McDonald's in Warrington

Called in for an early breakfast and I have to say it was faultless. Yes, 100% faultless. I even used the app, and for a old duffer like me found it easy 🤣

Visited today 9th March. Ordered Big Mac, fries and a chocolate milk shake. Yet again at a McDonald's outlet i was advised that they couldn't provide milk shake as there was a problem with the machine. When I said that this is the same in a few outlets that I had visited recently the pleasant lady serving said that one hour previously they were serving milk shake. My reply was that is what I have been told wherever I have recently tried to buy a milkshake. Is there an issue???. I also ordered burger, fries and a diet coke. The lady serving was helpfull, polite and smart. Service was good and brought to our table. The food was excellent and served hot. It was actually the best McDonald's food that I had eaten for a while. Just a pity about the problem in supplying milkshakes. The restaurant was very clean and a pleasant lady was working hard cleaning it.

Awful. Chips are so burnt and salty it would kill a Victorian child.

I ordered from this dirty McDonald's and they put bacon in it while looking at my face because I didn't want bacon in my food. After the manager of the company said something to the employees, two of the employees looked at my face and put something I didn't want in it, as if they were kidding, this is what will happen if they leave the child to work at this hour.

Absolutely awful. Sack all ur employees at this rate. I’d do a better job running that place on my own. Never going again, rude and honestly… why is your System always down???? Like always???? Sort it out ffs

Went a few days ago. Food was OK but the place was dirty....the floors where so slippy whith greece it was dangerous..even the gents toilet was the same. If they can't be bothered cleaning the floor what is the kitchen like. Last time I'll be visiting this place.

My order didn’t arrive, and no answer from the restaurant.

Filet fish was dry and over cooked had to go back to get the same again

My order never came , waited 2 and half hours for it , stopped answering phone , need refund

Ordered off the app and had another missing item. This is too regular unfortunately. As per usual no clear way of contacting customer service.

food was stone cold, cold drinks in with hot food, obviously had been left sat on the side for a while as the delivery was quick.

Fries absolutely freezing cold again had to put them in the air fryer and Not the same. This happens time and time again this is why I’ve orderd less than usual because it’s al ways wrong or cold

Absolutely terrible. Waited an hour and a half so the food was cold and inedible. Only given a small percentage of the cost credited to the account. I even spent 20 minutes telling the driver where to take the food to and he still did not do this.

It’s smackdonalds. If you haven’t been you’ve not missed much it barely qualifies as food that’s not actually that cheap or fast anymore. Dull

Staff cleaned the tables spotlessly. I returned my hot chocolate drink as it was tasteless and asked a different drink, no problem.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 big Mac meals in a waiting bay. Food was cold and fries tasted terrible. Just eat customers get priority over paying, waiting customers. Too interesting on meeting KPIs for just eat than customer service.

They made 5 mistakes in my order whilst they were chilling and talking with them Selves

Such a Shame it’s usually nice from here , delivery time got put back 3 times over 1H30ish + the 30min standard wait, wasn’t hungry by the time it came, the cats had most of my burger, which looked like it was assaulted then put in the box next time I order I’ll ask for a side of pesh on my shoes on the upside the delivery driver was lovely tho

Order through just eat on Monday at 12:09. Waiting until 2:30 and food was “still being prepared” so I cancelled the order. Due to this they have kept my money and I did not receive any food. Just eat are useless, but maccies should not accept orders if they can not deliver on time or at all!

One hour late . Half of order missing and the rest whole cold . Disappointed .

All the toilets where blocked no paper asked for help nothing happened won't be going back soon

I am a delivery driver , This mac is worst mac in warrington. Whenever i come to collect a order from here , they take around 30 minutes minimum

Milkshakes never available, double check your order before driving away as had order wrong before now.

How do you pass someone drinks and no straws on multiple occasions Both Sauces and straws must come out of staff wages

Was on my break and went to get food from here around 4am, by the time I’d ordered, paid and collected my food I was out in like 6mins which is unusually fast but I thought nothing of it, so I got back to work and was gonna eat my food in the car and finish my break. took the first bite of my burger which was cold but I thought he’d just given me a precooked one or something which wouldn’t have bothered me much but the second bite I could taste the raw meat. I broke the burger apart to see I was given uncooked meat which left me feeling sick, I only ordered 1 meal and I was the only car in the drive thru so why he rushed it that fast I don’t know but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here early hours.

Sat at the drive thru for about 10 mins which wasn’t a problem as was advised by the girl at the window that there would be a wait on our food to be told when it came that the chocolate pie would be a further 5 mins I was offered to wait or have a refund I said I would wait but I would park up so that they could clear the queue behind. 15 minutes passes so I go back through the drive thru to collect it myself only to be told that they now had no pies left at all and could offer a refund or alternative! They had sold on the pie that I had already paid and was waiting for (if they even had any pies in the first place!) The manager came to do a refund and not one apology from him for the complete waste of my time waiting for food that I’d purchased over half hour beforehand. Now maybe if they weren’t so preoccupied in putting labels on peoples hats (including the managers) maybe they would have actually remembered they were to bring food out to a customer!

1.5 hours late Coke missing and all the McFlurry melted and the delivery drivers saying I have to take the order, this is a joke

Food as in any other McDonalds, I have had better fries tho. On the other hand, it was clean and staff working there would not stop, always keeping busy while being friendly and polite!

Consistently the worst McDonalds I’ve been to anywhere on Earth, tonight i asked for fresh fries and got something like deep fried sticks of hard plastic, probably what i deserve for hoping for fresh food for a change

I paid £10 for this. My order was missing a 6 piece chicken nuggets, fries. The whole meal was cold and dry as if it had been sitting somewhere for half a day. I picked it up at the drive-thru, had it home in 5 minutes and only noticed it when I opened the package at home. This service was disgusting. The food and service were not worth a pence. I tried to contact them for half an hour. Without success. I have not become a McDonalds fan!

drip pics??? nah dripping in grease OUTRAGED!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (emo worker was sound tho) food was DISGUSTING if u want to live DONT come here 4 burgers full of grease (i know mcdonald is known to be greasy) BUT this was a whole different level workers had greasy hair and evrything please never ever ever come here.

Don’t know how an order can be 20 mins early but the fries be stone cold, burger cold, no sauces, and the coke flat lol avoid ordering from here if you want something to eat and for it to be made by people who give a shred of care about what they’re doing 😂

Worst experience ever. For starters the delivery time was completely way off. 10 minutes each way I get, as stated in the help section, but an hour later I’d ridiculous, I know it’s a Saturday but just adjust your wait times. Not only that the food was cold, so we have to wait an hour, even though it said 25-30mins, but my girlfriend has had to wait for cold food. The definition of fast food from McDonald’s (fast food restaurant) is a joke. The driver couldn’t even do simple directions, probably why our food was cold. Honestly this has been the worst just eat experience of my life, and if needed I’m happy to provide screenshots of the time it took for it to get here. Terrible.

Toilets smelled and didnt flush properly. No hot water in bathroom taps. Tables needed cleaning. Fries didn't appear to be fresh

Food freezing cold wrong items delivered. Allergic to berry’s and they sent me a berry muffin when I ordered a chocolate brownie. £2.29 down the drain plus no straws to drink my TWO drinks with. On top of that, the food tasted like it had been under a hot lamp for 3 hours. Dry and cold. Not good service at all.

Ordered breakfast from here, I am very disappointed as my order has arrived to only recieve the drinks and no food, if I just wanted a fizzy drink I'd just go to the shop and get one. Annoyed is an understatement

So when I stepped in, the smell wasn’t pleasant, I got ceasar crispy chicken wrap, chicken mayo burger, sprite and medium fries, chicken wrap is 4.5 stars, chicken mayo burger is 4 stars, chips are 3 stars and sprite is 4.5 stars. It took 7 minutes, which was mid, but the bathrooms were 2 stars, they are too little, I saw a person waiting for me so close, so I couldn’t take the poo, By the way the smell were terrible. Out of ten, 7.2 out of ten

Best McDs around. Much better than ones near my home. It's close to the M62 and IKEA, it's worth stopping off. Food has always been served hot - including fries), presented as advertised and tastes as you would expect. Not some dried up chilling shrivelled mess.

McSpicy chicken was put into Mc Crispy!! Fries were at least 12 hours old! What a disgrace! And apple pie was soaking in oil!

Donut was stale. Realised later that there was a best before that was 2 days past on the wrapper.

Delivery time kept increasing on every refresh of the app. Once driver had collected, delivery was swift. Food was completely cold as if it had been sat at the restaurant for ages before collection was made.

Employee called Bradley Hayes was really rude to me and I was very upset with my experience at Mcdonalds, I wont be returning as my chicken selects were raw

Pancakes were stone cold and rock hard on arrival!! Breakfast wrap was cold, hash brown was rock hard and the wrap was drenched in ketchup! Not good!!
