Ordered online but obviously the staff at McDonald's birchwood are all completely useless. Didn't deliver happy meal but only given a 79p refund. Useless and thieves. AVOID

One of the decent maccies. Made my food in Decent time even though it's busy, and the fries were fresh and still crisp in oil. The food was presented well and not a slop mess. And the kids enjoyed the tablet computers. With a lot of seating inside and out. Thanks

binned everything, bread on the mcmuffins was solid, egg was so over cooked it had turned Grey, the bacon was all fat and no meat, awful

my food turned up but the guy stayed for around 30 seconds but i couldn’t hear the door because he knocked on the outside door and because of my dog barking he could’ve atleast put it in the porch instead of not giving me my food at all. diabolical

After picking up the order the driver went to Risley for 10 minutes, didn't read the order notes I left him that I had COVID. I had to come outside and set off a coughing fit, set me back again. I had to throw the food away, it was cold and inedible.

if i could give 0 stars i would, im forever let down, i have never had a correct order from here in my life, i myself work at a mcdonalds so i understand mistakes are occasionally made but time after time its honestly ridiculous, i ordered a burger with no bbq sauce and when i opened the box i’ve never seen so much bbq sauce in my life, it looks as if it was on purpose. so disappointing.

Went in store ordered and paid £25.00 took the order home to find there were 3 chicken mayo and 1 triple cheese burger missing. Tried to ring McDonald's several time but no one answered poor service .would have driven back the 8 miles but the weather was so bad we decided not to. Had no response to our email either. Would have understood the mistake if they had been busy but the place was empty. Very disappointed they should be double checking orders before giving to customers. Should we go back which is doubtful we will be checking before we leave.

I don't know why I order from here. I'm entirely too lazy. Constantly missing items. Constantly cold. Constantly late. An absolute joke.

One of the best McDonald's breakfasts I've had. Breakfast wrap meal was piping hot with a freshly prepared potato rosti. Excellent table service also. If only McDonalds could be like this all the time.

Delivery is always missing items and the franchisee doesn’t care otherwise they would do something about it. I’ll never use this branch again as they are incapable of putting what you order into a bag.

the food wasn't prepared until 15 minutes after latest delivery time. ended up being delivered 50 minutes later, very cold (I have to re-cook everything so it was safe to eat) and on delivery the drinks were dropped by the delivery person when taking them out of the car.

I took my grandson through the drive through this evening and ordered a cheese burger with just ketchup. No onions, no gurkin and no mustard. I also ordered 6 chicken nuggets. When we got home i lifted the burger bun and there was still onions on the burger it was as if the onions had been scraped off. Safe to say he wouldn’t eat it. We then opened the nuggets and they were stone cold. My husband went back to inform the staff. They still charged him for the second burger and when we opened it, it was drenched in tomato sauce. Once again my grandson couldnt eat it. The food and the service at birchwood Macdonalds is really poor. If it wasnt for my grandson we wouldn’t go back.

You are back of the queue when you do a walk in. Very slow service. Its not fast food anymore. Deliveries and drive through seem to take priority. I only ever use Mcd in an emergency.

Driver said drinks spilt and we could request a refund - requested the refund didn’t receive it. Next morning found rubbish from the drinks on the pavement outside the house … still not received any refund for the drinks!

They forgot the whole duo deal a two of the drinks. So my kids went with out their breakfast as only two sets of pancakes arrived

Miserable staff horrible management. I went through drive through after a long day of driving i felt very faint and sick. After ordering my sons food and spending £15 I wasn’t hungry and felt very sick. I was already at pick up window so I asked for some tap water with ice. I was refused immediately. I know my rights. They are so stingey in this macdonalds they literally don’t care for their customers only the money they’re taking from us for their vile overpriced food!

Slowest service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. I will occasionally go when I’m passing by. Each occasion I fall into the trap of thinking it could be a different experience to the last one. If you buy chips on an evening expect them to be rock hard and tasteless

In the queue of the drive thru the other day, I watched the man in front of me try to give the code for his app order. The girl kept hearing it wrong. He remained patient and polite, but she got it so wrong she had to put him on hold and go get help. I switched my engine off, thinking it might help her hear him better. She came back on and explained she'd have to redo his order manually. He still remained patient and smiling, gave her his order again and commented he'd lose his points on the app now. In all this had taken about 5 minutes. (not that long I hear you say) but bear in mind this was the drive thru and giving the code for his online order should have made it seconds not minutes. We both moved forward, my turn to give my code, his to collect his order. I heard him say, I'll just have to reorder then, and he left with receiving his food. When I pulled up to collect my food. I complained on his behalf, they said the headset the girl was using made it very difficult to hear, so it wasn't her fault. I suggested 2 options, get a better headset or send someone out in person to take orders. This was just ignored.

This place is still shocking. No change as of 23,9.24 infact since this review iv had human hair on my food and 2 Cold meals. Take 20mins to actually be served and another 20 to get your food. I dont understand why this happens and only at this mcdonald's.

I ordered a McFlurry and it took 15 minutes to come and when I FINALLY got it after asking and no eye contact and simply awful service my mucflurry was melted AND my friend also ordered a crispy chilly rap and she got the crispy ceaser salad wrap and my other friend got no chicken in her CHICKEN wrap

Food was cold and not through to the driver as he came straight to. I ordered a Big Mac Chicken and got a Big Mac (beef). Mozzarella Dippers didn’t come with the sauce and were also freezing cold. The ice in the drink has also completed melted so had obviously been sat around. Not the first time I have been disappointed in the food from this Restaurant. Wouldn’t order if it wasn’t for convenience.
