Employee called Bradley Hayes was really rude to me and I was very upset with my experience at Mcdonalds, I wont be returning as my chicken selects were raw

Awful. Went 3 times over 2 days. The food was cold, items were missing all 3 times

Standard crowded McDonald's, parking space a plus.

Ordered a cappuccino, was given a toffee latte which I questioned as I could smell it said it was a cappuccino so I took it thru drive thru. Gets to work it’s a toffee latte which I hate. Make sure orders are correct fuming as now have to go and get another from costa

I tend to order & pay through the Mcds app it's quicker. Choose where you want to collect, and give the code on collection. Keep your receipt and do a quick survey that gets you a discounted meal on your next order. At times, they need more staff to deal with the volume of delivery orders and in-house orders. Not good, been told to park up & wait several minutes 🙄 when its meant to be fast food. Staff are friendly but understaffed.

It is what it is,though it seems it is no longer fast food,as all the delivery systems seem to get preference,and also the prices have also risen quite high

Chips half full and arrived cold. Did not send dip that was paid for. Please do not order food from here it will not be good!

initially said would arrive 2:15, then instead arrived 2:36 and the driver took the longest route to my house so by the time my food arrived it was stone cold. this is so pathetic.

Went after work around 4am the staff was was rude and weird barked down the intercom while I was trying to order went to pay no one was at the pay window so went to the next one was handed my drink and told to reverse to pay. I asked why he barked down the intercom. No response got my food home to eat and get the burger out and it's swamped in ketchup and as flat as a pancake like it was punched or something wouldn't waste your time going at night with there night staff atm

If I pay money for dip I expect it to be sent. Why are they always incapable of including the dip?

As usual justeat only delivered half the order. Must be a restaurant issue.

Went through the drive throw to get food started to take my orders i just started to when. Then she just over to the other line. I went in and ask for a manger. I told her about it and she said I do not care but I can take your but not a sorry just I do not care and start to make fun of the with other member off staff. And this is a large.

I ordered Chicken sandwich meal Double cheeseburger Cheese bites Hands down the WORST McDonalds in the uk! Chicken sandwich had the wrong bun wrong lettuce and WRONG CHICKEN (it had chicken mayo chicken) Double cheeseburger had no onions no sauce and 2 pieces of horrible rubbery cheese that didn’t even melt, absolutely disgusting! Cheese bites was freezing cold and rubbery even the chips was cold and soggy! To top it off my coke was flatter than a granny’s chest…

It's a McDonalds, and we all know what they do best. Great for fast food and quick snacks. Some are 24 hours. Fresh brewed coffee at a great price is recommended .There is plenty of parking on site and also blue badge disability spaces . Access all on the level and automatic doors, so good accessibility too. On my visit the eat-in areas are clean and tidy, and tables were recently wiped and cleaned.

First class service and food lovely and hot and fresh. Thank you.

I was charged 50p for a small box of pickles, which I find completely unreasonable. Pickles are a basic condiment that should be included with a meal, not an additional cost. Having to pay extra for such a small item feels like a petty and unnecessary charge. This policy certainly diminishes the overall value and experience of dining at McDonald’s. Fish fillet (no cheese) plus fries excitedly ordered at drive through on Sunday 9th June around 1am...Macky'D's here we go ! Overwhelming wave of sadness came over me when confronted with a lonely, oil soaked, crusty piece of square'ish fish deftly placed between two oil soaked baps and stone cold, "salted to death" half filled medium fries. The cold realisation that someone simply did not care hit me like an ice bucket surprise. Will be back if oil feeding zombies roam the earth and there is a global shortage of cooking oil.

Hi I have already put a request in for a total refund of this order in question as the total order was missing and just a small drink was delivered. Who ever is making these mistakes . I am so dissatisfied and very angry I called McDonalds and they told me to voice my opinion with just eat . I have no idea why it says delivered because I haven’t received my food? Order was meant to come at 11:20 and it’s 1:15 and it says order complete and I’m still without my food.

Ordered 2 hours before delivery so why deliver late?

Went as a last resort at approx 10.30pm after returning from Wembley on 8th June. DIRE!!!! The 'staff' were blatantly and immaturely messing about in front of customers. The person 'in charge' was throwing fries at someone else, one person was annoying another colleague by placing a wet cloth on her hat by the food areas. The service was ridiculously slow, they had ran out of some sauce and the table we sat at was grubby. There was music, singing and loud talking at the back and you could pretty much hear it all from the other corner. Shambles. Never again! Previously: Gone dramatically downhill, seems very grubby as soon as you walk in. Dirty tables, fixtures and fittings. Female toilets 1 out of order and the other one filthy and no loo roll, and the service was dire. Asked for ice in a relatively flat coke, didn't have any. Rubbish bin too full to empty tray. No napkins in holders. Basically dreadful.

This is the best McDonald’s to go to. They always send hot food, full boxes of fries and I have never had an item missing. It takes longer to be delivered than winwick road but I don’t mind waiting when I know my order is going to be hot and correct

No longer new but, sadly, still the same issues after more than a year. Can’t use app because no signal for my network (not McD fault) and McD wifi doesn’t work (their fault). This has been the case since they opened- surely a very simple thing to resolve ?

Ordered take away ,burgers was ,,thrown,, in the bag, doesn't taste fresh ,almost no salds or ketchup on it,,had HAIRS packed in burger,but im not surprised becouse there was not any sign of hygiene (no gloves,no hair nets,)i better dont want to go look to the kitchen in the back...i used to like mc donalds,but after this experience i will take a break for a while,and definitely not come back to this one anymore

Delivery driver was great. Food AWFUL chips were massively undercooked. I never understand how they can give you undercooked food and cold. No dips that we paid for. Awful.

Can’t even get a simple order correct

I don't know what it's like inside because it's always busy, so I prefer to get takeout and eat in my car.

McDonalds on the whole has gone down hill. In the last 20 years there have been 2 occasions where the order has been correct. This visit, keeping the item count to 4 items, 3 of the same thing, the staff were able to get it right. With these two exceptions, in 20 years every single order has been missing items. How hard is it to read a list and put the items in a bag. One or two orders, maybe, but every single order and not in one restaurant but in every one I’ve been to over 20 years. I write this having 8 years experience working in a McDonalds and this never used to happen. You can see that the staff in UK McDonald’s they come across as they just don’t care about the work they do. Worse case was a children’s party and all the drinks were missing. This was a delivery order and in this case the driver while slurping on a McDonalds milk shake said the store did give him any drinks and the store didn’t give a damn and said of course they gave everything take it up with the driver. In my opinion McDonalds it now over priced junk food and seemed to be served by staff who think nothing more than what time do they clock off. Gone are the days of the customer is always right and let’s do anything to keep the customer happy.

The newly appointed Business Manager Neil Bostock (previously based at Winwick Road) is a very manipulative and spiteful man, he will do everything and anything possible to ensure both his staff and the customers have an awful and uncomfortable experience, I now avoid this store at all costs.

They got my order wrong on drive-thru and forgot my sons meal. I noticed my sons was missing straight away, but the incorrect burgers were not noticed until I was home. Chips were ice cold the second I got them too. Also, it took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru but there was only one other car using it?? Abit strange.
