Food cold, burger had quite a lot of someone's hair in it. Spat it out and put it in the bin. I normally get my food from here, and it's been mostly nice and, at the very least, warm. It could be a new worker or new manager, but hairnets are there for a reason and should be worn at all times. This rating is based on previous and the last visit.

Food always disappoints me from here. It’s disgusting and stale and cold it’s definitely the worst McDonald’s in Warrington. They must owe me about £50 in missing items every time I order they forgot to send something or the food is awful.

Sometimes hit and miss with how hot a maccies order is but it's just how it is. Little wait in the drive thru but never an issue. McDonald's needs to offer gluten free buns like other countries!

burger was squashed, took 20 mins to get a cheeseburger and medium coke, 15 mins to get 2 small icecreams and they served all the big meals and uber people first- an absolute joke

I'm really grateful for Owen, who very generously offered to replace an incorrect order from the previous night which I'd ordered through UberEats. I only thought I'd be getting the burger, but the manager on shift Sophie kindly gave me it as a full meal and I'm very appreciative of the staff's kindness :) Thank you to both

Never normally write reviews but this visit has left me disappointed. No cheese on a Quater pounder WITH cheese. Given full fat coke when asked for diet - partner is diabetic so this is serious. No salt on chips and found a boys hair in my quarter pounder box. All these issues are down to staff incompetence

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR OUTLET. I SAVED OVER 7000 POINTS AND THIS APP LOGGED ME OUT DURING MY ORDER. WHEN I TRIED TO LOG BACK IN, THE APP REFUSED MY EMAIL ADDRESS, SAYING I SIGNED IN WITH A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. STAFF AT MCDONALDS REFUSE TO HELP. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AT RIVERSIDE AND SHE WAS DISMISSIVE AND UNINTERESTED IN HELPING. THEY MUST DO THIS TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO HONOUR THE POINTS!

I had a very unpleasant experience from Mc Donald’s in riverside warrington .I’ve ordered food to takeaway and the staff served it in a tray . When I informed the staff as it is a takeaway she just thew a takeaway bag towards the tray and said there you go “ I assumed it as she asking me to pack it by myself . As a customer I felt it as very rude and I had to pick the fries everywhere from tray . When I pay the money I hope Im paying it for a proper packing too . This made me thinking not to come back here and to go somewhere else for food . Moreover if they would’ve checked the order properly she wouldn’t have served me the food in a tray since I clearly ordered it for takeaway😠

Ordered food got it totally wrong spoke to a snotty manger saying I would have to drive around again in the drivethru

Went on the night of 13/07/24. To be kept waiting for my order at the counter. Watching the kitchen staff . One Guy sweeping up . One guy with is hat off scratching his hair then touching and making the fresh food . Absolutely disgusting. To then get my order . Sit down open my Hatrick burger box to find it didn’t look anything like the burger . 3 burgers on top of each other with nothing between . All the cheese on the bottom bun . And the tiniest amount of sauce and onion on top. For one it’s meant to be fast food I had to wait 10 minutes for one item of my order. And there were no other customers . Ordered through u we in the past and orders are always wrong or missing items . Ridiculous .

Went to this branch on 16th June. Ordered 2 hat-trick meals and when I got home there was only one burger in the bag. Phoned to let them know and nobody could be bothered to answer the phone.

Visited the drive thru today. Ordered a breakfast wrap with NO EGG. Had to wait (as expected) before I drove away, I checked the label clearly said NO EGG, to my surprise there was not 1 egg but 2 eggs in the wrap! Too inconvenient to return, however, extremely disappointing!!

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and chicken sharebox with bbq sauce. The milkshake was 3/4 full, which i could deal with, but when i got home i realised there was no bbq sauce, or ANY sauce, and 5 chicken selects not 6.

Good food, and helpful staff but been here twice both times my orders been wrong or IV ended up with someone else's order 🤣 17 pound less then I spent e.g I spent 20 this guy must of order one itam and got my food and drove off

Went to the drive through last night. x2 chicken big mac meals. I live 5 mins down the road. Got home & the chips were completely cold and the chicken big macs were luke warm if that. Pretty much every time we have had something from this branch there has been an issue. Not good at all.

Absolutely Dreadful. Yet again did not get some of the items ordered. This has happened so many times now over the last five years that McDonalds MUST owe me at least £50 worth of items I paid for that I didn't receive! And that is absolutely not an exageration at all, it is absolutely true. They are utterly and completely incapable of getting your order right and actually giving you the items you have paid for every single time you go there

Another refund from Uber because of the cold food. Both blame each other without change. Food was out for 16 mins even though 2 minutes in a car before turned up stone cold. Food is always cold from here, don't expect anything fresh if ordering here, its cold before it goes in the bag like they cook it off the day before. Choose Winnick as your resteraunt on the app. Area management sees these reviews but does nothing to improve the quality given to customers, made same complaint at Christmas.

this is McDonald's, it used to be cheap and fast and now it's expensive and slow. If someone rated MC Donald 5 stars, they probably eat in the trash every day. The food there is just ok, nothing special, don't look at these establishments as 5-star restaurants.

Fast delivery, once got it the chips where dry without salt no napkins- my name is Nathan silcock and I have ordered this it was appalling and unfortunately I'm not feeling very well now also the happy meal that I got had a toy not a book.

Went on a Wednesday after picking grandkids up from school. It was fairly quiet with only a handful of people in- not the usual chaos of a weekend visit. Waited for a while at our table so presumed fries and burgers were being cooked fresh but everything was cold when it arrived. Should’ve said something but unfortunately it’s par for the course in any Macdonalds these days so ate the lukewarm burger and soggy fries. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Called at drive through for dinner, 3 medium meals. One was a plain quarter pounder, which they got wrong. The chips were cold and each carton only 3/4 full. Strawberry milkshake had absolutely no flavour and other drinks again 3/4 full. Asked for BBQ sauce at last window, met with a look of disdain! Don't think we'll visit again in a hurry.

Been to the drive in this morning , my husband ask for a bacon roll meal with brown sauce, was told there was no brown sauce,, when he returned home we had a bacon roll with red sauce which we did ask for in a brown sauce packet , I have a allergy to tomatoes and bit in to the roll, not happy at all , can not find a why to complain direct to McDonald's

I went to pickup an order an hour ago from Riverside macdonalds.i never experience and saw such a poorly service un believable. The manager ste was chatting up completely ignoring the fact that not only 2 delivery drivers waiting and some customers waiting for their order.he was laughing cracking jokes doing nothing all the staff standing like the work finish situation.my order was there for 8 mins I ask one of the staff who is dealing with deliveries her response was ad I didn't exist.i atlast ask who is serving here Steve came and started juggling with things and said wait .shocking manager the worst macdonalds worst customer service under this manager God help this branch

Never had any issues at this branch. Staff are polite and helpful. Take service runs smoothly. Large disabled toilet but the door through to the loos can be tricky to get through when pushing a wheelchair

They didn’t give me updates on when the food was coming other then one and the food is now 1 hour late and they aren’t answer in the phone

Rude staff . I tried to attract the attention of a member of staff to ask a question but she was to busy flapping her arms around behind the counter pretending she was a penguin. On going to the toilets a member of staff returning to the main area was to busy checking her mobile phone to be bothered to hold the door open and let it close in my face .

Ordered almost £50 worth of food through the McDonald’s app including share boxes , large meals and happy meals . Paid for specialty dips , selected dips to go with the share boxes and not a single one was delivered . Spoken to McDonald’s and told to go to the app to get a refund . No option to complain . It states to contact Uber although Uber did not pack the items .

This place is great if you enjoy the smell of raw sewage with your Big Mac.Walked up to the restaurant a little curious as to why the place appeared to be empty, however upon entering the building the reason soon became apparent due to the overwhelming toilet stench greeting us as the front doors opened. It was pretty rank so we beat a hasty retreat.Its completely unacceptable that any eating establishment think it's fine to continue cooking and serving food in an environment like this. Health and safety need to get down there pretty quickly.

Wednesday 10th January at 18:15, we walked into McDonald’s Riverside Warrington, there was a strong smell of what my 7 year old said “it smells of poo”, (must be drains or sewage) children say it how it is, the smell hit us as soon as the first door opened, the second opened and it was even stronger, we walked straight back out. There was no staff around, it was empty only about 4 or 5 people eating in there, I don’t know how they could eat in there with that smell it was disgusting.

Needless to say, straight in the bin. Grease stained my car seat as well. It's almost like these kids hearts aren't in this job..

We called at this McDonald's in November 2023 and straight away noticed how empty it was as we parked the car. It was only when we walked in that the smell of bad drains/raw sewage hit us and we promptly walked out. We called again several more times over the following weeks and even up to a couple of days before Christmas only to find the drains/sewage smell was still as bad and again the place was empty. Surely the management must be aware of this problem not to mention the potential health and hygiene risk! They need to get this sorted ASAP before they lose anymore customers.

Often quite busy but the service is quick and food Is made quickly but the again it is a fast food chain so is expected, very accessible with ramps for wheelchairs and disabled toilets.

Absolutely awful!! Cold food and staff don’t care! The drinks were all flat like the gas had ran out!! Chips were rock hard and freezing cold!

I went through the drive through spent £25 on food and drinks when I got it home the drinks were all flat and food was cold , I rang up to complain the they asked me to bring it all back after opening all the kids happy meals and put it all back in the car and drive it back to them which I couldn’t be bothered definitely won’t be going this McDonald’s ever again very poor

Order wrong AGAIN and delivered cold and late via UBER. Driver, McDonalds and Uber dont care because they already have your money. Awful service from an awful team. Food is always cold and wrong. Nobody at McDonalds gives a damn becuase they can blame Uber even though its their own brand. Didn't even get the sauces right. Joke.

I go hear quiet a lot staff are friendly foods lovely, only reason stopped going is it stinks how people can sit in there, went to go in the first time yesterday then remembered never went in as could smell it from outside.

Once I ordered a big mac with only cheese (extra cheese)...recieved an only lettuce big mac with NO cheese 🙃 Second time they completely missed off large fries from my order Used to prefer this McDonadles over any in Warrington but just disappointing each time now

Bad bad McDonald's, I would say the worst in the country by a mile. Rude staff, slow, cold food absolute joke. They should be ashamed of themselves. I think 1 in the last 10 orders has been correct. Stay away as I also saw a member of staff drop food on the floor and instead of binning it used it. Utter disgrace

This is a fantastic place to eat food with a lovely environment for all. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Food was really nice , the staff were really friendly . Best one in Warrington. I have an allergy to which i wanted to order directly at the till as I didn’t want to use a kiosk. The staff member was really Patient with me whilst reading through the allergen book and directly passed the message on to the kitchen , credit to the store. They seemed to be quite busy yet still took the time to listen

TERRIBLE SMELL! THEY HAVE DRAIN PROBLEMS. HPOW CAN THIS BE HYGIENIC? Ive been in here a few times over the past few months and on several occasions there has been an awful smell inside the restaurant. I asked what it was and a member of staff said "we have a problem with the drains" if that's true how can they remain open when there must be a HYGIENE question? I turned around and left. It was disgusting.

Amazing place to visit, all the staff are so friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. Would never go anywhere else. I wish the car park was better at riverside, something needs to be done about it but that still won’t stop me visiting this McDonald’s.

order took ages, burger looked like it had been made by someone visually impaired and there was like 4 chips in the bottom of the bag when i didn’t order them. i appreciate it’s a busy time but my food was genuinely just cold and the workers were just cruising around

Toilet facilities are disgusting and unhygienic. No working urinals (tape across), no soap in the dispensers, Dirty taps and doors handles, so germs making their way into the restaurant. Unusable toilet in the gents due to human waste all over the seat and floor, with floor waste being traipsed into the restaurant. Disabled toilet not much better. Cleaning cones holding doors open, but there has been no cleaning - so no privacy either. Over priced food which was poorly made (constructed) and very slow service. No paper in the printers and the numbers didn't appear on screen due to a software issue (some reference number, not the order number), so that was a little farcical. Staff were nice. Due to hygiene, poor food and inflated prices. It's not worth it. Other restaurant customers also commented on the toilet facilities.

The past 3 times I've been through the drive thru I've had cheese on my burger even though I've clearly requested without for dietary requirements. Each time it has been placed in the box with a sticker on saying 'no cheese' but when I open the box there's cheese on it. I then end up waiting again for a replacement while the rest of the food goes cold in the bag. Still I suppose that's better than having it delivered as I have on a couple of occasions with the cheese on and completely unable to eat the food. Surely it's not that hard to read labels?

I don't think it's well laid out , considering they want us to order on the screens there's too much space by the 'cash point ' that could be better used for seating

Repeatedly ordered via delivery app (mcdonnalds app, deliveroo, just eat etc) and on every ocassion order has been missing something or wrong. No quality control before it's sent out to delivery, despite the order being correct on the bag, wouldn't recomend ordering online from this outlet.

Rude stuff. Been using the app for long but the stuff been shouting for no reason. Food is also dried. I wandered why it was not full like the one in Birchwood. I now understand why .

Either all staff are mute or just rude. Ordered and served food without and words except “what drink” I don’t expect 5* service, but a please and thank you would be nice.
