I mean no offence but the food was terrible, so bland and stodgy no taste at all the pizza had zero flavoure , even my dogs turned there nose up at the pizza.

was once my favourite place but mega gone down hill pizza bases were burnt was the same last time I ordered always belive somewhere can have a bad day but there's too many bad days from this place will be giving it a wide berth from now on

I used to use Petra all the time and after having a bad couple of orders couple of years ago we started going elsewhere, saw recent reviews and thought I’d give them another try, let’s just say I wish I didn’t bother, delivery said 8:40pm and food turned up at 9:10pm, food was cold upon arrival as though it may of been sat in drivers car for a while, the garlic bread with cheese was over cooked, zinger chicken meal was a disgrace, bun had been pulled apart, salad didn’t taste fresh I couldn’t ea

For the first time the food was not your usual standard. The kebab was cold on arrival and not of its usual quantity or quality. I look forward to Saturday takeaway from you but today was disappointing.

The naan bread was over cooked and hard and the sauce I paid for wasn’t in the bag.

Did not read the comments section.. I asked for my kebab to have the salad and sauce separate as I have a food allergy I was gonna give the sauce to my partner.. instead they drenched the kebab in mayo which I could not eat as lactose intolerant. I called to advise if the mistake and they blamed the cost of the container to put separate. Why not call me ?? I would have paid the extra , instead of ignoring potential fatal food allergy notifications from customers showing no compassion or aknowleg

I got chicken kebab, 2 chicken burgers and the meat pizza. The chicken burgers are not worth £5.50! They use cheap processed chicken..kebab was in a small pitta bread smothered in mayonnaise. However the actual chicken was decent. The pizza is also nice

The pizza and garlic bread was Stone cold. It ended up in then. And they charged me an extra 2 pounds. Thought them to deliver it even I asked for it to be delivered. Do not go with this takeaway place

We are regulars with Petra and they never disappoint. Food is always hot and most of the time is delivered early. Also if I’ve ever needed to call because I’ve forgotten to add something to my order, they are always so helpful :) Thank you guys!

Quick Delivery, very tasty, fresh food.

Soggy chips and bread. Chips cold. Asked for no onions and got onions on one of the 3 burgers. Asked for salad and got about 3 bits of lettuce and 1 really thin piece of tomatoe. Really disappointed.

Wasn't happy at all. The presentation of the burgers were awful! Huge chunks of red onions just splattered over the burgers. Processed chicken, my boys did not enjoy it. Same with the chicken kebab, mayo and huge red onions just splattered all other. The naan was quite thin, more like flat bread. However, the chicken tasted ok. Won't be buying from here again! It's not worth what I paid. Especially when it's not even real chicken on the burgers.

Pizza not too bad but came with salami not pepperoni as described and the spicy meat is very bland can’t work out what meat it is to be honest. Apart from that all good

I did not receive my stamp card discount and it’s now gone from my account?

Been having take aways from Petra’s for years. I ordered online to collect, to turn up and they had received no order although I had paid and had confirmation on my phone. I was then asked to do another order online whilst I was in shop which I did and again that one hadn’t come through to the shop but the money had been taken. Then both orders come through so I paid for 2 orders and only received one due to there machine at the shop having an error. They couldn’t issue me a refund in the shop although I placed the order on their website, had to ring a customer service number to be told I’d have a refund in 5 working days for one of my orders I never received. I rang the shop he took my name and number and said he would sort it and shock never heard anything. After numerous phone calls I gave up and I have never received a refund. Disappointed as I’ve been coming here for years, but the customer service is shocking! Needs improving asap

I order often from here, and everytime I ask for regular coke, I get sent diet coke which I can't drink, so after several wasted cans, on todays order I asked in the comments to please send me regular coke as ordered....not diet!!! Low an behold its diet coke thay arrived! So either take it off the menu if you no longer stock it,.or train your staff so they know the difference between the 2!!!!!!

In all the 10 years I have been ordering food from you, last night was the only time I've been let down. It was so greasy, luke warm and tasteless. I'm going to go elsewhere for a while until you improve that recent Food Standards score you received in October 22. Come on! You can do better! Last weeks food was piping hot, packed full of flavour and very very good. I'm not sure what happened last night, but it wasn't good.

The food way really cold and under cooked, to be fair the chicken was calm but the two pizzas were left after 2 slices and was a total waste, not used to them being so bad as I’ve ordered here multiple times before.

When the delivery driver rings to say he’s outside then 10 minutes later you have to ring him because he’s still 5 minutes away then he tells you not to order from there again because you live too far away! Ok, we won’t.

Mixed kebab tasted funny, like off meat? Chips completely under cooked. Delivered within 10 mins and now we know why

The pizza I ordered gave me food poisoning. Then checked the online ‘scores on the doors’ hygiene rating, and at the time of writing it was one out of five- defined as ‘Major Improvement Necessary’. Couldn’t agree more. I won’t be back again. Avoid.
