Terrible mackies only interested in just eat etc waited ages outside for my order.

One of the fastest serving in Warrington but it's on riverside retail park so don't expect to get out of car park on a weekend. Also loses a point because you can't get hash browns 24/7

This maccys has gone downhill and it’s not always the best 1 now even tho I have had wrong orders in the past and I used to come here when I was younger but I don’t come very much now

Experience 27th March 2025 12pm. Great customer service. Sue went above and beyond today. When ordering my daughter became fussy for a feed. Despite ordering to collect Sue recognised I was unable to get my order and without hesitation brought to the table. Sue was kind and helped me by opening sauce, wrap, straw and putting everything in reach so that I could eat with my spare hand. She was friendly and made herself known to me, stating that should I need anything at all to just let on to her and she would be more than happy to help. Thank you for making what would normally be an uncomfortable interaction something that brought a smile to my face.

Food we received through Drive through was ice cold. Staff take no responsibility.

I ordered a meal online and didn't get all the items I ordered. I ordered a large milk shake and didn't receive it. I tried to contact McDonald's on Riverside in Warrington and informed them of the issue and they tried to fob us off saying I had to contact Uber Eats for a refund. Why? when I ordered on their website, not on Uber Eats website. This is disgusting and the meal was not good either. There was two pieces of small chicken in the wrap and hardly no salad. Have taken photos of the food delivered. Will not be ordering from there again. They will need to do better for their customers in future.

Coffee was hot for a change. Apple pie was warm but edible.

It's a maccies what else is there to say. The staff are efficient and polite (which is a nice change) but it is what it is. 🙃

Food was good because its McDonald's but took to long and had to pull over to weight for for food if you want a quick meal drive to another McDonald's

We've just ordered new Katsu Grilled Chicken wrap and that's what we’ve got! The wrap was half empty with joking amount of chicken and salad 🤣 Go for burger if you're hungry!

Would be good if you got what you ordered , plus half filled cold chips, asked for plain kids burger meal got burger with sauce onions and ketchup etc so when I got home our kid had to have something else Didn't even put napkins or straws in the bag. So just ordered breakfast from this absolute show of a McDonald's at about 10:20 They accepted the order and a driver was apparently on route Got a message at 11:03 saying cancelled So.i called and got a really snotty girl.on the phone Honestly hands down, this is probably the worst McDonald's in the UK, I think the last 10 orders, 1 was actually right. I ordered breakfast at 10:30 but I got told at 11:20 they cancelled my order cos they had no breakfast left, what a joke I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under the manager

Food and atmosphere and service were good. Toilets were quite bad hence the 3/5. Urinals out of use which is fair enough if there’s an issue but the facilities themselves were a mess with urine and toilet paper all over the floor and no paper in the dispenser. Rest of the restaurant/ food and service, was good though.

No visit we had a delivery but again final time and willllll never order from this hole again Food was from 1926 it was that cold and cardboard esk 👍 Can’t complain as they make it hard too, they must have a million a day The delivery had many routes along the way to other Warrington destinations, which was fantastic and a really good way of saving on the carbon footprint buuuuut my food was like eating a coco pop box!!! And I like coco pops but not the box! Be great if they offer me another 10p refund 👌

Absolutely great experience every time I visit.

The service is extremely slow, and the burgers look like they were pulled out of my ass. I don’t think the problem is with the place itself, but with the workers, as they don’t seem to care about what they’re serving. It’s really disappointing that a McDonald’s is this bad here in Warrington.:(

Staff on the drive thru at the end were so rude, why put this young man on a customer facing role is beyond me

2 times around the drive thru & once going into store to get my order correct of only 2 items!!! 1 Big Mac 6 chicken nuggets Should not be difficult, When I went into the store and spoke to Annie the Manager her attitude when I asked is that acceptable having to go twice round the drive thru, having to park and wait and then come into store. over 15 minutes to get 2 items of fast food! Annie’s response “what do you want me to do about it” with an attitude & the girls serving sneering looking at me and talking making me feel uncomfortable great customer service. You get what you pay for staff are friendly food is fast and edible the app as decent offers not much more you can say

A interesting review went around 22:50 to the drive through yes it’s late but that does not mean the standards of food drop the chips were hard and cold I binned them and the meal was falling apart as I could not be bothered driving back I asked for a cheese special but got a Big Mac I’m sure a price difference other than that the staff looked lively inside In hindsight places like this don’t care about what you put it’s all about money

Food cold, burger had quite a lot of someone's hair in it. Spat it out and put it in the bin. I normally get my food from here, and it's been mostly nice and, at the very least, warm. It could be a new worker or new manager, but hairnets are there for a reason and should be worn at all times. This rating is based on previous and the last visit.

Food always disappoints me from here. It’s disgusting and stale and cold it’s definitely the worst McDonald’s in Warrington. They must owe me about £50 in missing items every time I order they forgot to send something or the food is awful.

Sometimes hit and miss with how hot a maccies order is but it's just how it is. Little wait in the drive thru but never an issue. McDonald's needs to offer gluten free buns like other countries!

burger was squashed, took 20 mins to get a cheeseburger and medium coke, 15 mins to get 2 small icecreams and they served all the big meals and uber people first- an absolute joke

I'm really grateful for Owen, who very generously offered to replace an incorrect order from the previous night which I'd ordered through UberEats. I only thought I'd be getting the burger, but the manager on shift Sophie kindly gave me it as a full meal and I'm very appreciative of the staff's kindness :) Thank you to both

Never normally write reviews but this visit has left me disappointed. No cheese on a Quater pounder WITH cheese. Given full fat coke when asked for diet - partner is diabetic so this is serious. No salt on chips and found a boys hair in my quarter pounder box. All these issues are down to staff incompetence

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR OUTLET. I SAVED OVER 7000 POINTS AND THIS APP LOGGED ME OUT DURING MY ORDER. I had a very unpleasant experience from Mc Donald’s in riverside warrington .I’ve ordered food to takeaway and the staff served it in a tray . When I informed the staff as it is a takeaway she just thew a takeaway bag towards the tray and said there you go “ I assumed it as she asking me to pack it by myself . As a customer I felt it as very rude and I had to pick the fries everywhere from tray . When I pay the money I hope Im paying it for a proper packing too . This made me thinking not to come back here and to go somewhere else for food . Moreover if they would’ve checked the order properly she wouldn’t have served me the food in a tray since I clearly ordered it for takeaway😠

We had some issues ordering food via the app and inshore A lady called Kerry offered her help and advice which was superb She is a credit to her job at McDonald's

Went on the night of 13/07/24. To be kept waiting for my order at the counter. Watching the kitchen staff . One Guy sweeping up . One guy with is hat off scratching his hair then touching and making the fresh food . Absolutely disgusting. To then get my order . Sit down open my Hatrick burger box to find it didn’t look anything like the burger . 3 burgers on top of each other with nothing between . All the cheese on the bottom bun . And the tiniest amount of sauce and onion on top. For one it’s meant to be fast food I had to wait 10 minutes for one item of my order. And there were no other customers . Ordered through u we in the past and orders are always wrong or missing items . Ridiculous .

Went to this branch on 16th June. Ordered 2 hat-trick meals and when I got home there was only one burger in the bag. Phoned to let them know and nobody could be bothered to answer the phone.

Visited the drive thru today. Ordered a breakfast wrap with NO EGG. Had to wait (as expected) before I drove away, I checked the label clearly said NO EGG, to my surprise there was not 1 egg but 2 eggs in the wrap! Too inconvenient to return, however, extremely disappointing!!

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and chicken sharebox with bbq sauce. The milkshake was 3/4 full, which i could deal with, but when i got home i realised there was no bbq sauce, or ANY sauce, and 5 chicken selects not 6.

Good food, and helpful staff but been here twice both times my orders been wrong or IV ended up with someone else's order 🤣 17 pound less then I spent e.g I spent 20 this guy must of order one itam and got my food and drove off

Went to the drive through last night. x2 chicken big mac meals. I live 5 mins down the road. Got home & the chips were completely cold and the chicken big macs were luke warm if that. Pretty much every time we have had something from this branch there has been an issue. Not good at all.

Absolutely Dreadful. Yet again did not get some of the items ordered. This has happened so many times now over the last five years that McDonalds MUST owe me at least £50 worth of items I paid for that I didn't receive! And that is absolutely not an exageration at all, it is absolutely true. They are utterly and completely incapable of getting your order right and actually giving you the items you have paid for every single time you go there

Everything was good re food and service, but the screens for kids to play on weren't working, which just makes it pointless having them and causes disappointment 😑

You can always rely on macdonalds for a consistently good meal.

Another refund from Uber because of the cold food. Both blame each other without change. Food was out for 16 mins even though 2 minutes in a car before turned up stone cold. Food is always cold from here, don't expect anything fresh if ordering here, its cold before it goes in the bag like they cook it off the day before. Choose Winnick as your resteraunt on the app. Area management sees these reviews but does nothing to improve the quality given to customers, made same complaint at Christmas.

this is McDonald's, it used to be cheap and fast and now it's expensive and slow. If someone rated MC Donald 5 stars, they probably eat in the trash every day. The food there is just ok, nothing special, don't look at these establishments as 5-star restaurants.

Fast delivery, once got it the chips where dry without salt no napkins- my name is Nathan silcock and I have ordered this it was appalling and unfortunately I'm not feeling very well now also the happy meal that I got had a toy not a book.

Went on a Wednesday after picking grandkids up from school. It was fairly quiet with only a handful of people in- not the usual chaos of a weekend visit. Waited for a while at our table so presumed fries and burgers were being cooked fresh but everything was cold when it arrived. Should’ve said something but unfortunately it’s par for the course in any Macdonalds these days so ate the lukewarm burger and soggy fries. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE WORST McDonald's I EVER BEEN ITS OK IF YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD COLD AND THE WRONG ORDER.

Called at drive through for dinner, 3 medium meals. One was a plain quarter pounder, which they got wrong. The chips were cold and each carton only 3/4 full. Strawberry milkshake had absolutely no flavour and other drinks again 3/4 full. Asked for BBQ sauce at last window, met with a look of disdain! Don't think we'll visit again in a hurry.

I went to pickup an order an hour ago from Riverside macdonalds.i never experience and saw such a poorly service un believable. The manager ste was chatting up completely ignoring the fact that not only 2 delivery drivers waiting and some customers waiting for their order.he was laughing cracking jokes doing nothing all the staff standing like the work finish situation.my order was there for 8 mins I ask one of the staff who is dealing with deliveries her response was ad I didn't exist.i atlast ask who is serving here Steve came and started juggling with things and said wait .shocking manager the worst macdonalds worst customer service under this manager God help this branch

Been to the drive in this morning , my husband ask for a bacon roll meal with brown sauce, was told there was no brown sauce,, when he returned home we had a bacon roll with red sauce which we did ask for in a brown sauce packet , I have a allergy to tomatoes and bit in to the roll, not happy at all , can not find a why to complain direct to McDonald's

Never had any issues at this branch. Staff are polite and helpful. Take service runs smoothly. Large disabled toilet but the door through to the loos can be tricky to get through when pushing a wheelchair

They didn’t give me updates on when the food was coming other then one and the food is now 1 hour late and they aren’t answer in the phone

Rude staff . I tried to attract the attention of a member of staff to ask a question but she was to busy flapping her arms around behind the counter pretending she was a penguin. On going to the toilets a member of staff returning to the main area was to busy checking her mobile phone to be bothered to hold the door open and let it close in my face .

Ordered almost £50 worth of food through the McDonald’s app including share boxes , large meals and happy meals . Paid for specialty dips , selected dips to go with the share boxes and not a single one was delivered . Spoken to McDonald’s and told to go to the app to get a refund . No option to complain . It states to contact Uber although Uber did not pack the items .
