed this is very very weird i dont know if the food has been tampered with or not, you need to check with the driver if they opened the bag this has never happened before, please let me know what you find out thank you..

completely wrong meal received, 2 upset, hungry children only way to seek help is via email so no replacement- now awaiting if eligible for a refund. I'll know in 48 hours but in the mean time I have to find something else for Kids to each for their treat night.
