Pukka Pizza , So Fresh and Delicious, Kebabs are Lovely, and the In House Chilli Sauce is Georgeous, Chips were Greshley Cooked. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND This place. Enjoy is all i can say .....

when the food came it was completely covered in Greece and the pizza tasted off.. the chicken meat was brown and the cheese on the chips tasted off too..

I ordered and paid for Italian burger but recieved plain burger and salad.Realised when I had bitten into it.I was too hungry to leave it as anything was better than nothing.Very disappointed it's happened before too.Shame as the food is nice when you get correct order

Rude customer service. Got my order wrong which is nothing new. Just all round rude staff.

Order was accepted, called them after 1 hour and was told that they had cancelled it. Which they didn’t. Was charged £34 and never received the food. Now in dispute with them and Justeat to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Obvious why this is a 3 star hygiene place. Absolutely shambolic. Pizza undercooked and greasy. Chicken nuggets over cooked and the chips were soaking wet like they had been in the rain. Worst food I’ve ever had. Seriously, go elsewhere or cook something yourself. This place needs shutting down

I did not get my free garlic bread

As with a couple of other reviewers not sure if there are new owners, have been a customer for years. Last order was not good - tuna pizza was too salty/fishy tasting to eat, garlic bread with cheese hardly any cheese and plastic tasting. Maybe it was one off?- we couldn’t eat it.

Always get it on time or earlier as predicted and food every time nice, as we would expect

Couldn't even eat it it was that bad!

We ordered three different pizzas: margarita, chicken and mushroom, and chicken garlic and onion. All the pizzas were horrid, we couldn’t finish any of them. They were all disgustingly greasy, they tasted like fish even though there wasn’t fish in any of them, the cheese and all the toppings would slide off the pizza. I’ve had £1 frozen pizzas a million times better than these. I wouldn’t eat a pizza from here if it was free. The chips were nice though I will say that but the pizza is disgusting

My son's friend from school recommended Petra Lovely food and lovely people inside, the service was great, the kebab meat brill and portions were fantastic The fried chilly cheese bites were so good Highly recommend this place

I've been a loyal customer for many years. They never failed me. Small dinners or parties, the food always grabbed the attention of my gustes. Well done, and keep the good work coming.

Food tasted different than usual. Has it been took over? Mixed order up and when I rang very rude man who tried to tell me he was right when in fact I have the receipt. Said he would redeliver missing food but it never came.

I mean no offence but the food was terrible, so bland and stodgy no taste at all the pizza had zero flavoure , even my dogs turned there nose up at the pizza.

I used to use Petra all the time and after having a bad couple of orders couple of years ago we started going elsewhere, saw recent reviews and thought I’d give them another try, let’s just say I wish I didn’t bother, delivery said 8:40pm and food turned up at 9:10pm, food was cold upon arrival as though it may of been sat in drivers car for a while, the garlic bread with cheese was over cooked, zinger chicken meal was a disgrace, bun had been pulled apart, salad didn’t taste fresh I couldn’t ea

For the first time the food was not your usual standard. The kebab was cold on arrival and not of its usual quantity or quality. I look forward to Saturday takeaway from you but today was disappointing.

The naan bread was over cooked and hard and the sauce I paid for wasn’t in the bag.

Did not read the comments section.. I asked for my kebab to have the salad and sauce separate as I have a food allergy I was gonna give the sauce to my partner.. instead they drenched the kebab in mayo which I could not eat as lactose intolerant. I called to advise if the mistake and they blamed the cost of the container to put separate. Why not call me ?? I would have paid the extra , instead of ignoring potential fatal food allergy notifications from customers showing no compassion or aknowleg

I got chicken kebab, 2 chicken burgers and the meat pizza. The chicken burgers are not worth £5.50! They use cheap processed chicken..kebab was in a small pitta bread smothered in mayonnaise. However the actual chicken was decent. The pizza is also nice

The pizza and garlic bread was Stone cold. It ended up in then. And they charged me an extra 2 pounds. Thought them to deliver it even I asked for it to be delivered. Do not go with this takeaway place

We are regulars with Petra and they never disappoint. Food is always hot and most of the time is delivered early. Also if I’ve ever needed to call because I’ve forgotten to add something to my order, they are always so helpful :) Thank you guys!

Quick Delivery, very tasty, fresh food.

Soggy chips and bread. Chips cold. Asked for no onions and got onions on one of the 3 burgers. Asked for salad and got about 3 bits of lettuce and 1 really thin piece of tomatoe. Really disappointed.

Wasn't happy at all. The presentation of the burgers were awful! Huge chunks of red onions just splattered over the burgers. Processed chicken, my boys did not enjoy it. Same with the chicken kebab, mayo and huge red onions just splattered all other. The naan was quite thin, more like flat bread. However, the chicken tasted ok. Won't be buying from here again! It's not worth what I paid. Especially when it's not even real chicken on the burgers.

Pizza not too bad but came with salami not pepperoni as described and the spicy meat is very bland can’t work out what meat it is to be honest. Apart from that all good

I did not receive my stamp card discount and it’s now gone from my account?

Been having take aways from Petra’s for years. I ordered online to collect, to turn up and they had received no order although I had paid and had confirmation on my phone. I was then asked to do another order online whilst I was in shop which I did and again that one hadn’t come through to the shop but the money had been taken. Then both orders come through so I paid for 2 orders and only received one due to there machine at the shop having an error. They couldn’t issue me a refund in the shop although I placed the order on their website, had to ring a customer service number to be told I’d have a refund in 5 working days for one of my orders I never received. I rang the shop he took my name and number and said he would sort it and shock never heard anything. After numerous phone calls I gave up and I have never received a refund. Disappointed as I’ve been coming here for years, but the customer service is shocking! Needs improving asap
